Now, let's go.
Adventures, they are a part of the journey. Each adventure is new and unique, never the same even if they played out the same. Throughout his journey across the Kanto region, Ash too had his fair share of them. Some he learnt from, some he parted knowledge with, some he will cherish forever, some that are heartbreaking yet warm.
But on the flip side of this coin, there are some he wishes he didn't take in. Some he didn't want to remember, some he didn't want to learn from, some he didn't want to believe he went through and some that made his blood boil.
Among all these, lay Giovanni. Someone who defied the notion of logic for Ash, he was on both sides of the coin.
"This is my battle, mine alone." Ash recalled his words to his traveling companions a few days ago.
"Your battle or Giovanni's?" Brock asked sternly.
"Mine." Ash said after thinking for a minute.
"Ash, I believe in you. But promise me, you won't turn back on yourself. You will still be the silly boy who doesn't grasp the concept but aims to be a master." Misty asked, her voice strong but her eyes told him everything.
'He is playing with you, don't let him decide who he wants you to be.' those eyes said. Ash understood everything, he was on a cross road, but he will still be on his path. If Giovanni assumes his path is the ideal one, then Ash too thinks his is ideal. And this battle will show him who is more ideal.
"You finally came. I thought we would never see each other Satoshi."
Ash Satoshi Ketchum, his full name, one he regrets telling Giovanni. He was currently inside the ever closed viridian gym. He was in a large room with an earthen battlefield ahead of him, stretching for many feet wide and far. The other side was occupied by a couch, behind which a small fireplace was in place. The fireplace casted a shadowy light on the figure in the couch, enough to notice who he is, but no details about his face unless you already knew him.
On the other side, lay the owner of the voice. Clad in black long sleeved shirt with a large V-neck line showing his white undershirt with no lapels and collar and baggy black trousers and black shoes, Giovanni looks every bit a business. Except for the large red R on his right breast pocket, which is the trademark of team rocket.
"That is what I wish for, but unfortunately you have something I want. Want to learn about." Ash said sternly, the anger and disappointment in him kept tightly under leash.
"Now now son, that is not the….." Giovanni was clearly taunting him at this point with the friendly banter but Ash fell for it.
"Do not call me that. Do not act like I don't know who you are, who you really are." Ash shouted sternly, pointing his index finger at Giovanni.
Giovanni had the guts to smirk triumphantly, which made Ash even angrier.
"I am a businessman, a dirty one but nevertheless one, That's why for this once I will tell you the information you want, but only if we battle. A full six on six, official gym battle." Giovanni stated, stroking his persian.
Ash was completely enraged, an official gym battle with him? He doesn't deserve the title of gym leader. Much less hand someone the badge.
He can't lose this battle, he can't live with that and he knows he will win this one. That is the reason Giovanni was after him, someone young but someone as powerful as him. He tried every bit of manipulation he could, but Ash survived. Scarred, scathed but survived.
But winning is an even worse fate. He will give Giovanni the honor of letting him officiate for the League, since his will be the eight major badge he gets. His pokedex will register this, a registered major gym badge can't be thrown away. Giovanni will send his personality report to the League.
He could wish all he wanted that Giovanni would berate him, belittle him and declare him unfit for the League. But he won't. Giovanni will write an honest one, Giovanni will write all the praises he had given to him, and that is worse than anything. Being an aura prodigy, surpassing even the Cerulean sisters, his report will make him an under-the-League person, all his fame would be propelled by this review.
The question is, can he bear that? Giovanni is playing a very dangerous gambit, should this report really proceed, Ash will be allowed to immediately challenge the elite four, even though he isn't a major and he will win the League. Defeating a trained Aura guardian is very hard and he is one of the best. And if he wins the League, he will dismantle Giovanni and hunt him down, but can he, Ash, accept that Giovanni will propel his future?
"I accept. I, Ash Ketchum, of pallet town challenge the Viridian gym Leader Giovanni for my 8th major badge." Ash challenged, this is information he needs.
"So, she did contact you." Giovanni smiled. "I should have known, you were always promising in her eyes."
Ash paled, Giovanni figured it out?
"Don't worry, I have no goal of chasing her, I am not desperate to go after those that reject me. And I have something stronger." Giovanni said as his smile grew.
"Project magnus, what is it about?" Ash shouted, losing all his patience.
