After Ash's three dragon pokemon hatched, Ash started to give them training on how to walk, socialize with other pokemon, when and when not to use their powers. For next two months Ash and his pokemon interacted with the three legendary babies and Ash trains with his pokemon. During his training time few more pokemon attain next stage as Ash challenge alpha pokemon with his pokemon.
Elekid and Magby becomes Magmar and Electzbuzz, Tyrunt becomes Tyrantrum,
Geodude becomes Graveler,Koffing becomes Weezing,Houndour becomes Houndoom.
Giratina, Dialga and Palkia are developing at good rate. Their height increased four times in last two months. Giratina , Dialga and Palkia are now standing at height of four and a half feet.
"Everyone, you stay here. I have to report Captain Cyllene, I will be back in three hours, meanwhile you guys take rest." says Ash as he ran towards the Jubilife Village.
"Finally dad is not here. So," says Dialga as it looked at Palkia and used dragon breath.
"Stop doing that," says Palkia as thunder hit Palkia
"Stop it" says Palkia as another attack hit it.
"Now you are taking it far," says Palkia as it launched dragon breath on Dialga"Dialga and Palkia you can do it. " said Giratina
"Stop it you two and Giratina stop encouraging them," says Mewtwo as he step in between the two
"How many times we all told you not to fight like this," says Mewtwo
"But Dialga started first, " says Palkia
"It doesn't matter who started first, I just want you three not to fight again in future" says Mewtwo
"But.." says Palkia as it started to cry
"Don't cry ! I have a deal, don't fight again and you will get a treat" says Mewtwo
"A treat ! What kind of treat?" asks Palkia
"Lots of berries, " says Lucario
"I hate berries, " says Palkia
"Can you teach us, some moves" says Giratina
"Sure, we all will teach you, but you need to wait for two more months before your actual training begin." says Mewtwo
"Ash and Akari, there is a new request for you. " says Cyllene
"What kind of request, " asks Ash
"As we all know you have been able to record all the existing pokemon in Hisui and there are those who are not part of Hisui. Only remaining pokemon are those who mentioned in legends and folklore of Hisui"
"With how little we know about Hisui's history and legends, it seems a tall order for us to tackle..." Akari adds.
"Pardon! " Just then, Volo goes into the hall. "If it's Hisuian history and legends you want, then I'm your man!"
"Volo?" Ash and Akari are surprised to see him.
"Why, I've spent plenty of time studying such things while also tirelessly doing my work for the Ginkgo Guild. And I've visited many of the ruins and what not here in the Hisui region already!" says Volo
"Listen well, Ash and Akari. You are to learn all you can from the merchant Volo and work together as needed. For the sake of the Pokedex. We, meanwhile, will also continue to gather intelligence on Pokemon by other means." Cyllene says.
"Understood! I'll set up at the Heights Camp, then. Ash and Akari, I'll be expecting you! Besides, I've something I'd like to discuss with you too, so I hope you won't keep me waiting!" Volo says as he leaves.
Ash and Akari along with Volo arrived at the Obsidian Fieldlands camp. "Come with me" says Volo as he took them to a large boulder with images sculpted on it.
"I want to show you something. Look at the pattern on this rock. I've come to think that they might be the letters-- rather like hieroglyphs. I've inspected the ruins across the region and have concluded that they all seem to tell the same tale" says Volo "The tale of a brave soul who, together with the pokemon at his side, went on a journey to search for the fragments of all encompassing diety"
"Encompassing diety !" says Akari
"The very same diety that created this entire universe. And its name is... " says Volo "Arceus"
"He knows about Arceus all the time, " thought Ash
"Perhaps you've already heard this name" asks Volo
"Should I tell him, what if Volo is also an evil guy. All of sudden interested in Arceus's plate. Something is fishy " says Ash to himself.
"I haven't heard of his name" says Ash
"Now let's discuss the plates," says Volo "They must surely be the plates.The same plates you collected while quelling the nobles. Haven't you noticed the words engraved on them ?"
