Unfortunately I'm not gonna continue A Loud Alone so sorry. But I am going to post a different type of fanfiction soon so stay tuned. Also I do realize that the whole "begging for forgiveness" ordeal is a bit repetitive but I am not exactly an expert yet with changing things up. I have only been around here for a year so I am not very experienced. There are a lot of fanfics that I have regretted making because I made them when I was still fairly new. And also my life has been very busy lately so I may not post often. Well with that out of the way, have a good day, and happy holidays!
Lincoln began walking past the hallway Mettaton was usually in, but he wasn't there that time. It was kind of strange, Mettaton usually always wants to try and make Lincoln the 'star of the show' so what is he doing now? Guess it didn't matter that much anyways, he was already past that part. And Lincoln was not afraid to admit that he was kind of glad Mettaton wasn't there. Mettaton was a big handful to handle anyways.
Lincoln walked down the hallway that had the elevator that leads to that one home. That home kind of looked like Toriel's house in the RUINS except the hallways were much longer and it looked more abandoned. Lincoln pressed the elevator button and it opened, then he stepped inside.
The door closed and it began to transport Lincoln.
For a very…
Long…
Time…
At least some Elevator music would be nice, not something that sounds like a whole entire washing machine.
…
…
…
"I hate this elevator", said Lincoln.
…
…
…
"Is it gonna end?", questioned Lincoln.
…
…
…
"Wait what if I am stuck here forever?"
…
…
…
The door opened.
"FINALLY THE STUPID DOOR OPENED!", shouted Lincoln as he exited the elevator.
Like all the other times, the save star wasn't there. Lincoln should've asked Alphys why, well it was too late now. He slowly strolled to the end of this very long hallway. And then eventually he made it to the home. Unfortunately no amazing music was playing, in fact… This entire adventure no music was playing at all. That was kind of upsetting, but it was too late to worry about that now. Lincoln got to the new home and walked into the door. Nothing really changed, the chain was still there. Meaning he still had to get the keys. Wait… couldn't Lincoln just step over the lock? Lincoln shrugged and decided to just get the keys anyway. When he did, there were no monsters telling him a story. Not even flowey was there to tell a tale. He walked to the first key and grabbed it, as he walked back… he saw a door. Lincoln didn't think he was ever in that door, what was in there? Out of curiosity, he put his hand on the knob, opened the door and walked inside.
2 gifts, just sitting there, waiting to be opened. Were these here before? Lincoln doesn't know, he didn't even know that he could walk in this room. Let alone that there were gifts in here. Who were they even for? Was it that Frisk person? He did see their name on a different gift earlier. Well it doesn't really matter anyways, no one else was here… so who would even scold him for opening them up? Lincoln went to open up the first one.
A locket… it seemed like a necklace with a heart on it, with a very unique design on it. Lincoln was amazed, it was so intricate, he was wondering why he didn't see it before.
Who did this belong to though…?
With that thought Lincoln put it in his pocket and began to open the other one.
Maybe he shouldn't have done that, it was just a knife with an eerie red tone to it. Gave him an unpleasant flashback. But, he decided to pick it up, just to see it. A red aura formed around the knife and Lincoln was feeling more and more uncomfortable… not only did he have flashbacks, but also very bad intrusive thoughts. His hand was wavering as he held the knife, sweat dripping down his forehead. So with that he threw the knife away in frustration. Picking that thing up was a stupid idea, plus if he wanted to see a red knife he could just create one himself. So he closed the gifts up and left the room in a hurry. He quickly scurried over to the kitchen and grabbed the last key for the lock. Then he ran back to the lock and attempted to unlock them.
It was slightly difficult at first, but he got it open. After he did he started walking down the stairs, of this was Toriel's house right now (in which it looks almost identical) Toriel would most likely try to stop him, but that wasn't the case this time. It was a looong hallway and without monsters talking to you with a song it seemed like forever. Minutes passed by and Lincoln STILL wasn't at the end of the hallways, but he was enjoying the view of all the white buildings. He still didn't know if they were real or not. They could just be paintings, and if they were real that's a lot of abandoned buildings. And there's a lot more area to explore.
