The years went by quickly, I ended up meeting a young Roy Mustang and we became friends, he was a cocky lad, but we got into some trouble together, he ended up learning about my immortality through an accident I had on the day we met. I had been attacked and robbed by a few people and he took me in thinking I was going to die but I recovered quickly due to my strange immortality. Roy promised to keep it a secret and said he would help me where he could. It was nice to meet him later in life during the civil war to learn he had become a state alchemist and made some friends.

I met Riza, Hughes, Armstrong, and several other state alchemists. I also met a disgustingly violent state alchemist who knew that something was off about me, we had a couple of clashes, but I didn't like recalling those moments, it was a very dark time during the civil war.

After, Roy and Riza had spent a lot of time taking care of me. I had lived with both in between travelling Amestris to try and find answers. They knew I was a skilled fighter, that I would be able to help them out if they needed it, I was stronger than most people and faster for my size. I understood alchemy to a point, but I never used it, I couldn't, it was like something was blocking me. I used Roy's home as a storage for some of my belongings as he kept them safe and Riza kept some other bits safe for me, it was nice to have two amazing friends I could rely on in such a way, though I did have my own apartment in Central.

In the present-day Roy had called me in for a meeting. As someone he met would be able to help me as they were looking into special alchemy and realised, I could possibly help them and in return.

So here I was… sat outside Mustang's office. I had my legs crossed in front of me and my head against the wall as I closed my eyes, feeling so tired. I lifted my head seeing Riza walk out and beckon me inside, I slid from my seat and walked into the office.

"Reaka, I'd like you to meet Edward and Alphonse Elric," Roy spoke, my eyes shot open as I walked around and looked at the brothers,
"Reaka?" the blonde in the red coat asked,
"Edward?" I question. Edward and myself pointed at each other, we were clearly surprised to see each other.
"You're in the military!" I was shocked,
"You're still fifteen?" Edward was shocked,
"I did tell you long ago …" I sighed and folded my arms as I rolled my eyes, Edward just frowned at me as I smirked and smiled, it was nice to see them. I looked over the brothers, Edward had grown up from the child I met all those years ago. His hair had grown, and he styled it into a braid, he was just a little shorter than myself.

"Yes, Edward I know about Reaka too, she came to me a while ago so I'm helping her. Then when you showed up, I thought you could help her instead since you're looking for the philosopher's stone," Roy spoke, my ears pricked up as I frowned in curiosity,
"The stone?" I questioned,
"Yes, since you left home-" Alphonse started, I could hear his voice sounded hollow as I looked at him suspiciously, he was a lot taller than both Edward and I, wearing an armour that would cover up his body. It raised suspicions in me straight away,
"Al, don't tell her, she doesn't need to know cos she wasn't there!" Edward snapped, I looked at him blankly.

"So childish…" I sighed,
"Childish! I'm the same age as you and you call me childish!" Edward snapped,
"Actually, no, Edward, I'm over 100 years old so I am older than you, I just look 15…" I corrected him,
"What's your actual age?" Roy smirked, I growled at him. "Age is always a touchy subject with women," Roy sighed, especially with myself, because I didn't truly know how old I was.

I looked over Al as he stood there, the armour was from Van's office. I recognised it well,
"Al…" I spoke,

"Yes?" Alphonse looked at me, I walked over to him with suspicious eyes, which worried him and I could see Edward starting to panic slightly, they knew I would be aware of its origin since I had been in their home years before today,
"I was right to be suspicious when I heard rumours of a super alchemist with a metal arm and a metal brother," I punched Alphonse's head off and saw nothing was inside, just a blood seal as I pulled him forward so I could look inside.

