After reaching Grand tree Arena, Ash and Akari met with Lian.
"We found a way to offer Kleavor its favourite food." said Akari
"We will throw it like we throw pokeballs" said Ash
"That's quite an unorthodox approach, it seems interesting to me " said Lian
"I got Kleavour's faourite food, plump beans as I promised" said Irada
"But before that, I want you to prove me that you are worthy of standing in front of noble pokemon " said Irada
"I accept the challenge, " said Ash
"Very well, " said Irada as she send her Glaceon
"Pikachu battle time," said Ash sending his partner
"Glaceon use quick attack" said Irada
"Pikachu use volt tackle" said Ash
"What kind of move is that" asked Irada
"It's an electric type move where user cloak itself in the electricity and slammed into the opponent" said Ash as Pikachu striked Glaceon sending her crashed near Irada's feet.As Glaceon stood up she is unable to move.
"Glaceon please move, " said Irada with worry in her eyes.
"She is paralyzed, " said Ash
"Now pikachu use full power wild charge" said Ash as Pikachu used wild charge knocking her out instantly
"How is that even possible" asked Irada as she picked her Glaceon.
"Are you okay" asked Irada
"Glac" said Glaceon with positive nod
"Sorry if I overdid it. Actually my other pokemon are not that well trained. So I used my pikachu as he is the only pokemon that I have with me who is having lots of battle experience. " said Ash
"No problem, " said Irada
"Akari and Irada, can we become a training partner, " asked Ash
"Sure, " said both of them.
Lian then told Irada what Ash and Akari told him which impressed her. Akari, Irada and Ash prepared the offering. "Now, prepare yourself, I will summon the lord Kleavor. " says Lian
"Oh mighty Kleavor, Lord of the woods. Though it isn't yet the time of ceremony, we have prepared an offering of your favourite things. Benevolent lord who works his might between heavens and earth, we offer our gratitude and beseech you--reveal yourself to our eyes" says Lian
"Be prepared Ash, you have to dodge the moves as quick as possible because you are the one who is going to throw the balms." said Irada
All of sudden a loud scream is heard and a pokemon is moving at high speed cutting down the trees. Few moments later, Kleavor landed in front of Ash.
"We are doomed Pikachu," said Ash as he gulped at the sight of unknown pokemon.
"Pikachu distract him and I will throw the balms" said Ash as Pikachu jumped on the ground and used thunder wave getting Kleavor's attention.
Ash then throw the balms that hit Kleavour.
This continued for next ten minutes as Pikachu creates distractions and Ash throwing balms. Ash can see that glow is fading everytime balms hit Kleavor and it is at the verge of disappearing, he sends final balm that hit Kleavor after which the glow disappeared signalling that Kleavor is out from the frenzied state.
"Thankyou for taking me out of that misery. As a reward I present you this insect plate" said Kleavor as a green coloured plate appears in Ash's hand.
"I take my leave" said Kleavor as it went away.
You did it Ash, " said Akari as she congratulates Ash
"Thank Pikachu, as he created distraction. " said Ash as Pikachu jumped on Ash's shoulders.
"I am grateful of you for helping us. It was a rumour that you fell from the sky from time space rift, I think that was true and there must be a reason you are here. " said Irada
"Thanks" said Ash
"As a reward we present you," said Irada as she gave him sitrus berry.
"Let's report this back to the Captain Cyllene" said Akari
"Sure " said Ash
Few hours later Ash and Akari are back to the fieldland camp where Ash reported to Professor Laventon. On their way, Ash caught an Alpha Scyther.
"That's the wonderful job you did. I am impressed, " said Captain Cyllene
"Yeah, he achieved that along with his Pikachu" said Akari
"Not only this Ash caught four Alpha pokemon. Stantler, Scyther, Parasect and Rapidash." said Laventon
"That's impressive," said Cyllene
"You earned some good points kid. With that I am happy to tell you that you earned a new star" said Cyllene as she give Ash as three star badge.
"Work like this and get more stars" said Cyllene.
Back in Ash timeline, Ash's pokemon are sad because their friend is missing.
