Hey guys, Junior here. Anyways, I have two very important announcements to make:

1) Disclaimer: I don't own pokemon.

2) Please take care of your sleep cycle. And sure it is quality and sound sleep.

Warning: Long author note with some rantings(Look at the last paragraph for general AN without any rantings).

The last chapter was a mess, sorry. My sleep cycle was kinda stomped due to university and what not. Thus I didn't properly bring together the pieces of the last story. This could have been avoided should Jade has looked through them but he isn't so, it was screwed up. But the important thing is to have your sleep cycle well and sound, else you might not be better off. But first, let me respond to the reviews:

Someone: Don't sugarcoat it man. You are making me question just how sincere that great chapter line is! And yes, I was supposed to inform you guys that Gigalith is a steel and rock type in my fics, because I believe that suits it well. And thanks for going through the pain of finding my profile at AO3. (P.S: If you can't find it yet, I will update it to my bio.)

Reader: Really? Was it a great chapter? Man, it feels weird, that chapter was completely bonkers yet people are okay with it? How? And another thing is that I don't want to evolve Ash's Oshawott all the way to Samurott, only Dewott. Samurott didn't feel like a pokemon that would mesh well with Ash compared to Dewott or Oshawott.

Now that's out of way, lemme tell you why I think last chapter is bad.(Skip this if you want. Go to last paragraph in AN before chapter). Whenever I write a chapter, I write pieces of it, randomly most times and mash them together, send them to Jade, who reads and sends back how he felt about them. After that one time evaluation, I will re-write and send, he will send what he wants to write in AN. Finally I write AN and post. But since my sleep cycle screwed up, the early written parts or Gang's interaction, Drayden's speech, Ash vs Pikachu, Dewott battles are great but remaining seem to stick out like a sore thumb, thus by my reasoning, it is ridiculous. Utterly, ridiculous.(Brownie points for those who can find out the reference :) )

That being said, I won't delete it. Let it be, I have no problem serving it as a warning to others and myself how bad messing your sleep cycle can be. Moreover, the last chapter was supposed to serve as a hype to how Ash has been growing and becoming ready to conquer championships. But I failed, so to bring up more attention or interest towards the upcoming championship battles, I have written this chapter. I apologize that this won't have any battles, just mostly showing how his pokemon grew to be strong and all only. Hope you like it, but a gentle reminder, I still take requests sent to me by PM or on AO3, details in last chapter. And chapters might take more than 3 days to be written.

Without further ado,

Let us take off.

In the forests surrounding Lumiose city, a lone ninja traversed. One might mistake the ninja for a shadow, which was partially true for the dark type pokemon. This was Greninja. And more specifically a Greninja that belonged to Ash.

"... care more about which bakery caught his attention than …" Those were the last words Greninja heard from Z2 before he ran towards the city.

"He is here. It is time, just like he promised. The roots are done, I may not be in the strongest of shape but a week and we will wreck.." Greninja's self ranting was cut short when a water shuriken was shot at him.

Of course, Greninja dodged the move, but looking more sharply, was it a spinning blade of water. The blade returned to a bipedal pokemon.

The pokemon had two whiskers on each side of its face and a moss blue body with dark blue patches at his stomach levels, where it held 2 scalchops. It also had a bibarel-like tail.

"So you are the protector ninja of the forest huh? I challenge you to a battle. That is unless you want to give away this forest as a gift to this master." Dewott declared.

'A male? Will be a good practice match anyways.' "You are on." Greninja said as he readied his water shuriken while the otter readied his razor shell.

"Charizard, let me treat your wounds. Don't be so stubborn." Liza said as she yelled at the Charizard.

Liza was at her wit's ends. This is Ash's charizard, the newest alpha of charicific valley. He won the title just 5 days ago, in a match against the last one, in what she would call a one way battle. A testament to Charizard's strength. And the present situation is a testament to his stubbornness.

Charizard is refusing to be treated for his so-called 'battle scars', guarding himself using other Charizards.

"Arrrgh." came a roar from the west.

Liza never heard of such a pokemon cry, what was this pokemon?

As Liza looked to the west, she could see a pokemon standing on the tallest rock. It was a bipedal pokemon, with muscles like Machoke but less rigid. The pokemon seems to have black vest, arms and legs with alternative stripes of black and red, along with a tail and flame shaped red hair.. Wait, is that a bipedal lion/tiger in the form of a wrestler?

But suddenly she felt a tug on her hand as Charizard snatched the max potion from her and had Charla spray him. He then proceeded to roar back as all other charizards stood back and he flew to the eye level of the pokemon and roared as the pokemon smirked.