I glared at Edward, and the back of my hand went straight across Edward's face,
"You moron!" I yelled, I realised what they did, but I didn't know how they got to this position… alchemy wasn't something to be trifled with, it wasn't something that you could use to break the laws of life…
"Brother," Alphonse stood up to see if he was ok, but I grabbed Alphonse's hand and flipped him over my shoulder, Roy and Riza just stood there and watched as the chaos unfolded in front of them.
"You're both morons!" I yelled; I had water in the corner of my eyes. "You have got to tell me why and when this happened…" I spoke, the brothers just looked at me in terror as I glared at them, though after a moment Edward noticed my tears and frowned sadly.

Alphonse, Edward, and I went and sat down somewhere more private so we could talk.
"What happened? After I left…" I asked, Edward and Alphonse looked down, "In your own time, there's no rushing here" I smiled, Edward looked at me with a sad face.

They told me the entire story of what happened to their mother and how they tried to bring her back with the training from their teacher. I just listened as they spoke about their hardships and explained their truth, I clenched my fists more and more as the boys spoke. The guilty feeling of leaving them was rising inside me.
"I should have stayed… I would have been able to put you boys on the right track and stopped you from doing this…" I explained, I looked down at the ground as I frowned,
"It's not your fault this happened Rea," Alphonse spoke,
"I still should have stayed!" I snapped, "I should have sensed your mother was ill… I should have been there for you two… what kind of a friend am I if I can't even help two boys…" I snapped, I could feel their eyes on me as I thought about their lives.

I stood up, I looked at Edward's face and Alphonse's armour face as I made my decision,
"I'm guessing you're finding the stone to get your bodies back?" I asked, Edward suddenly smiled genuinely as I looked between them both, I knew how the stone was made, I was going to try and deter them from it to find an alternative solution. I couldn't tell them… I didn't have the heart to.
"Yes," they both nodded,
"Then I'll help," I put my fist up in determination with a small smile, Alphonse lifted his head up,
"Thank you," he smiled.

Edward stood up a moment later, he reached in his pocket as I watched him,
"We have something of yours too…" Edward snapped, "It was a promise you gave us, saying that you'd return someday…" Edward added, "Here…" Edward walked around the table and taken both of my hands and put something in them. When Edward stepped back, I saw my charm bracelet,
"Thank you for looking after it," I smiled at them both.

I put the charm bracelet on and sat back down.
"Shall we just catch up about what's happened over the last year?" I smiled,
"We want to hear about what you've been up to?" Edward asked,
"Ok then… easy enough… one word… traveling…" I laughed, I didn't really have much else to tell them, it was generally me travelling trying to find a way to get back to normal. I met a lot of people, dealt with a lot of crap but I didn't want to go into too much detail… there was too much.
"Doing what?" Alphonse asked,
"Meeting people, getting to know them, you know," I laughed, before coming back to meet the boys I was up in the north with Major General Armstrong, she was a close friend of mine.
"Well, we just helped Colonel Jackass out with a problem and now he owes us," Edward smirked, I just rolled my eyes around my head as I saw Roy fold his arms.

I yawned and stood up, I was staying at a room in a hotel next to East Command. Roy had sorted me a room not long ago, I don't think he wanted me staying at his much longer. It was already late as I had been out most of the day, the sun had already gone down and I needed sleep,
"I'm gonna go to bed now, me not having enough sleep is a bad mix," I laughed,
"Yea, we've dealt with that before now," Edward sighed,
"Hey…" I pouted, "Anyway… I'm going now, night, night boys," I waved lazily,
"Night Rea," Alphonse smiled, Edward didn't say anything as I left.

I went to my room at the hotel next door, and I got changed into my night dress. Getting into bed I looked at my charm bracelet noticing two new charms, one being the letter R and the other made me smile, it was a small crystal gem of a heart.

"Thank you, Edward…" I smiled to myself.

Edward had come to pick me up at the hotel I was staying at the next day, he told me Roy had arranged for the brothers to meet someone. I got dressed into a white t-shirt, some black jeans with my brown boots. I grabbed my black leather jacket and headed downstairs to meet Edward, I pulled my hair back and put it up into a ponytail as I made my way into the lobby.

