2 hours later
"Hi Jason"
"Dr was is the verdict"
"Kim's (pausing) she is dying off a broke heart"
"How?"
"I'm not sure has she heard some bad news recently"
"I'm not sure I came into town to surprise her, I will have to find out"
"The other thing is she is pregnant, 3 month to be precise. Maybe that is why she hasn't ..."
"Oh my god, Kim why didn't you tell me. (Turning back to the Dr) I will find out if she received any bad news and will get back to you"
The Dr left saying he would be back shortly Jason called Melissa and asked her to see what the letter said, his next call was Tommy.
Ring Ring
"Hey Bro" Tommy replied.
Jason decided to keep his cool and see what Tommy knew
"Hey bro I was just wondering if you spoken to Kim recently:
There was silence, "Tommy are you there"
"Jason I know she is your sister but I rather not talk to you about her, I need to go" and Tommy hung up.
Melissa came to the hospital shortly after the call with the letter. Jason read it
"Jason this is so cruel"
"Bastard" Jason wanted to hit something but he kept his cool he was going to beat Tommy when he got back.
"How is Kim"
"Broken and pregnant, can you pack her things please, I'm going to make sure she wakes and she can live with me for awhile"
"Pregnant? That means she is .."
"12 weeks yes and its his, please don't tell anyone yet"
"No I wont do you need anything I will bring her some stuff back tomorrow"
"I'm good Melissa I will see you tomorrow"
Once Melissa left Jason spoke to Kim asking her to wake up, telling her he understood why she was broken hearted. But telling her she had something to live for a child growing inside her the Phoenix a child that would be end to all evil.
