And here we are with the first chapter of the Revolution Arc. I am really excited for this arc guys and I hope you all enjoy it. This doesn't mean the Friendship Cup will be cancelled, it's like the Ghost and Placido Arc in 5D's, only with more action.
Now, let's get on to the chapter.
Chapter 20: Neo Domino Civil War
Duel Palace
"Let's just recap." Sawatari said. "We came here to make an alliance with the Synchro Dimension."
"Yep." Yuya answered.
"We get arrested, you make a new team, mount a rescue and semi succeed and then we're forced to participate in a team tournament and now Crow's crazy friends and one egomaniac Duelist with Psychic powers wants to tear the city apart just for power." Sawatari rubbed his temples.
"Pretty much." Rua nodded.
"Rua, Rin. I mean this in the nicest way possible." Sawatari said calmly. "I HATE YOUR DIMENSION!"
"The Revolutionists are all over the place." Aki looked at the multiple screens. "They're not even showing mercy to the Tops who surrendered."
"We have to do something. We can't let this continue on." Yuzu said.
"So, what's the game plan, Yuya?" Jonouchi asked.
"The Revolutionists are being fueled by Shinji's and Divine's words and power. If we defeat them in front of them, they'll lose morale and turn the tide into our favor." Yuya said.
"One problem though. Shinji and Divine could be anywhere." Aki pointed out.
"Then we draw them out!"
Everyone turned to see Jack Atlas riding up to them on his D-Wheel. "We will start picking them off forcing them to come out and fight!"
"Jack!" Crow was surprised that Jack came down from his throne.
"Even if the system is messed up, this is my home, I refuse to let it become a warzone." Jack said. "You also feel the same too, don't you?" Jack rolled up his right sleeve to reveal his dragon mark.
"King." Yuya rolled back his sleeve to look at his mark. "I don't…want anyone to get hurt anymore."
"That's right, I want to make a better world for those kids." Crow looked at his mark.
"Yeah, they deserve better than what we went through." Rin looked at her mark.
"I want to help everyone with my power." Aki looked at her mark.
"Ruka…I will fight for Ruka." Rua looked at his mark.
"Okay, here's the plan." Yuya got everyone's attention.
Tops Areas
"This is for taking my home away!" A Revolutionist beat up a Tops bank owner.
"Please, I was just doing my job." The owner cried. "I have to work to provide for my family."
"You have plenty of money, but my family was forced to starve!" The Revolutionist swung his crowbar only for a hand to catch it. "Who are you?"
"Here's a life lesson for you. Life's not fair, get over it!" Jonouchi pushed the Revolutionist back and readied his Duel Disk.
"Come on, ladies! Do a dance for us!" Some Revolutionist humiliated some of the women by forcing them to be slaves.
"You disgust me!" Asuka appeared with Dakini and Dakini knocked the men off their seats. "I won't allow anyone to stereotype women!"
"Please, that's a gift from my grandson." An old man begged some Revolutionists to give back his watch.
"Your time is over old man! Now die!" One of them went to attack only become frozen in ice.
"What the—" The other members were soon frozen as well.
"Here you go, sir." Rio gave back the watch.
"Thank you." The old man accepted. "I gave them everything. Even my home, but I couldn't let them take this. Not this."
"It's okay. They won't get away with this. My friends will make sure of it." Rio promised.
"Go! Big Star! Direct Attack!" Sawatari had his ace knock a couple of Revolutionists out.
"Follow through, Trapeze Magician!" Dennis had his monster swing on his trapeze and kicked the rioters in the air.
"Pray for mercy from Shingo Sawatari…" Sawatari posed.
"And Dennis Macfield!" Dennis posed as well.
"Raid Raptors – Rise Falcon!" Shun shouted.
"Lyrical Eagle Dragon!" Ruri shouted.
