Chapter 2: Ash Arrives at Galar
When they arrive at Hop's House, Gloria, Alice, and Hop get into the room and greet Hop's mother. "There you are at last, Hop." Hop's mother says.
"Yeah, but where is Lee? Have you got him crammed in a cupboard?"
"He's still not here for the hundredth time...Honestly, Hop, you must learn to some patience! He's probably only just arrived at the station in Wedgehurst." Hop's mom says with annoyance.
"That's where I am going, you know Lee is hopeless with directions. I'll make sure that he doesn't get lost on the way."
"Oh, will you?" Hop's mother asks Hop. "Yes, that probably is for the best..."
Alice says, "Yeah, we should go together if we want to find him."
"Good idea." Hop says. "We can't miss out on your chance to meet the undefeated Champion!"
And while this is happening, Ash and his mother arrive at the castle in the Wyndon. Delia smiles at her son and says, "Look Ash, do you see outside, this is Wyndon City, one of the largest cities in Galar."
Ash puts both of his hands and the face on the window of the limo as he says, "Wow...this place sure looks amazing!"
"It sure is. But you shouldn't just put your face on the window like that. You have to remember all the things Adaman and I taught you yesterday, as your actions might influence our family."
"Sorry, Mom. I was too excited." Ash rubs his head with embarrassment. "I was also glad to see Dad again...it sure has been a while since I last saw him."
(Flashback)
Yesterday, after going back to the house, they see a man sitting in front of the table, he looks like Sir Aaron, Delia notices the man and she quickly rushes to him.
"Oh, Delia, good to see you again." The man says as they share a hug.
"Adam, I am glad you are back." Delia says, once they break the hug, Adam asks, "So where is Ash? It sure has been a while since I last see him."
"He was in his room, after all, we are going to return to the Galar Region." Delia says.
"I see, if you don't mind, I will like to talk to him about something." Adam nods.
Delia nods as Adam walks into his room, Ash is just staring at the cups he owned throughout the journey as well as the badges, Pikachu also looks at Ash with concern.
"Pikachu...don't worry, I'm just thinking about our past leagues...just look at how far we have come." Ash says.
Pikachu nods as then they hear a voice, "Ash. There you are." They turn to see Adam standing at the door, but Ash is confused, "Um, excuse me, who are you? And why are you in my room?"
"I am here to talk to you." Adam says. "Though I apologize that I wasn't there when you grow up into a fine man, I won't blame you if you get mad at me."
Ash then looks at the man, who looks like Sir Aaron. He also recognizes the voice and he asks, "Dad? Is that you?"
They share a hug and Ash cries in his arms. "Why...dad...why did you leave us alone?" Ash asks with tears in his eyes.
"I am sorry, I don't want to. But my work is really dangerous. In fact, we have already met before, if it wasn't for you who saved me, I would have died in the past."
"Huh?" Ash is confused, but then Adam raises his hand, and then the time stops. Adam glows and then appears in front of them is no other than Arceus.
"Arceus?" Ash is surprised as well as Pikachu." No way..."
Adam changes back into his real self and says, "You are right, I am Arceus. But it is thanks to you and Delia that I know about humans. So be a good boy and stop crying now, okay?"
Ash stops crying as he wipes his tears off to show a smiley face, and Adam looks at all the cups and says, "Trainers and Pokemon bond with each other, which is why you can win against everyone in battle."
"Yeah, Pokemon are my friends, and I want to get them to their full potential." Ash says.
"And now, Ash. The reason why I'm here is that there is something I need to do with you. I am going to train you with your powers, in other words, Aura."
"Aura?" Ash is shocked. "I have aura powers?"
"Of course, you have. Do you remember how you used it back in the Tree of Beginning?" Then Ash starts to remember as he nods. "Good. Now that it is done, I should stop the time so we can train for now."
Ash nods as he accepts his father's training, and he has been really in progress.
(Flashback ends)
As they go into the castle, Ash and Pikachu are surprised to see a lot of people in maid and servant costumes, and each of them even has Pokemon that they have never seen before. "Mother, are they your friends?"
"Of course, honey." Delia says. Then the people there bow and one says, "Welcome back, Queen Delia and Prince Ash."
Delia smiles and thanks to them for the welcome, then one servant takes Ash to the room and lets him pack some stuff. Once they are done, Ash changes into a more princely outfit as he goes to find his mother, but just as he arrives at the hall, he is tackled by two boys who look just like him.
"You're finally back, big bro Ash." One of the boys says.
"Yeah, we watched all your leagues and your achievements, and we finally get to see each other again after 10 years." The second one says.
"I'm sorry, but do I know you?" Ash asks in confusion, causing both boys to be surprised. "How could you forget about us!"
"Mother! Did Brother get amnesia or something?" The other boy asks Delia, who is in a queen outfit. Delia smiles, "Don't worry, he just has a lot of Pokemon in his mind that he forgot about his family. Ash, these are your two brothers, Mark, and Trenor. There are five more in the family, but they won't be able to visit."
