The White Queen belong to his author Philippa Gregory for the book and Emma Frost for the series. As it's a fanfiction about Anne Neville's thoughts, I will make some modifications at the original story.

Introduction

Anne Neville is born on 11th June 1456 at Warwick Castle. She has got an eldest sister Isabel who born on 5th September 1451 at Warwick Castle. Their parents are Richard Neville and Lady Anne Beauchamp. England is in civil war since 22th May 1455 between two English houses: York and Lancaster. Her father is allied with the Lancaster.

The Lancastrian King, Henry VI has been King since 31th august 1422 but since, 10th August 1453, he suffers of mental illness: his grandfather, the king of France Charles VI suffered of schizophrenia.

The kingdom is ruled by his wife the Queen Margaret of Anjou and by the Regency Council. Richard, duke of York and Richard Neville, count of Warwick hated the French Queen and decide to ally with each other. On 27th March 1454, the Queen is excluded of the Council and the duke of York become Lord Protector of the kingdom. On 9th February 1455, Henry VI, in better health, exclude the duke of the Council. The duke of York and the count of Warwick decide to fight against the King.

Several battles follow between the two houses. During Wakefield's battle, the duke of York and his son Edmund are killed on 30th December 1460.

Edward, the eldest son of the duke of York, supported by Richard Neville, fight against the royal troops and win two battles: Mortimer's Cross on 2nd February 1461 and Towton on 29th March 1461. On 28th June 1461, Edward is crowned king, Edward IV, in London.

So, the kingdom needs a new Queen and sons to secure the new dynasty of York. The count of Warwick proposes to the King, Bona of Savoy, the king of France's sister-in-law (Louis XI) or Anne of France, Louis XI's daughter. But the king met Elizabeth Woodville, widow of Sir John Grey, a Lancastrian. He secretly married her on 1st may 1464 at Grafton Regis, family home of the Woodwille.