"Attack!" Both of the Kurosaki sibling's ace monsters attacked the crowd of Revolutionists and knocking them out cold.
"Melodious Flower Dragon!" Yuzu had her hand out.
"Moonlight Dancer Dragon!" Serena had her hand out.
"Go!" Both dragons destroyed multiple monsters and knocking down the walls of rioters.
"I will not allow you do whatever you please anymore! Go! Red Demon's Dragon Scarlight! Absolute Power Flame!" Jack's ace slammed its fist into the ground, creating a massive fire-quake that knocked multiple Revolutionists off their feet and hit the ground hard.
"Stop hiding and come out! Divine!" Jack shouted.
Underground Labor Facility
"Come on, you, guys! How are you losing to when you have the numbers!" Shinji complained as he saw the Guardians protecting the Tops.
"It seems they want our attention. Very well, let's give them what they want." Divine smiled. "Remember, crush anyone who gets in our way."
"Of course." Shinji agreed.
Tops Sector G – Team Yuya
Yuya, Rin and Rua were walking along the streets with their Duel Disks ready. "I don't like this." Rin admitted. "I knew the Commons were angry for their situation, but I never thought they would go to these extreme measures."
"It's the accumulated hatred that they had throughout the years that has created the situation in front of us. To be honest, I think what their doing is justifiable." Rua admitted.
"Even if that is the case, attacking and terrorizing the people of Neo Domino doesn't make it right. Uniting people by force at the cost of their lives is not worth it." Yuya said.
The overpass above them suddenly collapsed, dropping right in front of the trio and they covered their eyes from the dust and dirt. "Case in point." Yuya grunted.
"No way through this area." Rin said.
"Look an alley! We can cut through here!" Rua pointed to an alley.
"Lead the way, buddy." Yuya said as he and Rin followed Yuya, unknown that they were being trailed by someone.
Tops Sector H – Team Aki
Crow and Aki walked together with their Duel Disks ready. "I knew Shinji wanted revenge against the Tops, but I thought they were just empty threats." Crow said.
"It's not your fault, Crow." Aki said. "Shinji made the decision on his own. You had nothing to do with it."
"Thanks, Aki." Crow thanked. "But even after this, I still consider him my friend."
"I'd be worried if you didn't." Aki said. "It proves that deep down, you still believe that there's good in him."
"Are you some kind of licensed therapist?" Crow joked.
Aki giggled. "I just want to help people. That's all I ever wanted to do, like my father and mother."
"I'm sure they're proud of you." Crow said.
"It'd be nice to see them aga—" Aki stopped when she sensed someone approaching them. "Crow…"
"Yeah, I feel it too. So, you finally came out." Crow looked behind him.
Team Yuya
Yuya, Rin and Rua cut through the alley and passed a crossway when Yuya saw something out of the corner of his eye. "Huh?" Yuya turned and he saw a man walking away with silver hair.
"Wait, that's…" Yuya unconsciously followed. "It couldn't be…but…how?" Yuya tried to keep up but he felt something holding him back. He turned the corner and he saw the person coming out from the corner.
"You're…Zarc…" Yuya uttered. "No, that's not it, you're just using Zarc's appearance!"
"I am?" Zarc questioned.
"I've seen his memories. Zarc…Zarc was a kind man. He had a wife…and he was gonna have a son." Yuya recalled the dreams he had of Zarc. "And your darkness…its foul and disgusting, it's not Zarc's whose kind and gentle. It was you, you're the one who tried to take over me in my Duel with Rafael!"
"Well, you're a quarter right." Zarc's form disappeared to reveal…
"Raider!" Yuya glared. "Why did you take Zarc's form?"
"It's not like I wanted to." Raider said. "But I had to for Eve and Genesis's plan."