"I wonder when he will come back," said Sceptile
"It's true, he was missing from past ten days and we are worried for him. He is a trouble magnet you know" said Infernape
"Right, I think he caught up in some legendary stuff" said Krookoodile
"Mewtwo, Charizard and Meloetta are also not here. " said Blastoise
Soon time around them stopped and all of Ash's pokemon in the ranch disappeared. Back at Charicific Valley, Charizard is battling another charizard and he also disappeared.
Few moments later they found themselves in a white hall, where they saw none other than Arceus.
"Where are we," asked Lapras
"My child, you all are at hall of origins. Where I Arceus, creator of all pokemon lives" said Arceus that shocked everyone
"Hey Charizard, we thought you were at the Charicific Valley " said Blastoise
"I was, but not now. Is it you who summon us" asked Charizard to Arceus
"Yes, and there is one reason" said Arceus
"Sorry, but our friend is disappeared from the earth and we are worried " said Gardevoir
"I know, but that was an accident. He is currently in Hisui region, the ancient Sinnoh when pokeballs were just invented and first ever pokedex was created. It was an accident, Celebi took him in the past but she lost all her powers. It will take time for Celebi to regain its lost energy and power. But don't worry, I will send all of you in the past so that you can assist Ash in finding Celebi and stop a disaster in the past that could impact future." said Arceus making them happy
"Will this impact us, physically or mentally" asked Zeraora
"Actually no, travelling back won't be impacting you in any ways" said Arceus
"Then its fine," said Lucario
"I am asking you all once again, do you really want to go there" asked Arceus to which all of them nodded.
"Okay, you all are going to Hisui but you all will be teleported to random location and you have to find Ash" said Arceus making his pokemon cheer as all of them disappeared.
Next day Ash and Akari are walking around the Village as they don't have any task for today.
"Any idea what we are going to do" asked Akari
"No idea, " said Ash
"Ash and Akari, captain Cyllene called both of you" said Professor Laventon.
"What happened," asked Akari
"Don't know," said Ash
"Captain, did you called us" asked Ash
"Yes, " said Cyllene
"You see, there are few members of the survey corps who are trying to capture pokemon reported that they encountered few pokemon which are too powerful to be caught. While some pokemon they tried to catch were stopped by another pokemon." said Cyllene
"So do you want us to explore it" asked Akari
"Correct, I want you to capture those pokemon and complete the pokedex. " said Cyllene
"It will be done, but can you tell us the location where they were spotted" said Ash
"This is the map with all location marked." said Cyllene giving them the map
"Let's go" said Ash
"Now we have to go near Golden lowlands " said Ash
"Rapidash let's go" said Ash as Rapidash darted towards the location. After thirty minutes of riding Ash and Akari reached Golden lowlands in Crimson Mirelands. As they reached there they heard a loud boom.
"There, " said Ash as they ran towards the location.
"Wait what's that pokemon who is battling the Alpha Raichu" asked Akari
"That's Feraligatr, but I wonder what a Feraligatr is doing here" asked Ash
"This is Feraligatr, a water type pokemon and final stage of Totodile," said Ash
Raichu used thunder which Feraligatr grounded electricity using its tail.
"Feraligatr use doubleteam " said Ash loudly as Feraligatr looked at Ash and nodded before using double team.
"Did you just commanded wild pokemon" said Akari in shock. Feraligatr used giga impact that knocked out Raichu.Ash quickly used pokeball that captured alpha raichu.
"Feraligatr what are you doing here. How you came here." asked Ash
"Arceus, he send all of us here" said Feraligatr.
"You meant to say" said Ash as all of sudden Charizard landed in front of Ash. In happiness Charizard released flamethrower on Ash.
"Ash " said Akari in worry.
"Don't worry, these two are my pokemon." said Ash as he hugged both pokemon. Pikachu also welcomed them.
"Charizard and Feraligatr, did you found others" asked Ash
"Not yet, Arceus told us that we all will appear at different locations" said Feraligatr as Ash captured the two pokemon successfully.
Ash then released his Feraligatr, Charizard, Rapidash, Parasect,Stantler,Scyther,Raichu, Rowlet and other few pokemon.
