And here we are with Chapter 15. Sorry I couldn't get this out yesterday, I had to work at my school for Meet the Teacher and we start with students tomorrow. It's gonna be chaotic but thankfully I won't be working alone as I have a partner helping me. I'll try to get back to updates on Saturday but it might have to shift to Sundays. Either way, I want to update a new chapter by the weekend, that I promise you.

Chapter 15: The Flower Queen's Riding Debut

Duel Palace – Team Guardians vs Team Unicorn

"If you are just joining us, we are currently in the second Duel of the Preliminary Round 1 Match between Team Unicorn and Team Guardians!" Melissa announced. "Andre has just defeated Gongenzaka and the baton has been passed to the Entertainment Angel, Yuzu Hiiragi!"

"Entertainment Angel, huh?" Andre questioned. "Hopefully you'll be more fun than your comrade."

Yuzu put her fingers on her deck and closed her eyes. "Please…give me the power to help my precious comrades!" Yuzu's bracelet glowed as well as the top card of her deck.

"It's time to begin the concert! My turn! Draw!" Yuzu drew her card.

Andre LP: 2700, Hand: 0, SC: 4→5
Yuzu LP: 4000, Hand: 6, SC: 4→5

Yuzu saw her card and instantly played it. "I use one Speed Counter activate the Magic Card: Ritual Flower! This card allows me to add a Ritual Magic and a Ritual Monster from my deck to my hand!" Yuzu added two cards to her hand.

Yuzu SC: 5→4

"Then, I use another Speed Counter to activate the Ritual Magic: Supreme Queen's Advent!" Yuzu played her Ritual Magic.

Yuzu SC: 4→3

"From my hand, I release the Level 7 Melodious Flower Dragon and the Level 3 Sunflower the Melodious Songstress from my hand!" An altar appeared in the center of the field and both Melodious Flower Dragon and a fairy dressed as a sunflower went to the center of the altar and both were consumed by flames that shot into the sky before diving into the ground.

"Primordial Goddess of the Earth! Rise up from your slumber and take on the appearance of a dragon that brings fear to the gods! Ritual Summon!" The ground behind Yuzu burst open and flowers and grass covered the track.

"Arise! Dragon with the power of the Earth Goddess! Level 10! Supreme Queen Earth Dragon – Melodious Gaea Dragon (ATK: 3500, LV: 10, PS: 0)!" Yuzu's Ritual Supreme Queen Dragon appeared.

"Oh, it's a Ritual Summon! Similar to Synchro Summon, you can summon a monster whose levels equal the total of the released monsters, but the Ritual Monsters are part of the Main Deck!" Melissa's eyes widened.

Ruri's, Rin's and Serena's bracelets glowed, getting everyone's attention. "Has your bracelet always done that?" Crow asked.

"Not always." Rin answered.

"So, that's Yuzu's Supreme Queen Dragon." Yuya had heard of the dragon from the others but he had never seen Yuzu's.

"Yeah, and it's crazy strong." Sawatari added.

"When Melodious Gaea Dragon is Ritual Summoned using only Pendulum Monsters, its effect destroys all non-Pendulum Monsters on the field!" Vine emerged from the ground and destroyed Thunder Rider.

"And for each monster destroyed, she gains 500 Attack Points!" Yuzu added.

Melodious Gaea Dragon (ATK: 3500→4000)

"4000 Attack Points!" Melissa shouted. "In just one turn, Yuzu Hiiragi summoned a monster more powerful than Thunder Rider!"

"When Thunder Rider is destroyed while Thunder Unicorn is in the Graveyard, I can Special Summon Thunder Unicorn back from the field! Return! Thunder Unicorn (ATK: 2200, LV: 5)!" Andre brought back Thunder Unicorn.

"Battle! Melodious Gaea Dragon, attack Thunder Unicorn! Rage of the Earth!" Gaea Dragon raised both her claws and slammed them into the ground and glaciers of earth slammed into Thunder Unicorn destroying it.