"Eve? Genesis?" Yuya's eyes widened. "Then the one who dropped that card for Zarc, Astrograph Magician! The man in the purple cloak, it was you!"
"That's right." Raider crossed his arms.
"Why? Why did you target Zarc? What did Zarc do to you?!" Yuya shouted. "And if you're here, is Eve as well? And Genesis?"
"Who knows. All that matters is that all aspects of Zarc are erased from existence and I regain the darkness within you." Raider prepared his Duel Disk.
"I don't have Zarc's darkness anymore! It was sealed away in Rafael's Barrier of Orichalcos!" Yuya said.
"You really think that pathetic barrier could contain that immense darkness?" Raider mocked. "That card can barely hold 10% of the darkness that you possessed. The only way to remove it completely is to eliminate the host of their lives! Just as I've done to Yuto, Yugo and Yuri!"
"What did you say?" Yuya froze.
"Did you really think Leo Akaba could track you four down to a secret underground bunker that has multiple layers of security?" Raider asked. "I'm the one who told him about you four!"
"Then you…" Yuya clenched his teeth and darkness started coming out of him. "You bastard!" Yuya activated his Duel Disk and his left eye glowed green.
"Duel!" Yuya and Raider declared.
Rin and Rua
"Ah, we're finally out, I was getting a bit claustrophobic." Rua said as he and Rin exited the alley.
"So, where should we go next, Yuya?" Rin turned back. "Yuya?" Rin noticed that Yuya wasn't with them.
"Where did he go?" Rua asked.
Rin noticed that her bracelet was blinking. "I don't like this. I'm going back." Rin was gonna enter the alley again.
"Not another step!" Both Rin and Rua turned to see Damon and Tony approaching them.
"You're Shinji's friends!" Rin recognized. "Damon and Tony."
"Where's your chicken of a leader?" Rua asked.
"Shinji is the least of your worries." Damon activated his Duel Disks.
"Because of you, we lost an important member to our cause!" Tony pointed at Rin.
"Crow made that decision on his own!" Rin argued. "I didn't convince him to leave you guys!"
"Either way, you are the reason he abandoned our revolution!" Tony declared.
"And now he'll pay the price with your life!" Damon said as he activated his Duel Disk.
"These guys are serious." Rin narrowed her eyes.
"Either way, we can't let them go. We have to stop them." Rua activated his Duel Disk.
"You're right. Let's defeat them and look for Yuya." Rin activated her Duel Disk.
"Duel!" Rin, Rua, Tony and Damon declared.
Crow and Aki
"Good to see you again, Aki." Divine smiled.
"Divine…" Aki glared.
"Shinji, what the hell are you thinking?!" Crow shouted. "We shouldn't be fighting right now; we should be trying to unite the Tops and Commons with the Friendship Cup! If we do that, the kids will have a better life!"
"This is the only way to make the kids have a better life. But getting rid of the Tops, the Commons will unite and create a better city. There can only be one group, Crow, and you're on the wrong side." Shinji glared.
"I'm not working for the Tops! I just think there should be a better way to unite the City!" Crow said.
"We're already in too deep to turn back now. We will do whatever it takes to crush the Tops! Even if it means killing you." Shinji said.
"You won't do that! I know you Shinji, so enough with the empty threats." Crow said.
Shinji then smiled. "Yeah, you're right. I won't kill you…so instead I'll kill Rin."
"Shinji…you bastard!" Crow glared.
"Last chance, Aki. Take your rightful place by my side and show everyone the true power of the Psychic Duelist!" Divine smiled.
"I already know the true power of Psychic Dueling. And the one who showed me was a little boy taken too soon!" Aki glared.
"You mean Toby Lola? Then you're a fool!" Divine activated his Duel Disk.
"Better a fool than what you are!" Aki activated her Duel Disk. Crow and Shinji followed.
"Duel!" Aki, Crow, Shinji and Divine declared.

