"Mal?" Ben asked.
"Hmm?" "I got a present for you"Ben said.
"Another one?"Mal asked "Yeah, I thought you deserve it." Ben told her "Okay, okay what is it?" "I thought, maybe because you're now Auradon's Queen, you could get your own stature." Ben told her, while they walked through the park of Heroes.
"Wait, here in the park of heroes? So you mean I get a statue in the Park of Heroes?" Mal asked him excitedly.
"Yeah that's what I mean. I mean you're a hero now." He answered her.
In the park of Heroes were Statues from all of Auradon's Heroes.
Heroes like Alice, from Alice in Wonderland, Aladinn and Jasmine, Aurora, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Belle, Pongo and Perdita and of course Ben. As her look fell on Pongo and Perdita, her smile disappeared. The both dogs reminded her of Carlos and her other friends.
"But Ben, it's not just me who's a Hero. Aren't my friends Heroes too? I mean we saved Auradon more then once, and saved you 't you think they deserve a statue too?" Mal asked.
"I don't know Mal. I should be a suprise for you not for them." Ben told her.
" Ben I know that but…
You know… it's just Evie will become a famous fashion designer, Jay's gonna be a professional Tourney player and everyone is gonna remember me, the queen of Auradon." Mal said. As she thought about what she's gonna say next, Tears began to burn in her eye.
" But what's about.." she couldn't even end the sentence as she began to cry. Ben pulled her in an hug and said " It's okay Mal. What's up?"
" What about… about Carlos? … I mean no one … literally no one … will remember him. But they have to remember him. I… I mean he is , was whatever, so important. To all of us. But they will forget all about him and will jyst remember us three." Mal sobbed between her tears.
" Oh. I didn't thought about that.." Ben said and hugged her tightly. Mal didn't say a word. She couldn't. Mal couldn't use the past. It was to soon. She still couldn't really progress that Carlos was gone. Every day she felt like, Carlos would be in his dorm room or in the garden with Dude. But he wasn't. It was just a cold empty room.
"Ben? I have to go okay?"
Ben nodded and let her go.
She had to get Evie and Jay. and probably Dude.
Mal arrived at the Castle and called for her friends.
