NOTE: In order to understand what happened, please refer to Total Drama Prequel. My reasoning for a separate story is in the author's notes. Thank you!

The scene opens at sunrise inside the abandoned film lot where Total Drama Action took place. A school bus drove into the shot, and out came Chris McLean. He walked near the camera and began his famous opening monologues.

"Welcome Total Drama Fans to our newest season! It's your favorite reality host, Chris McLean! After a long hiatus, we are back, bigger than ever before! After causing havoc in the city of Toronto, 43 contestants will be participating and will get a chance to win the money I promised them. This season, we'll be battling it out in my old school, Creastheart Boarding School in Quebec Canada., with new and old challenges, more pain and torture, and best of all, one of these contestants will become victorious and go home with not 1...not 2...but 5...Million...DOLLARS! Stay tuned cause things are about to get messy, here on TOTAL...DRAMA...DROPOUT!"

Another bus stopped by, and soon, and one by one, out came some of the contestants that will be participating in the season.

"Now here are our victims! Gwen, Courtney, Heather, Leshawna!"

When called upon all of them began to wave to the camera, except for Gwen, who is glaring at Chris. "This season better be less painful than last time."

"Girl, don't you worry bout a'thing," Leshawna comforted her friend. "We've survived Chris' tortures a gazillion times! I'm sure we can handle it."

"As long as it doesn't involve anything to do with my beauty, I can handle what's coming." Heather said confidently.

"Yep, we wouldn't want another hair-raising challenge." Courtney said, making all ladies chuckle, except for Heather of course.

"NEXT UP!" Chris motioned inside of the bus for the others to come out now. "Katie, DJ, Trent, and Harold!"

As all of them got out, only Katie was the one with the sad face. DJ took notice and asked. "Katie? What's wrong?"

"It's just that I get to be standing here to compete, but Sadie isn't. Oh, I wish I'd thrown the trophy to her first."

"Or you could have hitted her like how Eva hitted us." Trent jokingly said.

"Yeah, we gotta thank her for that one." Harold added.

As both of them started to laugh, they noticed DJ angrily glaring at them, which made them both stop instantly and in unison said sorry.

"Speaking of Eva," Chris continued, "Please welcome her, Jo, Scott, and Cameron back!"

Cameron was the first one to go down and waved at the camera, but he was pushed down by Scott when they were at the stairs. As he was starting to snicker, he was pushed down as well by Jo. She gave a quick pose for the camera, before being vigorously shoved off the stairs by Eva. She walked over both men and walked past Jo, but Jo, angry at the shove, called her out.

"Hey! Don't walk away from me! Come here you Dumbledork! What? Too afraid to fight a real fighter?"

"I don't have time for petty insults anymore!" Eva then turns to Jo. "And I certainly don't have time beating weaklings like you!" and after that she kept walking near the school bus.

"Well I'm gonna win this joint, and you're gonna find out who's weaker between us!"

Chris was just staring at what transpired."Okay… Now that's out of the way. Here come Alejandro, Anne Maria, Zoey, and Mike."

Anne Maria was clinging on to Alejandro as they went down the bus, leaving both Zoey and Mike to stare at them flirting.

"Oh please *giggles*, tell me mor' about your glistening abs."

"I would, my darling, but I must confess that I've been telling a lot about myself, that I never got to know you better."

"Oh my! you Sweetalker you! *giggles*"

Once Heather takes notice of this, she angrily walks up to Anne Maria, and threatens her. "Hey Oompa Loompa! Get your orange fingers off my man! And you Alejandro, don't forget that we're an item!"

"Do not fret mi amore, She and I were only having a conversation."

"An intimate conversation." Anne Maria teases Heather.

"Besides, aren't we forgetting the one dating rule we agreed on?"

"I didn't forget that once the competition has started we become enemies!"

"Then there you have it, I'm just trying to get you riled up to lose focus."