"I'll go first! Draw!" Aki drew her card. "I summon Lonefire Blossom (ATK: 500, LV: 3)!" Aki summoned a small fire blossom. "Lonefire Blossom's effect allows me to release it and Special Summon one Plant-type monster from my deck! I release Lonefire Blossom and Special Summon Gigaplant (ATK: 2400, LV: 6)!" Aki brought out a large plant monster.
"I set one card and end my turn!" Aki finished.

"Then, it's my turn! Draw!" Shinji drew his card. "I summon Bee Force - Pin the Bullseye (ATK: 200, LV: 1)!" Shinji summoned a small bee. "Once per turn, I can inflict 200 points of damage to the opponent!" Pin the Bullseye fired two stingers that hit Crow and Aki, making them wince.

"My turn! Draw!" Crow started his turn. "I activate the Continuous Magic: Black Whirlwind! Then, I Normal Summon Black Feather – Kris the Crack of Dawn (ATK: 1900, LV: 4)!" Crow summoned a bird with a sword.
"When I Normal Summon a Black Feather, Black Whirlwind allows me to add a Black Feather monster from my deck to my hand that has less Attack Points as the Black Feather that was summoned! I add the Tuner Monster, Black Feather – Breeze the Zephyr! And since it was added to my hand outside my Draw Phase, I can Special Summon Breeze the Zephyr (ATK: 1100, LV: 3)!" Breeze the Zephyr was a yellow and orange Black Feather.
"I'm Tuning my Level 4 Kris the Crack of Dawn with my Level 3 Breeze the Zephyr!" Zephyr turned into three green rings and Kris the Crack of Dawn flew through them and became four stars.
Darkened gales, become the wings which will soar to the heavens! Synchro Summon! Black Feather - Armored Wing (ATK: 2500, LV: 7)!" Crow summoned a Black Feather with black armor and wings.
"Armored Wing and not Raikiri?" Shinji noticed. "You're being very cautious, aren't you?"
"I set one card and end my turn!" Crow finished.

"They both summoned just one monster. I know Divine's deck and strategies, meaning he's gonna use Krebons to negate attacks. In that case…" Aki knew what to do.
"My turn! Draw!" Aki drew her card. "I Gemini Summon Gigaplant! With this, I can use its effect to Special Summon one Plant-type monster or Insect-type monster from my hand or Graveyard! I Special Summon Lonefire Blossom from my Graveyard (ATK: 500, LV: 3)!" Aki brought back her first monster.
"And then releasing Lonefire Blossom, I use its effect to Special Summon Botanical Lio (ATK: 1600, LV: 4) from my deck!" Aki brought out a Plant-type lion to the field. "Botanical Lio gains 300 Attack Points for every Plant-type monster I control! With two, it gains 600 Attack Points!"

"Battle! Gigaplant, attack Pin the Bullseye!" Gigaplant fire some thorns.
"Continuous Trap: Bee Force Nest! I target the Level 1 Pin the Bullseye and when that monster is targeted by an attack, I can Special Summon a monster with the same name from my hand or deck and end the Battle Phase! I summon another Pin the Bullseye (ATK: 200, LV: 1) and end the Battle Phase!"
"So, he had that move. I end my turn!" Aki finished.
"My turn! Draw!" Shinji drew his card. "I summon the Tuner Monster, Bee Force – Needle the Stinger (ATK: 400, LV: 2)!" Shinji summoned another bee. "Then, by negating this monster's effect, I can Special Summon Bee Force - Twinbow the Continuous Attacker (ATK: 1000, LV: 3)!"
"Here I come, Witch! I'm Tuning my Level 3 Twinbow the Continuous Attacker with my Level 2 Needle the Stinger!" Needle the Stinger turned into two green rings and Twinbow the Continuous Attacker flew through them and became three stars.
"Now, furious stinger of the nest, become the bow that pierces the heavens in a flash! Synchro Summon! Appear! Bee Force - Azusa the Spirit Bow (ATK: 2200, LV: 5)! Shinji summoned a female Bee Force monster.
"I activate Azusa the Spirit Bow's effect! She doubles the Effect Damage of her allies!" Shinji revealed.
"Doubled?!" Aki's eyes widened.
"Here he comes, Aki!" Crow warned.
"I activate Pin the Bullseyes' effects!" Both the Pins hit Aki and Crow, making them wince at the damage.
Aki/Crow LP: 7800→7200→6800
"I set one card and end my turn!" Shinji finished.
"Are you okay? Aki?" Crow asked.
"Yeah…" Aki said. "Even though I have stronger monsters, he's still able to damage us this much."
"My cards represent the Commons. Alone we are weak, but when we work together, anything is possible!" Shinji said. "Which is why our revolution will succeed!"
"Shinji…" Crow uttered.
"I know you're watching, Roget. I know what you're thinking. You want to eliminate all of your targets; in which case you will definitely launch that protocol!" Divine smiled.
Rin and Rua vs Tony and Damon
"Duel!" Rin, Rua, Tony and Damon declared.