"Rea," Edward called as I looked at him, I smiled and followed the blonde-haired teen out the hotel. I noticed Alphonse was talking to Roy as they waited by a car outside the base. I got in the car and leaned against the window watching the world go by. The boys were chatting with Roy as I was half paying attention. It felt weird to see the boys again, all grown up.

"Shou Tucker, the 'Sewing-life Alchemist'. He got hit state alchemist certification two years ago when he created a Chimera that could speak." Roy explained, I had heard of the alchemist, never met him, but Roy had previously spoken of him.
"It could speak? You mean it talked like a human? A Chimera?" Edward was shocked,
"That would appear to be the case. I wasn't in charge at the time, so I've never actually seen it. It could understand human speech, and it spoke… but all it said was… 'I want to die.' After that it refused to eat and died long after. Well, anyway, let's go meet him and see what kind of person he is." Roy explained as we made a few turns in the city.

We soon pulled up and we all got out at a big mansion, it was large, normally the state gave these mansions away to very important state alchemists.
"What a huge place…" Edward muttered, I nodded,
"Agreed, but then again I have seen bigger," I muttered too. I heard a rustle in the bushes and quickly moved away as a huge dog jumped in the air and landed on Edward, I burst out laughing as Edward screamed loudly,
"Hey Alexander, you stop that…!" A young girl called, "Wow, daddy! Lots of guests!" the little girl smiled, she had cute long brown braids and blue eyes,
"Nina, I told you to keep the dog tied up." A man appeared at the door also, his round glasses hid his eyes from view and his demeanour came across as quiet and shy, his hair was short, unkempt, and light in colour.

They allowed us into their home and got us drinks, Alphonse had gone to keep Nina entertained as I leaned against the wall in the corner with my arms folded.
"I apologize for the mess. It's been like this since my wife left me… Nice to meet you, Edward. I'm Shou Tucker the one they call the 'sewing-life alchemist." Shou smiled,
"Edward's interested in biological alchemy. I told him you might be able to show him your research." Roy explained,
"Oh, I don't mind… but if you want to see what's up my sleeve, first you have to show me what's up yours. Alchemy is about 'equivalent exchange.' So, why are you interested in biological transmutation?" Shou asked,
"Well… um…" Roy started,
"Colonel," Edward held up his hand as to signal its ok, "Mr. Tucker has the right to an answer." Edward took his jacket off, and I saw his automail arm for the first time,
"So… that's why you're called the 'FullMetal Alchemist." Shou spoke.

Edward explained the whole story about his mother and how they tried to bring her back. I felt sorry for him but also admired him as well, for how he's carrying on with his life so strong and determined that he'd get his brothers and his own bodies back to normal.
"I see, so you lost your mother. That must have been hard." Shou sighed,
"I've told my superiors that he lost his limbs in the civil war in the East. I must ask you to keep quiet about his attempts at human transmutation." Roy explained, Shou glanced at me off to the side and Roy froze for a moment,
"And what about the lady here?" Shou spoke as I lifted my head and made eye contact with the alchemist, "You weren't in Edward's story." Shou added,
"She-" Roy started,
"I'm helping Edward, we were friends as children, but I moved away to the city and not long found each other. I know of his story and as my parents were fighters, I followed their path. Going to join the military when I get older so I can work with Roy and his team." I smiled innocently, obviously it was a lie, but Shou nodded and smiled, Edward was surprised at how quickly I could come up with a story, but as I had over a hundred years of experience lying to people about my age, it was second nature now.
"Well then… no problem. I'm sure the military couldn't afford to lose such a brilliant individual. Let me show you, my laboratory. Although, I'm not sure if it will be much help to you." Shou explained as he led us all into a huge room full of chimeras.

"You've got to excuse me… I'm supposed to be the authority on chimeras, but in reality, its's never easy. Lots of failures… lots of false starts. This is my file room." Shou opened another door to what seemed to be a library full of books on alchemy,
"This is Incredible!" Edward was in shock,
"Feel free to look around, I'll be in the lab," Shou explained,
"All right then, I'll start with this self." Edward explained,
"Okay, I'll start from over there." Alphonse spoke.
"All right, you three. I have to get back to work. I'll send some of my men to get you before dark." Roy explained, I smiled and nodded at Roy,
"Thanks," Alphonse nodded.

