After the two of them made their relationship official, almost nothing changed except they kissed sometimes. At least, they thought nothing changed until Alya asked Marinette to let her know if she was spending the night at Adrien's apartment or not. Marinette told Alya she'd let her know once she talked to Adrien about it.

The two of them had been officially dating for just over a week at that point and neither of them had thought about Marinette spending the night yet. She knew that it was normal to spend the night at a significant other's place, but she wasn't sure if things were going to be different if she wanted to spend the night again.

She brought pajamas and a change of clothing with her when she went to Adrien's that night, just in case she spent the night. It was only about 18h30 when Adrien texted her that he was ready for her to come over whenever she wanted to. Their plan was to just make dinner and hang out.

It wasn't a big, extravagant plan, but she was happy to just spend the time with him. She arrived at his apartment just before 19h00 and he greeted her with a kiss when she arrived. "Hey," she said with a bright smile on her face, "what do you want to make for dinner tonight?"

"I was thinking I could make us some pasta," he suggested, "I have a penne and pink sauce recipe that I've been wanting to make, if that sounds good to you."

"That sounds perfect, my prince," she told him sincerely, "is there anything that I can do to help?" He kissed her temple.

"It isn't really a recipe that requires a lot of work, but if you want to go choose something for us to watch while we eat, that sounds like it would be plenty helpful." Marinette gave him a quick peck on the lips.

"I can do that," she assured with a smile. She went over to the couch and turned on the entertainment center she'd become used to over the months of knowing him. "Oh, Alya wanted me to let her know if I'm going to spend the night or not." She tried to mention it the same way she always mentioned it so that it would feel normal.

"You're still allowed to spend the night whenever you want to, Mari," he assured her from the kitchen as he pulled ingredients out of his fridge and cabinets. "Now you just get to choose whether you want to sleep on my couch, the guest room, or in my room. I'm comfortable with whatever you choose."

Marientte sent Alya a text about the fact that she was spending the night and started scrolling through different media platforms. "Okay," she said suddenly, "hear me out…" She bit her lip and went over to stand closer to Adrien in the kitchen while they talked. Adrien's face took on a bit of a worried expression, but he was willing to listen.

"What's your suggestion?" he asked her with a slightly hesitant smile on his face.

"Do you remember the Akuma from the day when you revealed your identity to me?" She was biting her lip, but Adrien's smile was enough to assure her that he was happy to listen to her suggestion despite the fact that she was nervous.

"The Box Ghost?" He tilted his head inquisitively, wondering what Marinette had to say about him. She nodded excitedly and he poured the next ingredient into the pan.

"I was thinking we could watch that show. The one he's from, Danny Phantom. It's available on Paramount+ and it used to be my favorite when I was younger." Marinette clasped her hands in front of her in a pleading motion and Adrien chuckled.

"That sounds like a great choice, princess," Adrien told her. "But in that case, you need to wait to start until I finish cooking. It should just be a few more minutes. Do you want to pour us some wine to have with dinner?" She smiled and moved around the counter to pour some wine for each of them.

The two of them ate dinner on the couch that night which they hadn't done for a while, but Adrien was really excited to start the show. Marinette pressed play on the first episode and he couldn't help but to think she was adorable as she sat there, singing along to the theme song between bites of her dinner.

At the end of the first episode, Marinette brought their plates back into the kitchen and cleaned them. While she was doing that, Adrien refilled their wine glasses. Whenever she finished cleaning a dish, she'd hand it to him and he would dry it and put it away. The two of them went back to the show and Adrien had his arm around Marinette as they started episode 2.

He was surprised to find just how many lines she was able to quote along with the show and it made him chuckle when she changed her voice slightly to match the different characters. He noticed the loving look on her face at the dancing scene at the end of the episode. "So, have you always had a thing for wise cracking superheroes?"

Marinette blushed. "Shush," she responded, not liking the fact that she was being called out like that. Now that he mentioned it, she knew that he was right, but she really didn't want to admit it. "Do you want to keep watching or are you done with it for tonight?"

"Let's keep going," he told her, "I haven't even seen the Box Ghost yet." Marinette was practically bouncing in her seat with excitement and he knew that he made the right choice. It only took about a minute into the next episode for the Box Ghost to show up for the first time and Marinette continued to speak in time with most of the lines during 'One of a Kind'.

"Can you tell I used to really like this show?" Marinette asked in a half-joking tone.

"What do you mean 'used to'?" Adrien squeezed Marinette gently and he smiled brightly, having fun watching the show and enjoying his company. She nudged him playfully instead of admitting that he was right. The two of them watched the first 10 episodes of the show that night before they both started to get tired.

The two of them fell asleep in Adrien's bed that night, comfortably cuddling as they slept. The next day, the two of them went to Tom and Sabine's to pick up pastries and a baguette for later. After that, they went back to Adrien's apartment to keep watching Danny Phantom.

Adrien didn't want to admit how much he was liking the show after how much he teased Marinette about it yesterday, but part of him had to admit that maybe the Akuma had a point about the show deserving to have more episodes. He was having a great time spending the day with his girlfriend wrapped in his arms.
