10 years later, Carrie started a fashion boutique called Dream Dresses, since it's shown that she's talented at making dresses. Of course this makes sense since she made her own prom dress when she was a teenager. On prom seasons, she has the price of the prom dresses lowered for high school students since she knows not all of them has the money she has, so she makes the prices more reasonable.
In general, the prices for the dresses are not that high but they're also not that low either. She genuinely cares for her employees and always makes sure that they are well paid and lets them go on time offs as much as they need if they need a mental health break or if it's a personal family emergency.
Whenever Carrie needs some time off herself, like to do a mission or a mental health break, she always calls in one of her most trusted assistants to temporary take over for a little while.
Her boutique is one of the best top selling boutique's out there.