Alejandro then walks away with Anne Maria still by his side. Heather then follows them, only leaving Zoey and Mike behind.

"Well that was... kind of entertaining." Mike said to Zoey.

"But also weird." Zoey said back.

Chris then popped up between them and continued with the introduction. "Oh but it's about to get weirder!" He pushes them away and motions the cameraman back to the bus. "Because here comes the weird ones of the bunch, Shaw, Jasmine, Sugar, and Max!"

As soon as Jasmine exited the bus, she heard Chris remark on how they're the weird contestants. "Us? Weird? Now that's a load of bull!"

However, the other 3 proved Chris right.

Sugar went next to Jasmine, but it turns out she changed her normal clothes with a school uniform wearing fake glasses. "Oh I can't wait to start studying in a fancy school! My Ma and Pa's gonna be so proud of me!" She actually believed that she is going to study at their new torture chamber.

Max, gullible as he is, believed Sugar and made an idiotic reply, despite being a smart contestant and all. "Well I don't need to go to school, because my genius is far too superior for elementary, and trivial stuff like home economics. My brains are best used in plotting my next move for conquest and technology!"

Shawn stood behind Jasmine, and comforted her to ignore the comments Chris was making. "Aw don't worry Jazz, we're not weird. They're just jealous 'cause we think one step ahead of them from any situation. Like building my zombie bunker when the zombie apocalypse comes."

Jasmine was dumbfounded by her boyfriend's answer, as she was expecting a better response from him. She looked straight into the camera in disbelief and said,"...You know...I kinda stand corrected."

Chris continued on to introduce all the remaining cast. "And this season, the competition just got bigger, as the cast of the Ridonculous Race is here and ready for pain! Please welcome Ellody, Rock, and Jen! "

Rock came bursting out of the car, jumping and landed in a split to do an air guitar and screamed, "WHAT'S GOOD TOTAL DRAMA!? *guitar noise*Super sick to be here! What I'm bringin' in this competition is the one thing they lack, and that's the ability to 'Rock on'! *more guitar noise*"

Ellody next came down while holding a calculator, "Hello Total Drama viewers, I'm Ellody, and with the probability for 43 competitors in this game," she started to calculate, "the odds for me winning is 2.2727%, but even with that low of a chance, they don't have a chance against me, and my intellect!"

Then finally, Jen started to strut down with her shades on her face, and gave a quick leg raised pose. "Hey hey! It's your favorite fashionista blogger, Jen! I'll show them all not to take me lightly, cause my focus is my biggest asset to this competition! Also please follow 'Now Trending with Tom and Jen'! Miss you Tom!"

After the others were given their introduction, the last four people inside the bus went outside to be introduced by Chris. "Also from the Ridonculous Race, Stephanie, Ryan, Jacques, and...wait Josee?"

True enough, Josee was being carried by Jacques, who both of them were smiling and waving into the camera.

"Hello Chris! I'm sure you'll be grateful to bask in our greatness, as the Ice Dancers are going to be the first duo to win this competition!" Josee said.

"With the two of us working together, they have no chance of beating us!"

"Sorry, no can do, you're not qualified! You weren't able to grab a hold on the trophy, remember?"

Jacques puts down Josee, "I told you they would've remembered."

"Wu-well...I bet you need someone to bring the heat in this game, so I think I can manage that!" Josee tries her best to convince Chris that she should be a contestant, but Chris is more stubborn than she thinks.

"Oh I have Alejandro for that, so read my lips...N….O! SECURITY!"

As security came and dragged Josee out of the film lot, she shouted her parting words to his partner. "WIN THIS ONE JACQUES! GET 1ST PLACE!"

"DO NOT FRET JOSEE! I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN!" Jacques said before she was completely thrown out.

After that little show, Ryan looked around and noticed that there are currently only 26 of them. He asked Chris where the other's are, "Yo Chris, not to be a bother or anything, but where are some of the cast?"

"Don't concern yourself with them babe," Stephanie told her boyfriend, "maybe they chickened out and that leaves us with a better chance of winning."

