CHAPTER 2
Jiraya was the first one to react," Hooo... not a bad title at all."
Hiruzen then spoke out, "That's all ok, but look if are there any notes or instructions to proceed." And again, as soon as he said that, a not appeared out of thin air.
"Once again, maybe that answer's our questions?", Kakashi replied.
Minato readout, " Complete reading the whole book. Then you can exit this space."
"Space?", Hiruzen questioned.
"If the one who teleported us here uses Space manipulation jutsu, then they must be one skilled Ninja. I guess we really have to be wary of our surroundings."
Tsunade, who was unusually silent while drunk, then shouted, " AHH, I CAN'T STAND THIS!nt WHY SHOULD I STAY HERE? I'M GETTING OUT!"
Jiraya frowned, "Hime, you're drunk. Calm down."
"Yes, as Tsunade Sama says, why should we stay here? We've got better things to do", Mikoto replied.
And before anyone could say anything, a note appeared out of nowhere, again.
" Damn it! Why doesn't the person appear before us instead of passing on notes?", Obito grumbled.
Minato took the note, and as soon as he read it his eyes went wide. Everyone in the room caught his expression and paid extra attention to the surroundings as if they were expecting something bad.
Kushina asked in a worried tone, "Minato what's the matter?"
Minato read out the note slowly, "This book contains the events which are going to happen in the future. Please read it."

For a few seconds, nobody spoke. Jiraya was the first one to speak up, "Pass me the note Minato", to which Minato did. Jiraya looked at the note and for a fleeting moment, his expression went wide as well. Then Fugaku spoke out,
"Reading the events of the future? Doesn't that indirectly mean we are virtual time traveling to the future Is that even possible?"
Hiruzen then spoke out, "It is possible Fugaku", to which everyone's eyes widened in the room. "The Second Hokage was the inventor of many jutsus, and almost all of them are A-ranked ones at the minimum. He once talked to me about how he was planning on creating a time-traveling Jutsu, but as fate would have it, he died days after he said that."
The mood slightly dampened at the words Hiruzen spoke about the death of the Second Hokage. But Minato couldn't hold back his inner nerd, "H-Hokage sama, does that mean time travel is possible...?"
Jiraya sighed, "I forgot this guy still has that nerd in him..."
Hiruzen chuckled, "Nah, it's okay Jiraya. Yes Minato, I think it is. After all, the Second created a technique that can literally revive the dead. I wouldn't be shocked if he did complete the new theory he was talking about."
Minato's eyes were literally sparkling now. Jiraya and Kushina sighed as they looked on him. Fugaku and Mikoto were slightly chuckling at the sight, while Itachi was as usual stoic. But the genin's of team 7 were the ones who were not able suppress their emotions.
"NANIII? Time travel is possible? Isn't that amazing?!", Obito was literally shouting.
"Don't shout, dobe", Kakashi was also surprised but with the way he is, he didn't, no he didn't "want" to show any emotions. Rin's face was sparkling in wonder as well.
Tsunade who was a little bit sober after that note spoke up," Well, I dont have anything to do anyway so why don't we read the book?", to which Jiraya chuckled.
As Minato was about to open the book, Obito called out," Sensei , can I read it?"
Minato looked at Obito with a question mark on his face, "It feels kinda weird when you ask to read Obito."
Obito's face went red, to which Kakashi smirked intentionally so that Obito can hear. Rin was chuckling too.
"Bakashi...", Obito growled.
"Ok that's it you two", Kushina ended that quarrel with a chop on both of their heads. "Read it."
"G-got it...", Obito opened the book while rubbing his head.
Chapter 1: Start of the legend
Jiraya spoke up, "Hooo... isn't that a good title for the first chapter itself."
"NARUTO!"
"STOP! Why did you do such a thing?!"
"You're really gonna get this time!"
A kid with goggles on his forehead and an orange jacket tied to his waist could be seen being chased by two Jounins, and they were not happy.
"Seems like that kid is in trouble? What did he do to be chased by two Jounins?", Minato questioned.
Naruto started to glide between the house roofs to which the Jounins followed, and one could see the Hokage faces on the monuments were...defiled by an array of graffiti and colors.
"1 minute into this book and I am already liking this kid", Jiraya chuckled. Obito was also giggling and nodding in agreement.
"Damn, painting the Hokage monuments, and doing it without anybody seeing it? I'm far more than impressed with that kid", said Obito.
"That isn't something to be impressed, dobe", said Kakashi while also admiring how a little on how Naruto didn't get caught while doing it.
"Reminds me of my sweet little pranks as well...", Kushina closed her eyes and was reminiscing her academy days.
"In what world do they call those 'little'?", Mikoto said while giggling as well.
"Pranksters are really scary, aren't they?", mumbled Hiruzen as he remembered Kushina's antics in the academy.
"So, this story takes place in Konoha huh? Well, I think it is expected with the people that are gathered here", said Fugaku.
"Look at my work y'all! You can't do these as I do!"
"For real though", Jiraya chuckled.
"I'm awesome'dattebayo!"
The majority of the people's minds clicked as the verbal tic was read out, but again some didn't care. But some individuals did.
'Could it be?...'
"This is bad! Hokage-sama!
"Sandime!"
"Hoo... looks like I'm still alive and kicking huh?"
"Don't say like that sensei", Tsunade scowled. Death was a sensitive topic for her after all.
But Jiraya, who was chuckling a few seconds ago, narrowed his eyes.
'Sandime? Didn't sensei say he would choose his successor in the coming months?"
In a large room, an old man was practicing calligraphy on a big piece of paper. He is Hirzuen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage of Konohagakure.
"What? Did that naruto do something again?"
"Is that a regular occurrence? Sensei seems to be very used to that?", Minato spoke out.
"Then that's more than impressive!", Obito chuckled, to which Minato sighed.
"He vandalized the prestigious faces of the previous Hokages!"
Hirzuen let out a sigh before thinking something. The scene changed to the Jounins still chasing naruto. This time Naruto dropped onto the streets before climbing the rooftops again.
"Don't let him escape!", the two Jounins didn't fall behind as well. Then, something appeared to move on the wall, and after a few seconds, a cloth identical to the color of the wall drops down, revealing Naruto who has a wide grin on his face.
"Hooo... fooling two jounins... not bad", Hiruzen praised naruto.
"Hokage-sama isn't he the one who's gonna trouble you later on", Minato asked with a worried face.
"Let's see when that time comes", Hiruzen chuckled.
"HA HA! What should I do'dattebayo...", Naruto grinned while rubbing his head.
"OY NARUTO!"
Naruto screamed at the sudden shout. He turned back to see who it was, and it was Umino Iruka, his sensei at the academy.
"Umino? I think I know that kid", said Kushina.
"You do?", Minato asked.
"Yeah, I saw him a couple of times when I met Umino-san in her house. To think he becomes a sensei huh?"
"How did you get here all of sudden'dattebayo? Iruka Sensei."
Again, the ones who were attentive to the verbal tic had a similar idea in their brain.
"The question is what are you doing here when you should be in the class now huh?", Iruka questioned back.
"Wait", Kakashi spoke up, "He flunked classes, painted Hokage mountain, and yet nobody caught him until he's done all of that? Is that guy a prodigy or the Jounins are less skilled?"
Nobody had the answer to that.
The scene changed to the Shinobi Academy, where aspiring kids get to learn the basics of a Shinobi. And now to scene changed to the classroom of Naruto, where he is sitting in front of the whole class, tied up from his feet to his chest to be more detailed
"Well, it was a great run while it lasted.", Kushina giggled.
Iruka was in front of him lecturing," Now listen Naruto, you've failed the last graduation test and even the one before that. This is not the time to be goofing around, you idiot."
"Two times? Reminds of a certain someone.", Kakashi said it while intentionally eyeing Obito.
"Temmeee...", Obito grumbled.
"But how come the jounins are struggling to stop a kid who has failed the graduation test two times, from vandalizing the Hokage Monuments and skipping classes?", Minato questioned.
"That's Namikaze, I'm afraid you won't probably know. Pranksters are a different breed when they do what they love to do", Kushina answered as if she is leaking a S-class secret.
Almost all of the people present sweatdropped at her way of answer and itself.
Naruto just looked away as Iruka was scolding him. Iruka's forehead vein throbbed and then he shouted,
"We will have a re-test on Henge no Jutsu now!. Even the ones who passed have to take it!"
"WHAAAAAAAAAT!"
" Iruka is taking his anger due to Naruto on everyone in the class now.", Tsuande who was no almost completely sober chuckled.
"First, Haruno Sakura!", Iruka called out.
Haruno? That's not a name you hear every day.", Mikoto said.
"Well she must be a common villager I guess.", Rin spoke out.
She put her hands together, forming a seal.
" HENGE!", and a puff of cloud appeared the next moment. And out of that, Iruka appeared, a perfect one that is.
"Nice."
"Yes!"And then the background blackened, and a white lined Sakura appeared from the back of the real one, as if implying she is the inner person.
"Interesting", Rin said.
The inner Sakura spoke, in a weird way, "Take that! CHAAANAROO!"
Rin sweatdropped, "Or not."
" Next. Uchiha Sasuke."
Obito paused involuntarily as he read out the name "Uchiha". Especially Mikoto's and Fugaku's expressions went wide.
"Why are you all silent. Shouldn't an Uchiha attend the academy or something?", Tsunade asked , wondering why there was silence in the room.
"Well...t-that is...", Mikoto was stuttering her words as she spoke out. Fugaku kept a hand on her shoulders to calm her down and gave an ever rare slightly smile,
"The thing is Tsunade-Sama, we have planned to name our baby boy, if we have on in the future as Sasuke."

