Tina was walking around her neighborhood, with her sketch book in hand. She was enjoying her weekend by going around the city to see which statues and architecture and signs she can take inspiration from for a new sculpture project she's wanting to start.
As she was looking around, she found a nice bench to sit at in front of an odd antique shop. It was one of those antique shops that have all the weird stuff humans have ever created, like taxidermy done wrong, and old torcher devices, and creepy dolls. Tina was feeling the mood to make creepy/odd things too, so she felt like the shop was perfect.
Scratching the long scab on her left arm with her two protective splint fingers, made her smile to herself as she remembered her doctor's face when she told him she dislocated her fingers and how she relocated them. Her smile widened when she remembered her father's proud face when they were all looking at her x-rays to make sure that she relocated them correctly. Which she did.
With her quick little musings over with, Tina got ready to draw the building and maybe spend some time inside it, when she thought she heard a strangled cry. She looked around. No one was around, it being so early in the morning. With only the sounds of cars passing by. Then she heard a trashcan crash and someone yelling, let go of me.
Pocketing her sketch book and drawing kit, she stood up. Then as she charged towards the noise, she pulled out her fan. She followed the noise to an alleyway that was blocked off by a white van that has an advertisement on it for dentistry.
Tina's blood boiled at the sight of it. She knew this van. She knew it was Dr. Alex Noe, again. The maniac. Like a fly to feces, you can shoo it away, but it always comes back. You're not even able to truly squish the fly or you'll face the danger of getting shit all over you.
Tina climbed on the hood, then scrambled for the roof of the van. As she was climbing, she could hear crying and Dr. Noe saying creepy things about teeth and trophies. As Tina made it to the end of the van's roof, she saw five people were holding down a giant snapping turtle person, who was wearing a red bandana-mask. Dr. Noe was face to face with the giant snapping turtle person as his assistance had the poor guy forced on his knees.
Tina stood up and yelled, "Hey!"
Everyone turned to her.
"We told you to stop this. Let. Him. Go."
"Get her boys," Dr. Noe commanded as he turned his attention back on the snapping turtle person.
As soon as they were within jumping distance, Tina used her weight to squish a particularly small man. Then she punched another guy in the groin. Then she used her fan to first cut up their comically large dental equipment that they were using as weapons, and then she started to spin as she dodged each dental assistance's attempt to restrain her. As she spun, the wind she picked up grew stronger, and stronger until she had created a tiny tornado.
The tornado picked her up, all ten dental assistants, Dr. Alex Noe, and the snapping turtle person. The van stayed firmly in place as it was parked snugly into the alleyway. As the tornado rose them into the air, Tina glided through the tornado with expert movement as she passed equipment and people a like until she grabbed ahold of the giant turtle. He was as limp as a pool noodle, and Tina figured they got the poor guy with anesthesia.
Holding him tightly to herself, she dived out of the tornado, then with a quick flick of her wrist, she created an air cushion to slow their fall, as the two of them landed on the building's roof top from across the street. Laying the big turtle down, she turned her attention back to the tornado and with a big swing of her arm, she made a wind strong enough to disrupt the tornado she made, and the dentists all fell to the ground with a crash.
Pocketing her fan, she then sat on the roof top next to the giant snapping turtle person and started pulling off the trap line poles that were around his arms, legs, and neck. As she did this, she listened to Dr. Noe yell at his assistants and vent to the air about having his prize so close, yet so far away. She rolled her eyes at that and focused on the poor turtle guy.
"Hey, big guy. Can you talk?"
He said nothing as he limply moved his hand to his neck.
"It's okay. Take your time. Unfortunately, the anesthesia is going to last awhile."
Tina noticed that his lower lip was starting to tremble and his whole face was scrunching up.
"Hey. Hey. Hey," she said quickly, "It's okay now."
A high-pitched sob escaped him, and tears started to run down his masked face, and Tina was absolutely lost on how to help him. She only knows how to help her father when he cries, she's never had anyone else cry in front of her before, and she was panicking.
