Rin receives a call from her sister inviting her over to the Taisho's family home.
"Izayoi wants you to come over for dinner sometime this week. Will you be available? Do you feel comfortable?"
"Oh, that is sweet. I would love to come. She is a lovely woman."
"I don't know if Sesshomaru will attend. He seems a little moody."
Rin thought about their last encounter and thought maybe he felt that way because of her. But then again, why would his frustration be because of her.
Rin wasn't ready to reveal what had been going on between her and Sesshomaru to Kagome.
He finger fucked her on the balcony of the event. Now, he was stalking her. Kagome would curse her out and probably try to kill Sesshomaru.
She felt a sense of…. pride. He could be feeling melancholy because of how she turned him down, but it serves him right for being an ass.
An ass that made her come so good with those fingers of his. She shivered at the memory and felt that familiar feeling at her sex.
She lies, "I am not worried about him. We barely spoke to one another. He already showed his hand." She thought about that hand with those fingers and how they were inside her, tickling her g-spot.
"Why are you so quiet, Rin? You okay?"
"Oh yes, I am fine. So when is the dinner?"
"Friday, do you think you can make it?
Rin looked over at her schedule and was disappointed. "I will not be able to make it unless I switch with someone or they pick up my shift."
"Well, that is disappointing. I will let Izayoi know."
Rin hangs up the phone. "What a bummer."
She had to admit she did want to see Sesshomaru and liked that he was chasing her. Well, stalking her a bit.
She thought about their exchange in the limo…maybe she should have said yes. She was willing to receive a little bit of everything he was ready to give her.
Kagome was still over the Taisho estate when Sesshomaru overheard her conversation with Rin. He was a little disappointed about how she responded when he became the topic. He thought she may still be angry with him.
But when Rin stopped speaking moments after just talking about him, he felt she might be thinking about him. So, he thought he still had a chance. But he was displeased when he heard she couldn't come because of her work schedule.
He knew where she worked. So he decided he would pay a visit to her manager and politely make him take Rin off the schedule for that day.
He needed his new plan to work. So, paying the man to keep his mouth shut was an option, and if he declined his request, he would suffer the consequences.
Kagome turns around to a glaring Sesshomaru. "Oh my goodness, Sesshomaru, you scared me."
He rolled his eyes at the human woman and walked past her.
Kagome could have sworn he had a smirk across his face.
She thought. I wonder if he was listening to my conversation. That is weird for him to sneak up on me like that.
The following day Sesshomaru sits in the parking lot of Rin's job. He waited until the young woman left. He was a mess as he watched her be so close in distance but couldn't lay a hand on her.
Once he saw Rin had finally left, he wrapped his hair in a tight bun and put on a beanie hat to cover his silver locks. He put on a face mask and sunglasses to cover his face. He dressed in all black and gloves to cover his hands.
He honestly looked as if he was going to rob the place.
He walked into the store, and it was evident it was closing time.
He heard someone yell out, "We are closed; sorry for the inconvenience."
He followed the voice until he saw a man staring back at him with a broom raised.
"Put that away; I am not here to harm you. I am here for a favor," Sesshomaru says, annoyed.
"How do I know that? Says Rin's manager as he held the broom in front of him.
Sesshomaru rolls his eyes, pulls down his mask, and takes off his sunglasses.
"Oh, Mr. Taisho, forgive me." He bows; what brings you here tonight?"
"Simple, Rin needs the day off."
"Rin?"
Her manager thought to himself. What does a billionaire like Mr. Taisho want with Rin? But that was honestly none of his business . He runs across the room and picks up the schedule. "There is no one else that could replace her for the night."
Sesshomaru scoffs, "You work it." He pulls out a wad of cash. "Figure it out because Rin will not be working this night."
The nervous man takes the cash. "Yes, I will figure it out, Mr. Taisho."
"Another thing, speak of this to no one."
Sesshomaru looks at the money in the man's hand. "You were paid well, so I expect you to act like you do not remember this day."
The man nods and takes out his phone, and dials a number.
Sesshomaru heard a woman pick up; it was Rin.
"Mr. Nakamura?"
"Hello, Rin." She interrupts, "Did I forget something?"
"No, you didn't. I just thought to ask if you were okay with having Friday off?"
"Umm, sure; Did I do something wrong?"
"No, not at all, you do good work around here, and you should have the day off with paid benefits."
"Oh wow, this is so amazing. Thank you so much, Mr. Nakamura!"
"Enjoy yourself, Rin."
"Thanks, bye!"
It felt so good to hear Rin's voice through the phone, but he will need her up close again. And if this plan works out, then she will. He looks over at the man, "Very well," and makes his exit.
He puts on his face mask and sunglasses back on just in case there is someone in the parking lot.
He smirks at the thought of having Rin cornered. She would have no choice but to submit to him.
He will have his way with her once again.
Soon as Rin gets off the phone with her boss, she calls Kagome and lets her know she is on for Friday because, for some reason, her boss let her off and with pay.
Kagome squealed.
Kagome mentions they would go to Izayoi's a little early to have some girl's time; Rin was ecstatic about it.
Rin was excited about having a Friday off and some girl's time, but she was curious if Sesshomaru would show up or not to the dinner.
She wanted to see him and put on a facade as if she didn't want him.
"See you Friday!" Rin says excitingly to her sister.
