Day in the life of Mei Hatsume

A/N: I have absolutely no update schedule for this but ill probably get a few new chapters in soon after I put this out so make sure to follow!

CHAPTER 1

That one girl in pink…

Mei lifted her acing head awake to find herself in the design studio. The door suddenly opened to see power loader, inspecting the inside of his helmet.

"My gosh this freaking hair" Power loader said blowing his messy orange hair out of his eyes

"Hi Mr. Power loader!" Mei said with a Beaming grin, a few inches from his face.

"Allright pinky pie back up a bit." He said with his hair now falling back over one of his eyes; continuing to walk past her towards the desk.

"Whats wrong with your helmet?" Mei said walking right on his heels.

"A bolt slipped out somehow and now the jaw keeps falling out." Power loader said looking back at her with a displeased expressoin.

Mei grabbed the Helmet from his hands, then sitting on the floor closely inspecting the broken Helmet then saying with a nearly manic grin "you stripped the bolt, and you had the wrong washer on"

She then continued to take it over to another counter; immediately unscrewing the bolt; getting a new one then rapidly looking through a row of draws then grabbing a washer. She then promptly ran over to the helmet twisting the washer on.

"Here ya go Mr. Power Loader" Mei said holding the helmet out to him.

Power loader put he helmet on; pressing his balm against the bottom of the jaw to test it. "Not bad Mei, not bad at all."

Mei have a huge smile seeing her sucsess fixing the helmet, then turning on her heels to continue to work on the baby she fell asleep making. The baby was a harness for Ururaka that covered a good amount of her body; so, she could float that instead to pervent quirk overuse.

"Hey Mr. Power Loader! Could you call Ururaka down here?" Mei said snapping her head back towards him.

"As long as you don't catch any one 1A kids in another explosion… I swear one of these days your gonna get banned from the studio." Power loader said annoyed

Power loader picked up a book next to the phone; full of student name and classes. Then picking up the phone "Can Ochako Uruaka from class 1A please come to the design studio?" He said then put the phone back down.

Mei quickly checked the screws in the thrusters one all sides; looking all around the baby to make sure evreything is right. Mei was proud of the colors on the harness being black and pink. She usually worked with more metal oriented things but having it mostly straps and circles; made it more difficult, but Meri was no one to back down to a simple harness.

"Hello? Someone here needed me?" A confused Uruaka said in the door frame.

"Ahh yes! Your harness is done!" Mei said; she wanted the girl to try it on as soon as possible looking to see that Uruaka was allready in her Athletic uniform "Oh good! Hurry come with me!" Mei said grabbing the harness then bolting out the door. Uruaka could bearly keep up with a word she said but continued to follow her. Mei took her outside to a small area separated from the mass of trees, then put the leg holes out on the floor and nodded for her to step into them.

Uruaka put on the harness all the way. "Mei… what are all these weird circle things all over?"

"Oh! Those are thrusters push the little button, which can only be triggered by a persons finger and will help you move easier while your in 0g!" Mei said with a huge grin. Uruaka got worried for a moments with the grin Mei gave looking like Toga's.

"Hurry up float the harness allready! Mei shouted with a tone that sounded as if she was waiting for her life's work to be tested.

Uruaka tapped the harness to have herself float up. Both of there faces light up; with Ururaka being more in awe, while Mei looked up at the girl with determination; she looked like she was going crazy half of the time, especaly with eh little sleep she gets with refusal to any glucose supplements or caffeine.

"YES, MY GORGEOUS BABY WAS A SUCSESS" Mei shouted out "OKAY NOW TRY MY BABYS BOOSTERS"

Uruaka tilted herself towards the round and pressed the booster on the back of her waist. To her suprized a squeal of air coming out like an untied balloon before rocketing her forward.

"Woah Mie these are awesome! Now I can travel without having to kick off of something!" Uruaka said with a bubbly grin happy to be able to stay the right way up.

"Go ahead and bring your floaty little self-back down here!" Mei shouted

Uruaka giggled to hear the way Mei referred to her. Then once again posted the thruster. She once again shot towards the ground; faster thank she though. Ururaka flinched thinking she would hit the ground; but he thrusters slowed down giving her a soft and controlled landing. Leaving her with a dropped jaw.

"Come on Gravity girl! Close your jaw and get back to class! You don't want scarfy getting mad!" Mei said pointing back towards the building.

"Allright!" Uruaka said immediately shutting her lips.

Uruaka went back to her class while Mei was walking back towards the design studio when principal Nezu stopped her in her tracks

"Oh! Mei I was just looking for you! I was on my way to a meeting with Ms. Joke but when I started my car it sounded like a big boom and something broke, do you think you could take a look at that for me?"

"Sure thing!" Mei said stepping towards him insisting he lead the way.

When Mei saw the car, she ran over to it immediately popping the trunk; getting the jack then quickly propping up the car. Then getting underneath.

"Go get yourself a bus ride, unless you've got 10 minutes to spare!" Mei said

Nezu showed no confusion or suprized towards the time she said but rather game a slight smile; knowing of Mei's talent and skill towards any challenge his students or staff gave her.

As Mei promised within 10 minutes, she came out form under the car covered in grease and oil then taking down the jack.

"Go ahead Nezu!" She said.

Nezu stepped in the car with it immediately starting "Thank you so much Mei, this speared me a large bill and time" he said getting back out of the car; then bowing deeply.

Mei gave him a thumbs up, then walked back into the building, up the white and blue stairs back to the design studio.

"That took you quite a while, did she like it?" Power loader said leaning back in his chair from a circuit board.

"Nezu made me fix his jacked up car; and gravity girls baby worked like an absolute charm!" She said walking back towards here she was, with a jumpy, bubbly walk.

"Oh and by the way Izuku Midoriya's Anklet went up in flames while you we gone." He said with a sigh.