"Tsk tsk. Where are your manners that I taught you? You are a trainer, I am a gym leader whom you challenged. First battle." Giovanni tsked as he got up and the lights lit up the dimly lit room, with Giovanni in full light as he opened his pokeball. Marowak was first.
Ash gritted through his teeth, Giovanni was trying to trigger him. He will avenge her.
"Primeape, let us show them your true strength." Ash sent out his Primeape.
"Ohh Primeape. He is a lively one isn't he? Congratulations on winning the Grand Prix Primeape." Giovanni said warmly.
The fact that Giovanni was the one that insisted on catching Primeape always pissed off Ash. So, today he is gonna beat Giovanni with the same Primeape.
"Use outrage." Ash shouted, all of his Aura seeping through him, draining his anger into Primeape.
Primeape was super pumped from Ash and shouted as it shot forward like a missile at Marowak.
"Double edge." Giovanne called, his Aura too flaring up but nowhere near Ash's.
Primeape encased himself in a yellow-blue aura as he started violently to punch towards Marowak, who got surrounded with white energy as she shot at Primeape.
Despite the sheer power coursing through Primeape, he was knocked back by the double edge. The surprise broke the aura bond between them, catching them off guard.
"Boomerang" Giovanni ordered.
"Catch it and charge with Cross chop." Ash shouted, once again increasing his Aura, trying to bond with Primeape through his anger.
Primeape bonded back and this time Ash made sure to make it a solid one, he may not be able to send large power through it yet but it will not be broken by slight fluctuations anymore.
Primeape caught the boomerang and charged it alongside his other fist.
"Stomping tantrum." Giovanni commanded as he smiled.
Marowak stomped her left leg and pushed herself upwards into the air towards Primeape. But as Primeape was opening his arms wide to slash in x motion, Marowak was suddenly propelled forward midair and tackled into Primeape's chest.
Ash gritted his teeth, pumping more of his aura. But it seems anymore and the bond itself loses shape and destabilizes, opening them for surprises.
"The power you share through emotion is always inferior, Satoshi. Let it go, embrace your aura. Force it on them, it will agree, won't it? Use double edge." Giovanni said coldly.
"Primeape, Seismic toss." Ash called as Primeape was hit by the move.
Primeape, who was digging his feet into the ground to withstand the attack, took hold of Marowak's head and spun her around as he jumped up and started spinning. After 2 full circles, Primeape was 20 feet above the ground and proceeded to yeet Marowak into the ground.
"Iron head." Giovanni ordered as Marowak hardened her head in just a nick of time, deafening the blow. But not much.
'How? He can't be superior to us? He can't be.' Ash screamed internally in rage, "Primeape go for broke, thrash." he ordered.
Primeape was surrounded by a red aura as he charged at Marowak, throwing punches, kicking and all.
"Boomerang and iron head." Giovanni commanded.
When Primeape kicked or punched, Marowak parried with boomerang. When Primeape flung himself, Marowak parried with Iron head. The dance was getting annoying and frustrating for Primeape.
Ash started to mold as much of that emotion as he could into Primeape's power, but the excess power was breaking the bond structure, potentially weakening it.
Finally, as Primeape's head and Marowak's iron head collided, the excess power on Primeape's part, flinging Marowak many feet back while Primeape stood still. And then the red aura disappeared as the bond was broken and Primeape was confused.
As the bond broke, Ash came back to his senses. He couldn't believe it, Giovanni had used Primeape and his anger to cloud his judgment enough to make him not see the incoming crisis.
Primeape was now fully clouded by rage and confusion. He can't bond with Ash, but with the power Primeape hosts, Primeape could gravely hurt himself. He needs to do something. Fast as Primeape started going mad on Marowak, using either thrash or outrage.
Marowak couldn't dodge most of the attacks, using all her energy to act strong previously. But admittedly, Primeape was hurting himself more than Marowak. Then Primeape suddenly used cross chop on Marowak, flinging her back into the wall.
"Boomerang and stomping tantrum." Giovanni ordered.
Marowak started circling Primeape as she hit him with a boomerang and then crashed into his side or back with a stomping tantrum. Primeape was being further enraged, evident by the fact he is attacking thin air and himself.
"Bash it up." Giovanni ordered.
As Primeape's consciousness clouded, Marowak tackled with a double edge, then followed with an iron head to his head, boomerang on his limbs and stomping tantrums to even pummel him, should Marowak miss the boomerang miss.
