During a moonlit walk
'How long has it been already?' Ace asked.
'Since when?' Nancy replied, curious.
'Since we finally got together?'
'Ohhhh. Well, it's been 2 months already!'
And those had been the best 2 months of their lives.
After finally overcoming whatever it was they had been afraid of, it had been a heavenly 2 months of moonlight walks, candle lit dinners, and best of all, no supernatural encounters!
'It's uh, been really nice to be with you for these past 2 months.' Ace said, kind of awkwardly.
Nancy smiled, thinking that Ace's awkwardness was adorable.
'You're cute when you're awkward like that.' She said.
Then they started to kiss.
It was a lovely moment, until someone yelled 'Call 911!' in the distance because of a dead body.
'We, better go see what's up.' Ace said.
'Yeah. We'll pick this up later.' Nancy replied.
Then they went to see what was up.