"Haha! You wish!" Chris laughed at Steph's comment. "They decided to come here via different forms of transportation. Like, for example, over there!" He points at the entrance where to show the first contestant to arrive via separate mode of transportation, Izzy.

"Hey Guys!" Izzy went all the way to their location on a unicycle, then she jumped off the unicycle and kicked it to one of the interns. "Oops, I guess I forgot the dynamite! Hehehe! Hi Chris, been a while."

"Uhhh...you mean it's been 5 days?"

"Is time really that slow now? Guess a few knocks to the heads can do that! Hahahahaha!"

"Er...Right...please join the others." As Izzy walks next to Trent, the next person to arrive was the silent genius, B, riding a go-kart that seemed like it was crafted from high end tech, with a boombox playing some chill hip-hop music, and a logo that only has the letter "B" in front of it. As soon as he gets up, he instantly presses a button he pulled out from his pocket, and a briefcase and a few other luggages pop out from the kart. it then backtracks away from the film lot and out the gate, possibly returning back home.

Chris walks near B and re-introduce him to the camera, "Ladies and Gents, the spectacular Beverly!"

B heard Chris using his real name, making him towering next to Chris with an angry face. Chris then returned back what he said, "I-I mean B!" B then rolls his eyes and starts moving towards the others. His former teammates waved at him and he gave a finger-point back.

Next came a red moped with Sierra driving it, and Cody latching on her back.

Cody got off the moped and talked to his driver before leaving. "Thanks again for the lift Sierra, it was lucky that you were in the neighborhood when you came."

"Anything for my little Cody." Sierra said to her gigantic crush.

"I still don't know what happened to my alarm clock. I had it changed with new batteries."

"Who knows what happened. Hehehehe"

Then, out of nowhere, two batteries fell from Sierra's back pocket, but luckily Cody wasn't paying attention to her as he turned to greet his old bandmates, the Drama Brothers, Trent and Harold. She picked it up and stored it right back into her pockets. She then pinched his cheeks and said "I'll be watching you everyday, so I'll know if there's someone trying to take my Codykins away from me!" Sierra then drove off the lot.

"...That girl has no boundaries at all."

Next came a 22 feet long white limousine, where the two passengers were Taylor and her mother, Kelly. Their driver went out and started to pull out all Taylor's luggage from the trunk. Kelly, worried for her daughter, walked up to Chris and talked to him. "Hi, Chris, isn't it? This show isn't gonna be painful for my daughter, is it? Cause me and her father are a bit troubled on what might happen to her."

"Ugh, Mom! You're embarrassing me!" said Taylor. "Besides, I can totally handle myself, isn't that right, Daddy?" And it turns out, her father was inside the car, just giving a thumbs up out the window.

"She's right, you know!" Chris added. "I saw how she handled Heather when reviewing the tapes. Hehehe!"

"I heard that Chris!" Heather retaliates on Chris' comment. She then looks at Taylor, "And don't think you're off the hook, cause I'm gonna sweep you off the competition, princess!"

"Right back atcha, you big cow!"

But what came next didn't help calm Taylor a little bit, a prison van stopped by and out came Duncan and Scarlett. They got down the van, and one of the two guards unlocked their handcuffs for them. Scarlett instantly scans the competition, and only says a few words, "This is quite...acceptable."

Duncan and Scarlett then proceed to join the others, but not before Duncan gives out a comment on Taylor, "What's cookin' good lookin'?"

"Jump off a cliff, inmate!" Taylor said as she flipped the bird at him.

"See?" Chris reassuring Kelly again. "She's a fighter! So go have fun with your husband"

"...Uh...Okay..." Kelly, still being unsure, entered the limo and it started to leave her daughter for the competition. "Give us a call when you're there!" Kelly and her husband waved her goodbye, where Taylor then gave them a less enthusiastic wave back.