"He has an amazing ability to focus when he's reading, he doesn't even hear the voices around him." Shou smiled, we looked at Edward and saw he was already deep into reading one of the many books on the shelves,
"Yes. You know he's not average becoming a state alchemist so young." Roy smirked,
"I guess… geniuses really do exist." Shou spoke.

"So Reaka, what are you going to do?" Roy looked at you,
"I'm going to read some books… I know the majority are on alchemy… I do understand it and the process but I can't actually preform alchemy myself… so I might play with Nina if she comes along any time," I smiled, I noticed Edward look over to me for a moment as I glanced at him from the side.

"Well then, you can read anything that gets your interest in here," Shou smiled, as I nodded and looked into the library again,
"Thank you," I smiled, and walked into the room "I'll start reading some," I smiled and found somewhere to sit, I was out the way of Edward and Alphonse so I could leave them to focus on what they needed.

I sat down and started reading a book which was about the basics of alchemy, but I skipped through it because I knew everything in that book, I understood the basics but I never understood why I couldn't preform it. It was like someone took that power away from me or blocked it even.

I frowned and thought to myself, I knew where I grew up, Xerves. I knew Van from there… but I couldn't remember anything before turning five… My parents were murdered, which was a traumatic memory as I witnessed it. I ended up meeting Van Hohenheim, but back then he was known by the number 23. I ended up not even paying attention to what I was reading, too busy thinking about the past. I looked up and saw the little girl called Nina watching me as I smiled, she was adorable and I just wanted to hug her,
"Want to play?" I smiled, Ninja laughed.

I started to play with Nina for some time, we were trying to pile books at a funny then Alphonse came around,
"I'll join in too," Alphonse spoke,
"Let's play big brother, big sister!" Nina smiled up at me, I was shocked, it was adorable that she had taken to us so quickly to call us those nicknames,
"I've got a little sister" I smiled and picked up Nina as she laughed.

Edward came around the corner as he was rubbing the back of his neck and I saw Alexander had jumped on him,
"Oh, hey big brother," Alphonse spoke,
"What do you mean, 'Hey big brother" Edward snapped, as Alexander was laying on him, I couldn't help but smirk at Edward,
"You're supposed to be looking through the data, not babysitting," Edward snapped,
"Well, Nina wanted to play with me and Rea," Alphonse explained,
"WHY YOU…!" Edward snapped,
"Hey, big brother! Alexander says he wants you to play with him too!" Nina smiled.

Edward got up and dusted himself off the ground,
"Hmph… you've got a lot of nerve asking me to play with you, dog… they say that catching a mere rabbit takes every bit of a lion's strength… JUST TRY TO SIT ON ME AGAIN, YOU CANINE FIEND! I, EDWARD ELRIC, WILL FIGHT YOU WITH MY ENTIRE BODY AND SOUL!" Edward chased after the dog, I laughed at Edwards change in approach as he joined in with us.

Later on, the door opened, and another man stood at the door, it was Jean Havoc, he waved at us as I moved off the ground,
"Yo boss, I'm here to pick you up." Havoc spoke and looked down at Edward where the dog was on top of him, "What the hell are you doing?" he asked,
"Erm, we're just taking a little break from scrummaging around for files, or something like that!" Edward explained,
"Does that mean you found anything helpful?" Shou asked, Edward's face dropped,
"You can come again tomorrow," Shou smiled.

"Are you going to come back tomorrow?" Nina asked,
"Uh-huh, let's play again tomorrow," Alphonse nodded,
"Oh, Mr. Tucker, I have a message from the Colonel. He said, 'Please don't forget that the assessment date is coming up," Havoc explained,
"Yes, I know," Shou nodded, I acted like I wasn't paying attention to the conversation as I looked at the floor with a small frown. Shou didn't seem too pleased at the message.

