Rewritten 12/13/2022 apparently my story didn't make sense so now I'm adding more details so it's clearer.
-14 Years ago-
Minato Namikaze and his wife Kushina Uzumaki was in a hidden cave away from the village preparing for the arrival of their son Menma Uzumaki-Namikaze birth. The main reason they were out of the village was because of how potent the demonic chakra that the nine tails gave off towards the last week of her pregnancy. There were only a few people who knew she was pregnant and fewer who knew Minato was the father of the baby. After delivering the baby the nurse started checking him over to make sure he was healthy. Minato wanted to name the baby after one of the main characters in his sensei's books. However, Kushina disagreed saying she didn't want her baby named after a main character of one his pervert sensei books, she never genuinely liked Jiraiya and didn't want her child to be anywhere near that man just as she said that the nurse in the room fell dead.
When the parents looked over toward the nurse, they saw a person in a red Oni mask holding baby Menma in their arm. The stranger told Minato to step away from the container of the nine tails as he placed a tag on Menma's blanket and threw him at his father. After catching and getting his son out the room Minato threw the blanket away saving Menma's life and placed him in a crib within his family house. Once Minato left the room the Oni mask figure grabbed and took Kushina outside of the cave and tried to extract the nine tails out of her However, what was quickly noticed was the fact that she no longer had the beast within her anymore. Once the Oni masked figure found that out, he processed to try to stab her in the chest but Minato came in time to stop the man and save his wife from death at the man's hands. Kushina who had little to no energy left tried to untie herself from the stone pillar the man had her tied to but out of nowhere a person wearing a hannaya mask stabbed her through the heart but before she passed she heard one final sentence "He should've been mine not yours" said a female voice (Author's Note: The Hannya mask is a representant of a jealous female demon). After killing Kushina the female went to plan B she knew that there may had been a chance she couldn't get the nine tails to destroy the village however that's why she was always had another plan.
-Meanwhile within the village-
The Hidden leaf was being attacked by two different groups one contained four armed Oni masked demons and other the other side of the village Rōshi and Han was leading Iwagakure ninjas into the village. The situation got worse when Rōshi went full tailed beast mode and started destroying important buildings like hospitals and schools. Han on the other hand decided to use his stream release to blind the Konoha ninjas making it hard for the ninjas of Konoha to see anything in front of them resulting it the demons getting the jump on them. Too many the strange part about all of this was that it seems like the Han was placed under a genjutsu because he was seeking revenge for his fellow Uzumaki clan members a clan Iwagakure personally helped destroy during the Second Shinobi War. The Konoha had thrown their best fighters at the two tailed beast containers and strange monsters who didn't go down easy. As the fight kept going on Han decided it was time to stop playing games and started attacking the village using his boil release burning houses and other things down. That was until an unlikely ally in Orochimaru showed up on top of her snake (Author's notes: Yes Orochimaru is a female in this story). Orochimaru was only hoping that the fool Jiraiya would show up soon and that he had instructed his student properly however a part of her was also worried about her student Kushina who wasn't here.
-Over with Minato-
Once saving his wife Minato Namikaze fought and killed the masked man but when he went to see who was under the mask the body burned to ashes. Minato couldn't keep his attention on this because he noticed that his village was being attacked by what he perceived to be Iwa ninjas, The four tailed beast and demons. Minato knew there was a way to help his village from being destroyed in that moment he made a tough decision to seal the four tailed beast within his son. After he decide on this course of actions he went back to his house and pick his son up he then teleported to where his wife was only to find her still tied up and dead. Steeling his heart and emotions he took his son and went to the battlefield when Orochimaru saw Minato she asked, "Where is Kushina and why do you have my godson at a battlefield?" however she received no answer. Minato threw his kunai and teleported himself, his son and the four tailed beast away from the battlefield this upset Orochimaru who would have gone after him however the five tails was still within the village and the third Hokage had asked her to stay and help the village.
