This is a Penguins of Madagascar story! It takes place in the same location in the Penguins of Madagascar show. I do not own The Penguins of Madagascar nor the characters of the show do not belong to me, as they originally belong to creators Tom Mcgrath and Eric Darnell. Please be respectful in reviews. This is suppose to be a positive place for all readers, for all ages, meaning I will not do anything rated M. Anyway, please enjoy the story!

Plot: Private makes a Lunacorn Fan account and befriends a girl online named Polly who happens to be another penguin living in New York City. Polly is the only character I own in this chapter. I may eventually make more. Hope you enjoy!

Chapter 1: The Fan Account

Private's POV

Skipper had agreed that we all get our own phones. Once we did we all stayed on for hours. I however decided to make a Lunacorn fan account. My username was PrincessSelfRespectrasPrince. I posted pictures I found online. I tried my best in captions for I was not a good speller. I got a few lessons on my own with my phone but that's about it. As I was looking at people who started following me, I saw one of them was another user named PrinceSharesALotsPrincess. Identical but opposite to mine. This person had a lot of content and I ended up liking all of it.

As I was going out for a snow cone I got a message on my fan account. It was from that same user. It said, "Hello! I just wanted to thank you for liking all my content. It means a lot to me. Your page is amazing as well." I smiled. I thought about replying for a second but then gave it a thought. Is this person a actually who they seem to be? I took a deep breath but just went along with it. I started texting back.

"Hello! You're welcome for all the likes. I love your page so much! You have amazing content." Suddenly I saw this person was messaging back.

"Thank you! Hopefully we get to talk more in the future. I'm Polly by the way." So it was a girl.

"Pretty name!" I texted back. Then she texted,

"Aren't you gonna tell me yours?" I felt a little numb.

"It's Private."

"Oh so I can't know?"

"No that's my name. Private."

"Oh! That's pretty interesting. Well Private, it's nice to meet you. What are you up to now?"

"Just out getting a snow cone. It is a nice day here in New York."

"You live in New York? So do I!"

"Wow! Imagine if we lived near each other." I put a laughing emoji.

"That would be pretty amazing eh?"

"Totally."

"Well it was nice speaking to you Private, but I have to get back to work now."

"Oh. Okay, talk to you later then?"

"Yes, talk to you later!" What a nice girl. I smiled to myself. I got my snow cone then proceeded back to HQ. When I got home I saw my brothers on their phones laughing at whatever.

That night everyone was asleep but me. I felt the need to talk to Polly again. I pulled out my phone and started texting her.

"Hello, are you awake? I'm sorry I just felt really happy with your text." Surprisingly she was texting back.

"Yes I am. Just helped a friend of mine to bed."

"Oh you have roommate?"

"Sort of."

"Oh well I live with my older brothers."

"Oh what are their names?"

"Skipper, Kowalski and Rico."

"That's cool. I have three older sisters as well. Of course I moved out." That meant I was talking to a human. I sighed. Suddenly I felt saddened. I guess I'm going to have to lie as I go on. I didn't want to ruin a new friendship.

"I'm sorry I have very important things to do tomorrow. I need to get some rest." I lied.

"Don't worry. We'll talk sooner or later. Goodnight Private!"

"Goodnight Polly." I put my phone away and gave a small breath in and out. I knew I liked her but I felt I was going to have just a friendship with her. I went to bed dreaming of the Lunacorns.
