A year later...
Haku screamed in agony as she gave birth to her and Naruto's child, a baby girl. She had blonde hair and blue eyes like her Father, after the baby was born Tsunade took the infant to be bathed and dressed while Haku rests in her and hospital room. Naruto was brimming with pride as he watched his and Haku's baby daughter being carried away, a second later, Sakura walked up to him.
"Naruto you chosen a name for your daughter?"
"Yes, Haku and I have already decided on our daughter's name. It shall be Mitsuyo Uzumaki."
"A fine choice, Naruto." the pinkette said before leaving the room.
Later...
Haku is now lying in her and Naruto's large canopy bed holding baby Mitsuyo in her arms.
"She's adorable, the spitting image of her Mother." Naruto said from the doorway.
Haku looked up and smiled lovingly at her mate.
"You mean her Father, she has your beautiful eyes." Haku said to Naruto, which caused the blonde to blush.