Outside the village Minato, Menma, and four tailed breast was in an empty training ground where upon looking around Minato saw that he was in training ground 44. He then summoned a large toad to battle the beast while he went through more hand seals to summon a cage to hold the beast while he sealed it's charka within his son. Minato already knew that the full nine tails was already placed within his son however from what he remembered he knew that the seal should be able to hold multiple tailed breasts within it. The problem was that Rōshi and his tailed breast Son Goku wasn't going down easily however after 20 minutes of fighting the duo was placed into a cage although Minato was having a hard time containing the breast. While Minato was a fuinjutsu master he wasn't experienced at unsealing and resealing a tailed beast alone.
-Inside the seal-
Inside the seal Kurama was watching what was going on what he saw made him what to break the seal however that would kill the kit so Kurama just watched in horror.
-Back to the battlefield-
What was going on was Minato was going through hand signs to do a forbidden jutsu that should steal the charka from a jinchuriki however it would cost the target his/her life although at this point Minato didn't care.
-Rōshi and Son Goku POV-
Both Rōshi and Son Goku were panicking because they didn't know how they got in a cage nor what the hell was going on. It was until Son Goku looked at the 4th Hokage hand signs and knew that the man was going through the wrong hand signs.
-Minato's POV-
After finishing Minato finished his hand signs he felt a hand going through his body and felt a cold hand pulling on his soul. When he opened his eyes he saw a being however it wasn't the one he was trying to summon. Upon looking closer he noticed this being was indeed not the one called Shinigami it was something of a higher power and Minato felt it in his soul that was leaving his body.
"Yo..You're not the.. Shinigami" said Minato who was breathing hard.
"No, I am Yami the one you have summoned" replied the being named Yami smiling wickedly.
This smile unnerved the 4th Hokage however he pressed on "I need.." said Minato however he was cut off.
"Listen human I know everything I have been watching however the price for of using this jutsu requires the death of the user and the one is being used on however in return I will seal the charka of Son Goku within your son" said Yami before pulling Minato and Rōshi into her body. The being then walked to where baby Menma was at and looked at the baby smiling "Now for you I see you will be strong however I would like to see what path you take" said Yami before pouring the charka of a four tailed beast within the boy's chakra coil which changed the boy. A female figure was walking to Konoha heard the baby crying saw that no one was around picked up the crying baby and took it to Senju/Uzumaki compound.
-In the seal-
In the seal Kurama was behind a cage and he didn't understand why or how the damn thing got here in the first place. He quickly noticed that his containers charka felt off when he looked down he noticed that his charka was sucked into a coil quickly until it stopped.
"Well, hello there" said Yami standing outside the cage.
"YOU TRIED TO KILL MY CONTAINER" yelled Kurama slamming into the cage.
"No, I only helped him his father however no" replied Yami.
"Okay you've done your job now what do you want?" questioned Kurama.
"From you nothing I don't want anything I'm just here to place a few items" said Yami as she threw a chibi version Son Goku in the cage she then proceeds to slowly place it's charka into a coil that slowly leaked out into his coil turning it from green to purple.
"You're giving him Son Goku charka for what?" asked Kurama.
"That charka per his father's agreement now belongs to this body not the tailed beast" replied Yami as she started walking away holding something in her arms.
"What is that?" questioned Kurama.
"For you to be the strongest tailed beast you sure do have a lot of questions anyways it's a little gift" said Yami before walking away.
"Hey, WAKE THE HELL UP" said Kurama to Son Goku once he saw his brother's eyes open he asked a question "What's the last thing you remember?".
"Last thing I remember is Rōshi and Han fighting some guy in a mask with a weird looking animal thing helping him. Wait where am I and why do I feel so weak?" asked Son Goku.
"Yami sealed you.." said Kurama in a sad tone.
This made Son Goku freak out "No no no no please tell what did she do? And who summoned her?" asked Son Goku.
