Been a while on writing NCIS related but just got this little fun plot bunny in my head.
Outside a bar in Washington DC
Sighing Timothy wearing a blue dress shirt with jeans, and a jacket exits out the door. Right beside him is Ziva David having her dark color hair pulled into a bun, combined with a long gray sleeve shirt underneath a green jacket and cargo pants.
Currently, both are being glared at by Abby who is following behind them given the obvious jealous issues on how doesn't want to date McGee yet can't stand anybody else dating him either.
Meanwhile Tony has got his arm around Abby's shoulders laughing at mostly his appalling humor while Gibbs is walking a brief distance, scowling like usual. Currently, Ziva lightly squeezes his hand as Timothy returns a quiet smile on being appreciative of his girlfriend's support. Originally, they were just grabbing a quick meal at the bar for strangely not feeling like being home, yet didn't want a big fancy dinner either.
They decided to stop at a local bar the team occasionally goes to, and is within walking distance of his apartment regardless. However, unlike what Tony and Abby said for heading home they instead ran into the two of them at the bar coincidently. Which they very obviously doubt, even Gibbs rules aside and for the former marine himself? Actually, doing the same for eating elsewhere in the establishment.
After a recent case took them down on a plane trip to Valentine in New Hanover, Oklahoma. After Jack Marston, a Marine home on leave was injured in an attack in Washington DC, who's the son of John and Abigail Marston a couple that owns a ranch in New Handover. They ended up helping John alongside the local Sheriff Arthur Morgan and married to the DA of Sadie Adler, from an old gang leader they ran with when they were stray teens under Dutch who wanted revenge for getting put away years ago. Dutch with his other men, including Micah Bell a serial killer from that region, got killed in a shootout involving Arthur, Sadie, and John alongside them.
However, all four end up stopping when a group of four men dressed in biker gear getting off their motorcycles nearby end up surrounding them. Suddenly Tony removing his arm from around Abby steps in front of her, Gibbs begins watching the new arrivals rather alert while Timothy and Ziva do the same.
"Guys I understand you're a bunch of grease street rejects, but I am very Special Agent DiNozzo of NCIS, which I love saying but regardless you're about to make a very big mistake," Tony says boastfully.
Tim rolls his eyes while knowing Ziva does the same while one of the men rather unimpressed walks over slugging Tony in his stomach causing him to fall gasping for breath. Right as another gang member yanking Abby back by her hair puts a knife blade to her throat.
"Hey, let her go" Gibbs growls.
"Back off," Tim says icily.
Ziva quietly moves her hands towards a small knife kept on a belt sheath that's covered by her jacket while waiting to move.
"Easy gramps don't get any sudden ideas or this goth here gets a new opening" the one man threatens.
"Goodness could you any more cliché you piece of garbage," Tony says mockingly.
The previous thug gets Tony in his stomach again just to shut DiNozzo up.
"Enough already. You guys are real scum holding a defenseless woman hostage, why not pick on somebody else like me for example?" Timothy asks.
"Tim," Ziva says in concern stepping forward.
Only briefly looking back Timothy gently takes her hand giving it a light squeeze while Ziva nods in understanding for having an idea of McGee's plan. Along with the full confidence that her boyfriend can handle what he's about to do. McGee looks back at the bikers.
"Sure, why not. After all, it makes little difference to us since we just want some fun tonight" one member says.
"You guys are former Green Berets right?" Tim asks.
"How do you know that?" the man asks holding the knife to Abby's throat.
"Um, it's a patch on one of your men's jackets" Timothy replies.
"And not impossible for figuring your all dishonorable discharges given your cherry depositions," Tony says dryly.
Only DiNozzo gets another kick to his ribs causing him to grunt in pain from the closest thug who walks around while joined by two others. Meanwhile, McGee removes his pocket knife and tosses it to one of the bikers who looks on in confusion. Alongside Gibbs, DiNozzo, and Abby meanwhile, Ziva is quietly watching.