Ash got determined and projected all his love, without an ounce of hate, despair, anger or disgust he felt at the man ahead, in a form of aura with Primeape.
But the bond broke before it formed. He couldn't understand it, why? That's when it hit him.
'Psyduck's nature is pain, to give him strength from other emotions is like asking him to be someone else. And I can't do that, ever.' He remembered Misty's words. So this time he approached with competitiveness, his stubborn and loyal aura bonding with Primeape.
Ash could feel it, the aura bond strengthening Primeape as Marowak was attacking him. He quelled the anger.
'You are the grand prix champion. Don't let anger define you, show them what you are made of.' Ash telepathy with Primeape along the aura.
"Seismic toss into thrash." Ash ordered.
This time when Marowak came in with a stomping tantrum, Primeape took hold of her head, using her momentum and smashing her into the ground. As she bounced, Primeape punched her in the gut, propelling her upwards. Primeape kept on propelling Marowak with his thrash attack, and when they reached some elevation, Primeape swung Marowak into the ground.
But Giovanni wasn't exactly sitting still. Marowak landed her bone in between the Primeape's prix belt and his body. Seeing the belt being torn from the force the bone projected, Primeape took hold of it and held it tight to his body, unknowingly propelling him alongside Marowak into the ground.
When both of them crashed and the dust cleared both Primeape and Marowak were unable to battle.
"Sorry Primeape, return." Ash said as he returned his Primeape. He needs to be more careful.
Giovanni said nothing as he returned his pokemon and opened another pokeball, sending out Rhyperior.
"Snorlax, I chose you." Ash said as Snorlax appeared and roared.
"Snorlax, work up." Ash ordered.
"Megahorn" Giovanni ordered.
Snorlax was surrounded by a red aura as Rhyperior's drill near its nose grew in size. Rhyperior started running towards Snorlax, whose red aura just left.
Rhyperior attacked Snorlax but Snorlax roared again as red aura surrounded him.
"Stone edge, then earthquake." Giovanni ordered. He didn't know much about Snorlax, Ash caught it out of his radar and didn't use or train it till now. So, he was calculating whether snorlax is putting a front or truly strong.
Rhyperior punched the ground in front of him, stones edging out of the ground and hit Snorlax who stood still. Rhyperoir then proceeded to stomp the ground, creating an earthquake that crumbled all the stones and cracked the battlefield, shaking it. But Snorlax just fell back as the red aura around it dissipated and scratched its head.
Giovanni's eyebrow twitched. 'What was that all about? Just fall back and scratch your cheek as if it was a scratch?'
"Snorlax, Now." Ash called and Giovanni went full on alert. For whatever was to come.
Snorlax then just ate a berry. A wiki berry to be precise, which meant Snorlax did take the damage. But then Giovanni felt Ash's aura burst out, stronger than ever and flow into Snorlax. It wasn't a bond, it was a power up but for what?
Snorlax opened his eyes from their slit-like positions, but the moment Giovanni saw the red glow through the narrowly opened slits, he understood what Ash did.
Snorlax brought his hands together, forming a water orb and catapulted it with one hand towards Rhyperior faster than Giovanni thought.
"Thunder" Giovanni ordered.
Rhyperior readied the attack as soon as possible, but when the attack was released, the water orb was just a few inches from Rhyperior's horn charged with thunder.
Rhyperior unleashed the attack through the water pulse, but the water pulse blew up into many thin slices of water, hitting Rhyperior hard.
"Brick break" Ash ordered.
Snorlax jumped, which Giovanni might never forget in his life, and brought his knee against the incoming thunder. The thunder was cut into half from the blow, meanwhile Snorlax landed and raised his arm. He then ran to the thunder, attacking with his arm as he cut through the thunder and hit Rhyperior on the head. Rhyperior skidded a few feet back from the attack.
Giovanni had no doubt. This isn't a normal Snorlax, this is an alpha. How an alpha agreed to be caught, let alone by a rookie Ash, was beyond reality for Giovanni.
"End this with water pulse." Ash ordered.
The Snorlax roared and swiped his arm. The ends of his fingers started collecting some water and by the time his arm was in front of him, a water pulse was launched, smaller than the previous ones for sure.
But the pulse did the job and Rhyperior was down.