"My turn! Draw!" Rin drew her card. "When I have no cards on the field, I can special Summon the Tuner Monster, Wind Witch – Water Bell (ATK: 0, LV: 1)!" Rin summoned her small water bell.
"Next, since I have a Wind Witch on my field, I can Special Summon Wind Witch – Ice Apprentice (ATK: 400, LV: 2)!" A small witch appeared.
"I'm Tuning my Level 2 Ice Apprentice with my Level 1 Water Bell!" Water Bell turned into a green energy ring and Ice Apprentice flew through it and became two stars.
"Gentle wind. Flow with the cooling water to the great sea! Synchro Summon! Come forth! Level 3! Wind Witch – River Bell (ATK: 1200, LV: 3)!" Rin summoned her water humanoid chime.
"Damn it. Its Attack Points are lower than 1500. With this, I can't use Pitfall of Naraka!" Tony cursed inwardly.
"When River Bell is successfully Synchro Summoned, my opponent takes 200 points of damage for every Synchro Material used! Since I used two monsters, you take 400 points of damage!" Water hit both Tony and Damon making them wet.

"Next, when I summon an Alien monster, I can Special Summon this card from my hand! Come! Alien Dog (ATK: 1500, LV: 4)!" An extraterrestrial dog appeared. "When this monster is Special Summoned, I place two A-Counters on a monster my opponent controls! I choose River Bell!"

"A-Counter?" Rin questioned.
"I set one card and end my turn!" Damon finished.

"A-Counter. Those things are dangerous." Rua thought. "My turn! Draw!" Rua drew his card and looked at his hand. "I don't have anything to remove those counters, nor can I attack. I just got to be defensive."
"I summon Deformer Staplen (DEF: 1000, LV: 4) in Defense Position!" Rua summoned a Stapler. "I set two cards and end my turn!"

"My turn! Draw!" Tony drew his card. "I summon the Tuner Monster, Zombie Carrier (ATK: 400, LV: 2)!" Tony summoned another Zombie. "Next, I activate the Magic Card: Dual Summon! This allows me to Normal Summon once more! Come! Bayonater, the Magical Barrel Scope (ATK: 500, LV: 1)!"
"I activate Bayonater's effect! Once per turn, I can select one monster on the opponent's field and have its Attack Points reduced by 1000! I choose River Bell!" Tony pointed at River Bell.
River Bell (ATK: 1200→200)
"Damn…" Rin cursed.
"I'm not done! I'm Tuning my Level 3 Dragon Zombie and my Level 1 Bayonater with my level 2 Zombie Carrier! Synchro Summon! Come forth! Level 6! Undead Skull Demon (ATK: 2500, LV: 6)!" Tony summoned his ace.
"Battle! Undead Skull Demon, attack River Bell!" Undead Skull Demon charged.
"I activate my Trap Card: Block Lock!" Rua played his card. "When my opponent selects a monster to attack, I can switch the target to a Deformer monster on my field! Undead Skull Demon attacks Deformer Staplen!" Staplen took the attack.
"Staplen is not destroyed in battle and it switches to Attack Position and Undead Skull Demon and Alien Soldier switch to Defense Position!" Tony's and Damon's monsters switched to Defense Position.

"Thank you, Rua." Rin thanked.
"Just doing my part." Rua smiled.