"You'll need it" Timothy replies.
The man opens the knife while all three charge at once figuring this will be extremely easy given how this scrawny geek has no chance. Only as the first man attacks using his knife McGee rapidly puts his arm in a joint lock breaking it while kicking the next man back some distance. Giving a quick blow to the first man's throat causing him to fall to the floor gasping for oxygen.
Quickly blocking a couple of punches with a few getting through hitting him in the upper body Timothy sidesteps one strike before kicking the man in his privates. Seeing an opening McGee repeatedly knees the biker in his face breaking his nose and jaw with dropping him to the ground.
McGee turns facing the final two bikers. The man holding a knife to Abby's throat is unnerved while the other man hoping he'll succeed charges toward the NCIS agent. Only in a seamless motion, Timothy blocking the next series of strikes grabs the man's arms bending them until a loud snapping sound occurs with kicking the man in his jaw sending him to the ground whimpering in pain.
Gibbs, DiNozzo, and Abby look on in shock because these were trained Green Berets only McGee took them down like mere flies. Deciding to flee the last man shoves Abby forward causing her to slide painfully into the dirty, asphalt starting to run off only for Ziva to throw her knife expertly into his back causing him to drop in agony yet alive.
DiNozzo gets up holding his ribs while going to help Abby up and give her a quick check over Gibbs turns towards McGee in disbelief.
"Ziver's teach you that?" Gibbs asks.
"Don't look at me" Ziva replies.
"Yeah, but who in the hell taught scrawny McGeek anything?" Tony asks.
Rolling her eyes "Really you have to keep up with the nicknames? Grow up" Ziva says in annoyance.
"Doctor Taylor at Bethesda? Well, her husband Casey Ryback a former Navy Seal gave me some lessons" Timothy says.
"I'd say that's more than a few lessons" Gibbs remarks.
Frowning "Where have I heard that name before?" Tony asks.
"Probably in relation with the terrorist situation involving one USS Missouri back in 92 that Casey and Jordan were involved in ending" Timothy replies.
"Oh right, I was at Ohio State back then and was down in Peral Harbor for a vacation," Tony says.
Looking over "Still you must have taught him something?" Abby asks.
"Well, not much in fighting but the sparing sex is always fun" Ziva replies lightly smirking.
Making a gagging nose "I so didn't need to know that" Abby says.
"Then lay off hating McGee and me every time we walk into a room or pitching a fit at us yesterday when we came down to get evidence. You had your chance and lost it. Grow up" Ziva says.
"Yeah, well that tattoo McGee has he got for me every time you see his naked backside," Abby says grinning.
"Oh, you mean the one you're lying about, and I never actually got? I just made that up on the spot to shut Tony up" Timothy says "You know self-respect, and all. Never been a big fan of tattoo art."
Abby glares at the two of them while even DiNozzo rolls his eyes involving her. Quietly maybe Ziva is right, and he really should back off of some of his comments. While logically knows McGee would never use these skills on him well the fact the guy kept these skills hidden presumably for years is scary on its own.
"How come you never told or shown us before now?" Gibbs asks.
"My role in the team was quite clear and besides I didn't learn in these until after Ari killed Kate. After that… is quite simply rule four for keeping my skills to myself" Timothy replies.
Gibbs merely flinches in guilt looking off knowing how sometimes keeping McGee as the computer tech role more often than should and, Abby's lab assistant instead of just getting her an actual assistant, plays a part in that.
While McGee goes to reach for his cellphone, they all suddenly hear sirens in the distance as somebody must have called the police so McGee like the rest of MCRT chose to wait.

Yeah, a crossover with a couple of different fandoms and updating RDR world on modern times from the wild west era but the joys of fan fiction is I can bypass the legal issues involved.
Also, Tim having merely lied to Tony for the tattoo is my work around him having that stupid thing.