"Our container's father in a moment of weakness used that forbidden jutsu and seal himself and your container within her belly and exchange she give him your charka to the boy" replied Kurama. After a few moments of silence "Did guy eyes have tomoes in them?" asked Kurama.
"Yes" replied Son Goku.
"Damn the kit going to definitely need me as soon as possible" said Kurama.
"Yes we're going have to help him because in the event we don't we could end up with a weak container" replied Son Goku.
"Are you going to seriously try to help him or kill him?" asked Kurama.
"I will help while I still can " said Son Goku.
"You try to hurt him and I'll kill you myself" said Kurama.
"Yeah" replied Son Goku.
-Back in the village-
Orochimaru had finally taken down Han. However, four masked Oni figures protected and got him out of there leaving Konoha to deal with the rest of the strange monsters that took them a moment to deal with.
-30 minutes later-
A baby with two different eye colors and red hair was found crying it's eyes out by a woman and two kids upon picking the baby up the women noticed he had red hair and looked like a certain person she knew very well. The women decided to take the baby with her to her compound inside the village however upon making the gates she saw that the village had been attacked by a force but at that same moment she and the two behind was hit was darts knocking them out.
"You look like my old teammate however she swore never to come back so just who are you?" said Orochimaru. She then walked over and picked up her godson making sure he was okay "There's my godson aww look how cute you are it's time to get you out of here" said Orochimaru as she summoned a snake and body flickered her, Menma and Tsunade and the two kids out of Konoha to a hidden cave.
-2 hour later-
The figure known as Tsunade had finally woken up and found that she and the two kids that were with her were all tied up.
"Who are you and why are you acting like you someone you're not?' questioned Orochimaru.
"I am Tsunade dummy" said the women dropping the genjutsu when Orochimaru got a good look at her face she then put the genjutsu back up.
"I am sorry something is just off about the attack" said Orochimaru.
"What attack? what happened" questioned Tsunade.
-Five Minutes later-
Orochimaru told her everything that she knew about the attack and that the fact that Kushina her student and Tsunade's 3rd cousin was killed by someone. After having a moment to grieve they looked at Menma and discussed what to do with the baby they concluded not to inform the Hokage of everything they knew. Tsunade had explained the reason she came back to the village was because of the birth of Menma and the fact that she was required to do her two years as clan head of the Uzumaki-Senju family per an agreement made after the second war.
-Two hours later-
In a room the third Hokage and the Sannins were discussing what happened Tsunade and Orochimaru had discussed the fact that they would tell Hiruzen of the baby and depending on his response they would proceed with certain plans.
"So, this is my godson?" asked Jiraiya walking to the baby to pick him up.
"Yes" replied Hiruzen Sarutobi smiling.
"No Kushina told me she didn't want this man around her baby" said Orochimaru stepping in front of Jiraiya stopping the man from touching the baby.
This made the toad Sannin stop in his tracks "Orochimaru move out the way and let me see my godson" said Jiraiya.
"Jiraiya back up if you really care about him you would have been here to see his birth" said Tsunade.
"Says the person who's in the same boat you just got here as well" said Jiraiya staring at the Senju clan head.
"We are not in the same boat I am his cousin not his godmother nor godfather you were supposed to be here" replied Tsunade glaring at the pervert.
"Yeah where were you during the attack?" asked a curious Hiruzen when he looked over towards Orochimaru he saw she was glaring at him as well.
"I was on my way however I didn't get here in time sorry" replied the Toad Sannin as he walked towards a random wall trying to hide.
"The odd thing is that his eyes has black iris however the right eye pupil while the left eye is yellow can you explained that Tsunade?" asked Hiruzen trying to save his favorite student.
"We don't know maybe it has something to deal with two tailed beasts being placed inside of him" said Orochimaru however her tone was one of that screamed that if the 4th was dead she would have killed him herself.
"Wait two?" questioned Jiraiya perplexed.