Giovanni was stunned as he recalled Rhyperior.
"Now do you get it? You are the inferior one Giovanni." Ash shouted.
But Giovanni smiled, "You seem to be so sure, just with an alpha? Let me show you something."
Giovanni looked over his shoulder at his Persian. Persian was already eying Snorlax and when she met Giovanni's eyes, she smirked as much as she could. And then hopped to Giovanni's front.
"Persian get ready." Giovanni ordered with a large smile.
Persian mewled as it sat on its front legs and stretched her back, as a pink aura surrounded its body and Snorlax's. When the attack ended, Ash couldn't see any changes, but then in his aura field he felt Snorlax and Persian the same.
Ash's eyes widened, Persian copied Snorlax's stats. Seeing this Giovanni's smile widened, "Slash"
Persian leapt faster than he could see and was in front of Snorlax as it charged its attack.
"Work up." Ash ordered as a red aura surrounded Snorlax and Persian hit Snorlax with the move before leaping away faster than he could see.
Persian might be slower in charging moves like Snorlax but it can still move swiftly like herself. This will completely turn the tables easily, did he set-up his own sweeper?
"Now, you understand why she stays away. She too is an alpha you know?" Giovanni taunted Ash.
"Bring it on then." Ash ordered as he collected himself. That was when an idea struck and his resulting smile was downright scary for Giovanni, who knew that meant Ash had an out-of-box-grandiose-sweep for him.
But he is Giovanni, he is not going to be scared by the 10 year kid of his ex, who is scary enough to make his Persian tremble but that is another thing.
"Snorlax, water pulse." Ash ordered, turning his hat back.
Giovanni could feel the aura bond between Snorlax and Ash break as he pumped an insane amount of energy into Snorlax. Is Snorlax going to make a gigantic water pulse that Persian couldn't escape? Isn't Snoralx's special defense very high, thus his Persian's too.
But that all was answered as Snorlax spun. Snorlax spinned! As it held out its arms, the water pulse was released without being bound in a concrete blue ball but rather many arcs of water that hit multiple places on the battlefield aimlessly.
"Slash" Giovanni said as soon as he saw the first arc.
The attack lacked any aim at all, evident by the fact that Persian had to slash only three arcs and was not at all hit.
When the attack ended, Snorlax sat down hard enough to shake the battlefield lightly.
"Was that your great strategy? You should have worked on it more, Snorlax is completely wiped." Giovanni taunted as Ash's face was stern.
"Power gem." Giovanni ordered. Persian slowly inched forward as she created rocks and hurled them at Snorlax, who was skidding from the attack.
"Complete this, Last resort." Giovanni ordered.
Persian jumped forward to slash at Snorlax.
"Brick break." Ash ordered.
Persian swiped her feet to swiftly avoid the attack but found herself slipping and painfully skid across the field, unable to do anything.
Giovanni then realized his mistake, the earthen field was completely damped with water. The mud is not only sticky, it is slippery, thus more speed can't be built. It might not matter for Snorlax but for Persian it did.
Snorlax, instead of standing, folded his knees into himself and kicked the ground, causing him to skid easily towards Persian. But due to her four legs, Persian has no such luck to escape.
"Last resort." Giovanni yelled.
Persian readied the attack and used it to counter Snorlax's brick break. But it was no use, the damage was minimal since Snorlax came like a train and hit hard on Persian whose whole momentum came from a short jump.
"Power gem." Giovanni ordered.
"Brick break on the mud." Ash ordered.
Snorlax swiped his hand across the mud, flinging it into Persian's face. Persian growled and thrashed as it couldn't see anything and the rocks were thrashed.
"Water pulse." Ash ordered.
Snorlax took his sweet time as Giovanni calmed Persian and made it use Power gem successfully on Snorlax.
Snorlax just gritted through the attack and launched the water orb very quickly.
Giovanni ordered Persian to jump up, but the mud made her slip due to putting more pressure and the attack hit true. The pulse was really strong this time as the field was once again splashed with a light layer of water. Persian fainted, crashing into the next room that is.
Giovanni didn't care to recall it and left it there as he opened another pokeball. A large Nidoqueen came out and stared at Snorlax.
"You have given me the perfect opportunity. Thanks Ash. Fissure." Giovanni ordered.
Snorlax couldn't escape within time as he was hit and fainted. This would have been another sweep situation if not for one single detail, Ash already had a counter.