"Uh! Um! Uh! Do you want a hug? Do you have a phone on you so that I can call someone for you? Do you just want me to hold your hand? Come on man, at least help me help you."
Squeakily, he managed to rasp out, "A hug. Would be. Nice."
He's so much bigger that her, so forcing him to sit up when he can't control his body well, wouldn't be good. So, she placed his head in her lap and held his hand that wasn't around his neck, and just soothingly patted his head as he cried. As he cried for the past five minutes, Tina wiped away his tears and snot with her shirt sleeves.
As the giant snapping turtle person was breathing deep slow breaths, Tina said, "Okay. So, my name is Tina Kurama. What's your name?"
"Raphael."
"Nice to meet you. So. By any chance, do you happen to know a turtle guy who really likes the color purple and has an AI drone."
"You're talking about my bro Donnie and his drone S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N."
Tina smacked her forehead then said, "That's right! That was their names! I was too scared to ask April what they were, because of how hurt she was when I asked for her name again."
Raph's eyes lit up at April's name and he asked, "O'Neil?"
"If that's her last name. We go to the same school."
"Oh that's great, April made another friend. I'm so happy for her."
"She doesn't have a lot of friends?" Tina raised a skeptical eyebrow at this.
"Well. She has us Mad Dogs. And her girlfriend Casey. And another classmate called Sunita is her friend too."
"Are you all mutant or yōkai people?"
"Casey's the only other human in our little friend group."
"Does Casey go to our school too?"
"No."
"So I'm the only human friend she has from school?"
"It seems like it."
"Huh…"
There was a long pause as they were lost in their own thoughts.
Then Tina asked, "Do you think you can get up and walk?"
"I can try."
Tina gently placed Raph's head back on the ground. Then as she stood up, she shook the sleep from out of her legs and got ready to help Raph up.
"Ups-y daisy," she grunted as she sat him up.
"Oh, my head," he groaned.
"Okay. Hold still and let it pass." Tina waited silently for a minute, then asked, "How are you now?"
He gave her a thumbs up. So Tina continued to help him back on his feet. Once he was on his feet, he knees shook, and he leaned heavily on her, but he was standing.
"Do you not have a phone on you?" Tina asked.
"Donnie's the only one with a phone," Raph grumbled, then he asked, "What about you?"
"I left my phone at home. Besides I don't contact my dad using a phone."
"How do you contact him then?"
"With a magic gourd. But I also left that at home."
"Aah…"
"I'll take you wherever you want to go, but my place is closer," Tina told him.
"What's your place like?"
"It's a little tea shop."
"Okay, that sounds adorable. Let's go to your place."
The two of them looked over the edge of the building to make sure the bad doctor wasn't anywhere near, and since he wasn't, Tina half dragged, half supported Raph as they walked to the side of the building that lead into an alleyway.
"Aah, dang it. No fire escape stairs. Maybe they're on the other side?"
Tina had taken out her fan at this point and said, "Hang on."
"Hang on to—" Raph's sentence was cut short when Tina force him to jump off the six-story building with her.
As Raph screamed, Tina used her fan to cushion their fall, where they drifted in the wind like snowflakes on a cool autumn night.
Raph stopped screaming when they lightly touched ground.
"I'm sorry," Tina said as she put the fan back into her pocket, "I should have given you more of a warning."
"Yah. No. I'm good. That was actually pretty cool."
"Maybe when you're feeling better, we can try that again," Tina said as they hobbled together through the alleyways, to avoid public attention.
They made it to the tea shop with little difficulty since it was still very early. Tina unlocked the front door to the tea shop and let themselves in and made sure to lock the door again after they entered.
As she was helping him up the stairs, she yelled, "Dad! Daaad! Wake up! I brought home a friend and don't worry about being dressed!"
"Uh. I'd rather not see your dad in his underwear. I see that enough as is with my pops."
"That's not what I mean when I tell him about being dressed."