Andre LP: 2700→900

"I set one card and end my turn!" Yuzu finished her turn.

"Looks like Yuzu has her victory sealed! Andre has no cards in his hand nor any set cards! This draw could be his last!" Melissa commentated.

"That's cheating!"

"Your cowards using different summonings than Synchro!"

"Hey, can't we just at least praise the wonderful dragon that Yuzu summoned." Melissa moaned.

"That dragon is indeed powerful. I can't beat it. But that doesn't mean there's another way to win." Andre thought.

"My turn! Draw!" Andre drew his card.

Andre LP: 900, Hand: 1, SC: 5→6
Yuzu LP: 4000, Hand: 2, SC: 3→4

"I set one card and end my turn!" Andre finished his turn.

"Alright, now all Yuzu has to do is attack and we win!" Serena declared.

"It's not that simple, Serena." Yuya said. "Remember, in order to beat Team Unicorn, we have to beat Breo and Jean as well."

"Also, there's no data on any of them since they always had Andre win all their Duels." Bruno added.

"So, they could be just as strong or stronger than Andre." Serena realized.

"The possibility is high." Bruno answered.

"My turn! Draw!" Yuzu drew her card.

Andre LP: 900, Hand: 0, SC: 6→7
Yuzu LP: 4000, Hand: 3, SC: 4→5

"If I attack Andre, I win, but the moment I do my turn will automatically end." Yuzu thought. "That set card…it could be anything. It could be a card for his teammate, a card to stop my monster, or a card that could damage me."

Yuzu then looked at her dragon. "But Gaea Dragon can negate the effect of a Magic or Trap Card on the field and banish it!"

"I set the Pendulum Scale the Scale 5 Skeleton Flower the Melodious Diva!" Yuzu set a female wearing transparent white flower petals around her collar as she sang with a rain cloud over her head.

"Battle! Gaea Dragon! Direct Attack! Rage of the Earth!" Gaea Dragon unleashed her attack and it struck Andre making his wince as he lost the rest of his Life Points.

Andre LP: 900→0

"You got me, well done." Andre praised. "But just because I don't have Life Points doesn't mean there's nothing else I can do! I activate my Trap Card: Attack Mine! When I take battle damage, my opponent takes 2000 points of damage!" A lightning bolt shot down towards Yuzu.

"I figured you would do something like that!" Yuzu smiled.

"What?" Andre was surprised.

"I activate Skeleton Flower's Pendulum Effect! Once per turn, it can negate one instance of effect damage!" Yuzu raised her hand at her monster and she made Yuzu transparent so that the lightning didn't hit her.

"Whoa! Andre tried to take half of Yuzu's Life Points, but she countered it by using the monster she set in her Pendulum Scale!" Melissa smiled.

"Alright!" Ruri cheered.

"We got our first win!" Dennis smiled.

"And Yuzu still has all her Life Points!" Rin pointed out.

Andre pulled up to Team Unicorn's Pit and stopped next to Breo. "Sorry, Breo, she saw right through me." Breo took off the Team Unicorn tag and handed it to Breo.

"Don't worry, Andre." Breo took the tag and placed it on his arm.

"Breo, make sure to defeat her before she can use any of those summon methods." Jean advised.

"I'll do what's best for the team. I'll make sure that she doesn't leave a card behind for her teammate." Breo put on his helmet and took off.

"The Duel will restart with Team Unicorn's Second Wheeler, Breo's turn!" Melissa announced. "Will he be able to defeat Yuzu's powerful dragon, or will Yuzu have a second win under her belt?"

"Duel!" Yuzu and Breo declared.

"My turn! Draw!" Breo drew his card.

Breo LP: 4000, Hand: 6, SC: 7→8
Yuzu LP: 4000, Hand: 2, SC: 5→6

"I summon Bicorn Re'em (DEF: 1600, LV: 4) in Defense Position!" Appearing was a beastlike re'em with two horns.