"Yes your dumb ass student decided to seal another tailed beast within a royal Uzumaki" stated Orochimaru.
"What do you mean two tailed beasts? the nine tails were already sealed with the boy" said Tsunade acting confused.
"Tsunade, can you check the baby's health?" asked Hiruzen.
"Let me take a look" said Jiraiya walking over to the baby when he placed his hand where the seal was Jiraiya couldn't make heads or tails of what he was looking at it was like the beast was sealed by something or someone else. After Jiraiya moved out the way Tsunade hovered her hands over the baby ""Well for one he has larger chakra reserves than any Uzumaki I ever met" replied Tsunade.
This shocked Hiruzen and Jiraiya "Anything else?" Asked Hiruzen.
"No" replied Tsunade lying.
"So, his name is Naruto right?" Asked Jiraiya.
"His name is Menma" responded Orochimaru.
"What's wrong with Naruto?" asked Jiraiya a little hurt.
"Are you even going to be in his life and I mean his early life?" asked Hiruzen eyeing the man.
"Well, we can't give him his father's last name too many people wanted him dead" said Jiraiya avoiding the question.
"A red-haired child with the last name Namikaze would be unbelievable his last name will be Uzumaki and the Senju-Uzumaki clan will protect the boy as best we can" said Tsunade.
He's going to need around the clock protection once it's known who he is just by last name alone people will try to kidnap him just like what happened with Kushina" said Orochimaru.
"Isn't the Nara and Inuzuka clan both close to the Namikaze clan? Why not give him one of those surnames?" asked Jiraiya.
"Because he's already in a clan dumbass" said Orochimaru.
"Wait Tsunade you're planning to stay within the village?" asked the Hokage.
"Unfortunately, yes however on for two years after I'll be back on the road where and who is his other godmother?" asked Tsunade.
"Mikoto is an Uchiha that could be a problem" said Hiruzen.
"What about you Jiraiya?" questioned Lord 3rd.
"Well, I'm his godfather however I have a" said Jiraiya before he was interrupted.
"That has to be the weakest excuse I have ever heard you have a godson who needs you and you're going to leave him because you have a spy network that mind you doesn't work half of the time" said Orochimaru this pissed off Jiraiya who knew she was right half of the information that he got in the last few years hasn't been accurate.
"Maybe Kakashi could help raise him he was the student of the fourth" said Jiraiya trying to tune out Orochimaru.
"Are you dumb? that is a dead giveaway that he's the son of Minato" said Orochimaru.
"That has to be one of the dumbest things you ever said" commented Tsunade.
"Well, it seems like I'm not needed here good luck" said Jiraiya leaving out the window.
"That damn fool this is why you should have made me Hokage none of this mess would have happened" said Orochimaru.
"You never had the Will Of Fire" said Hiruzen.
"Fuck you and your bullshit ass will of fire look around you old man the world is changing" said Orochimaru before she walked out away with Menma she was followed out by Tsunade.
"Wait what happened to the Han?" asked Hiruzen stopping Orochimaru in her tracks.
"I stopped him however he got away" said Orochimaru.
"I'm going to place him within the bingo book" said Hiruzen.
"Do as you must" said Orochimaru walking away with baby Menma planning to implant something that will help him in the future.
-20 minutes later-
Every clan head was with the room waiting on their Hokage to come in and address what the hell was going on, All the clans had lost several members within their clan. Danzo himself had lost several root members he would have to replenish soon however he knew with the number of deaths that happened tonight he would have to look outside the village. When the door opened everyone the room hoping it was their beloved fourth Hokage however the person who came through the door wasn't their beloved fourth, it was the third Hokage.
"Not trying to be rude but where is lord fourth?" asked Shikaku Nara who was looking for his cousin Minato everyone in the room was thinking the same thing.
