Downstairs, Boris and Oxana were welcoming Eros.

"It feels great to come down to the mortal world every once and a while," said Eros while sitting his bags down to stretch his arms.

"Especially when my vacation spot is the home of my favorite band," he said.

"Ah Vee, Poppy," said Boris once he heard the girls coming down the stairs.

"Mr. Eros is here, and he would like to meet the two of you if you…," he said but stopped as Poppy brushed past him toward the door.

"Sorry, I have to get home, Mr. Hauntley, maybe next time," said Poppy while rushing out of the house without looking at anyone.

"Vee, what happened?" asked Oxana while looking at the younger vampire who was still standing on the stairs.

"I told her about my necklace and then fell off my bed onto her, next thing I know she's hurrying to leave without saying a word," said Vee who was holding a hand to her chest as she felt something weird.

"Did you get hurt?" asked Oxana while running up to check on her.

"I don't think so, but it feels like my heart is beating," said Vee.

"Ah, sounds like a little Vampire has fallen in love," said Eros.

"I've known a lot of Vampires in my life, but I've never heard of one feeling their heartbeat when in love," said Gregoria.

"Because it only happens when one falls for a human," said Eros, which caused everyone to stare at him.

"But the only human that was here was Poppy so… oh," said Demi as he caught on.

"Vee," said Oxana while returning her attention to her daughter. The young vampire suddenly turned into a bat which flew away back upstairs.

"Vee!" said Oxana as she transformed to go after her.

"Um, I'm sorry about the commotion, Mr. Eros," said Boris as he turned to the God with an apologetic expression.

"It's alright, and if Vee needs someone to talk to about this outside her family, please let me know, it's my job to help people with love troubles after all and sometimes it's tough to talk with family about these kinds of things," said Eros.