"That was some excellent work Primeape." Anthony, a muscular man with a red towel, white sleeveless shirt and black pants said as he patted a Primeape with a prix belt.

The primeape in return pumped his forward in mock punches, celebrating their victory and joy together.

"Mooooorrr" Suddenly a cry, similar to an angry Miltank came and Primeape jumped up just in time to avoid a silver fist extending towards him. The fist continued to expand and connected with a tree, knocking it off with one punch as it retracted the arm.

Anthony turned to see a bipedal and humanoid pokemon made of what seems to be shiny fluidy metal. The pokemon seems to have rubber-black hex-nuts as fists and feet, elbows and shoulder blades. The top of its chest and its face are made of horizontal and vertically faced golden hex-nuts respectively. In the middle of its face-nut, there seems to be a floating glob of black liquid. In place of the heart, there is a hex-nut with a hollow opening.

The pokemon cried once more as it revolved so fast that winds seemed to be circling it like a hurricane and released another fist towards Primeape, who smirked before striking back with cross shop, the impact creating a shockwave of air that tumbled Anthony himself.

In another part of Kanto, a small team of squirtles are taking their time off in a pool. Most Squirtles were happily swimming across the lake, some of them facing off against each other. But, one lone Squirtle sat at the shore as he stared at his friends. As a slow smile crept onto his face, a hard ball hit him in the back as he fell into the lake.

All other squirtles stopped what they were doing to look at their offender, a pokemon that looked like a big whopper with a slight yellow belly and chest, and light blue globs at the sides and one on the head.

"Your leader, fight me or submit this lake." Palpitoad challenged.

The Squirtle that was attacked was about to challenge him when another squirtle, the one having a race, stopped him and jumped out of water.

He placed his triangle shaped sunglasses on and said, "Don't cry a river when I beat the pulp out of you."

Both of them smirked at each other before each of them released a volley of water current at each other.

In the Oak's ranch, the place where many pokemon from trainers and wild alike live together in harmony, a Bulbasaur was taking a walk, humming to himself.

The ranch was at peace, the sun was setting in another two hours, the atmosphere was great. Moments like these make the fight worth it for Bulbasaur. But unfortunately for him, someone has other plans.

Bulbasaur jumped away as a blue streak just passed by and rose back upto into the sky. Bulbasaur looked at his opponent, who appeared…. different.

The pokemon was a hoothoot, but with two claws, and more humanoid eyes and beak position alongside two leaves below his beak that seemed like a bow. And the wings seemed to be larger than a hoothoot.

"Behold, for I am the chaos. Fall order." The bird said before he flapped his wings, unleashing a wave of razor leaves at bulbasaur, who deflected them with his one razor leaves.

"Well, Mr. chaos. I am the protector of order. And you shall fall before me." Bulbasaur said as he got into a battle stance.

Infernape was enjoying swinging across the tree branches. He was having one hell of a time. It was totally fun and amazing,... unless someone hits you with rocks.

But this is Infernape, so he dodged them to look at who dares sneak attacks him. The pokemon was kinda like persian but with fur and a sharp face. The fur on its body is orange till the start of his limbs from where it is white. The pokemon also has a white tail and white mane around his neck, the topmost spike of mane falling on his forehead with a pointy and black end. Similar black tips were framed on four sides of its face, all diagonal. The eyes of pokemon were a peculiar green with black center.

"The word is you are undefeated around here. How about I end the streak?" The pokemon said as it circled towards him.

"With pleasure, ohh sorry, only pain for you." Infernape taunted as he met the pokemon with a mach punch.

The swamps were a pretty quiet place. No, screw that, they are harmonious. The nature and pokemon, with some additional noise from those who temporarily take part of it, all of it in harmony.

Goodra liked that harmony, and vowed to protect. But after that last attack he squashed when he returned from the league, well, only peace prevailed. This is peace he liked, but don't get him wrong, sometimes he wonders what it would have been to have more time spent with him. Fighting, honing and intensive training, sometimes he missed those. He missed those commands and the fact that he has to make most decisions now.

"Howdy benevolent dragon." came a voice from behind that startled Goodra as he fell forward.

When Goodra came out of the muddy water, what he saw was an … abomination? It was purple pokemon with streaks of pink. There seems to be a main bulb from which three pumps(?) stick out, with the middle one as largest. The upper torso was kinda normal but the hands were deathly thin and had three claws at ends. There also seems to be two spikes on each shoulder and two curved tusks from either side of its mouth. The head kinda reminded him of a charizard but way more spiky and long spikes. The wings on its back were also thin, with spikes midway through along the curve outside(Please google naganadel, this is embarrassing.).