As the limo and the prison van leave, an army bus comes in and drops out their cadet, Brick. He gave a salute to his platoon leader. "Thanks for the drop off Sergeant! I won't let you all down!"

When the bus left, a police car crashes the film lot's gate and almost hits Brick, but he luckily dodges out of the way, but bumps into Stephanie, Jen, Shawn, Harold, Mike, Zoey, and Cody, causing them to fall and dogpile one another.

Jen's sunglasses fell on Brick's face, landing perfectly and covered his eyes, and made him scared "AHHHHH! Who turned off the sun!"

Jen and the others break out of the pile, and she tapped on Brick's shoulder, "Uhm, that would be my sunglasses."

"Oh….Silly me! Of course you had sunglasses on, why wouldn't you?" Brick embarrassingly gives back Jen's glasses to her, and salutes her, "Ehem...Sorry cadet! I wasn't looking where I was going!"

"Cadet? *giggles* I'm just a fashion blogger, silly!" She said as she put her glasses back on top of her head.

"Wait, did you say 'fashion'?"

"Yeah, what of it?"

Brick just stared at Jen's face, and blushed. "Uhh...Nothing. Nothing at all."

Brick turned away from her face, stood erect and pretended nothing happened. Jen had a smile on her face and raised an eyebrow, confused about what had happened, but smiled nevertheless.

Back to the police car, out came two more contestants for the season, Sanders and Brody. Accompanying them was MacArthur, Bridgette, and Brody. Sanders turned to her partner and gave her a quick sermon on her stubbornness...again. "MacArthur, you have to be more careful with this one. We're already in trouble for the last car we hijacked."

"Relax! I'm sure we'll get off easily when we win that money!" MacArthur said to her partner.

"You mean, when 'I' win the money? I'm the only one competing between the two of us."

"Aw come one! I'll be there in spirit! You can have a braid of my armpit hair if you want me to be there!"

Sanders almost barfed, but she swallowed it back before hurling it out. "I..I think I'll pass"

"I could use one!" Brody said, wanting a lock of hair from his admiree.

"You gonna use it as a good luck charm?" Geoff asked his best bro.

"You bet bro!"

"Alright, but what happens if it withers away. Doesn't hair, like, do that?"

"Then I'll be relying on lady luck to NOT wither it...Good question by the way dude!"

"Thanks brah!" Geoff then turns to his girlfriend, "How come you don't point out when I ask good questions, babe?"

"Because I don't love you like he does." Bridgette said defeatingly, knowing she can't beat the love Brody and Geoff has.

Geoff turns his attention to Chris to ask him a question. "Yo Chris! Are we gonna host an Aftermath show again?"

"If the producers want one, then sure, be my guest."

"YES!"

Bridgette wanting alone time with her SO, started to drive both partners away from their other partner, "Alright, alright, they'll need to leave as soon as possible so why don't we leave them to their games, and will watch by the sideline."

Bridgette then starts pushing both to the car, with Geoff waving his pal goodluck, "Alright Bridge'! Love you Brody!"

"Love you too, Geoff" Brody returned the affection back.

"Woof...hard competition," MacArthur said to Bridgette.

"Tell me about it." Bridgette again said defeating.

After the three left, a super sophisticated black Benz drove onto the lot, and out came a caramel-blonde hair woman who'd look like she's in her late 30's and early 40's, bringing in a business savvy look, wearing a teal green blazer, white blouse, black trousers, and black stilettos. She came and walked towards Chris, and asked him, "Excuse me? Are you Christian McLean?"

"Ughhh...I am….And who might you be?" But before she answers, a small version of her walked next to her, but this one was oddly familiar to him. As Chris scans her, the woman has platinum blonde hair that is tied up to a small beehive bun, wearing prescription glasses, a black blazer to match her black skirt, with a blue full buttoned-up blouse inside a dark green sweater. Once he realized who she was, his mouth gaped as huge as it could and shouted her name on the top of his lungs, "...DAWN?!"