"Guys meet my friends, Charizard and Feraligatr. " said Ash but he is started to laugh when he saw that his two pokemon are looking at Alpha pokemon with shock
"Don't worry, these are alpha pokemon as these pokemon are bigger than the usual species. This make them special " said Ash
"Don't worry, you will be meeting these kind of friends in future. Right now, we have to find our other friends." said Ash
Ash and Akari then arrived at the Gapejaw bog, Ash saw that an Alpha Ursaring cornered few pokemon which include Nidoran, Mudkip, Shinx,Elekid and Magby. All five pokemon are trying hard as they are using all the attack at their disposal. Soon, two flying types, a Pidgeot and Corviknight striked the ursaring at full power with brave bird dealing good damage. Ursaring become more angry and used stone edge on the two flying types. Pidgeot and Corviknight dodged the attacks and striked again with the brave bird knocking the Ursaring out. Ash used pokeball and captured the Ursaring successfully.
"Hey Pidgeot, Corviknight over here" said Ash gaining the attention of the two. Both pokemon landed on front of Ash and the five pokemon ran towards him.
"Its good to see you guys. I can't say how happy I am." said Ash
"We are happy too" said Ash's pokemon
"Now I have to catch you as I don't have your pokeballs" said Ash as he bring seven pokeballs out and captured the pokemon.
"Ash don't take me wrong, how many are there" asked Akari
"Hundred more are there " said Ash
"What, hundred more pokemon" asked Akari as she fainted. Few moments later she woke up and saw Ash sitting there.
"Are you kidding me, in this way you will rank up too fast" said Akari
"Well, that's true." said Ash
"I have to find all my pokemon," said Ash as he send out Pidgeot.
"Hey buddy, would you help me out. We have to find all our friends so shall we go and search for them" asked Ash to which pidgeot nodded.
"Akari, wait for me at the village, I will come back by tomorrow in the morning" said Ash
"Ash you have to be safe" said Akari
"Don't worry, I will be safe" said Ash as he flew in the air. Ash is now flying over Holm of Trials.
"Did you saw anyone" asked Ash
"There, I think I saw Seismitoad in the water and he is fighting with some snail " said Pidgeot
"Land there" said Ash as Pidgeot landed on the ground where both of them saw that a Seismitoad is battling a snail type pokemon. Snail type pokemon is using ice beam which Seismitoad is dodging the attack. Seismitoad went underwater and came out from behind and grabbed snail pokemon making it struggle. Seismitoad then used full power focus blast on close range knocking out snail pokemon.
"Pokeball go" said Ash capturing the snail pokemon successfully. Picking up the pokeball, Ash said "Seismitoad, nice to see you "
"What's with these pokemon and red eyes " asked Seismitoad
"These are alpha pokemon, bigger than normal one and most dangerous one. People of this era are afraid of these pokemon. So I am planning to capture these pokemon for few reason, these are unique pokemon and second it will help me to understand these pokemon. Finally Professor Oak will be shocked to see the alpha pokemon." said Ash
"Seismitoad I have to capture you" said Ash as he used Hisuian pokeball to re-capture Seismitoad.
After travelling for ten days Ash is able to re collect his pokemon. Along with that he captured few more Alpha pokemon which includes Honchkrow,Drapion,Dusknoir,Ninetales, Rhyperior,Machamp,Mamoswine,Froslass.
Right now Ash is in Obsidian Fieldlands where he is camping with his pokemon. Old and new pokemon meeting each other. Charizard and others can't digest the fact that most of the new pokemon are towering above them. But in terms of power, Ash's pokemon have upper hand. His new and old pokemon developed friendly rivalry amond them. Alpha pokemon are now considering Ash's powerhouses as their mentor.
"Team from tomorrow onwards we will focus on training. For everyday we will train six hours in the morning. And I will assign every new member of the family.
"I have an idea, why don't we create a base here. You guys can stay out here. This region is so vast that you can truly live the life of wild pokemon. I don't want to keep you inside the pokeball " said Ash
"Shinx, Bidoof,Starly, Chimchar, Munchlax, Buneary,Cherubi,Wurmple, Psyduck, Combee and Silcoon. You guys are free to go in wild , thanks for your support in helping me for research." said Ash as he released them and they left happily.
"Guys I have to go back at the hall and report the progress on pokedex. So you stay here and wait, I will be back in few hours." said Ash
"Don't worry we are here. Meanwhile, we tell our new friends training regiment" said CharizRd to which they nodded.