He couldn't entirely enjoy iy though… he was extremely nervous about seeing Asgore. Would he remember him? I mean everyone else did… So what would he do? He was kind of nice to him, but maybe because he didn't recognize Lincoln as a human anymore, since his actions were so sick and disgusting. No normal serial killer could ever compare to what he did…
Eventually Lincoln made it to the end of the long hallways, and he then made it to…
Judgement Hall…
…
A lot has happened here, stuff that Lincoln absolutely does NOT want to think about. But if he wanted to leave the underground and see his family he had to go through. So he took a deep breath, and began to walk in. When he did he got a straightforward view of the entire area. All he could see though, was himself… his evil sick murder intended self. And sans beating him up for it. The flashbacks he was getting were so sick and painful, he even got nauseous. Every step that he attempted to take felt like it was 1,000 years. Of course, no one can actually live that long. And just the thought of that made Lincoln want to do something that no other human being or monster should ever have to do. Lincoln was shaking in fear so badly, he just wanted to be out of here already. He was so sick of this, just the thought of what he did was so vile. It was killing him mentally, and somewhat physically too.
After what seemed like centuries, Lincoln made it to the end of the hallway… let's hope this was worth it, because Lincoln never wants to go through that ever again.
He walked up to where the entrance of Asgore's throne room was, this was it… time to see if he would go home or die. He hesitantly walked inside the throne room and to his relief, Asgore was nowhere to be seen. All there was, was flowers and a throne to sit on, quite peaceful actually. No wonder Asgore spends a lot of time in here, Lincoln would definitely cool off in this room.
With a good breath of fresh air, Lincoln began to walk to where he likes to call "the dentist place" because that's where Asgore compared him and Lincoln fighting to a visit to the dentist. Which makes no sense at all but it was kind of a funny comparison.
Asgore wasn't there either, Lincoln was kind of glad he didn't have to deal with him. Of course though… there was still the barrier room, and Asgore was most likely there.
Lincoln stood right outside the entrance.
"This is it… if Asgore isn't here, there's nothing stopping me from going home and FINALLY getting to see everyone again, everyone that I already cared for… the whole reason why I want to leave this place", said Lincoln. "But wait, what will my sisters say about my eyes? Or… me having the ability to spawn in weapons and shields? I can probably keep that a secret, but definitely not my eyes… Guess I'll have to find out"
Determined as ever, Lincoln took a couple steps forward and he was met immediately with the sound of the barrier.
And Asgore standing there with the 6 human souls in front of him, Lincoln was caught off guard.
"So you came back", said Asgore.
Asgore didn't even need to turn around to see who was here.
"Uh…"
"Came to kill me again I see…", exclaimed Asgore.
"Um- no, I-I'm not here for that, I just want to go home", assured Lincoln.
"And you would have to kill me to harvest a monster soul", said Asgore.
"A-actually, I don't need to… My soul is already…"
"You already killed a monster for this occasion?"
'What! NO! I mean… not this time-"
Asgore turned around and looked at Lincoln furiously.
"I should've tried to kill you when I had the chance last time", said Asgore as he spawned in a trident.
"Asgore! Please! I didn't kill anyone… I don't even want to kill you! I fixed everything, everyone is ok now, don't hurt me please…", begged Lincoln.
"Why shouldn't I? You deserve it!", shouted Asgore.
Asgore swung his trident but Lincoln ducked down and dodged it, he then tried to shoot Lincoln with fire but Lincoln summoned a shield and blocked it.
Asgore was very perplexed, how could Lincoln do this? He couldn't before, then again… his eyes ARE red this time.
"How did you-"
"Listen Asgore, you may not recognize me as the same person as before, but just trust me when I say I have no intentions to kill, at least not anymore… I just fixed everything… now can you please let me pass through?", asked Lincoln.
Asgore hesitated.
"Please?"
"But… you can't, you need a human and a monster soul, you HAVE to kill me… unless you already did kill someone this time", exclaimed Asgore.
"My soul isn't normal, it's a human AND a monster soul… meaning I can pass the barrier on my own, and I DIDN'T kill anyone for this", explained Lincoln. "Just trust me"
Lincoln has said that phrase at least 100 times now.
"Uh… well, I guess you're not going to come back and, I guess I can always just wait for another human to fall", exclaimed Asgore.
