Hello readers. It has been quite a while and I have unfortunate news this fic is dead, with no chance of ever being resurrected the way it was here. I have lost access to the device which had everything. Up to chapter one hundred and world building; as well as plotlines that branched all the way to the end of the series original Naruto series with early workings of a completely original plotline set in the timeline of boruto that would have tied up the loose ends and questions that the final twists and reveals of this fic would have revealed, including the reason for the reincarnation cycles. It was a decade's worth of work. Even my sketch book containing character sketches and costume design are unfortunately lost and even some of future unique locations
But don't despair this update is a test because I have no clue if anyone wants to see this revived at this point. And now that this fic is dead, I can reveal what my long game was, and what a potential rebirth could be like. This fic was to be a very slow burn deconstruction of the Mary sue trope. A case study into what would mentally slowly happen to there psyche once they could no longer be the Mary sue. A rewrite of this would have a mature rating and even this fic was heading towards possibly making it to a mature rating just due to the dark themes I was planning on covering. The horror themes in this fic would likely be more pronounced. I was also restricted by my living situation as to what I was exactly allowed to write.
I however do not have the ability to put my heart and soul into reviving this work without any support. My hiatus was not one of my own choice that is all I will say and it is hard to write for passion when you barely make it by.
If I have at a fifty people review showing their interest I will start to work on salvaging what I can of this fic. Don't be afraid to voice your opinions of what to keep and what to discard.