It was indeed Dawn, the contestant that freaked out the majority of the cast with her unnatural abilities. But why is she dressed like that?

"Ah, so you know my daughter? I mean what do I expect from a host of a fine summer boarding school!"

"Wait what?"

Dawn then nonchalantly walked up beside Chris with the utmost behavior one can expect.

"You are the host of the summer program at your school 'Crestheart', for remarkable individuals that my daughter had applied to and has been accepted, correct?"

The other contestants looked on, shocked as well, at what was going on, but Scott was having none of it, so he was about to shout.

"Summer program? Is she nuts 'cause-"

But before he continued, B and Mike covered his mouth and let Zoey continue the sentence, "'Cause of course this is silly! Nothing suspicious here!"

As Chris was about to retort, Dawn kicked him on the shin while out of view from her mother's gaze. He quietly jumped a little and looked at Dawn, who was glaring at him. He then realized what her gaze meant, so he put on a huge grin, and went along with it, "Why yes! I am the host of this summer program. Hehehe!"

"Good! I am Celena, her mother." She pulled out a card and gave it to Chris, "This is my number. Feel free to call me if there's any trouble." She then turns her attention to her daughter. "Behave yourself, and don't be a headache to your supervisors."

"I won't be a bother to them, Mother. I'm sure they'll be more bothersome than you think." Dawn said the last sentence while glaring at Chris, who just whistled away.

"I do find this pickup location quite odd, I mean, an abandoned film lot? What are they filming here, a reality show?" Dawn's heart skipped a beat when she said that, but Celena threw that suspicion aside quickly. "Eh, I guess I shouldn't meddle with what the school is thinking. Anyways, take care, your mother loves you!"

As she was about to enter the car, she took notice of the other contestants. Some looked weird to her, some looked normal, while one was picking their nose. "Huh…. they must be smarter than they look." She waved her daughter goodbye and left the studio.

As Dawn waved goodbye, her erect stance drooped down and quickly grabbed the card her mother gave to Chris and pocketed it. She pulls down her bun and takes off her glasses, removes her blazer, unbuttons the top of her blouse.

"Well….That was SUPER unexpected!"

"Dawn...What was that?" Zoey asked.

"Yeah, and why were you dressed differently?" Cameron added another question.

"She'll explain it later," Chris then pushes her towards the cast where Cody caught her perfectly in his arms. He fixed Dawn's stance and waved at her hello, where she waved back. Meanwhile, Chris was pointing back at the entrance to show the remaining contestants entering the lot, "Right now, here comes the rest!"

A silver minivan parked up outside the lot just to drop off four contestants, which were Noah, Emma, Kitty, and Owen. The car then drove off the lot, with Kitty waving it goodbye, "Thanks again for driving us here Mrs. N!"

"It was nice for you and your mom to take the time and bring us here." Emma said to her boyfriend Noah.

"She insisted on it," Noah replied. "And besides, it was the only car that can bring Owen here."

"Awww, you're just saying that as an excuse to bring Emma to meet your family!" Owen teases his little buddy.

"I did not!" Noah blushingly denied.

"Well, I'm really surprised, I mean how did your mom and dad manage to handle 8 kids?" Kitty asked Noah.

"Easy, it was when I was born. I taught them basic parenting at the age of 3."

With all four of them joining the other contestants, in came a blue sports car, driving as fast as it can and drifted near Chris and the others. The window drops down and out jumps Lightning, flexing his muscles as he lands the jump. "Score one for Lightnin'!"

Inside the car, his father, whose hand is only visible as it is out the same window, gestures to his son and explains to him what he needs to do. "Alright boy, listen up! You're bringing the Jackson name again in this competition, so make sure you don't lose!"

"Don't worry pops! I'm the only real athlete in this game! Imma sha-dominate this!"

But Lightning wasn't the only actual athlete in this game, as two more cars entered the lot, and inside were his fellow jocks, Tyler, and Sky.