"Lord fourth has died sealing the four tails I will be taking back over as Hokage for the time being" said Hiruzen this hit Shikaku hard although he was trying not to show it. Another clan head in the room knew his wife would be heartbroken knowing her former teammate and her best friend were both dead.
"Where did he seal it?" Asked one of the council members.
Before the 3rd Hokage could respond he was interrupted by someone else.
"With all due respect if the 4th Hokage sealed the beast only the 5th Hokage, Elders and clan heads should know that information" Said Shibi Aburame.
"The tailed beast was sealed within a baby no this doesn't make the baby the beast just it's jailer" said the third Hokage not listening to the man.
This caused uproar with the room with people saying, "Kill the baby" and other crazy stuff however the third KI quieted the room. The Hokage kicked all the civilians out of the room leaving only the clan heads and elders in the room. All the clan heads were shaking their heads disapprovingly at Hiruzen. They agree with Shibi statement and now they saw the impact it just caused.
"May we know who the parents were?" Asked Danzo.
"No, you may not" said Hiruzen.
"May we know who the child was?" asked Danzo.
"Again, no you may not" said Hiruzen.
"Just like a war hawk" said Tsunade.
"Oh, the princess is back" said Fugaku Uchiha.
"Shut it Uchiha" said Tsunade however the tone was threating more like an old friend/ rival telling their friend/ rival to shut up.
"Speaking of I heard that the Kushina unfortunately passed you have my condolences however I would like to take in the boy" said Shikaku knowing who the boy's parents are. Everyone knew that the baby's mother had to be an Uzumaki because that's the only clan that has been the jailer of the nine tails since the First Shinobi war however not everyone knew who his father was.
"Sorry but I can't allow that my wife would have me sleeping on the couch if I allowed her godson to leave here with another clan" said Fugaku Uchiha.
"You can fight about that later we need to know who the container for the four tails is? That child should be raised as a good weapon for the village" said Danzo.
"No, the he'll be will be placed in the orphanage" said Hiruzen.
"THE ORPHANAGE" said all the clan heads at the time looking at the Hokage like he lost his mind.
"Lord third I implore you to reconsider that is a dumb idea " said Hiashi Hyuga.
What's the boy's surname going to be?" Asked Shibi Aburame.
"Uzumaki" said the Hokage.
"An Uzumaki within the leaf is going to bring more trouble in our current situation" said Shikaku Nara.
"Do you not remember during the Second Shinobi war? What happened to the Uzumaki Village? Do you not remember how the Stone, Sand, Mist and Cloud all joined up to destroy them?" asked Tsume Inuzuka.
"Yes I remember all of that however my decision is final" said the 3rd Hokage.
"Actually, we will vote to see who be the new Hokage" said Inoichi Yamanaka.
"I agree you have proved time after time you lack the will to do the right thing" said Danzo.
"Who can lead this village besides me?" Said Hiruzen slamming his fist against the table.
"Anyone other than you, your decisions after the third war showed that we were in need of new leadership" said Shikaku Nara.
"We can easily pick a new Hokage for example me I would be able to lead this village to new heights" said Danzo.
"I agree Danzo would be a great 5th Hokage" said Koharu Utatane.
"Isn't he the same man running the Root anbu (NE) the same anbu that Hiruzen told him disband" said Fugaku Uchiha.
"I agree with Fugaku if you can't stop a man from running a secret organization how can you leading a village" said Chōza all the clan heads agreed.
"So, who out of all of you could run this village better than me" asked Hiruzen.
"Shikaku the fire daimyo is fickle you and I know this to be true right now we need a leader so we need to pick the next Hokage I would like to ask Hiruzen and the elders to leave" said Inoichi.
"Are you mad?" asked Koharu Utatane.
"Why do we need to leave?" Asked Homura Mitokado.
"Because we will take a vote among ourselves and we will pick who we think should be the next Hokage and all you two are going to do is ass kiss Danzo the whole time so leave" said Shikaku.