Then the realization dawned on the room members, especially the younger ones, even Itachi took a bit longer to realize. Hiruzen was the first one to react, who was literally smiling wide, " Sasuke huh..."
Fugake smiled, "Yes Hokage-Sama. I thought to name my younger boy after your brother."
"That's too much Fugaku. But, I can't say I'm not happy with that gesture. Well, congratulations in advance then." Hiruzen didn't stop smiling.
Fugaku kept his mile while Mikoto was blushing and smiling timidly, as congratulations were coming from all the members in the room. Then Mikoto could feel a tug on her sleeve. She looked down and could see her son, Itachi whose eyes were sparkling, "Kaa-san, will I be getting a younger brother?"
All the people in the room could only smile warmly at the way how he asked her mother. Mikoto too was smiling and she took her son in her arms and hugged him, "Yes Itachi, you will."
"Oh, sorry for the sudden break. Continue Obito-Kun."
"Nice. Next, Uzumaki Naruto."

"EHHH?! Kushina yelled.
A/N: Hello guys! For your information, I can't write thousands of words in one chapter. Sorry if that's an inconvenience but please bear with that. And by the way, the dialogues of Naruto(The book from which they are reading) are the exact ones from the anime. I'm trying to maintain the originality for the moment until I get into my style of writing. So, yeah that's it enjoy. And by the way, I have another novel I plan to do.