"Make room for the one and only, Tyler! Whoo!" Tyler jumps out of his car, trying to land a triple back handspring, but he failed the last one and hit head first onto the pavement. "Ow!"

Tyler's father, just like Lightning's, one hand out the window, trying to pump up his son for his upcoming performance this season, "Nice one son! Could have struck the landing better, but still! Now, remember to get out there and win it!"

"No prob dad! You're gonna see me win this thing!"

In the other car, Sky was the only normal one to get out of her vehicle. The driver seat window went down to reveal a woman resembling her, giving Sky a small duffle bag to her. "Alright little sis, all you need is inside that bag, just be sure to be the best and try your best, promise?"

"I promise." Sky said to her older sibling. "I really wished you could watch the show."

"I really do, but I got called up to try for the upcoming Olympics, and this time I might actually be part of this year's Rhythmic team!" Suddenly, her phone vibrates, and as she looks it up, she rolls her eyes at the message she got. "Looks like I have sponsors asking to sign me for their agency...Again."

All three cars instantly drove off in speed, leaving all three newly arrived competitors in the dust, with Sky being the only one with a sad face. "...She didn't even say goodbye..*sigh*"

As all the contestants are now present and accounted for, Chris then gestures to everyone to gather around him for his announcement. "Now that everyone is here, I welcome you all to the beginning of a new season. Now as you know, our destination is in Quebec, so all of you bring your bags and butts inside our school bus, and I suggest you get a good rest on the way there. Trust me, you're gonna need the energy."

As soon as everyone boarded the bus, their journey to win the 5 Million began. During the trip, the contestants tried to occupy their time; some were playing cards, some were chatting, and some straight-up fell asleep the whole trip. Meanwhile, Chris was talking to the producers on the phone about something important, "We are almost at our destination, just a few more miles and we are ready...Don't worry, the first challenge is already set up, I had Chef handle it...How many? As long as they reach the time limit...Yeah, I know we're on a tight budget...No sponsors yet?... Well keep promoting the show, your money makers won't be with us when we don't have their bail money..."

A few hours later, they arrived at a forest road, with tall pine trees towering over the road, while huge maple trees casting a shadow over it. They drove on and on as if it felt like forever due to enveloping darkness around them, but as they went on, a light started to shimmer at the end of the forest. Once they exited the forest, then they saw it, Crestheart Boarding School.

Surrounded by lush green grass, numerous trees and bushes, and a gigantic lake behind it, it was a sight to behold. The school itself was as beautiful as it's the environment, being a carbon copy of the school back in Toronto, but only this time, it was larger than the Casa Loma itself, as it spans across from. The buildings were 2 storeys tall, spreading across the whole area, with the classic look of a 19th Century Gothic building covered with huge windows that fill up the whole floor itself. Towering above the school is its own personal clock tower, which towers only a storey taller, but impressive nonetheless. Its fields are wide enough to be considered as a half football field, with small trees lining up with each other, being the intersection between the road, and the fields.

As the bus passed through the gates, the contestants were awed by what they were witnessing. Something so prestigious looking was hidden all along, and making matters worse, Chris was an alumnus at the school, so he knows the place like the back of his hand. But they try to ignore those facts, as they are going to be staying for the next few months, and hopefully try to make the best of it.

A few minutes later, the contestants were gathered in front of the main building located near the entrance. They surround Chris as they are about to start the school tour. "Alrighty, everyone! Welcome to Crestheart Boarding School! One of the most prestigious schools in all of Canada! Every year, it hosts up to 1,000 students from all around the globe, creating graduates ready for the underlying system, which is life!"

"If it's so prestigious, why haven't we heard it before?" Tyler asked Chris.

"Because it only caters to the rich, like me," Taylor answered his question.

"You've heard about this place?" Sanders asked Taylor.

"Yeah, but this school, is like, for those who need to be disciplined and educated and whatnot. And as you can see, I don't need any of that."