"You showed up late young man, where were you" asked Captain Cyllene and beside her is commander Komado
"I was working on pokedex and I am here to show my progress report" said Ash as he gave them pokedex.
"Let's see what wonders you did" said Laventon as he looked at the pokedex. He was shocked.

"And there are pokemon which are native to my home. Actually they came here from time space rift. " said Ash
"Our main motive is to create catalogue of pokemon entries. It doesn't matter if you record data of your pokemon or wild pokemon. For this great work, I increase your rank to eight" said Cyllene
"Thanks" said Ash as he went back to the obsidian fieldlands where his pokemon are staying.
"Guys, let's start the training" said Ash
"Sableye, Rotom, Butterfree, Beheeyem,Nidoran,Mudkip,Torchic,Shinx,Piplup,Abra,Elekid,Magby,Snover,Ralts,Houndour,Blitzle,koffing,Beldum,Togepi,Misdreavus,Rowlet, Rapidash,Parasect,Stantler,Scyther,Raichu,Ursaring, Hissuian Sliggoo, Honchkrow, Drapion, Dusknoir, Ninetales,Rhyperior,Machamp,
Mamoswine, Froslass and Geodude we will work on you.Everyone let's help others in becoming the best" said Ash
"Let's do it" said Ash's pokemon
"And we have to make sure we don't go near village" said Ash to which Ash's pokemon nodded
"Gardevoir, take Ralts,Abra,Beldum under your wing, you are psychic type so you will be able to mentor it easily. " said Ash
"Sure, come here Ralts,Abra and Beldum " said Gardevoir
"Staraptor,Pidgeot,Noctowl and Swellow, you bith help Rowlet, Honchkrow, and Scyther in learning all flying type moves you know.
Charizard, Emboar,Typhlosion, Infernape you help Magby,Torchic,Houndour Rapidash and Ninetales in learning fire type moves.
Pikachu, Zeraora, Toxtricity you guys help Shinx,Blitzle,Elekid and Raichu in learning electric type moves.
Blastoise,Floatzel you help Mudkip and Piplup in learning water type moves you know.
" said Ash as he assigned the mentor to every new team member he got after Unova league. Ash's old pokemon started to spar with them.
In this way, Ash's pokemon spent three hours
in learning the move. Ash decided that he will dedicate three hours for one move on daily basis, so in next sixty days they will learn approx thirty moves. Then Ash decided that he will work on remaining hours for strength, endurance, speed, stamina, agility, mental strength, attack, defense and team bonding.
"Everyone let's wind up training session for today and we will begin tomorrow. I will bring food for you, so stay here" said Ash as he went out in search of food. Gengar, Garchomp, Gardevoir, Ursaring, Rhyperior and Machamp went along with Ash.
After one hour Ash returns with the supply of food enough to feed his pokemon. Once his pokemon are done with the food. He recalled everyone inside the pokeballs.
"Pikachu every night we will keep our friends inside the pokeball and in the morning we will let them free so that they can enjoy outside.Just like Professor do back at Kanto." said Ash
"Wait a minute, how professor are reacting on when he notice that my pokemon are missing. " said Ash
Ash, Akari,Pikachu and Laventon are enjoying potato mochi.
"Ash, the whole village is speaking highly of you. You not only showed them some great pokemon but you are able to work closely with them. You calmed down the Kleavor which is not an easy thing to do " said Laventon
"Thanks, " said Ash as he blushed with the praise he is receiving.
"I forgot to ask one thing Professor " said Ash
"What" asked Laventon
"When did time space rift created," asked Ash
"It was happened two years ago, we heard the loud boom at top of Mt. Coronet and then we saw an explosion occurs after which time space rift opens. " said Laventon
"Two years, no it can't be " though Ash as his and Pikachu's eyes go widened.
"That's the same time when we stopped Cyrus and his psychopathic plan to create a new universe. Somehow we stopped him in doing so, but Dialgia and Palkia's power created this time space rift." said Ash to Pikachu through aura.
"Ash, are you okay" asked Akari
"Yeah, I am fine. I was just thinking about that" said Ash
"We all are thinking about the time space rift.It is a mysterious thing that we are witnessing" said Laventon
After the dinner Ash is going to place his pokemon in the trunk where he store all his items like potions, medicines, pokedex and other suff. As Ash is placing the pokemon inside he saw that his pokedex is glowing and changed into some weird device.