"Next, I activate the Speed Spell: Summon Speeder! When I have 4 or more Speed Counters, I can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from my hand! I Special Summon Mine Mole (ATK: 1000, LV: 3)! A mole wearing a miner's headlight helmet and a pickaxe appeared.

"I'm Tuning my Level 3 Mine Mole with my Level 4 Bicorn Re'em!" Bicorn Re'em turned into four green rings and Mine Mole flew through them and became three stars.

"Soaring thunder, slice the sea of clouds and pierce the land with your hooves! Synchro Summon! Roar, Voltic Bicorn (ATK: 2500, LV: 7)!" Appearing was a green horse with two horns.

"When Bicorn Re'em is used as Synchro Material, two cards from your deck are sent to the Graveyard!" Breo informed. Yuzu sent the top two cards of her deck to the Graveyard.

"And when Mine Mole is used to Synchro Summon a Beast-type monster, I can draw one card from my deck!" Breo drew another card. "Don't worry Jean, I'll sent you the baton in the best situation."

"I activate the Speed Spell: High Speed Crash! When I have 2 or more Speed Counters, I can destroy one card I control and one other card on the field!" Breo smirked. "Your Gaea Dragon only negates Magic and Trap Cards when she's battling, but not in the Main Phase!" Yuzu cringed a bit.

"I destroy Voltic Bicorn and Melodious Gaea Dragon!" Both monsters were destroyed by lightning.

"Man, he destroyed his own monster just to destroy Yuzu's." Sawatari said.

"When Melodious Gaea Dragon is destroyed, I can destroy all cards in my Pendulum Scale and set her on the Pendulum Scale!" Yuzu set Gaea Dragon in the Pendulum Scale.

"Also, when Voltic Bicorn is destroyed, we both send cards in our decks to our Graveyards equal to its Level!" Breo said. "Voltic Bicorn is Level 7! Now, send seven cards in your deck to the Graveyard!"

"Seven…" Yuzu picked the top seven cards of her deck and sent them to the Graveyard. "Wait, this strategy is…"

"Deck Destruction." Aki realized. "Breo's goal is to make Yuzu lose by destroying her deck."

"If Yuzu can't draw a card when her turn starts, she automatically loses." Jonouchi narrowed his eyes.

"Team Unicorn…they're experts at Team Battles." Yuya looked at their bench. "Andre is the ace that can use any deck and can defeat three opponents all by himself, Breo has a strategy to destroy one's deck and Jean's abilities are unknown, but since he's the captain, he must be the one who created these strategies."

"Yuzu Hiiragi, your hell is just getting started! I set two cards and end my turn!" Breo finished his turn.

"In Team Battles, deck destruction is a better strategy than eliminating Life Points." Bruno said. "Not only will it limit Yuzu's options, but she might not have anything to pass to Jonouchi."

"This isn't good." Crow said.

"So, he wants to win by destroying my deck." Yuzu looked at her deck. "I only have 22 cards left in my deck. I have to at least defeat him before that."

"My turn! Draw!" Yuzu drew her card.

"I activate the Speed Spell: Angel Baton! I draw two cards and then discard one from my hand!" Yuzu drew two more cards and discarded one.

"Wait, is it really okay to draw more cards?" Rin questioned.

"Breo will keep trying to destroy her deck no matter what." Crow said. "The best way to stop a deck destruction strategy is to win as fast as possible. But…"

"That's probably what Breo is expecting." Aki finished Crow's sentence.

"Yuzu…stay calm, you'll find a chance." Yuya thought.

"Your only option is to get on the offensive, I'm ready for whatever you got." Breo smiled.

With the already set Scale 0 Melodious Gaea Dragon and the scale 8 Phantom the Melodious Diva, I set the Pendulum Scale!" Appearing next to Melodious Gaea Dragon was a male diva dress in a suit and wearing half a mask.

"With Phantom the Melodious Diva's Pendulum Effect, I can Pendulum Summon one Pendulum Monster from my Graveyard!" Yuzu revealed.