"A battle between thee and I. Resplendent and ground shattering. Blood sweating, shall begin." The weird pokemon in the weirdest voice and poke speech Goodra ever had the misfortune of listening to. Then it proceeded to blast him with a dragon pulse, which he dodged.

"You want a battle? A battle youm gonna get." Goodra said as he traded a dragon pulse for dragon pulse.

In the vast skies of Sinnoh, flies a lone Gliscor. One who is happy for the view and happy towards his abilities. Gliscor, or Ash's Gliscor, always loved flying at this speed. It was always a soothing experience for him.

"Hey batty." An annoying voice came in his peaceful flight.

Gliscor turned to his side to see an Unfezant, a pokemon quite rare in this region.

"Wanna see who is the best? Or are you too scared?" The bird mocked him as she streaked past him, hitting him the process.

"Hey, you bratty…" Gliscor cursed as he stabilized his flight but the avain just laughed and taunted him to catch up to her.

"Ohh, you are on." Gliscor said as he flew towards her.

"NO. You have to gather the energy equally in both wings, else you might tilt and topple yourself to the side. Try again." A Pidgeot commanded the young Pidgeotto who was trying to master the steel wing.

Pidgeot sighed, the Pidgeotto seems to have fixated on the fact that he needed more power behind his attacking wing, sacrificing the balance.

"Pidgeotto. Why don't you get it? Power means nothing, if not for balance. We are birds, who soar above all and balance is our key." Pidgeot lectured the young one.

"How about you show that to me?"

Pidgeot turned to see a Staraptor, with a smug smirk on her face. Staraptors are very rare around this region, only seen because of some local trainers catching and sending them to the nearby ranch. But even then, they are very far from the ranch,a day's travel to be precise. Why did this bird appear now?

"Hey teacher, you are going down. Taste my fury." the Staraptor said as blue aura surrounded her and flew to hit Pidgeot square in the chest.

"What's the matter? Can't handle a hit huh?" Staraptor taunted.

"Well, you asked for it." Pidgeot said as she powered up a quick attack.

"It is time buddy. Isn't it?" Ash asked, sleeping on his bed and facing the moon.

Pikachu, who was curled up on the ground, smiled as he woke and got onto Ash. Ash started to absentmindedly pet him.

"I think it's for you to figure it out." He remembered Kukui's words from earlier, "You can do it. You have got what it takes. You are the Alola League champion after all."

"Pika pi." His starter Pikachu said as he confidently held his fist forward.

"You are right. We have what it takes, we will be the masters." Ash said as he fistbumped with Pikachu, "It is time to keep our promises. It is time for us to not hold back and reach the ultimate goal. Become the champion."

"Pipik pika" Pikachu squealed happily.

"Elite four, champions, here I come. The pokemon master, Ash ketchum." Ash said as he enthusiastically shouted at the last.

"Ash, it is time to sleep." His rotom scolded.

Ash just smiled and went back to sleep. 'It is time guys, for your hard work to pay off. Because it is time to crush our way through.'

Goodshow, the man behind running each and every pokemon League in the world, except the newly formed Alola league of course. One who is too old to work right now.

"A pokemon master challenge heh?" Goodshow said as he chucked, "The kid is of another level. In battle and existence."

Ash, the Alola League Victor and first Champion of Alola, has requested an unique favor. He wants to battle the elite four and champions of each region he has encountered till now, without going through the league. Although that may seem unfair at first glance, Ash is not in trainer class anymore. He has been in the elite trainer class, but with this championship, he climbed to the Ace elites. Those who have the rank to challenge elite four and subsequently Champion, should they succeed in winning, directly.

"I wonder what will be their reactions, if I didn't tell them this is Ash?" Goodshow entertained the thought. He is a man of battle spirit but that doesn't mean he is heavily invested into battles. He is a 70 year old man after all.

"Important message: You received a challenge from an Ace elite….." Goodshow started typing the mail, pretty sure he is going to get a kick out of it.

And that is it. I know this is out of place and super short, but I wanted to write this. My initial thought was to write this all as a separate chapter, but first I will write here. Bcoz you guys deserve to read Ash battling elites and champions. And for that, you need not go to some other story.

Also if you are wondering, chapters 1,2,4,6,8,10 are part of this AU. And about teams battling, One thing is for sure, Pikachu won't battle unless it is champion and necessary. We are talking about some really strong champions and only then can Pikachu come into battle. Also, the teams will be based on pokemons used in that regions with the exceptions of Tyranitar who can appear in both hoenn and Johto teams, Garchomp who can appear in both Sinnoh and Unovan team. I know this means for all Charizard fans out there, he will appear in Indigo league battles only, which might be the last ones, but this is my take. Until next time,

- Junior.