"My turn! Draw!" Rin drew her card. "I summon Wind Witch – Guard Bell (ATK: 0, LV: 4)!" Rin summoned her armored witch. "Since I used Wind Witch monsters to Synchro Summon River Bell, I can treat is as a Tuner Monster!"
"What?!" Tony and Damon gasped.
"I'm Tuning my Level 4 Guard Bell with my Level 3 River Bell!" River Bell turned into three green rings and Guard Bell flew through them and became four stars.
"With your beautiful wings that change along with the seasons, strike down the enemies that pollute your territory! Synchro Summon! Come forth! Level 7! Wind Witch – Cyclone Dragon (ATK: 2500, LV: 7)!" Rin summoned her dragon.
"I activate my Trap Card: Pitfall of Naraka! When my opponent summons a monster with 1500 or more Attack Points, I can destroy it and banish it!" Tony revealed.
"I won't let that happen. Counter Trap: Seven Tools of the Bandit! I pay 1000 Life Points to negate the activation of a Trap Card and destroy it!" Rua winced as he paid Life Points but Tony's trap was destroyed.
Rin/Rua LP: 8000→7000
"Damn it!" Tony cursed.
"Little brat!" Damon spat.
"Rua…" Rin noticed that Rua was using his cards to protect her.
"I won't let you hurt Rin! Rin is my little sister's, Ruka's successor. And it's my job to not only protect her but to also open the road to victory!" Rua declared.
"Ruka's lucky to have a brother like you." Rin smiled. "Thanks, Rua. I'll go ahead and take that road! Wind Witch – Cyclone Dragon can negate the effects of one Level 5 or higher monster on the field! Four Seasons Tornado!" Four tornadoes engulfed Undead Skull Demon.
"Battle! Cyclone Dragon, attack Undead Skull Demon!" Cyclone Dragon charged in. "When Cyclone Dragon attacks the monster who has its effects negated, she gains that monster's Attack Points and deals piercing damage!"
"What?!" Tony gasped.
Cyclone Dragon (ATK: 2500→5000)
"Typhoon Boom Dive!" Cyclone Dragon gained power and struck down Undead Skull Demon and Tony was blown back.
Tony/Damon LP: 7600→3800
"Tony!" Damon cried out.
"Alright!" Both Rua and Rin high-fived.
Sector Z
A bright flash of light appeared in an area and multiple Academia soldiers entered, led by Kaiser and Darkness.
"Alright, everyone. You have your assignments. Recon, only. Do not engage anyone until we are given further orders." Darkness instructed.
"Yes sir!" The soldiers saluted and split off.
"Looks like it's almost time for another invasion." Darkness walked up to Kaiser.
"Unless what Raider told us is true." Kaiser said. "Either way, this dimension will belong to Academia, so if they wiped each other then so be it."
"Can I ask you something?" Darkness asked.
"What?" Kaiser asked.
"This Raider guy. Where did he come from?" Darkness asked.
"No one knows. He just appeared out of nowhere and offered his aid to the Professor." Kaiser answered.
"Is he reliable?" Darkness asked.
"Thanks to him and his intel, we were able to eliminate most of the Dragon Soldier squad, except for Yuya Sakaki." Kaiser said.
"Hey, 3 out of 4 ain't bad." Darkness said.
"Not to Raider. He was infuriated when he learned that Yuya Sakaki survived." Kaiser revealed. "It's now his personal mission to kill him using whatever means necessary."
"But why Yuya? What makes him so special?" Darkness asked. "Well, other than creating a new summon method, summoning a God, and creating new hybrid Pendulum cards, and I think I just answered my own question. Did Raider ever get the chance to find him afterwards?"
"That is the question." Kaiser answered.
"What does that mean?" Darkness crossed his arms.
"It's not confirmed 100% but I heard from the teachers that Raider almost succeeded in killing Yuya three years ago, but was thwarted by someone from Standard." Kaiser answered.
"Who?" Darkness asked.
"Seto Kaiba. He had something on Raider that made him temporarily retreat from his goal. What that is, I don't know?" Kaiser admitted.
"And the mystery deepens." Darkness sighed. "Who are you, Raider?"
Yuya vs Raider
"Duel!" Yuya and Raider declared.
Yuya LP: 4000, Hand: 5
Raider LP: 4000, Hand: 5
"The first turn is mine! Draw!" Yuya drew his card. "I set Stargazer Magician in the Pendulum Scale!" Yuya just set one magician.
"Then, I summon the Tuner Monster, Odd-Eyes Synchron (ATK: 200, LV: 2)!" Yuya summoned his small machine tuner. "Odd-Eyes Synchron can used a monster in my Pendulum Scale to perform a Synchro Summon!"
"I'm Tuning my Level 5 Stargazer Magician with my Level 2 Odd-Eyes Synchron!" Odd-Eyes Synchron turned into two green rings and Stargazer flew through them and became five stars.
"Spread those wondrous and beautiful wings, and strike down your enemies at the speed of light! Synchro Summon! Appear now! Level 7! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon (ATK: 2500, LV: 7)!" Yuya summoned Yugo's dragon.
"Ah, it's good to be back in the game." Yugo appeared.
"Where have you been?" Yuya asked.
"We were just enjoying the tournament." Yuri appeared.
"But since this guy was the reason, we're like this. We can't stay silent anymore." Yuto appeared.
"Yeah, we're gonna defeat this guy." Yuya agreed. "I set two cards and end my turn!"