"From the Graveyard…" Breo muttered.

"Song within my heart! Become the melody that brings harmony to all! Pendulum Summon! Return from the Graveyard! Melodious Flower Dragon (ATK: 2500, LV: 7, PS: 4)!" Yuzu brought back her ace monster.

"I see…Pendulum Monsters only go to the Extra Deck from the field, but if you used them as materials from your hand, they go to the Graveyard." Breo understood.

"Battle! Melodious Flower Dragon! Direct Attack! Harmony Petal Burst!" Flower Dragon unleashed her breath attack that struck Breo.

Breo LP: 4000→1500

"I was waiting for that attack! I activate my Trap Card: Regretful Tuning! When I take a Direct Attack, I can Special Summon one Synchro Monster from my Graveyard! Resurrect, Voltic Bicorn (ATK: 2500, LV: 7)!" Voltic Bicorn returned.

"If the Special Summoned monster attacks, it's destroyed at the end of the Battle Phase!" Breo explained.

"Damn it! Not that monster again!" Serena cursed.

"When Voltic Bicorn is destroyed, both players have to send seven cards from their decks to the Graveyard." Shun remembered the effect.

"Breo doesn't care about my Life Points, he's gonna attack and weaken my deck further." Yuzu thought.

"This kills two birds with one stone, just as Breo planned." Andre commented.

"Yuzu Hiiragi is perplexed, which will make her situation worse." Jean smiled at the screen.

"I…end my turn." Yuzu finished.

"You won't escape from me, Yuzu Hiiragi! My turn! Draw!" Breo drew his card.

"Battle! Voltic Bicorn, attack Melodious Flower Dragon!" Voltic Bicorn charged at Melodious Flower Dragon.

"I won't let you destroy Flower Dragon! I activate my Trap Card: Crescendo! This card gives a Melodious monster on my field 1000 Attack Points until the End Phase of this turn!" A choir appeared and started singing soft before becoming louder and giving Melodious Flower Dragon a power up.

Melodious Flower Dragon (ATK: 2500→3500)

"I activate my Trap Card: Compliance!" Breo played his set card. "When your monster's Attack Points change during battle…my monster gains Attack Points equal to the change until the end of battle!"

Voltic Bicorn (ATK: 2500→3500)

Both Melodious Flower Dragon and Voltic Bicorn were destroyed as a result of the battle. "Damn it." Yuzu cursed.

"How many steps ahead is this guy thinking?" Rua got freaked out.

"I knew Yuzu was gonna lose her cards, but I didn't think she would lose her ace at all." Asuka was surprised.

"You can't escape from me! Since Voltic Bicorn was destroyed, we both send seven cards in our decks to the Graveyard!" Breo sent his cards to the Graveyard while Yuzu sent hers.

Yuzu Deck: 12

"And I'm not done yet. I use one Speed Counter to activate the Magic Card: Treasure Cards from the Heavens! Now we both draw until we have six cards in our hands!" Both Breo and Yuzu drew four cards.

Breo SC: 10→9
Yuzu Deck: 8

"Team Unicorn's Breo is incredible!" Melissa smiled. "His Deck Destruction tactics have drastically reduced Yuzu Hiiragi's deck! With this combo alone he eliminated 11 cards in her deck!

"I only have 8 cards left in my deck." Yuzu looked at her very small deck.

"If this keeps up, Yuzu will lose before defeating Breo." Ruri got worried.

"Your strategy is impressive, Jean." Andre turned to his captain.

"No, it's not me. It's Breo." Jean admitted. "This strategy can't work without his extraordinary memory."

"That's true. Breo memorizes and analyzes the opposing team's Duel data to predict what they'll do. Even if they're from another dimension with unknown summon methods, Breo's Deck Destruction strategy works on any archetype." Andre said.

"Correct. His memory is his Dueling talent and most powerful weapon. Your card-playing instincts and Breo viable calculations and my strategies, this is what makes us Team Unicorn. This is our power."