"Go ahead and read the text " says Volo
"The original one breathed alone before the universe came " says Ash
"The original one is none other than Arceus himself" says Volo "What you say Ash, should we gather all the plates"
"I think yes, I have to acquire the plates so that Volo can't use them. If his intentions are wrong then all plates under his control will be a devastating thing. I remember Cyrus said that he roamed in this world before he got the host who share the same dream as his. And Cyrus's dream is to take over the world." thought Ash
"I am with you on this " says Ash
"I've got the idea where to search. It's Grueling grove" says Volo "Let's go then,"
"I don't have my pokemon with me. I will meet you there once I get my pokemon," says Ash
After arriving at the Grueling Grove , Ash met with Volo. Soon they got attacked by alpha Vespiqueen.
"Emboar battle time," says Ash sending his Emboar.
"Emboar finish Vespiqueen in one go. Use blast burn" says Ash as Emboar took deep breath and then forms a big ball of red-orange fire in front of its snout, and then launches a giant red-orange flame from it at the Vespiqueen knocking it in the single hit.
"Emboar your blast burn got powerful after training. I am proud of you. Take rest" says Ash as he recalled his pokemon back. Ash noticed a a plate like object near Vespiqueen.
"That's stone plate, " says Volo as Ash picks the object.
"Ash you were awesome. " says Akari
"Now let's go back to Miss Cogita's place. She may know something about legends of Hisui and plates" says Volo to which Ash and Akari nodded.
Ash and Akari along with Volo arrived at Ancient Retreat where Cogita lives. Arriving inside Cogita's house they find Cogita sitting on her bed in the house, and she asks, "Oh, lost ones...It's miraculous what you've done! It seems the Red Chain served its purpose well. And you carried out your duty, as you were bid. But what brings you here? Have you yet need of me?"
"It's about Arceus. We want to know about the plates." Ash says.
"Ah, yes. A tale whose origins lie a millennium or two ago...Those were the days of the ancient Sinnoh people, from whom I am descended across many generations. These forbears of mine worshiped Arceus as the Pokemon that created the Hisui region. And I have heard of certain fragments - plates, as they are called - that were given to the ancestors of Pokemon such as Kleavor and Wyrdeer."
"Is that all? I thought that surely you could tell us more about Arceus and the plates..." Volo asks.
"I'm afraid I've nothing new to tell you." Cogita shakes her head. "Why, the Diamond and Pearl Clans would never have confused Dialga and Palkia with the creator, Arceus, had anything concrete been passed down."
"If only we had more to go on. The answers to these mysteries may even shed light on why Ash here fell from the sky." Volo pleads.
"Aha. I see what you intend. Very well - I'll help as best as I can." Cogita sighs. "There are still other tremendous Pokemon in Hisui - other mysteries to be solved. Whether they are connected to Arceus, I cannot say for certain. But in searching them out, perhaps you'll stumble upon the path you seek. These are the Pokemon of the lakes, of course. And the temple giant. The crescent moon, the volcano...And perhaps you might even return to the very beginning..."
"The pokemon of lakes are Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. Temple giant is Regigigas that we found in Snow Point temple,the Cresent moon is Creselia and the Volcano is Heatran. These pokemon are connected to Arceus. " thought Ash
Cogita explained them about each pokemon and their location.
After leaving Ancient Retreat, Volo says, "It's just as I had suspected! Pokemon are the key to our search, Ash! If we can gather all the plates from them and decipher the messages on the backs of the plates at last, perhaps we can meet Arceus itself! You should go search for the Pokemon that Cogita mentioned."
"Let's head to the place where I met Professor Laventon first, Prelude Beach" says Ash
Akari and Ash arrived at the Prelude Beach where they met Commander Kamado who is waiting for them in this battle armor.
"Prelude beach, indeed a place of beginning." says Kamado "Now is not the time for words. Face me in a battle"
"A battle" says Akari
"Yes, " says Kamado
"I am ready" says Ash as both of them took their battle position and Kamado sends his Golem.
"Emboar battle time," says Ash sending his fire and fighting type.