Raph opened his mouth to ask what she meant by that, when a red skinned, long white haired, tall, and muscular man walked out of a room. He was blurry-eyed and his white eagle wings were disheveled like his hair. He rubbed his big, long red nose as he yawned and then the pulled up his sweatpants that was the only other thing that he was wearing for pajamas.
"Sweetie. What's going on," he asked through his yawn.
"I caught Dr. Noe trying to trophy hunt again. Meet Raph."
Itsuki's eyes focused on Raph instantly at the name of the bad doctor's name.
He walked over to the two teenagers and grabbed Raph's other arm as he said, "Let's get him to the couch."
As they walked him into the living room Raph asked Tina, "Are you half yōkai or something?"
"No. I'm purely human. Dad adopted me when I was a newborn."
As they sat him down and got him comfortable, Raph cooed, saying, "That's nice. I didn't think yōkai would want to adopt humans."
"Well, it isn't exactly rare for yōkai to adopt humans, but it's still pretty uncommon and for some yōkai it can be deemed inappropriate to interfere with humans," Itsuki explained, then he sighed, then said, "How has that man not lose his doctor's license yet? He's applying his greatest human trait to his worst! It's maddening," then he sighed loudly and left for the kitchen.
When Raph turned his attention back to Tina, she said, "Yah. We've been dealing with him for years now. I think we discovered him in our territory when I was eleven."
"Your territory?"
Tina waved off his question as she said, "Eh, it's complicated Tengu stuff that we don't need to get in to. I'll go get my phone so you can call your brothers and Dad will have tea ready to drink."
"Okay. Thank you. I really appreciate this. I thought I was a goner back there."
"Of course. And not on our watches," Tina said as she made a vague threatening gesture before walking away from him.
As Raph was calling Donnie to come pick him up, Itsuki was passing out the tea. The tengu man sat in a recliner while Tina sat beside Raph on the couch. When Raph was done talking with his family and handed Tina back her phone, Itsuki asked Raph a very important question.
"What were you doing out here all alone?"
Despite the constant scowl on his face, Itsuki's voice had no disapproval in his voice, no anger, and no blame. Just a hint of worry and a want to understand.
Raph sighed, then said, "Me and my brothers were supposed to patrol in the morning, like we always did, when I was leader. But Leo said to just sleep in, and I couldn't stand that, so I went patrolling on my own."
"I take it Leo's the leader now," Tina said, before sipping her tea.
"Yah! He is! And I don't get why Master Splinter decided to make him leader all of a sudden. I've been leader for years. I took care of things. I made plans. I was—am responsible. And then suddenly, little Leo, Mr. I'm Too Cool To Do Laundry, is leader!? Baa!"
Tina and Itsuki listened to him rant for a few more minutes as they drank their tea.
Then Itsuki said, "It's certainly a change, but maybe it was necessary."
Raph and Tina looked at Itsuki in confusion, and Raph asked, "What do you mean?"
"You may have become stagnant in what you've learned as the leader and your brother may have been stagnating in his previous position as well. Leo must have a knack for leadership, despite not being the leader, and you must have a knack for… well… I don't know you enough to say, but I'm sure this is to help you grow, both as a team and as individuals."
"The death of ninjas is the stagnation of their skills," Tina said.
"Who told you I was a ninja," Raph balked.
"You did. Just now," Tina teased, as she smiled up at him over her teacup.
Raph drank from his tea sheepishly.
"Do you feel a bit better, now that you got that off your chest," Itsuki asked.
"Yah. Thank you."
"You're most welcome… Now, do you know who Lou Jitsu is?"
Tina immediately slouched at the name as Raph excitedly said, "Uh, he's the most amazing action star in America!"
Tina sighed silently to herself, as she got up from the couch and collected everyone's teacups.
"Do you want to see my Lou Jitsu collection? I have action figures and movies and so many posters," Itsuki said.
"Wow. Yes, please."
Tina could see the stars in Raph's eyes, and her father had the biggest smile on his face, which made her smile. She may be sick of anything Lou Jitsu related, but she's happy that her father was able to find someone who's just as interested in the missing movie star as he is.