"This is how to battle as a team!" Breo said. "In stead of caring about my own victory, I can unleash my full power if I focus on damaging my enemy. I learned that from Jean and Andre. As long as I can battle alongside them, I'll gladly be Team Unicorn's shield! I set three cards and end my turn!"

"Damn it!" Sawatari kicked a chair. "And there' still their captain who came up with all these crazy strategies! I'm not doubting your strength Mr. Jonouchi, but do you really think you can beat two opponents on your own?"

"Maybe, maybe not." Jonouchi shrugged without a care.

"Why are you so relaxed?!" Rio exclaimed. "If we lose then it's over for us! We won't get allies and we'll be no closer to uniting Neo Domino or stopping Academia!"

"I'm not gonna Duel both of them." Jonouchi declared.

"How can you be sure?" Crow asked.

"Because our Captain isn't doubting Yuzu, so we shouldn't." Jonouchi pointed at Yuya who was fully focused on Yuzu. There was no doubt in his eyes, he knew that Yuzu could defeat Breo before she ran out of cards.

Yuzu rode by the pits and she met Yuya's gaze. They both didn't have to say or think what the other was thinking.

"My turn! Draw!" Yuzu drew her card.

Breo LP: 1500, Hand: 3, SC: 9→10
Yuzu LP: 4000, Hand: 7, SC: 8→9, Deck: 7

"I activate the Continuous Trap: Tricolor Illusion! As long as I have this card, you can't attack! Also, once per turn, you can draw a card, and depending on what card you draw will determine what effect will be activated!" Breo explained.

"If you draw a Magic Card, you can add it to your hand. If it's a Trap Card, you send that card and one card in your hand to the Graveyard. And if it's a Monster Card, you can add that card to your hand and put one card in your hand on top of your deck." Breo told the different results.

"But you can destroy this card by sending one card in your deck to the Graveyard. Now, Yuzu, what will you do?" Breo asked. Yuzu lowered her head. "Knowing her, she would do anything to put her teammate in the best position possible, so she will definitely destroy this card."

"Breo is going for it." Jean smiled.

"Yeah." Andre nodded.

"The moment Yuzu decides to destroy Tricolor Illusion, I'll use the Trap Card: Destruction Activator! When a card on my is destroyed by the effect of a Magic or Trap card, this effect will send five cards from Yuzu's deck to the Graveyard!"

"You may have only Dueled once, but your data was made public here. I've memorizes your deck data and the probability you'll draw a monster is 50%. Bring it, Yuzu!" Breo challenged.

"Do you know what I do back in the Standard Dimension?" Yuzu looked back.

"Hm?" Breo raised an eyebrow.

"I was taught that Duels were Entertainment! Duels that rely on data are boring and unsatisfying! Due to Tricolor Illusion's effect, I draw a card!" Yuzu declared.

"She's taking Tricolor Illusion's effect?" Jean was surprised that Yuzu didn't do what he predicted.

"Your gambling?!" Breo was shocked.

"I'm not gambling! I believe my cards! By believing in your cards, miracles can happen! I'll prove that by defeating you this turn! Draw!" Yuzu drew another card.

Yuzu Deck: 6

"I drew a Trap Card, so I discard it along with another card in my hand!" Yuzu discarded two cards. "With my current Pendulum Scale, Pendulum Summon! Return from the Extra Deck! Melodious Flower Dragon (ATK: 2500, LV: 7, PS: 4)!" Yuzu brought back her monster.

"And from my hand, Aria the Melodious Diva (ATK: 1600, LV: 4)! And Score the Melodious Diva (ATK: 200, LV: 2)!" Yuzu summoned Aria and another Melodious Diva that was tiny and wore a white outfit.

"The counterattack starts now!" Yuzu raised her fist in the air and said Yuya's catchphrase.

"Go, Yuzu." Yuya smiled.