We left the Tucker's residence and Havoc, took us back to the hotel. Walking inside I stretched my arms to the ceiling and arched my back, I felt it click as I squeaked and put my back on my lower back for a moment,
"Are you okay, Rea?" Alphonse asked,
"Yeah, my back just clicked, that's all!" I waved my hand with a small smile as he nodded, "Are you guys getting something to eat before heading to bed or getting something at the room?" I questioned as Edward looked to the ceiling in thought,
"We'll probably order to the room; do you want to eat with us?" Edward asked,
"Sure thing." I smiled, Edward nodded, and I followed them through the hotel to their room.

Alphonse made a phone call to the lobby to order some dinner for Edward and myself. I jumped on the long sofa and lay my head back. I closed my eyes for a moment as I took a moment to relax,
"Dinner shouldn't be too long." Alphonse put the phone down as I sat up,
"I'm starving!" Edward lay back on his bed as I nodded, I could do with eating soon as my stomach growled.

I lay back down and closed my eyes as I started quietly humming to myself, I relaxed and found myself falling asleep before dinner arrived.

The next day we arrived back at the Tucker residence early after breakfast. I was wearing my black jeans again with a white top and black jacket, sticking with my brown boots again. I was grabbed pretty quickly by Nina to play again, but it allowed the boys have some space to read before they joined us for a break.

"Hmm… so your mom left two years ago…" I spoke, Nina was sat on my leg as I played with her hair gently,
"Uh-huh, Daddy said she went back to her parents' house." Nina explained,
"Really? It must be lonely living in a big house like this, just the two of you." Alphonse spoke,
"No, it's not! Daddy's nice to me, and I have Alexander too! But… lately daddy's always in his laboratory with the door locked… so it's a little lonely." Nina explained, she moved off my leg and hugged Alexander as I smiled gently.

I spent most of the afternoon with Nina and Alexander as Edward and Alphonse were reading. It was another dead end though, so we had returned to the hotel with the determination to go back another day.

I woke up the next morning to be treated by dark and gloomy weather, in my gut I felt unhappy, the weather always brought me down… I got dressed into my black jeans, a silk green buttoned shirt and a black jacket with black boots as I got ready to leave. I pulled my long brown hair back into a ponytail as I didn't want the weather to mess it up.

I met Edward for breakfast downstairs and when we were finished Alphonse joined. As we had arrived at the Tucker residence, we made our way to the doors.
"It's gonna rain for sure today," Edward spoke, I felt something in the air that I didn't like, I frowned as we made it to the doors,
"Hello… Mr. Tucker? It's us again." Alphonse called, and opened the door,
"Maybe they're not home." Edward spoke,
"Mr. Tucker?" Alphonse called,
"Mr. Tucker?" I called, "Nina?" I called again, something felt off. It was disgustingly quiet as we walked around the house.

I walked past the laboratory and saw Shou kneeling, Edward stopped behind me and saw Shou kneeling in front of something as I let Edward walk forward first,
"Hey, there you are." Edward smiled,
"Oh, it's you guys." Shou spoke and stood up.
"Look, it's my newest creation," Shou smiled as he stood up and gestured at it, "It's a Chimera that talks like a human. Watch this. This person is Edward, understand?" Shou smiled,
"Ed… ward?" the Chimera spoke, it dog like in form, golden body and face with long brown hair,
"That's right. Very good," Shou patted the Chimera as he knelt beside it,
"Veh… ree… good?" the Chimera spoke,
"I can't believe it, it really talks…" Edward was shocked but amazed at the same time,
"Uh-huh, I'm glad that I made it in time for the assessment. This just saved my neck. And when the grant money kicks in, I won't have to worry about research costs for a while…!" Shou smiled and scratched the back of his head,
"Edward… Edward… Ed… ward… Edward… big… bruh… ther… big… sis… ther…" The Chimera spoke, Edward and I were shocked. Nina called us that?! I looked back towards the door as Alphonse was there, I mouthed at him 'Where's Nina?' Alphonse shrugged but then we clocked on it was the chimera as we listened to Edward.