From the kitchen as she cleaned the dishes, Tina heard her father and Raph talk for a few minutes about Raph's health, with them making sure that he's able to walk on his own. When she was done with the dishes, the two of them were already in the show room.
Tina went to the show room to watch them interact. Eventually, she got roped into the fanfare, much to her underwhelming horror, but she couldn't resist seeing her father happy. Besides, she likes playing the villains in the games, since she always thought the Lou Jitsu movie villains were always the coolest.
Soon Tina felt a buzz from her pocket, and she took out her phone to see that Donnie had texted her that they were at her door.
"Well, Raph, Dad, they're here. And that means I'm going to go hide in my room," Tina went over to Raph and shook his hand and said, "Have a good rest of your day. Bye."
"Wha-Wait. Don't you want to meet my other brothers?"
"Nooooo. Not here, at least. Meeting new people in my home makes me uncomfortable."
"Why?" Raph asked.
Tina shrugged.
"I'm going to get my broach and a blanket for you to hide under," Itsuki said as he left the show room.
Once he left, Tina said, "Also, thank you for entertaining my dad's interests. I don't know anyone that he's been able to talk to about his interests like this."
"Not a big fan of Lou Jitsu I take it."
"No. He is an amazing actor and fighter, but I'm sick with over exposure."
"Aah…" He nodded his head in understanding.
"Okay. Now I'm going. Bye. Stay safe. Don't let the dentists get you again."
Then she raced out of the show room and to her bedroom.
To kill the time it would take for talking, leaving, disguises, and the like, Tina put her headphones on to listen to music while sketching out some thumbnails for her sculpture. A few minutes pass and she hears a knock on her door through her headphones. Thinking it's her dad she gets up and opens the door, only to see a giant turtle, with red strips going over his eyes and wearing a blue mask and a blue hoodie. She immediately closed the door again.
She had her hands firmly against the door as she tried to lower her heartrate. As she was taking deep slow breaths, she heard some movement, then they knocked on her door again. She took one last breath then she cracked the door open.
"Yah?"
"Hey. Sorry. I was warned you don't like meeting new strangers in your house, but as leader, I felt like I needed to thank you personally for saving my big brother."
"Of course," Tina nodded.
"Can I ask how you managed to take Dr. Noe and his assistants down? They have weird ways of attacking people."
"I managed it easily."
The blue masked turtle waited for her to elaborate and when she didn't, he smiled uncomfortable, and said, "Ah, well. Good. We could have used your help when we first meet them in the forest."
Tina swung her bedroom door wide open as business mode clicked in her brain and she asked, "Do you remember where in the forest they attacked you boys?"
The blue masked turtle took a step back from her sudden intensity then said, "Yah."
"Can you show us?"
"Yah."
"Good."
Tina shouldered past him as she yelled for Itsuki.
"Oh. Are you coming to tell them goodbye?" he asked.
Stepping up to her father who was in his white, plump, and short human disguise and ignoring everyone else in her living room, she said, "This wasn't the first time that Dr. Noe's attacked them. The blue one said that they were attacked in the forest."
"My name's Leo," he added.
"Leo said," she repeated.
Itsuki's grumpy but friendly demeanor dropped as it was replaced with a cold, calculating seriousness. It was almost like thunderclouds formed over his head.
Turning to Leo he asked, "How long ago was this?"
Leo shrugged as he thoughtfully sighed, then said, "Uh, maybe two months ago?"
Itsuki turned to his daughter and said, "Go gear up."
Tina nodded and went for her room and put on her special robes that her father made for her when they go on these types of trips. Then she put her gourd on her hip and hung a folding fan on each of her wrists. Once she was dressed, she called for a taxi.
When she came out of her room, she saw that Leo and Raph were still in her home while Donnie and the orange one had left.
"Nice look you got there," Leo said.
Turning to Raph, Tina said, "You should go home. I know you're able to walk now, but I bet you're still numb in a lot of places."