"Well, let's see how you fare now." Ash taunted as he removed the pokeball from his belt. "To the battlefield, blastoise."
Blastoise stood strong and proud on the battlefield.
"What's the matter? No Pikachu? Charizard? I am hurt that you are not using your A game." Giovanni mock played with the boy.
"Good thing. Blastoise, use hydro pump." Ash ordered.
"Teach him some manners. Fissure." Giovanni ordered.
"Well hydro pump your style." Ash countered immediately.
As Nidoqueen once again stomped the ground creating a crack towards Blastoise, the turtle pokemon went into his shell.
'Well there is that coward who depends way too much on his shell. Too bad this will be a one-hit K…' Giovanni was thinking but Ash seems hell bent on making Giovanni question his existence today.
That was because Blastoise started spinning rapidly and took off the ground, using hydro pump and never missing Nidoqueen as she was pummeled backwards.
Giovanni saw some Blastoise use rapid spin to run away or carry their momentum from running to levitate and escape for a few seconds. But to levitate solely from the spin speed and still be able to use hydro pump? What on earth is Ash feeding these things?
Ash smirked as Giovanni was momentarily stunned. It seems his estimation was correct. Giovanni didn't care about squirtle or wartortle at all. Over-relying on his shell or being completely undisciplined and childish or even not able to use hydro pump properly were the reasons.
But Ash didn't see them as flaws, but rather characteristics. Squirtle was able to spin faster than any pokemon he had seen, with any kind of attack. And even after evolving, that didn't change much.
'It is a wartortle already. It must shoot hydro pump from its mouth, not by retreating into its shell. When it evolves, the shell will no longer be symmetrical due to cannons, thus he needs to know how to shoot straight. Not flood it inside the shell strong enough to gush it out.' Giovanni once snapped at Ash. Ash too briefly considered the thought, but got over it.
"Shell smash." Ash ordered which brought Giovanni out of his stupor. He should stop that Blastoise, NOW.
But unfortunately, the Blastoise was very high, courtesy of his rapid spin.
"Thunder." Giovanni ordered.
He hoped that it would connect.
Ash said nothing as he refined more of his Aura, the bond becoming solid. Was Ash trying to connect to Blastoise's senses?
Giovanni guessed right as Blastoise forcefully swung diagonally forward, the cannons helping him easily tilt away from the thunder. The worst part was some part of thunder grazed Blastoise's cannon but Blastoise immediately swiped them before the thunder could hone in.
'Blastoise was coming down to the ground and he might not have enough time to rapid spin his way out now.' Giovanni thought, "Fissure."
"Hydro cannon." Ash ordered.
Blastoise spun rapidly enough to become horizontal and shot two blobs of water from his cannons. The attacks completely crashed through the fissure and knocked out Nidoqueen.
"Return Blastoise." Ash returned his Blastoise.
'Of Course he would switch. Blastoise is all set-up but using that Hydro cannon would cause Ash to stall out one turn, which is enough for me to use my fissure if I could.' Giovanni thought as he sent out his Dugtrio.
"Charizard, come on out." Ash bought out his Charizard.
'Finally a worthy opponent to lose to.' Giovanni thought. He was not a fool, the kid is an aura guardian. He might be a prodigy, but the rank indicates his knowledge of techniques, not sheer power. Combined with Ash's out of the box strategies that make chess matches look simple, Giovanni was sure he would lose.
But Ash will not go unscathed here, his fame among the elite candidates, that will be from his words. Ash has to bear the truth that his last gym badge for his first ever League will be from a criminal boss who stands for everything he hates. Giovanni was completely happy with the results. And Project magnus? The kid will get himself killed, so Giovanni has nothing to lose.
"Dig." Dugtrio went into the ground as Charizard flew above.
"Charizard, flame thrower." Ash ordered.
Giovanni raised an eyebrow, what was the boy thinking?
"Tri attack." Giovanni ordered as Charizard unleashed his flames on the ground.
When the flames started licking on the ground a bit longer, Giovanni understood Ash's strategy. Sudden temperature changes excite Dugtrio to explore but unfortunately, his Dugtrio is experienced.
Dugtrio came up from Chairzard's behind and unleashed the tri attack on the flying dragon. The orbs hit true but they didn't have enough power to really hurt Charizard, they were aimed to topple the fire dragon forward.