"Golem use earth power " says Kamado
"Emboar use flare blitz, then grab Golem and use seismic toss " says Ash
Golem raised its leg to use earth power but Emboar quickly reached near Golem with flare blitz sending it crashed near the boulder. Emboar then grabbed Golem by leg and used seismic toss. Emboar then used blast burn to knockout Golem.
"Shocking, you and your pokemon are something else." says Kamado as he recalled his fainted Golem and sends Heracross.
Heracross flew towards the Emboar with mega horn but Emboar grabbed its horn stopping it in the mid field. Emboar then used overheat at close range that knocked out Heracross instantly.
"Another shocking thing," says Kamado recalling its fallen pokemon. Kamado then sends his Snorlax and Emboar decided to battle Snorlax.
This time Emboar won once again.
"How is it possible" asks Kamado
"My pokemon train against each other. I have Snorlax, so he is well aware on how to tackle Snorlax" says Ash
"Emboar you did great, but I want to give chance to others" says Ash as he recalled him back. Kamado then sends his Clefable and Ash sends his Gengar. Gengar quickly defeated Clefable with a combination of hypnosis,nightmare, dream eater, sludge bomb and phantom force.
Commander Kamado then sends his final pokemon, Hisuian Braviary. Ash then sends his
Pikachu. The battle was over quickly as Pikachu used combination of counter shield and wild charge knocking it out instantly.
"Even frightful creatures can become an powerful allies. I am impressed" says Kamado
"You have grown stronger since we faced each other on Mt. Coronet. It's clear you do not view Pokemon as dangerous enemies, but rather as trustworthy allies...allies with whom you can reach to greater heights. Perhaps, you are a devine being sent to us "
"Ash is great ! I know because I see how friendly are his pokemon towards him. He taught me few things on forging a great bond with Pokemon. I think, what he taught me can be applied in daily life. Thanks Ash, for teaching me" says Akari
"As a reward, I present you this " says Kamado as he gave him the artifact they are looking for.
"That's the fist plate" says Akari
"We found it when me and my people first set foot on the land of Hisui. I thought it has some kind of power, so I kept it safe. Perhaps, it seems almighty Sinnoh is guiding us. Think of this, meeting you, Irida and Adaman must be a coincidence. " says Kamado
"I have to go, good luck in finding other plates " says Kamado
"Let's go and visit the three lakes to obtain three plates" says Ash
Arriving at the first lake, Ash and Akari enters the cave they saw Mesprit waiting for them.
"Welcome ! I was waiting for you " says Mesprit
"Waiting for us " says Akari
"I know, you are collecting all the plates. I can sense you two are good humans, so we are willing to give you plates and for that you have to capture us " says Mesprit
"Catch you ! But you are lake guardians and I can't capture you. This will disrupt the balance" says Ash
"Don't worry, we can be replaced. So even if you capturing us won't disrupt the balance. We can only go with the human with pure heart. Since you have the aura of the almighty Sinnoh inside you, we are sure that you won't misuse our power" says Mesprit
"Ash this is a lifetime opportunity, " says Pikachu
"I am ready to face you" says Ash as he sends Gengar
Gengar vs Mesprit
Gengar is floating in the air observing its opponent. Soon battle between both started where Mesprit gave Ash first move.
"Gengar use shadow ball, " said Ash as Gengar formed the orb of dark energy between its palm and then launched it at Mesprit. Mesprit teleported away and appeared behind Gengar. Gengar then used his ghostly abilities and made itself intangible and then vanished under ground.
Mesprit extrasensory on the battlefield sending shockwave of psychic type attack. As soon as attack striked the field Gengar came out floating in the air laughing at the Mesprit.Mesprit then used psychic.
"I know you will do this. Gengar evade it" said Ash as Gengar disappeared under the field. After few seconds battlefield convereded into shadow terrain with shadow flares coming out of it. Mesprit used her telekinetic energy to float in the air. As she is floating, dark energy streaks striked Mesprit after which her energy drained.
Mesprit then used mystical power on the field and shadow terrain got destroyed after which she used shadow ball. Gengar then countered shadow ball with its own shadow ball.