"You're making a big mistake allow me temporary leadership so I can get us out of this" said Hiruzen.
"No, with all due respect you had your time you couldn't stop Danzo, you allowed the Uzumaki clan to be destroyed then set up an alliance with one of the villages who helped destroy them" said Shibi.
-5 minutes later-
After the Elders and Hiruzen left the room every clan head besides one gave their opinion on who should be the next Hokage. They weren't allowed to vote for themselves however they did have to give context on why they were voting for the person they chose.
"The village needs a strong leader but also needs a leader who can lead us into the future so what that being said I vote for Shibi he is one the smartest person I've ever met and his clan just like mine lean on family " said Tsume Inuzuka.
"Thank you Tsume-Chan" said Shibi Aburame.
"While I agree with that if we're talking smart and strong I think wicked eye Fugaku whose name alone just like Minato got him a run-on sight order that's my pick for the next Hokage" said Chōza this shocked a few people in the room who thought he was going to vote for his friend.
"My vote goes to Shikaku Nara who is the best choice. He is the leader of the anbu and commander during war time the smartest guy besides me and Shibi" said Inoichi.
"What's that supposed to mean?" asked Fugaku.
"Do you have an IQ of around 160?" Asked Inoichi.
"What does that have to do with anything?" Asked Fugaku this unknowingly loss him a vote.
"You can have all the power in the world however if your always outsmarted then you'll never win a war only small battles" replied Inoichi.
"That is what you call a power play" Said Tsume.
"My vote is just like Tsume goes to Shibi during the last war he showed great leadership and I believe he would be a great leader" said Shikaku.
"My choice is Tsume. I believe given the opportunity she would be a great leader" said Fugaku.
"As much as I would like to vote for Tsume I believe Shikaku wanted be slightly a better Hokage because of the knowledge he already knows" said Shibi.
"My vote goes to Shikaku as well for the same reasons discussed earlier" said Hiashi.
"Well, I see we have a new Hokage congratulations Shikaku Nara the 5th Hokage" said Hiashi.
Shikaku moved from his clan head seat to the Hokage seat. The elders weren't allowed back into the room Shikaku told the anbu to inform them that they will be replaced and to thank them for their service. Shikaku knew he would have to find new advisors that would help the village and he already had one in mind.
"Once we find out who the baby is it'll be an SSS-ranked secret and he is not to be told until he hits Chunin rank" said Shikaku.
"But we don't know who the baby is" said Tsume confused.
"Does anyone know?" asked Shikaku.
"Shit should I tell them? I don't think I should given the response earlier however if they ask Hiruzen he is going to tell them SHIT" thought Tsunade trying to come up with a plan. That's when she come up with a dope plan "I know who the baby is however I will only tell the Hokage keep the secret SSS-ranked" said Tsunade mentally patting herself on the back however this statement caused a small outrage.
"We have a right to know" said Tsume
"Yeah" said most of the clan heads backing her up
"After what happened earlier I don't think so" replied Tsunade.
"He's a great asset to the village" said Inoichi.
"You sounded just like Danzo" stated Tsunade. This silence the room they knew Danzo was a wicked man the clan heads never knew why Hiruzen didn't stop the man from doing his evil work.
After a few awkward minutes the 5th Hokage decided to speak up "Tsunade the clan heads need to know for the safety of the village".
"I am willing to discuss this with you in private" replied the Senju-Uzumaki clan leader.
"One of my bugs said the container is with Orochimaru former Konoha ninja" said Shibi.
"Wait did you say he's with Orochimaru?" asked Inoichi.
"Didn't she do experiments on kids?" asked Chōza.
Danzo the leader of root and a former elder of the village ordered her to do it Hiruzen as well enforce these experiments" said Tsunade defending her friend and teammate. "Also speaking of Orochimaru she is the same person who came here and protected the village.
"That brings up the question of why she has the Nine tails container?" questioned Shibi.