"Oh, I'm going. I don't want Dr. Noe doing to anyone else what he's been trying to do to me."
Turning to Leo she asked, "And you're okay with that?"
"Hey, he'll be safe with the three of us working together and my bro will be able to fight back for his mental health's sake."
"Plus since they want me so badly, I can be used as bait if we have to have that kind of plan," Raph added.
"Yah. We don't do bait," Tina stated.
Itsuki came out of his room, dressed in his traditional attire but still in his human disguise, then asked, "Are you sure you want to come with us, Raph?"
"You can't talk me out of this," Raph stated.
"Very well. I will keep you boys safe like you two are my own sons," then turning to Tina he asked, "Sweetie, you called the taxi, right?"
"Yep. Way ahead of you, Dad."
"Alright, then let's get you a proper disguise then," Itsuki said to Raph.
In the end, they went with the red hoodie that Leo brought for him. Tina sighed at the sight. Humans are thick headed, but they aren't idiots, but denial is one hell of a drug.
The Taxi arrived outside the tea shop and after Leo gave the taxi driver instructions Itsuki was making conversation with the driver up front and Tina, Leo, and Raph sat in the back seat. Tina kept to herself as she practiced a lot of her moves in her head while looking out the window.
A tap on her shoulder took her out of her mental preparations and she heard Leo say, "Relax, will you. We're going to be fine."
"Correct. We will be. Did I say something to contradict that?"
Leo looked like he was going to say something, but then Raph said, "No. But we noticed you were doing a little weird thing with your hand, and we thought you were nervous."
"I'm good. Thank you for your concern, gentlemen."
Tina was going to go back to looking out the window when Leo said, "So I heard you're a new friend of April's. What do you do for fun?"
Tina sighed as she thought about it, then she said, "Uh, normal teenager stuff? But are you asking what I do with her or by myself?"
"I guess both," Raph said.
"I haven't done anything with April. We just talk sometimes during school lunch. My main form of personal entertainment is building sculptures and playing in the wind."
"Oh, so you're an artist. Neat," Raph said.
"And what do you mean by play in the wind?" Leo asked for clarification.
"I mean what I say. If I say anymore, then my sexy mysterious mystique will be gone," she joked.
"The mysterious part would be gone at least," Leo said.
Tina smiled at that when Raph asked, "How long have you been doing this thing with your dad?"
"Ever since I was ten, and I'm fifteen now, so five years."
"Wow, you have more street cred than we do. We started when I was fifteen and I'm sixteen now," Raph stated.
"I don't know about that. Dad likes to keep me in support mode while he does the actual encounter. I'll lay traps, preform surprise attacks, cause general havoc with my fans, that sort of thing. I don't normally take on people up front."
"Well, then, thank you again for helping me," Raph said.
Tina smiled at him.
"Actually, you know what, do you guys want to see a trick I can do with my fans," she offered.
"Sure," Leo said while Raph nodded.
Tina brought her fan up to her face and slowly started fanning herself. As she did so, her nose started to grow longer and longer, until she stopped at twelve inches.
"Look! It's a flute," she said as she grabbed her nose and started to nasally hum.
The two turtle boys started laughing hysterically at her stupid little joke and that made Tina want to talk with them more. Eventually they were dropped off in the middle of the forest and Tina was fixing her nose back to normal as her father was talking to the taxi driver.
"No. No. We're good. You can go. We have another way of getting home. Thanks for your concern," Itsuki said as he handed the taxi driver seventy bucks, "And keep the change."
The four of them watched the taxi driver drive away and then Itsuki took his golden eagle broch off. Turning from a round, pudgy white guy with dark blond hair, into a tall, red skinned, white haired and winged, imposing tengu. Making Leo jump a little at the sight of him.
"Whoa! I've never seen anyone taller than Raph before," Leo said out loud, even thought it was meant to be to himself.
Tina smiled proudly to herself at his words.
Itsuki turned to them and looked directly at Leo as he said, "Lead. We'll follow."