"Use mean room, " said Ash to gengar
Gengar's eyes then glowed dark red and after which walls of rings made of energy covered the battlefield. The walls are created in form circular rings. Mesprit is now confined in the central ring, walls are covered from top with dark energy forcefield.Mesprit tried to teleport but unabled to do so.
Mesprit then used dazzling gleam. Gengar then used walls as a medium to travel and disappeared. After that multiple shadow ball infused with fire and electricity hit Mesprit.
Gengar then passing through walls in zigzag manner and then striking Mesprit rapidly with thunder punch. This time Mesprit's eyes glowed blue and she used her psychic energy to create a force field that started to turn the walls into dark particles. Slowly and slowly then walls started to destroy and within no time the walls made of dark energy got destroyed. Gengar came out of the battlefield and then hovered above the battlefield.
"Gardevoir is looking weak, that's the good time, " said Ash
"Gengar create that room once again and let's wrap this quick, use our move that we are working on " said Ash
"Are you sure," asked Gengar to which Ash simply nodded and created the room around Mesprit once again and made Mesprit unable to teleport.
Gengar simply floated above in the air at higher altitude and then raised it's arms in the air and slowly and slowly one massive sphere started to form. Inner core of the sphere is glowing with orange and white energy and surface of the orb is glowing with blue aura and ring of flames surrounded the orb. For next few moments Gengar is sending all of his energy in the orb making it as massive as it can possible.
"No way, " thought Mesprit
"Is this the power of Ash's pokemon," thought Akari
Mesprit tried to teleport but she is unable to do so. Mesprit then once again used full power dazzling gleam that destroyed the room, Gengar already thrown the orb at the Mesprit.
Gengar is feeling tired and lost 90 percent of his health. The orb is still falling down on the field with an amzing speed.
Mesprit tried use full power psychic.Few
moments later shadow orb started to overpower Mesprit and leads to explosion which results into smoke and dust. When dust and smoke clears Mesprit can be seen heavily panting with protective shield around her. Gengar is also tired out heavily.
"Go" says Ash throwing its ultra ball that captured the Mesprit successfully.
"You did it Gengar, our training paid off" says Ash as Gengar floating around Ash happily. Ash then recalled him back.
"Ash that was amazing" says Akari
Ash and Akari returned back to base and healed his pokemon. After that Ash went to next two lakes where he battled and caught Azelf and Uxie. After catching them, the lake guardians gave them draco plate.
"Uxie,Mesprit and Azelf do you want to get back to wild or want to stay with me" asks Ash
"We will stay with you " says the trio
"Welcome to the team, but I can't promise that you will battle frequently but I promise that you will be happy after joining my family of pokemon" says Ash
After that Ash and Akari arrives at Firespit Island where they met Palina andIrida. Palina told them that something is wrong at Firespit Island again.Ash and Akari heads to the Molten Arena. where they found Adaman,Iridaand Iscan near the arena, waiting at the entrance of a dome.
"Hey Ash ! Nice to see you once again. We heard that you are collecting some sort of plates" says Adaman
"Yup, We got three plates" says Ash
"That's amazing ! " says Irida
Iscan says, "Ash and Akari. Thank you for coming so far out of your way."
"Er, Warden Iscan, wasn't Palina joining us?" Irida asks with confusion.
"O-oh, yes. About that...um..." Iscan mutters. "It seems she wanted some time with her lord, so...she's asked us to check the Lava Dome Sanctum. Without her."
"What! The nerve of - She knows I can't stand sweltering places like this!" Irida complains.
"Aren't you coming inside," says Adaman
"I am fine here, " says Irida
"Don't be so scared, you have to face your greatest enemy" says Adaman as he dragged away Irida along with him inside the cave.
As they enter the cave they saw Heatran but larger in size.
"What's that creature" asks Akari
"Heatran, " says Ash
"How do you know" asks Adaman
"I actually met one in my time" says Ash
Heatran roared and then used its signature move magma storm at Ash,Akari,Adaman,Iscan and Irida. "Blastoise use hydro pump and stop magma storm" says Ash sends his Blastoise who used hydro pump but magma storm overpowered hydro pump and hit Ash and others.