"That was weird " said Ash as his pokedex is now transformed completely. Ash touched the central screen and all the pokedex function activated. It shows how many pokemon he have, details of his pokemon like height, weight, the number of moves a pokemon knows, what moves it can learn. This pokedex also have map function which will help Ash in travelling to different sectors of Hisui. Ash pointed the new pokedex at Pikachu and it released an energy beam that covered the Pikachu after which it displayed Pikachu's information.
"Did you see that Pikachu, it is showing accurate information about you. Like what moves you knows, your abilities, height, weight, and your gender" said Ash that made Pikachu squeal in happiness.
"Wait, this is also showing location of alpha pokemon" said Ash "I can't wait to see all alpha pokemon"
"This will help us a lot, " said Pikachu
"Now let's go for a walk" said Ash as he and Pikachu walked outside.
"Excuse me, are you Ash" asked a girl
"Yes, " replied Ash
"I need your help," said the girl
"What kind of help, " asked Ash
"My name is Vessa and what I am going to tell you is a secret." said the girl
"Hisui region is in danger. Hundred of years ago, a being that brought calamity to this region was sealed away by someone using the power of a strange magic. But, for some reason the seal is broken." said Vessa
"I don't believe it" said Ash
"I was sure that you won't believe me, but I have the proof. This is the item that kept that entity sealed and now it is broken" said Vessa giving Ash an odd keystone. After looking at the odd keystone, Ash and pikachu are shocked.
"No way, this is spiritomb" said Pikachu
"Do you remeber, In Sinnoh when Buizel and Aipom traded away and we were training with them. We destroyed the shrine and Spiritomb was release. We came to know that an aura guardian and his pikachu sealed the Spiritomb inside it" said Ash
"It was mentioned that spiritomb was sealed 500 years ago and she is saying Spiritomb was sealed hundred of years ago, so we are just 300 years in the past from our current time. " asked Pikachu
"Right, so we are not in extreme past as we previpusly thought of" said Ash
"Maybe, there are few things we don't know about this region yet" said Ash
"I believe you now. What we have to do" said Ash
"When the seal is broken, multiple wisps scattered across Hisui. Please collect them for me and save Hisui. You can see the wisp as you are the holder of the keystone. There are hundred and seven in total" said the girl.
"You can see that there is the one wisp" said Vessa as Ash saw a blue and purple flame. Ash ran towards it and then extend odd keystone that absorbed the wisp.
"Only hundred and six are left. You can do it, I believe that you will gather all wisp successfully " said Vessa as she left.
"Now we have to gather all the wisp, " said Ash
"Hey Pikachu, I was wondering that pokeballs of this era don't shrink just like modern pokeball. How about we try to shrink pokeball " asked Ash
"That would be good if you can do it" said Pikachu
Meanwhile a spirit is wandering in the forest near to Jubilife Village. Volo is waking in the same forest to collect some medicinal leaks to prepare potion. The wandering spirit then enters the Volo.
"What happened" thought Volo as he continued with his task.
As Volo is going back to the village he heard a voice in his head.
"What place is this " asked the voice
"Who are you" asked Volo
"I am your worst nightmare. Tell me where I am" asked the voice.
"You are in Hisui region, created by Almighty Sinnoh " said Volo
"Almighty Sinnoh, I must ask who is this" said the voice
"I don't know, no one in this region knows about that" said Volo
"Hmm, interesting. I wanted to ask you if you want to work for me" said the voice
"But who are you, and why I am able to hear you" asked Volo
"It's not your concern, just follow my commands and you will be powerful in no time" said the voice as Volo's head started to ache for few minutes before his eyes glowed red for a while before getting normal.

(A/N : Hello readers, hope everyone is doing fine. The third chapter is finished and we came to know that the current events of Hisui are related to the events that took place in future. Time space rift is a end result of Cyrus's plan to create the new universe. And who is that spirit that possessed Volo, is that spirit released due to the seal of odd key stone is broken.
Another thing is that Ash have all of his pokemon with him except Meloetta and Mewtwo and he captured new alpha pokemon.