"That plan isn't going to work… and it is very brutal… Maybe, I can help figure out a way to destroy the barrier on my own, cause the way you were doing it wasn't exactly good, and you can't exactly blame me for everything that I've done when you killed 6 innocent children, unless they have done what I did, but everyone is alive so I seriously doubt that…", retorted Lincoln.
…
"Well what other way can we all escape?", asked Asgore.
"That's not really my problem, but you do already have 6 human souls, so technically 6 people can escape at the moment… Alphys could try to work something out. And maybe, I can help figure out a way to destroy the barrier on my own, cause again… my soul isn't exactly a normal human soul", explained Lincoln.
"What can I do?"
"Right now, I need you to let me pass through", demanded Lincoln.
Asgore thought for a moment and sighed in defeat.
"Alright, I'll let you through…"
Really!?"
"Yeah… just, just don't do anything bad", said Asgore.
"I won't, thank you… thank you so much", said Lincoln.
Asgore nodded.
And then, Lincoln walked towards the barrier, now nothing really wasn't blocking Lincoln from this event. Lincoln was going home, he was going to see his family… and he wasn't resetting.
And his sisters won't have to wait any longer.
It was a weird feeling passing through the barrier, Lincoln's chest ached… but eventually he made it through… the bright sunlight was beaming down on him.
The beautiful gorgeous sunlight, Lincoln never thought he would see the light of day ever again. And it was such a good feeling to feel it again. The adventure Lincoln had was finally over and he could see his sisters again.
Of course… this was only the beginning, he would have to adjust to the new way of living. And people were most likely going to tease him for, well just about everything. But right now he didn't care, all he wanted to do right now is try and find his family.
And that's exactly what he did.

The Louds were all packed, and ready to leave. They all had failed to find Lincoln after so long of searching, it has been a week now and their reservation at the hotel is almost up. They were all so upset that they couldn't find Lincoln. The last phone call they made to him seemed like they were so close, yet so far…
"Ok, well we are all packed… let's hit the road fam", said Lynn Sr. dejectedly.
"Wait, dad… before we leave, can we please look for Lincoln one last time?", asked Lana.
"I mean I can't guarantee we will ever find him, even if I do miss my son so much", said Lynn sr. as he held back tears.
"Well it doesn't hurt to try one more time", exclaimed Lori.
"Yeah, we can't leave this place knowing we didn't try to look for him one more time, and you never know… this can be it", explained Lynn.
"We just have to give this one more chance", said Luna.
"I don't want to look AGAIN! I just want to go home! I am so tired of this!", shouted Lola.
"Lola do you not care about Lincoln?", asked Lana angrily.
"Although I promptly disagree with Lola, we mine as well do what she said… the chances of finding Lincoln are critically low", explained Lisa.
"Well, it doesn't hurt to try…", said Rita.
"True… but mother, we've looked for so long… and we've already packed everything up", exclaimed Lisa.
"Well we Can try to look just one more time, I just… I just have a feeling we can do this", said Leni.
"Yeah we can't give up, I don't care what you guys say… I'm looking for Lincoln!", shouted Lynn as she ran out of the room.
"Lynn, wait up!", shouted Lana as she followed.
"Girls get back here!", shouted Rita as she went after them.
Soon after, everyone started to chase after the girls. Except for Lola, who just stood there angrily.
Ever since she saw that photo… her opinion of Lincoln changed. And she was kind of afraid.
Meanwhile, everyone was running out of the hotel.
"Hey wait, slow down someone can trip", said the hotel clerk as she hung up the phone.
"Sorry! This is important!", shouted Lynn.
"Sorry about all this", said Lynn Sr as he left a quarter.
The clerk was confused as the 11 people left. Then ran to where the mountain was reported, where Lincoln was said to have fallen down in.
Maybe this would be it… maybe they would see him again.
"Lincoln!", shouted Leni.
"Lincoln, where are you!?", shouted Luna.
"Please come out Lincoln… we are about to go home, we can't have you in the eternal darkness", said Lucy.
"Lincoln!! Please!"
"Girls, are you sure this is a good idea?", asked Lynn Sr.
"I'm positive, come on dad keep up with us", said Lynn as she ran faster.
"You know I can't run fast!", shouted Lynn Sr as he was out of breath.
"Just try to keep up honey!", yelled Rita.
They were all running so fast that eventually some tripped over. And everyone had tumbled down on top of each other.