"He is a Uzumaki and Orochimaru is protecting "them" for me until I return to my compound" said Tsunade. This earned the woman some distasteful looks however she didn't care "Look you guys were just attacked by demons and Iwagakure ninjas the village is weak at the moment I have a clan to help run so let's get back on topic".
"How long will you be in the village?" asked Fugaku.
"I wouldn't be here long as a Sannin I am allowed to leave and come back as much as I want however due to an agreement between the Senju and Uzumaki I have business to take care of" said Tsunade. When no one responded she got up "Thanks, I'll be leaving now to get the baby" said Tsunade getting up and leaving the room "If I have my say you wouldn't know a thing about him" thought Tsunade.
"We will need to talk about this later Senju" said Fugaku.
"Bite me Uchiha" replied Tsunade.
"Before you go I'll need to see you in my office later" said Shikaku.
"Yeah yea" said Tsunade leaving the room.
Once Tsunade left Tsume turned to the Hokage "We need to know who the container is so we can protect our kids" said Tsume.
"Also, we don't know how long Tsunade will be in the village losing a future ninja like him would hurt the village" said Fugaku.
"Once I am informed I will tell you however this will be an SSS-ranked secret" said Shikaku.
-Meanwhile with Orochimaru-
Orochimaru and Menma were in a hospital room. She was waiting for her best friend to come back Orochimaru had been waiting for almost a hour Tsunade had asked her to wait so that she could do a full scan on the baby. After waiting for what seemed like days Tsunade finally showed up however again she wasn't alone.
"I didn't ask earlier however who are these kids you have with you?" questioned Orochimaru.
"His name is Tenzo and the girl's name is Shizune" said Tsunade pointing at the kids.
"Nice to meet you" said Orochimaru who smiled at the teens in front of her however she felt like she saw his face before.
"It'll take 20 minutes to do his physical then you can take him out of here" said Tsunade.
"Wait what happened?" questioned Orochimaru.
"If he stays here they may try to harm him plus Danzo wants him I don't feel he'll be safe within the village" said Tsunade whose hands were glowing green scanning on the baby she then proceeded to get his weight and height.
"What's his name?" asked Tenzo pointing at the baby on the table.
"His name is Menma" replied Orochimaru.
"You know you're going to have to leave soon where will you go?" asked Tsunade.
"I have my own village I will be taking Menma with me to train so that he's not treated like other jinchurikis" said Orochimaru.
"If he is who I think he is the Uzumaki will hunt you down for him" said Tenzo.
"Tenzo don't say that" said Tsunade who was a little shocked.
"I'm just telling the truth I've been here for a while you two have been gone" stated the young teen.
"Well, Tenzo they won't know the truth only the Uzumaki members" said Orochimaru.
"Well, he has a lot of damn charka but other than that he's healthy" said Tsunade as she handed the baby back to Orochimaru.
"Well, I must be going" said Orochimaru.
"I thought we were going to leave next week?' asked Anko who walked in the room.
"No sweetheart we will be leaving as soon as possible" replied Orochimaru.
"Well, who is this?" asked Tsunade
"This is Anko Mitarashi a child that was homeless until today I'll be taking her with me" said Orochimaru
"You just taking kids left and right aren't ya?" questioned Tsunade however her tone and face didn't sound friendly.
"It's not like that" replied Orochimaru.
"Okay but I'm watching you" said Tsunade.
"Bye" said Orochimaru and Anko as they took baby Menma and left.
-Three hours later in the Hokage tower-
Shikaku, Tsunade, and one the newest elder Sakumo Hatake was in the new Hokage's office since during the attack the old office was destroyed. To Shikaku it made no sense that certain buildings that were attacked are still intact while other important buildings only had certain room that were destroyed.
"I'm guessing Sakumo is one of your appointed elders?" questioned Tsunade making small talk.
"Well yes and hopefully after you're done finishing you requested two years as the Senju-Uzumaki clan head you'll be one as well" said the 5th Hokage.