And Charizard did topple forwards, and the Dugtrio were readying their Ancient power to launch and stay him put so that the Earthquake can finish this off.
"Dragon rush" Ash ordered as Charizard folded his wings and surrounded himself with draconic energy and marched back towards Dugtrio.
Dugtrio launched the rocks at Charizard who either side stepped them or crushed them with his Draconic energy. But he was late as the Dugtrio already used Dig.
"Inferno." Ash ordered immediately.
Giovanni's eyes widened. When in the name of mew did Charizard learn Inferno? Who gave the TM to him, it was stolen from him recently? Just who?
The underground was completely heated up as many cracks alongside holes reeked out the flames, steam rising from it as Dugtrio came back up, burned.
Ash thanked the redhead he met the other day who gave his Charizard the inferno TM. Although he was secretive about who he was and had a general sense of broodiness around him, he seems to hate Giovanni enough to give him an Inferno TM of all.
"Slash." Ash ordered and Charizard flew to the Dugtrio who just came out of the living hell of flames, when they saw ahead due to their master's order and found Satan come at them with a streaking white light.
The attack caused the pokemon to faint after the burn.
Giovanni recalled the trio, a trio as competent as another TRio he knew. He then sent out his own Nidoking.
"Charizard return. Thanks for the set-up. Nidoking, I chose you." Ash called his Nidoking out.
Giovanni first met Ash after he caught the nidoran. From the moment it saw his Nidoking, it always wanted to reach such power. Giovanni thought the pokemon was wasted on Ash. Nidoran was relentless in its assault, understood the true meaning of power and knew only loyalty and cruelty. That's all a pokemon needs to know.
But now, Ash had completely mellowed out it, causing him to disgust and disapprove of the pokemon. He will bring out the old nidoran in it, another gift to Satoshi after all. By defeating it, pushing it to the limit, even though it tied with his Nidoking when it was a nidorino.
"Nidoking, use fissure." Giovanni ordered. Nidoking's fissure was Giovanni's ace, next to Persian. It was more refined and faster than normal ones.
But unfortunately for them Ash has a surprise. When Nidoking stomped the ground, the ground splintered from the initial wave itself, multiple cracks forming across the ground, making the fissure dissipate and shake the field heavily.
"Earth Power." Ash ordered.
His Nidoking roared as he punched the ground. Immediately all the cracks were filled with bright yellow energy as the Earth badly splintered and Giovanni's Nidoking was badly thrashed not only by earth power but by remnants of fissure who were turned against.
When the attack ended, multiple craters were formed in the field alongside many cracks.
'This move was planned way before. Snoralx's water pulses, Blastoise's hydro cannon splashing the field again, Charizard burning it from the inside caused the ground to be significantly weakened.' Giovanni thought as he smiled. 'This kid is on another level.'
"Rock blast" Ash ordered.
Ash's Nidoking, who was on the top of the crater in which Giovanni's was there, roared as it punched the ground causing an avalanche of rocks to befall on Nidoking.
"Counter" Giovanni ordered.
Nidoking proceeded to punch away all rocks but they couldn't find Ash's Nidoking anywhere.
"Earthquake." Giovanni ordered as he released what was to come. But he was late.
Ash's Nidoking has already burrowed under and used Earth power from beneath Giovanni's, causing Giovanni's Nidoking to be propelled upwards from the attack. When the attack ended, Ash's Nidoking was below Giovanni's who was flinging in the air, not knowing Nidoking was below him.
"Blizzard." Ash shouted as his Aura completely flared up.
"Thunder." Giovanni too didn't back down.
Both moves collided, neither budging. Soon enough, thunder became overpowering Blizzard, but Giovanni forgot that his Nidoking was descending into the clash of attacks.
"Ready the Mega punch." Ash ordered.
Giovanni couldn't do anything as his pokemon clashed through Blizzard and Thunder, then took a mega punch to the face.
The blow was so strong that the crater even collapsed further and Blizzard and Thunder following him were completely dissipated.
After the attack ended, Giovanni's Nidoking was unable to battle.

"You promised Giovanni. My pokemon are all fine and I wouldn't mind beating it out of you." Ash threatened.
"What I said is true." Giovanni was completely enjoying toying with the boy, "Project magnus was put to use, because its name and means of proceedings were changed. It is now Project MEWtwo." Giovanni said.