"Ok… maybe running this fast WASN'T a good idea Lynn'', said Luna.
"Yeah… let's just, lie here for a second", said Lynn.
It was a pretty Loud pile just sitting there, people who walked by gave them weird looks.
Meanwhile, Lincoln was working on trying to climb down the mountain. It was kind of rocky and hard to maintain balance, but he was getting the hang of it:
How did he climb up so easily before?
"Oh my god… oh my god! There's no way… THERE'S NO WAY!", shouted the old lady from before.
She saw Lincoln climb the mountain before, she thought Lincoln would never return, but then there he was… trotting down the same mountain he climbed up before.
"He actually came back!"
The lady was so surprised, Lincoln finally made it back down again and started looking around.
He was still getting quite used to the surroundings, it was way brighter than usual.
Then Lincoln saw the lady and walked up to her.
"Hey… uh, do you know where… my family is…? It should just be a lot of people in a group", exclaimed Lincoln.
The old lady was happy to see the child, but as soon as she got a better look she was taken back.
Red eyes, this child had red eyes…
"No… the devil, the monsters… they've turned you evil", exclaimed the old lady.
"Evil? What are you talking ab- oh…"
Lincoln remembered his eyes were red and people were guaranteed to judge him for this.
"The devil is inside you because of the monsters! Get away from me!", panicked the lady.
"Martha! Come inside! It's too cold out for you!", shouted a voice.
The lady who was named Martha quickly turned around without saying another word, she walked back inside her lovely little cottage. Meanwhile Lincoln felt a little insulted, but then he decided to just keep trying to find his family.
That was his main goal, but what would they say about his eyes? That lady seemed uncomfortable with them.
As Lincoln was thinking to himself he saw something up ahead. It just seemed like a giant pile, looked like dirt, but as he got closer… he felt an odd feeling. Like a flicker of light just lit up his entire body, followed by chills.
It was them…
Lynn then slowly looked up and tried to make out what she could see.
"Guys, that fall really made me lose it… I'm starting to see a hallucination of Lincoln", said Lynn.
"Then that really is concerning", said Lisa as she and the others began to get up.
"Come on let's g-"
"Wait… wait a minute"
"What..? Lynn… are you sure that was a hallucination?"
"LINCOLN!!!"
Lincoln immediately jumped up at his name, he saw Lynn running towards him.
Lincoln was so… so happy to see her. And this wasn't a dream. He closed his eyes so they wouldn't see them, and he was immediately shoved into a huge hug from Lynn.
Tears started spilling out of Lincoln's eyes as well as Lynn's.
"Lincoln oh my gosh… we found you… we actually found you", sobbed Lynn.
"Lincoln, I missed you so much!", shouted Lana.
"I… I missed you too", cried Lincoln.
"Son! I'm so happy you're here!", cried Lynn Sr. as he hugged Lincoln.
"Lincoln, I can't believe we found you", exclaimed Lori.
The hug with Lincoln finally broke, although his eyes are still closed.
"We were about to leave this place, about to go back to Royal Woods… but we decided to look for you one more time and I am so glad we did", said Lana.
"Looks like our instincts are correct", exclaimed Lynn.
"I'm so glad we found our baby boy", stated Rita.
"Mom…"
Lincoln was slightly embarrassed by that statement.
This hug was so embraceful, everyone was so happy to see Lincoln again and vice versa.
Lincoln wondered how long it's been since he had seen them…
Soon after, the hug had broken up and people who shed tears had wiped them away. They were all smiling at Lincoln until they noticed something strange.
"Wait… Lincoln, why are your eyes closed?", asked Leni,
"What..?
"Your eyes, they are closed… Why are they closed?", asked Luna.
"Uh… the… the sunlight is really bright", said Lincoln.
"Is the sun that bright?", asked Luan.
"Yeah… I've been underground for like… a while"
"A week…"
"A… week, and… my eyes still need to adjust to the sunlight", lied Lincoln.
"I can tell you're lying", said Lisa. "Why can't you just open your eyes?"
"Uhm…"
"Did something happen to them?", asked Luan.
"I just wanna keep them closed", said Lincoln.
"Don't you wanna see us?", asked Lynn Sr.
"Yeah…"
"Can you see us?", asked Leni.