"Everyone evacuate the cave." says Ash as everyone is out except Ash. Heatran then created the dome of flames around it.
"Blastoise stop for now. I will need you later on" says Ash sends Infernape out.
Heatran vs Infernape
"Infernape use dig and strike Heatran with quake punch" says Ash as Infernape used dig and exit below Heatran and strikes it with quake punch. When quake punch hit Heatran's abdomen it send it flying in the air and dealt great damage.Heatran balanced itself and then used magma storm. Infernape used dig once again and then used quake combat in which Infernape used earthquake fused kicks and punches on Heatran's abdomen dealing great damage.
Heatran is now pissed off, Heatran used flash cannon and Infernape used dig before using quake punch once more. Infernape then uses combo of dig and quake punch multiple time which started to deal good amount of damage.
As Infernape used dig once again, Heatran used earthpower sending Infernape thrown out of the ground.
"Infernape stop for now, let Blastoise finish the rest" says Ash but Infernape denied as he wanted to defeat legendary pokemon.
"Ok Blastoise, it seems you have to rest" says Ash recalling him back.
Infernape then used dig and came out before Heatran used earthquake. Infernape lands on Heatran's back and used quake punch rapidly dealing good damage. The fusion of fighting type and ground type attack is dealing four times damage. As a result Heatran is severly damaged, Ash threw ultra ball which successfully captured Heatran.
"Wait, what I am doing. I have no right to capture legendary pokemon without their will. I promised N that I won't be capturing pokemon in wild, I will take only those who are abandoned and willing to come with me" thought Ash as he released Heatran
"Heatran I am sorry to capture you. We are in search of the plates of Arceus as I have a doubt that there is some one who want to control Arceus by using those plates. I am not sure either, " says Ash as Heatran gave Ash what is known as Iron Plate.
"Heatran I want to ask if you want to come on my journey and be a part of my family or you want to stay here." asks Ash "I felt guilty for capturing you. I promised someone that I will only capture those pokemon who wish to come with me by themselves." says Ash
"Wait ! I wish to come with you. " says Heatran
"What ? But I captured you forcefully " says Ash
"You didn't captured me forcefully. The way you took my permission is appreciating. I can sense a pure heart in you." says Heatran
"Heatran, I have huge amount of pokemon in my family. I can't promise you if you will battle frequently ,but I can promise you one thing that you won't regret joining me. We will have fun, we will train together to get stronger. We will forge a great bond that no one have. " says Ash as he extends his hand. Heatran stepped forward and let Ash pet him.
"Welcome to the team. " says Ash as he recalled his new capture.
After that Ash and Akari along with Adaman and Irida arrives at the Summit Camp, there they see both Melli and Calaba at the Moonview Arena, much to their surprise.
"I don't suppose grunts as you would even know, but I guess it behooves me to ask...Do you know the Pokemon called Cresselia?" Melli asks.
"I know about it a lot." Ash says.
"Well, I figured you'd know. I wouldn't expect any less from someone who managed to defeat me, even if it was just a fluke!" Melli says.
"Excuse me!" says Ash
"Stop you two, " says Calaba "Cresselia is said to be the very embodiment of the crescent moon. Her feathers are called Lunar Feathers, and legend says that if you hold one as you fall asleep, you'll be visited with wondrous dreams"
"Well, I call her a nightmare, that pesky Cresselia! She descended upon Moonview Arena and caused my lord to hide itself away!" Melli says. "I'm so worried about Electrode that I can't even sleep, never mind dream!"
"Think you might be able to catch Cresselia and perhaps even claim one of those Lunar Feathers?" Calaba asks Ash
"Oh, do catch that pesky flying croissant! Do it for my poor Electrode...Though I suppose Cresselia can't be all bad, if she at least recognizes the perfection of the arena looked after with loving care by the great Melli!"
As Ash rush into the Moonview Arena and see Cresselia looking at him. Cresslia's eyes glowed blue and Ash outlined in blue energy and floats towards Cresselia.
"Human, what are you doing here " asks Cresselia
"I am here in search of plate of Arceus. It seems you have the plate" says Ash via aura
"It seems you are after Arceus, want to control his powers" says Cresselia.