"Mr. Tucker… When was it that you got your license? By making the first Chimer that spoke human words?" Edward asked he stood straight as he spoke, I half turned my head towards them,
"Uh… that was two years ago." Shou spoke,
"And when did your wife leave?" Edward asked, I turned to fully look at the two as Edward worked it out,
"That was two years ago too." Shou added,
"Can I ask you one more question? What happened to Nina and Alexander!" Edward asked glaring daggers at Shou,
"I hate perceptive brats like you…" Shou spoke quickly and glared at Edward,
"HOW COULD YOU!" I screamed, as Edward pinned Shou to the wall. I gasped in shock as the collision with the wall was hard.

"Big Brother!" Alphonse tried to calm Edward, but his older brother wasn't having it, and I completely understood why. I was visibly shaking in anger and horror, to do that to your own daughter?!
"So that's what happened! You scum… HOW COULD YOU! Two years ago, it was your wife! This time you made a Chimera out of your own daughter and a dog!" Edward yelled, "Isn't that right! Because there are only so many things you can do experimenting with animals! Humans are so much better! Am I right!" Edward yelled,
"Nnh… why are you so mad?" Shou asked, he almost laughed, "The progress of medicine… the progress of human knowledge, is the result of experimenting on humans, someone has to do it. As a scientist… you should be the first to-" Shou spoke and tried to explain his mad thought process,
"SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP! Do you think you're going to get away with this? Playing around with people's lives?!" Edward yelled,
"People's lives? Ha ha! Yes! People's Lives! You're the Full Metal Alchemist! You mean like your brother's life… and your arm! That's also the result of 'Playing around with People's lives,' yes?" Shou explained Edward punched Shou. I jumped in shock as Alphonse noticed, I didn't expect Edward to lash out as such.

"You and I are just the same," Shou smirked,
"That's not true!" Edward yelled,
"You're no different than I am! You thought you could do it, so you did!" Shou grinned,
"That's not true!" Edward yelled again,
"You couldn't help but try it even if it was forbidden! In fact, because it's forbidden!" Shou grinned, Edward started to punch Shou repeatedly,
"That's not true! We alchemists… would never do that… we'd never… I'd never-!" I grabbed onto Edwards wrist and closed my eyes, I wrapped my arms around his and held his balled up fist with my own, burying my head into his arm,
"Stop it… please… just stop it… you'll kill him else…" I begged, Edward let go of Shou and looked at me, I slowly let go of his arm as Edward stepped back, he moved over to Nina,
"Ha, ha… pretty words don't get anything done…" Shou spoke, I moved away before I decided to do anything I'd regret,
"Mr. Tucker… if you say one more word, this time I'll be the one to snap," Alphonse warned, he put his hands on my shoulders gently as I kept my head down,
"Nina… I'm sorry. We don't have the skill right now to turn you back to normal." Alphonse spoke, and removed his hands from me so he could gently hold Nina,
"Nina…" I whispered and knelt beside her, and she looked at me and put her head on my lap, I had tears appear in the corner of my eyes, "Oh no…" I bowed my head, "What's wrong?" Alphonse asked, "It's raining…" I choked, as a few tears fell.

Alphonse put his hand on my shoulder as Nina looked up at me, "Don't… cry… big… sis… ther…" she spoke, I stood up and ran out of the room and outside where it was raining and ran down the street.