"Uh. Right. It's this way," Leo said as he turned away from them quickly.
The four of them were silent as they followed Leo through the forest. As they walked, Tina noticed that Raph was breathing heavier than normal the farther into the forest they went. She also saw that he was gripping his sai's like he was hanging on the edge of a cliff.
Silently, Tina tapped Raph on his forearm to get his attention. When he looked at her, she saw that his eyes were wide, and his mouth was set into a hard line. Quietly, she asked if he wanted to hold hands. Raph nodded, and he let go of a sai to hold her hand. As they walked, Tina gently patted the back of his three fingered hand like he was a nervous rabbit.
Eventually, Leo said, "This is it. This is where we first encountered the crazy dentist people."
They stood in the middle of a trampled clearing.
"Thank you, Leonardo. I'll take it from here," Itsuki said as he raised a hand into the sky.
Tina took a few steps back and Raph followed her lead, with Leo noticing at the last second to stand by them as a flash of blinding light struck Itsuki like lightning. In his raised hand a katana appeared. As he eyes glowed a pure white light, like the flash of lighting, Itsuki lowered the katana in front of himself, and stood meditatively as he silently surveyed the area.
As the three teenagers watched him work, Tina heard Leo said, "Awe. How cute."
"Shut it, Leo. She's just trying to help me out."
"What. It's adorable that you two are holding hands."
"You're impossible."
The two of them continued to bicker with each other under their breathes. Until Tina decided that she's had enough and grabbed Leo's hand with her free one.
"There. Now we're all adorable together so you both can shut up."
Tina gave them both her best stink eye as Leo looked at her with shock and Raph was looking down at them with amusement. She was grateful for the silence.
Then she saw that her father was moving away from them, and she quickly pulled on them to get them moving, to follow. As they walked, Tina was ready to let go of Leo's hand at the slightest hint of him pulling away, but he never did. In fact, even though she refused to look at either teenage boy, she got the distinct impression that they were both still fighting with each other.
As they followed Itsuki, she saw his light start to dim and she knew that they were getting closer. When his light completely faded, she let go of their hands to crouch by her father who was surveying Dr. Noe's camp. The boys quickly followed.
The camp was full of men and women in dental attire as they moved around equipment and cages. Some of the cages had creatures in them; some of them were beating themselves against their cages while others were laying in the middle of their cage looking hopeless. Tina's blood boiled at the sight.
Tina felt her father place a hand on her shoulder, and he whispered, "You show the boys what you do and I'll wait for your signal."
She nodded, then she turned her attention on the two teenage turtles. Both boys were staring out at the campsite. Raph had a disturbed and apprehensive look on his face while Leo had an angry and cold-calculating look on his face. She got their attention and motioned for them to follow her.
Once they were in a position that Tina liked she turned to the two teenage boys and said, "This is my favorite part," as she undid her robes to show them the traps and wires and flash bombs and smoke bombs, she had hidden underneath them.
"How did you move around with those things underneath there?" Leo asked as he grabbed a flash bomb.
"It's a type of magic my dad can do. They only appear when I open my top layer of robes. Now come on. Let's set some traps and we'll signal my dad with the flash bombs," Tina said.
The three of them laid traps around the dentist hunting camp. They laid trip wires for them to trip on, hid smoke bombs for them to step on, and other disorienting but nonlethal traps. For Tina, it was a routine job but seeing Raph and Leo set up traps with her made it feel like an extra cool super spy gig. Once everything was laid out, Tina got their attention from the tree she was hiding up in.
She was going to tell them good job and other team building like words that she hears from her dad, but she saw the distressed look on Raph's face. She saw him staring at the yōkai. She was going to try saying something to comfort the poor teenager when Leo spoke up.
"Raph. Come on dude. You got this, and we got you. Are you ready?"
Raph took a long deep breath, then he breathed out, then said, "Let's do this."
Their little reaction made Tina smile.
Once Tina made sure that they knew what they were doing, the three of them threw their flash bombs into the camp and they shielded their eyes as they went off. Immediately, the three of them heard clashing metal as Itsuki started destroying equipment and scaring the dental hunters into their traps.