"Now that you think of it, I remembered everything now. I'm sorry for forgetting you two, Mark, Trenor." Ash frowns.
"It's fine. We didn't meet for 10 years, after all." Mark says. "Namie and the others would like to see you again, but they have gym duties to attend to."
"Gym duties? You mean 5 of our siblings are Gym Leaders?" Ash gasps.
"Even our grandaunt as well." Trenor says. "We got a third of the gym leaders."
"That's cool." Ash says with a smile.
Just then, they hear a doorbell and a servant says, "Your highness, Champion Leon and Chairman Rose have arrived."
"Let them in." Delia says as they go wait for the two.
Ash notices two people enter the room, one of them is wearing some sort of business suit, and the other one is wearing some sort of crown and a cape. The one in the business suit says, "Ah, Delia, it is nice to see you back here."
"Same here, Rose. How are you and your company been?" Delia says.
"It is really good." Rose says. "And you must be Ash, right? A pleasure to meet you."
Ash knows that the man in front of him might be someone who is very important to this region, and he shakes his hands and says, "It is also nice to see you as well. Chairman Rose."
"Delia, you sure did a good job raising him." Leon says as he walks towards Ash, "And I am Leon, the Champion of the Galar Region."
"It is nice to meet you as well." Ash says with a bow, but deep down inside, he is very excited to meet the Champion this early.
Rose then asks, "So Ash, I want to know, are you interested in challenging the Pokemon League in the Galar Region? After all, you have a reputation for defeating the Leagues as well as the Champions in your career as the Pokemon Trainer."
"Of course, I am going to challenge the league, Mr. Rose. Though I heard that the league is quite different from the others." Ash says.
"You're not wrong about that. We have a set of 18 gyms and there will be no Elite 4." Rose says. "And I am sure that you all know that they can use Dynamax Pokemon."
"Of course." Ash says. "Mother has shown me a Gigantamax before, and I also picked the Pokemon that is capable of Gigantamaxing to this region as well."
Delia looks at Ash with a smile and says, "Well, Ash. Why don't you go with Leon to Wedgehurst to find Professor Magnolia? I have some things to talk about with Chairman Rose."
"Sure, mom." Ash says.
"Hey, brother. Can we also come with you as well?" Mark asks.
"We heard that you have also traveled with a lot of Coordinators and even the gym leaders, we will want to learn by traveling with you." Trenor says.
"Of course, you're always welcome to travel with me." Ash says.
"Now that's settled, Ash, I remember that you have a Charizard, right? It will be faster if we fly on it." Leon says.
"Sure." Ash says as they go outside and release Charizard, then they fly off into the distance to Wedgehurst.
As Ash, Mark, Trenor, and Leon arrive at Wedgehurst, Leon is already surrounded by his fans. Leon says, "Um, Guys, can you just wait for me, I have some fan problems to take care of."
The three of them nod as they step aside, and then Leon does his pose, with the crowd cheering for him.
"Hello, hello, Wedgehurst! Your Champion, Leon, is back!" Leon says as the crowd cheers. "I promise I'll keep doing my best to deliver the greatest battles for you all to watch!"
"It's our unbeatable Champion! Leon, you and Charizard are the greatest!" One man yells at him.
"Well, thank you for that!" Leon says. "I hope you'll all carry on training up your Pokemon and never shy from battle. Then come challenge me for the Champion title!"
"We're on it! We've been working on our battle skills just like you taught us to, Lee!" "But that Charizard of yours is too strong for the likes of us to take on."
Leon smiles, "Too true that Charizard is blazingly strong. But other Pokemon can be strong as well! That's why I want the strongest of challengers to fill the Gym Challenge and come battle me! My wish is for Galar's Trainers to work together to become the strongest of the world!" Charizard nods in agreement.
At the same time, Ash notices something white back at Route 1, and he decides to go with Pikachu to see what's going on there.
"Lee!" Then Leon hears a voice, as he smiles, "Hop." Leon then walks towards him. "So my number-one fan in all the world has come out of his way to pick me up! Look at you, I reckon you've grown...exactly in inch and a quarter since the last time I saw you!"
"Bingo! That's the sort of sharp eye that's kept you undefeated so long, eh, Lee?" Hop asks.
"And these bright eyes over here..." Leon turns to Gloria. "I've got it! You must be Gloria-am I right? I heard loads about you from my little brother."
"I bet he tells you that I am annoying more than compliments, huh?" Gloria says.
"Hey." Hop retorts back.
"Anyways, I am the Galar region's greatest-ever Pokemon Champion-and a massive Charizard fan, too. People call me the unbeatable Leon!"
"Nice to meet you." Gloria says.
"Hey, where is Alice?" Hop asks. And then Gloria says, "You're right, where did she go?"
"Wait, Brother is missing..." Mark says, and Trenor sighs, "Don't tell me he rushes off without telling us..."
Here is a new chapter, and right now I'm introducing two of Ash's brothers, Mark and Trenor. They will be accompanying Ash on this journey. And for the Pokemon they're going to use, it will be revealed in the upcoming chapters. I hope you like this chapter.