"I use the Field Magic: Dimension Highway's Synchro Gate!" The Synchro Gate appeared before Yuzu and she drove through it. "By paying 1000 Life Points, I can make one monster on my field become a Tuner Monster, I choose Score the Melodious Diva!"

Yuzu LP: 4000→3000

"I'm Tuning my Level 4 Aria the Melodious Diva with my Level 2 Score the Melodious Diva!" Yuzu declared.

"What?!" Breo gasped.

"But there's no Synchro Monster in her data!" Jean looked through Yuzu's data.

Score turned into two green rings and Aria flew through them and became four stars. "Famous maestro, create a melody that quells the negativity of this land! Synchro Summon! Take the stand! Leopold the Concert Maestro (ATK: 2400, LV: 6)!" Appearing was a male with a white wig and suit.

"Yuzu Synchro Summoned!" Rin was shocked and so were the others.

"I'll continue getting stronger, not just for myself but for everyone." Yuzu thought. "By discarding Melodious monsters from my hand to the Graveyard, I can destroy on Magic or Trap card on the opponent's field, I discard three Melodious monsters!" Yuzu discarded her cards and all of Breo's set cards were destroyed.

"Damn it, my Treasure Cards of the Heavens backfired!" Breo cursed.

"Battle! Leopold! Direct Attack!"

"If this goes through, Yuzu wins!" Crow smiled.

"Go, Yuzu!" Aki cheered.

Leopold raised his hand and multiple instruments appeared and they made one loud melody towards Breo. The attack connected and Breo was pushed back.

Breo LP: 1500→0

"Alright!" Serena and Ruri high-fived.

"Now all that's left is Jean!" Rin smiled.

"Way to go, Yuzu!" Yuya shouted and Yuzu winked at him as she drove by.

"Did you see that?"

"She beat two members of Team Unicorn by herself."

"They're not half bad, those Guardians."

"Wait, they like them now?" Melissa was surprised by the change of the audience's tone. "Now, Team Unicorn's hope of victory lies in the hands of their Captain Jean! Jean will have to defeat not only Yuzu Hiiragi but also the Last Wheeler of the Guardians, Katsuya Jonouchi!"

Breo pulled into the pit. "Sorry, Jean. I couldn't defeat her." Breo passed the tag on to Jean.

"That girl didn't hesitate whatsoever." Andre said. "Plus, Katsuya Jonouchi is said to be a Pro like us."

"I never thought a little girl would be able to push us this far on her own. But, even with her new Synchro Monster and Pendulum Monsters, I've expected a setback like this. That's why I'm using our Ultimate Finisher Deck."

"W-Whoa, Jean, we've never tested that Deck before." Breo was surprised.

"Yeah, and we were gonna save it for the main tournament." Andre was shocked as well.

"With those guys, we can't hold back anymore." Jean said. "I will win, because that is my role." Jean rode off.

"And entering the track is Team Unicorn's Captain, Jean! Yuzu Hiiragi has fought hard to defeat two members of Team Unicorn! Can she win again with only six cards left in her deck?

"I'm impressed that you've forced me to Duel." Jean rode next to Yuzu.

"Did you come up with your teammate's strategies?" Yuzu asked.

"That's right. This is how Team Battles work." Jean smiled.

"I see…" Yuzu smiled. "Thank you."

"Huh?" Jean raised an eyebrow.

"This Duel has helped me realize how complex the Friendship Cup Duels are. Not knowing what's gonna happen, it's gotten me excited. And even if I lose, I know that it's not the end, I can entrust the rest to my team, because I believe in them."

"This girl…despite the situation she's in, she's enjoying herself and is not afraid of losing. This must mean that Katsuya Jonouchi is a strong opponent. All the more reason to end this right now." Jean thought.

"It's time I show you Team Unicorn's ultimate power! Here I come, Yuzu Hiiragi!" Jean shouted.

"Duel!" Yuzu and Jean declared.