"No, I want plates so that no evil person can use those for wrong deeds. I know Arceus and met him, and I know what destruction these plates can bring if fall in wrong hands. " says Ash
"It seems you are telling the truth. But you will only get the plates when you defeat me" says Cresselia
"Thanks, I won't be capturing you. " says Ash asCresselia went into battle stance.
"Zorua battle time," says Ash sending his Hisuian Zorua
Cresselia vs Zorua
Cresselia started with confusion, Zorua created a protection shield surrounded in ghost type aura that negated the confusion Cresselia then teleport away.
Ash closed its eyes and then looked for Cresselia's aura and says " Zorua use shadow claw right above you". Zorua jumped in the air, did a backflip before using shadow claw that hit Cresselia dealing good damage.
Cresselia glowed pink before it restores its own health and used moonblast. Cresselia gathers energy from the moon. It then forms an orb of pink energy in front of its body and fires it at the Zorua. Zorua used shadow claw on moon blast, Zorua is trying hard to stop it but Cresselia used her psychic powers to push moonblast on Zorua. Zorua unable to handle it for long got bit by moonblast that caused explosion.
The explosion sends Zorua flying in the air. Zorua opened its eyes and did backflip before landing on the field. Zorua howled before it started to surround in ghostly aura. Zorua then glowed before it started to change shape. Few moments later there stood Zoroark instead of Zorua.
"Congrats Zorua" says Ash
"Thanks, " says Zoroark
"Zoroark you can battle on your own in your way, I will onserve it" says Ash as Zoroark giggled and then charged at Cresselia with glowing claw. Cresselia used moonblast which Zoroark evades with double team and jumped in air to defeat Cresselia. Cresselia teleports away before arriving higher in the air. Zoroark then snarled at Cresselia before firing shadow ball. Cresselia dodged every attack and used
psycho cut, Zoroark sends the arc of shadow energy that connected with psycho cut causing explosion. From within the smoke emerges Zoroark and hold on Cresselia's neck.
"Now use bitter malice " says Ash as Zoroark surrounded in ghostly aura before its hairs started to raise in the air and then ghostly energy strikes Cresselia causing great damage
Zoroark then take advantage of the situation and then ominous wind dealing good damage.
Cresselia then used its psychic power to throw Zoroark and used its power to recover lost power.
"Chosen one, there is no need to continue battle. You passed the trial and I present you the plate of Arceus." says Cresselia as a plate floats towards him.
"This is dread plate. Thanks Cresselia" says Ash
"Also, I want to give this to you" says Cresselia as she glowed white and an egg appeared in front of Ash
"What's this,"asked Ash
"You told me that you only want pokemon if they want to come with you. So I gave you the egg that will hatch into me. Take care of the egg and forge a great bond with it, this egg will hatch in two weeks. I wish you luck chosen one," says Cresselia as she floats and then teleported away.
After getting the dread plate Ash visited the snowpoint temple where they met Adaman and Sabi. Together they ventured into the snowpoint temple, inside it there is a giant door which is shaped like Regigigas.
"I guess this is the door, right?" Ash asks.
"It should be." Adaman replies.
"So Adaman, do you know about this door as well?" Ash asks.
"Oh, this door here - well, they say behind it sleeps a Pokemon so great it could tow around the entirety of the continents that lie to the south." Adaman says.
"No matter what we do, this door just won't seem to open..." Sabi adds.
"There must be a key to open the door?" As Ash step forward to investigate, the door is suddenly glowing, and so is something in Ash's pocket.
"The plates!" Adaman gasps as Ash takes out the three glowing plates: The Stone Plate, the Icicle Plate, and the Iron Plate. Ash says, "These plates are referring to Regirock, Regice, and Registeel...I see..."
"Regirock, Registeel and Regice ?" asks Adaman
"These are three regi that Regigigas created." says Ash
"I can't believe it...so those plates are the keys to open this door?" says Adaman
"But now that we are inside, let's try to see the giant." Sabi adds as they head downstairs. After reaching in the basement they saw three familiar regi titan blocking their path.
