Prologue

Our story begins at a museum, where a young senior high school class was taking a field trip. Among them was a young girl who was curious about the supernatural.

"And this is called the Meteorite of the Moon. It is called that for its shape. It is even believed to have fallen from the moon itself." said the guide. The girl raised her hand.

"Yes, Sarah?" the guide asked.

"Is there anything special about the meteor besides the shape that makes it unique?" she asked.

"Actually, if you look closely, you can notice a faint glow." the guide said. Sarah looked close and saw that the meteor was indeed glowing.

"Cool." Sarah said before she took a closer look. Suddenly, without warning, the meteorite suddenly started glowing brighter before it shone brightly, blasting everyone back.

Later, Sarah awoke in the hospital, having been rushed there due to a massive radiation reading when she was scanned by a hazard team brought to the museum. She looked around before she suddenly got a heightened sense of something moving around. She looked in the direction where she sensed and saw an ant come from behind a desk. She grabbed the bed post and suddenly felt it crumble. She saw she had dented it, like how a hero with super strength would do. She then heard a tap at the window and saw a white wolf there. She looked confused before she went to the bathroom to wash some dust off her face. When she looked at her hands, she saw her fingernails were now claws and when she looked at her face in the mirror, she saw her teeth had become fangs. She was on the verge of fainting, but kept herself from it. She went back out and, after getting clearance, left the hospital. She soon noticed the wolf from before was following her.

"What? I don't have any food." Sarah said before the wolf walked up to her with an apple in its mouth.

"Is that for me?" she asked. The wolf nodded. She took it before she suddenly heard screaming. She looked and saw a woman trying to wrestle her purse away from a robber. Sarah decided to help and, before she knew it, was running faster than she realized before she punched the mugger, knocking him down. Suddenly, the wolf charged at him, taking the purse from him and handing it back to the woman.

After the police arrested the crook, Sarah headed back home with the wolf in tow. She thought about her newfound abilities and thought about being a superhero, especially since she discovered she could be more powerful at night, such as having even higher senses, power, and speed.

Sometime later, around the day of a wedding arranged for two people by the names of Bob and Helen, crooks were on the run from the police, only to suddenly get their bags of stolen money taken by a white flash before they were knocked out by a super powerful "AROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Once the police arrived, they saw standing over the crooks, a woman wearing an outfit that had a mask like Infinite from Sonic Forces, the only difference being that both eyes were visible and it had a movable mouth full of sharp teeth, with a gray bodysuit and black gloves and boots. Her hair hung out from the back of her mask.

"Thank you, ma'am. What do we call you?" one of the officers asked.

"Call me the Smoky Wolf." she said as she rushed off, with her wolf following her after returning the stolen bags of money.

Smoky Wolf proved to be unstoppable, mainly due to her work being in the shadows, especially at night, despite the fact that Supers were being sued, and even when it showed there was no end in sight for the Supers being blamed for several things, she continued it. She started to wind down once she got married, and decided to call it quits after her son, Joseph, was born.

However, sooner or later, she was approached by a mysterious organization that claimed they had lost control of their experimental robot and required her powers to stop it. She was flown to an island off the coast of Metroville, where she encountered the robot. She had a tough time dealing with its laser beams, rolling attacks, and claws, but eventually, she managed to use her powers in a creative way. She first tricked the robot into getting its claw stuck before she rushed at it and slashed the arm the claw was attached to, exposing its wires and allowing her to tear them up with her claws before she repeated the process with the other claws, causing the robot to stumble before it fell, allowing Sarah to use her howl to shatter the robot's visor eye and rush into it, where she slashed up the wires from the inside, effectively defeating the robot.

However, once she got to the facility she was supposed to go to...

"What do you mean I'm dismissed?!" she asked as she read a letter left by someone.

"I'm too dangerous?! Whoever this guy is, he's no better than those ingrate politicians!" Sarah said before she stormed off.

After returning home, she looked at Joseph in his crib and said, "I wonder why Joseph doesn't have powers yet?"

After wondering about it, Sarah said, "Ah, forget it. Who needs a superhero when you can just have a son?" as she looked at him, wondering what lied ahead.