Edward watched Reaka run out of the building and waited for the Colonel to get here with help on this matter.
"If there ever truly was 'The work of the devil,' then this was it," Riza spoke,
"The Devil…?' To put it bluntly, all state alchemists are nothing but the militaries human weapons. We do what they want, we obey orders, and we don't complain if our hands get dirty in the process. My point being that when it comes to messing with humans' lives, Tuckers actions aren't so different from our own." Roy explained, as the two walked down the stairs,
"That's the logic of an adult, sir. Even though Edward acts older than his years, he's still a child," Riza spoke,
"Yes. But the path that he's chosen will no doubt lead to hardships greater than he faced today. He has to move forward… even if it means forcing himself to understand. Isn't that right, Fullmetal?" Roy explained,
"How long do you plan on staying depressed?" Roy asked.
"Be quiet," Edward spoke, they were sat on the stairs of the Tucker residence, soldiers were inside sorting out the mess that Shou had left behind, Edward couldn't believe what he saw today,
"Even though people call you a 'Dog of the military' and a 'devil,' it was you who chose to keep studying alchemy. You chose to join the military, when you could have lived the rest of your life as best you can with the body you have. Can you afford to be held back by something so small?" Roy asked, Edward didn't lift his head but internally he scoffed at Roy's words,
"Something so small'…? You're right. People may call us dogs or devils, but Al and I will get our original bodies back. But we're not devils or gods. We're humans. We can't even save one little girl! We're just pathetic human beings…!" Edward explained as he looked to the sky,
"Go home and rest. You'll catch a cold, I'll go out and find Reaka… she couldn't have gone too far," Roy explained, Edward hadn't seen her since she ran out the room, he frowned and looked towards the gate.

Edward looked up; he cared about Reaka a lot... He wouldn't know what to do with himself if something happened to her.

I was sitting in a park while it was raining staring at the sky. I sighed and then sneezed as an umbrella was put over my head,
"You'll catch a cold if you stay out here," I looked up at Riza and bowed my head down,
"I prefer the rain…" I still had tears rolling down my face unwillingly, I didn't like rain in all honesty, it made me feel worse than I already was,
"Come on Reaka… let's go," Riza smiled, I stood up and followed her to a car, they had arranged a second one to take me to the hotel where I was staying with Edward and Alphonse.

I stepped out of the car as we arrived at the hotel and sneezed loudly,
"You've caught a cold their Reaka," Roy spoke, as the car was going to continue with them to the headquarters
"I'm fine… I don't get ill," I snapped and looked at Roy,
"Just get to bed and get some sleep ok, Reaka?" Roy walked off,
"Fine," I waved and walked into my room. I didn't see the brothers as I got back, well, I saw them in the lobby, but I avoided them. Wiping my face I headed straight to my room, I just wanted to be alone.

I didn't spend much time getting changed and dressed for bed as I cleaned myself up and just curled up on the bed, my head hurt, my sinuses had built up pressure, I needed to sleep.

The next day I woke up, got dressed into some black jeans, a black top, and my black leather jacket. Walking out my room I saw Edward and Alphonse walking towards my door,
"Hey," I waved,
"Hey," Edward replied,
"We're finding out what's happening to Nina and Tucker… do you want to come with us?" Alphonse asked, I sighed and nodded, looking down to the ground I frowned.
"I think its best if I do know… or else I'll be worrying about them…" I spoke. The boys looked at me with concern in their eyes as I looked back and smiled gently.

We left the hotel and walked to headquarters quickly,
"Edward…" a familiar voice called,
"Oh, First Lieutenant Hawkeye." Edward looked around,
"What are you doing here so early?" Riza asked,
"Uh… um… I wanted to know… what's going to happen to Tucker and Nina?" Edward asked,
"Tucker was scheduled to have his license revoked and then taken to central to be put on trail… but they both died. Or to put it more accurately they were killed. You guys would have found out eventually even if we tried to hide it, so I might as well tell you now." Riza walked off,
"What! Why… by who!" Edward asked,
"I don't know. I'm on my way to the location right now." Riza explained,
"I'm coming too," Edward said,
"No." Riza sternly said,
"Why not?" Edward snapped.
"It's better that you don't see." Riza spoke.

We didn't argue with her, Riza's expression was enough to cut us off. So, we stayed behind and decided to take some time to ourselves.