As Itsuki was making a mess and keeping the dentists distracted, Tina, Raph, and Leo worked together to bust out and escort the captured yōkai in the camp. Raph broke them out of their cages. Leo used his magics to portal them out of the camp. Then Tina used her Hidden City skeleton key in the woods to lead them back to safety.
Once all the cages were empty the three teenagers reconvened outside the camp and Raph asked, "What do you two do now?"
"Well, I start tying up everyone and then we call the cops on them and wait until the cops show up."
"Okay. Sounds great. Let's do this," Raph said.
As Raph and Leo fist bumped each other before splitting, Tina noticed how much better Raph looks. Sure, he still looks on edge, as they all are, but he's not fearful. He looks like he has confidence in himself and in the people helping him. Tina was happy for him, she was silently worried that fighting these dental weirdos would just hurt him more, but it seems like Leo was right about him needing this.
The three of them went around camp finding and tying up the dental assistants, which was made easier by Itsuki's sabotage of equipment, and of the assistants falling for their traps. In total they've managed to round up all twenty-five dental assistants, and Dr. Noe was the last man standing as he faced off against Itsuki.
"Uh, should we help your old man?" Raph asked Tina.
"Nah, he's got it. He takes his job very seriously, and well, we just need to stay back. This won't take too long."
"Cool. Then I wish I had some popcorn," Leo said as he leaned against Raph.
The three of them watched as Dr. Noe was facing off against Itsuki, while armed with a giant scraper. The dentist doctor looked wild eyed and unhinged as he tried to look as intimidating as possible. The teenagers saw that Itsuki was unfazed and was breathing evenly. When Dr. Noe charged at Itsuki, the tengu man quickly and calmly struck back and he destroyed his weapon and knocked out the unhinged doctor.
Tina immediately went over to the unconscious doctor and started tying him up as Itsuki's sword disappeared with a flash of light. Raph and Leo walked up to them. Raph was standing a bit behind Leo, like he was hiding, as he watched Tina tie up the doctor.
With a sigh, Itsuki said, "There. Now maybe they'll stay in prison."
"I hope so," Raph said as Leo nodded.
Tina finished tying the doctor up and she got out her phone and called the cops.
Once Tina hung up, Itsuki said to everyone, "Good job. I'm proud of all of you and your hard work."
"Awe, thank you Mr. Kurama, Sir," Raph said.
"We were happy to help," Leo said.
"You did a good job too Dad," Tina said as she hugged him.
Itsuki patted her head and smiled down at her.
The four of them waited until the cops and/or forest rangers showed up and once they did, Itsuki grabbed a hold of the three teenagers. Said to the two turtle boys that they may get a bit sick. Took a deep breath. Then they were teleported inside the tea shop as he released his breath.
Itsuki let them go and Tina saw how the two turtle boys looked like they just got off an intense roller-coaster and immediately went to grab two trashcans.
As they were throwing up into the trashcans, Tina was comforting them while Itsuki went upstairs to grab them a drink of water.
As Leo was washing out his mouth with the glass of water he was given, Raph said, "Leo's portals never make me feel sick like this."
"Well, I did teleportation, not portals, so there's that," Itsuki said, "If you kids teleport with me more often, you'd get used to the feeling and teleportation won't make you feel as sick anymore."
"I'm good for now," Leo said as Tina handed the boys some napkins to wipe their mouths with.
"I think we'll walk home," Raph said, and Leo nodded in agreement.
"Well, you boy's stay safe, and again, good job out there."
Tina unlocked the front door and the boy's smiled and waved goodbye to them as they lifted their hoods to cover their heads and they stuck their hands in their hoodie's pocket's.
"Their nice boys," Itsuki commented.
As Tina relocked the front door to the tea shop she said, "Yah."
"It was cute how you were holding hands with them," he teased.
Tina groaned in embarrassment as she pushed past her chuckling father to head upstairs.