Raider LP: 4000, Hand: 5
"My turn! Draw!" Raider drew his card. "I summon the Tuner Monster, Speedroid Den-Den Daiko Duke (ATK: 1200, LV: 3)!" Raider summoned a machine monster.
"What?!" Yugo exclaimed. "That's my deck!"
"Next, when I have a Tuner Monster on my field, I can Special Summon Speedroid Gear Changer (ATK: 1400, LV: 4)!" Raider brought out another Speedroid.
"Those are my brother's cards!" Yuya said.
"Were your brother's. They're my spoils of war." Raider smirked.
"Heh, in that case this Duel will be a snap. I know my deck better than anyone, so I can tell you, its weaknesses." Yugo grinned.
"When Gear Changer is Special Summoned, I can select one other Speedroid monster on my field and have its Level increased by one!" Raider revealed. "I raise Den-Den Daiko Duke's Level by 1!"
Den-Den Daiko Duke (LV: 3→4)
"I'm Tuning my Level 4 Gear Changer with my Level 4 Den-Den Daiko Duke!" Den-Den Daiko Duke became four rings while Gear Changer flew through them and became four stars.
"Wait a minute! The only Level 8 monster was Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon, but he needs a Synchro Monster to summon it!" Yugo realized.
"Kin with wings of light. Strike down your enemies with your sharp wings! Synchro Summon! Appear Supreme King Servant Dragon Clear Wing (ATK: 2500, LV: 8)!" Raider summoned a darker version of Clear Wing.
Both the regular Clear Wing and the dark Clear Wing roared at each other with extreme hatred. "Clear Wing's…angry." Yuya looked at the dragon.
"You…" Clear Wing glared at her counterpart.
"Well, well, well…if it isn't the forgotten dragon." Supreme King Clear Wing belittled. "Always stuck in the shadows of her brothers."
"Shut up! Because of you, Zarc…" Clear Wing growled.
"If anything, we did you a favor. Who would want to stick with that worthless pile of sh—" Supreme King Clear Wing insulted but was interrupted by Clear Wing's roar.
"Raider, what is that dragon?" Yuya asked.
"Oh, this? This is the true Clear Wing." Raider explained. "Blessed with the power of Genesis to rewrite the world in her image. The correction to the mistake of your Clear Wing."
"How dare you mock Clear Wing?!" Yuya glared.
"Clear Wing failed in her mission to set the world on the correct path. But this Clear Wing will correct it by eliminating her from existence once more." Raider said.
"I won't let you do that! I'm gonna stop you! We're gonna stop you!" Yuya declared as both the Clear Wings roared at each other.
Security Headquarters
"Protocol Zero Reverse!" An officer gasped and so did the others. "But sir, that protocol is only meant if we're invaded by actual terrorists!"
"And we haven't even evacuated the population!" Another officer said.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I understand your concern. However, these Revolutionists will not stop even if they get what they want." Roget answered.
"But sir, let us evacuate the Tops who are still there." An officer said.
"Director." Ushio spoke. "Protocol Zero Reverse may stop the Revolutionists, but is it really worth it to sacrifice so many people over two men's ambitions."
"Sir, we should at least look for an alternative method, first." Mikage suggested.
"Officer Ushio, Officer Mikage. The future requires sacrifice. To do that, we have to sacrifice. Besides there's more than the Revolutionists going on."
"What do you mean?" Ushio asked.
"Cameras picked this up in Sector Z." Roget showed a video of Academia soldiers appearing.
"My god, they were telling the truth." Ushio said.
"If we are to stop them, it has to be decided amongst all of us. Besides, it's better that we do it, than let someone else bear the guilt." Roget reasoned with the officers. "Agreed?"
Everyone looked at each other with concern and worry, but they all agreed that Roget was right. This had to be done, no matter what.
"Initiate Protocol Zero Reverse!" Roget shouted. "Dropping the Tops City on the Commons Slums!"
"Sir!" The officers saluted.