"No wonder you're so brainless," Heather whispers to herself.

"Ehem! If all of you are done interrupting...Thank you! Now, the school allowed us to stay and film the whole show here for the next few months, as summer vacation is still in effect. We'll make the most of its facilities and it owns one of the best of any in our country. Now follow me for the grand tour!"

The tour began inside the school gymnasium, southeast from the main building, where it was nothing fancy, as it looked like any other gym, with 2 basketball backboards on each side of the room, a volleyball net in the middle, and the bleachers. The school's insignia is hallmarked in the middle of the court, a blue shield over a flag between two crossed swords with white initials "CH'' on it.

"This is the gymnasium! One of the few places where our physical challenges will take place. The other locations will be, of course, the tennis courts, the football field, football stadium, and Olympic swimming pool!"

"Sha-yeah! Lightnin's gonna score some touchdowns on football! Imma sha-dominate this!" Lightning said excitedly.

"But will you dominate this?"

"The library!" Chris said as the scene cuts to the library located west of the main building. It was as huge as a national library, as it had a glass ceiling shimmering above the tables, 2 floors full of rows and rows of bookshelves, arranged in the proper Dewey Decimal System, and numerous Tuscan columns to support the foundation of the building.

"This place is huge! There must be like a hundred thousand books in here!" Gwen stated the obvious to her fellow members.

"I know, this whole building is dedicated to it! Hehehe! Since we are going for a school-themed season, the producers decided to add some intellectual challenges for you all! We'll give you access to the library itself at all times, so you brainiacs enjoy it!"

The next scene cuts to the east side of the lot showing numerous identical structures. They were not as tall as the main buildings, but they were wider than it.

"This right here are the dormitories, where you will all stay. Inside each building are the public bathrooms, the rooms, and a janitorial closet, which will serve as your confessionals and voting room. Each room holds up to 3 people, 1 bunk bed, and 1 solo bed. The buildings will be divided for each team, where the 1st floor will be for the ladies and the 2nd floor for the men."

He then points at the small building northwest of the dorms. "That will be your recreational room, a place where you can have a fun, chill, and talk with your teammates with strategy. Take note that it's open to everyone, so be sure to plan in secrecy, otherwise, they'll get a hold of your ideas. Hehehe!"

The next stop is located in the middle of the lot, between the dormitories, and the library. It was as small as the recreational building but doubled in its size. Inside this building were round tables surrounding 3/4ths of the interior, a cashier next to a food counter, and a kitchen inside the tiny room.

"Feeling hungry? Well, here we are at the dining hall! Old contestants, you know the drill here, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served by none other than our favorite chef, Chef Hatchet! Say hi to Chef!" He points at Chef inside the kitchen flipping burgers. "And if you're feeling a bit peckish in between the hours, you can help yourself with the vending machines over at the recreational building and here!" Chris then moves towards the vending machines near the entrance as he gives it the old pat.

Owen, drooling over what he is seeing, decided to walk towards the machine, "OH BOY! I sure could have some chips right now!" As he was almost near it, he was stopped by Chris.

"Not so fast, big guy! I thought this might happen, so me and the producers came up with the idea for this," Chris pulls out a silver coin that has his face engraved on it, "the Chris Nickel! At the beginning of each week, we'll be giving you all 10 dollars worth of nickels. You may use it for snacks, laundry, or even as a bribe, just be sure not to spend it as early as you can, cause any sort of vandalism, like say, destroying a vending machine, will get you disqualified!"

"Well, that's no fun!" Duncan said.

"I know! But we're just borrowing the school, so not any of the sorts, capisce?" Chris said while looking at the troublemakers.

The scene then cuts to the final location of the tour, inside the main building's 1st floor, at the end of the building, was a classroom like any other, but it gave off a sad vibe to it.

"And finally, the detention classroom! This is where our elimination ceremony will take place, where I will be handing out lunch bags to each contestant safe from elimination."