"Of course he can't, I don't understand why he won't open his eyes", said Lori.
"Lincoln just open your eyes, it's not that hard", demanded Lynn.
"Hey Lynn calm down a bit", scolded Rita.
"Why are you giving me a hard time when Lucy also has her eyes covered?", asked Lincoln.
"Well Lucy is usually like that, you are not", said Lynn.
"So?"
"Lincoln we are concerned for you, you've been gone for so long and we finally found you, but you don't even want to open your eyes to see us… please just tell, or show us what's wrong", pleaded Lori.
"No…"
It was clear that Lincoln felt a lot of discomfort, something bad must've happened to him. He was gone for a long time… Maybe they just needed to give HIM time.
"Wait Lincoln… I have an idea", said Lucy.
"W-what's that?", asked Lincoln.
"What if, uh. What if I showed my eyes as you show yours", stated Lucy.
"Really!?"
Lincoln was in disbelief, Lucy never showed her eyes once… even when she was a newborn.
"Yeah, well I'll only show you", said Lucy.
"Aww man I thought I was going to finally see Luce's eyes", shouted Lynn.
"Ok, but then I'm only going to show you my eyes Lucy… I'll show everyone else when I'm ready", said Lincoln.
"I'm sure your eyes aren't even that bad though Lincoln", proclaimed Leni. "You probably just have a lack of confidence".
"That lady in the House over there said otherwise", pointed Lincoln.
"What did she say?", asked Lynn in annoyance as she pumped her fists.
"I don't wanna say"
"Why not?"
"It was kind of disturbing…", said Lincoln as he was shaking up a bit.
"What the hell did she say?", asked Lori in anger.
"Lori, language", scolded Rita as she eyed Lily,
"Sorry…"
"That's precisely why I'm nervous to show my eyes to you… you guys did make fun of me before, and you'll probably do it now", exclaimed Lincoln.
"We won't… we promise dude", said Luna.
"It doesn't matter, I still need to warm up a little first…", said Lincoln as he turned around.
Lincoln opened his eyes, although no one could see his face cause he wasn't even facing anyone.
"She said the devil was inside me", mumbled Lincoln.
"That's witch!", shouted Luan.
"Witch? Which one?", asked Leni.
"No Leni not… never mind… Why the heck did she say that??", asked Lana in anger.
"Dude you know we wouldn't ever call you something like that right?", questioned Luna.
"Yeah… but, I'm still a little uncomfortable about it… that's why I'm going to warm up with Lucy first", commented Lincoln. "So if you to see me eyes come here Lucy"
Lucy stood there for a moment processing, and she slowly walked in front of Lincoln. Lincoln had his eyes closed again as Lucy came up front.
"Lucy, are you sure you're the only one looking at me right now", assured Lincoln.
"Yes, also… everyone else please look away", insisted Lucy.
"Trust us, we aren't looking", said Lori as she assured everyone to turn around.
"Ok… we'll reveal at the same time", exclaimed Lincoln.
"Are you ready?", asked Lucy. "Cause I'm not sure I'm ready myself…"
"It's ok, let's just get this over with", said Lincoln.

"Oh can you just get on with it?", asked Lori.

"Go"
Lincoln opened his eyes as Lucy revealed hers. Lincoln looked at Lucy's eyes and was amazed in shock. Her eyes looked really good, and nothing was wrong with them. Why does Lucy even want to have them covered up?
"Lucy… your eyes aren't even bad at all, why do you even cover them up?", asked Lincoln.
Lucy covered her eyes again, and she could still see Lincoln behind her hair.
"I was told I would stare at anyone uncomfortably, it's a talent if you ask me… and your eyes don't look bad either", mentioned Lucy.
"Really…?"
"Yeah, in fact you're the lucky one… I wish my eyes looked like yours", said Lucy. "What that lady said was her loss"
"I… I guess so, but not everyone thinks the same way as you Lucy", noted Lincoln.
"Are we finished here?", asked Lynn.
"Yeah… I want to go home now", said Leni.
"Yeah we are done, we can go back", said Lincoln as he closed his eyes again.
When will Lincoln be ready to show the rest of his family his eyes? And more importantly, what would they say?
Well that's the end of this chapter, can't believe it took me over a year to make Lincoln escape the underground… and this is just the beginning lol. Well have a nice day.