"I activate the Speed Spell: The End of Storm! When I have 10 or more Speed Counters, I destroy all monsters on the field and for each monster destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, the controller takes 300 points of damage!" Both of Yuzu's monsters were destroyed but since Melodious Flower Dragon was a Pendulum Monster, it went to the Extra Deck, reducing the damage.

"I summon Trident Warrior (ATK: 1800, LV: 4)!" A warrior wearing green armor and white cape appeared with a trident.

"When this card is summoned, I can Special Summon a Level 3 monster from my hand to the field! I Special Summon Delta Fly (ATK: 1500, LV: 3)!" A brown dragon appeared.

"I activate Delta Fly's Monster Effect! Once per turn, a different monster on my field has their Level increased by 1! Trident Warrior becomes Level 5!"

Trident Warrior (LV: 4→5)

"I'm Tuning my Level 5 Trident Warrior with my Level 3 Delta Flyer!" Delta Flyer turned into three green rings and Trident Warrior flew through them and became five stars.

"Hammer of the heavens, break through the black atmosphere and use your lightning to burn the land! Synchro Summon! Shine, Lightning Tricorn (ATK: 2800, LV: 8)!" A gold horse with red horns appeared.

"I set two cards! This is the end! Lightning Tricorn! Direct Attack!" Lightning Tricorn fired red lightning at Yuzu. Yuzu reached for a button on her D-Wheel.

"The card she set at the start of her Duel with Andre, is she gonna use it now?" Jean looked back.

The lightning hit Yuzu and she screamed as she took the damage.

Yuzu LP: 2700→0

"Yuzu!" Everyone cried out.

"I activate my Trap Card: Limit Reverse. I Special Summon one monster in my Graveyard with 1000 or less Attack Points in Attack Position. I Special Summon Crystal Rose (ATK: 500, LV: 2)." Yuzu summoned the card she got from Masumi.

"Huh? Why didn't she use that card to survive?" Melissa was confused and so where the audience.

"Crystal Rose…I see…" Jean realized why Yuzu waited until after he attacked to use Limit Reverse.

"That was in the data, right?" Andre asked.

"Yeah, Crystal Rose has an effect that it can be used as a substitute for a Fusion Material for a Fusion Summon." Breo answered. "That must mean this Katsuya Jonouchi uses Fusion."

"So, instead of using Limit Reverse to save herself, she allowed herself to be eliminated in order to help out her teammate. Yuzu Hiiragi, you're a true team player." Andre looked as Yuzu pulled into the pits of her team.

"I'm sorry, everyone." Yuzu apologized. "There was nothing more I can do."

"Don't say that." Rua took Yuzu's cards.

"Rua's right." Bruno took the team tag from Yuzu and put it on Jonouchi while Rua put Yuzu's cards on Jonouchi's D-Wheel.

"Crystal Rose." Jonouchi read the card. "I understand, Yuzu. I'll be sure to win thanks to you!" Jonouchi rode off.

Yuzu took off her helmet and got off her D-Wheel, but before she could take another step, her legs gave out and she fell, but fortunately Yuya caught her. "How did I do?" Yuzu asked.

"You did great." Yuya smiled. He then heard soft snoring as Yuzu fell asleep. "Geez, wait until you hear an answer before falling asleep." Yuya picked Yuzu up bridal style and placed her on one of the couches in the resting room. "Take it easy, we'll definitely win thanks to you." Yuya walked back to the rest of the group.

As Yuzu slept, heavy sandals echoed as Gongenzaka walked towards Yuzu and looked down at her. He already dressed out of his Riding Duel uniform and was back in his regular clothes. He placed an envelope in Yuzu's hand before walking away from the pit and into the tunnel.

"We are down to the last Duel! It's between Team Unicorn's Captain Jean and Team Guardian's Katsuya Jonouchi! Who will emerge victorious in this battle?!" Melissa asked.

"Now, show me the skills that make you a Pro!" Jean shouted.

"Oh, you'll see them alright! But you're not just fighting me! You're fighting everyone!" My turn!" Jonouchi drew his card.