"Lunch bags? Don't you think that's kinda elementary?" Courtney commented.

"Oh, it is! But here's the best part about it. Inside the lunch bags are random items that can either help you in the competition or just be a total flop! The items contained can range from food, coins, sanitary items, nothing at all, or the most prestigious item of all, an idol that will guarantee you immunity and safety!"

The whole cast started to cheer as they learned that an idol will be easily given away.

"And those who don't receive a lunch bag will be removed from the competition, walk down the Hall of Shame, and get in the bus of losers"

Chris then pushes open the door to reveal a hallway, surrounded by numerous fancy decor, such as paintings that date back from the 18th to the 20th century, pictures of past batches of alumni, plaque of the school's motto, and much more. The doors for each classroom almost reach the ceiling, the walls are covered in yellow paint, and the lights illuminate the whole place. At the end of the hallway, was the same entrance they went in on, with the same school bus waiting for the next loser.

"Are you all excited for this season?"

The cast started cheering.

"Well then, starting today you will transition from 'Competitors' to 'Students'!"

They all started cheering louder.

"Is what I would say if you guys will be competing this season!"

They all stopped and in unison gave Chris a "huh?"

"What do you mean 'if'? Aren't we already qualified? Isn't that why we came here?" Noah questioned Chris on the vagueness of his statement.

"Oh yes! You are! I know you've all made an effort to come here during the hunt for my trophy. But the thing is, some of you didn't make any effort whatsoever. For example, Sanders made contact, but didn't grab the trophy!"

"Yeah? So?" Sanders retorts back.

"So it wouldn't be unfair to the others if they competed. Like I said, 'technicality' and choice of words!"

"Then what's the point of bringing them here if they're not competing?" Alejandro asked.

"As gracious as a host I am, I'm giving them a chance to compete, but to make things fair, you all have to re-earn your spot in this competition!"

The competitors all voice out their concerns and frustration at Chris. But he gestured to the members to settle down which they did.

"So our first challenge for this season, a scavenger hunt!" Chris then pulls out an A4-sized paper with a picture of Chris and his name written on it, "What I have here is a copy of an admission slip. Chef scattered them around the school for you to find and bring back to the admission room. The game? Find your admission slip! Your name is written, your picture is pasted on a specific admission slip and your job is to find it before the clock tower hits 6! If you don't, say goodbye to the 5 Million."

"Then what time is it anyway?" Rock asked.

"2: 45"

"But this school is huge! How are we gonna find our slips before the challenge ends?" Katie asked.

"That's gonna be up to you! Oh, and by the way, it's already 2:46."

Everyone inside the room realized how little time they have if they were going to skim around the whole lot just to find their qualifying sheet of paper, so they all rush out the room and start to disperse, leaving Chris the only one in detention.

"Hehehe! Well folks, the hunt has begun! The race to stay is on! Who will stay? Who will go?" A telephone number pops on the lower screen, "Who'd wish to call us up at this number to offer their sponsorship on this show? Find out in the next episode of Total! Drama! DROPOUTS!

Author's Note: Hey guys, thanks for waiting. Welcome to the introduction for Total Drama Dropout. This has been on the shelf quite a while now and I'm glad I was able to release it. I have some technical issues going on right now so I can't really post more chapters on a weekly basis, so I'll be posting whenever I can, so I really apologize for it. But I at least was able to make 4 eps in the time being.

Author's Note 2: So The next three chapters are episode 2 divided into three parts since it took a while to make it, but I'll try my best to write down the other chapters into two rather than three, and at best, one whole chapter rather than them being separated into parts.

Author's Note 3: The reason why I had to cut down characters in the series is because I don't want to take a long time making this fanfic. I chose some characters that are not essential to the plot as they would just cause me more distress in fitting them in, so if you ever read that one character just suddenly got eliminated out of no reason, then that character was just fodder to further the plot, so apologies in advance if your favorite was a fodder.

See you guys on the next chapter!