"As I told people before as soon as I'm done I'll be back to gambling" said Tsunade who pulled out cards and started dealing them.
"I'm not playing another card game again you and your luck" said Sakumo pushing the cards away.
"My luck saved your ass and got you married" said Tsunade.
"To an Inuzuka member" said Sakumo pulling down his sheeves showing off some scars that he got in a fight with one of his wife's family.
"Anyways we are here because you have information that is much needed" said Shikaku eying the woman.
"Is this going to an SSS-rank secret?" asked Tsunade as she put her cards back up.
"Yes indeed it will be" said Shikaku looking the woman in the eyes however her eyes showed something that said she didn't trust him.
"Due to Uzumaki laws I can't inform you of his or her identity as for the container of the four tailed beast I honestly don't know" said Tsunade.
Shikaku and Sakumo both looked at each other than towards Tsunade that's when a question popped in Shikaku mind however he didn't ask it he just pass over a scroll. Taking it Tsunade looked at the man and found Nara clan jutsus "Why are you handing me scrolls that the Nara's use?" asked Tsunade.
Shikaku got up and walked closer to Tsunade who got up and now they were standing face to face "Look I was in the room I am a parent and I know if my child was in danger I would get him or her out of there I watched you during that meeting earlier the baby will be allowed to be raised outside the village however he or she will need to be returned in ten years so they can enter the ninja academy" said Shikaku.
Just then there was a knock on the door Sakumo told the person to come in and when the door opened two people in a dog and cat mask were standing there. "Tsunade-hime, father, Commander good afternoon what happened?" asked the man in the dog mask.
"Well good afternoon I'm the Hokage now" replied the 5th Hokage.
"What happened to Lord 4th?" asked the Cat mask anbu member while the dog mask anbu slowly getting worried about what the new Hokage was going to say.
"I am sorry Kakashi you and Yugao will need to remove your mask" said Shikaku.
Both anbu members were shocked that their names were used and the fact that they were asked to remove their mask. "Hokage-sama I don't think with what we have going on at the moment we should remove any anbu members" said Sakumo who was trying to help his son.
"Sakumo the Hatake clan only as three members there's you, you son Kakashi and now his wife Yugao at the moment we need all future clan heads to be within the village" replied the Hokage looking at his elder.
"So, what are you saying Hokage-sama?" asked Tsunade kind of confused.
"For now, we will rebuild and lock down the village for the holidays and then on new years day will be back to doing A and S-rank missions however that we give us two months to get stronger" said the Hokage.
"Question where is the baby?" asked Kakashi looking at everyone in the room however both the elder and Hokage looked towards Tsunade indicating she knew.
"As clan head of the Uzumaki-Senju clan I cannot give you that information without repercussions" stated Tsunade.
"Can I watch over him or her?" asked Kakashi Hatake.
"You mean WE" said Yugao who was a student of Kushina.
"You two clearly aren't thinking clearly so I'm ordering you to go rest for a week no ninja duty" said Shikaku pointing to the door. The husband-and-wife duo both put back on their mask and body flickered out the room. "Damn it I should've taken those masks oh well I'll get em later" said Shikaku sitting back at his desk.
"Well, Hokage you got work to get to and so do I so I'll see you later" said Tsunade leaving the room.
"Are you sure we can trust Orochimaru?" Questioned Sakumo.
"At the moment there is nothing we can do without losing more ninjas" said Shikaku.
"Indeed, now let's get to work on rebuilding a better village" said Sakumo putting out a map of the old Konoha.
-Menma's life between 1-3 years old -
During Menma's first three years he was loved by everyone who met him although at times he came off a little weird because of his eyes and the fact he seeks knowledge just like Orochimaru. People thought this was weird because to them a kid his age should be outside having fun and playing. Another thing that was off about the boy was his love for bloody meat to him it was tasted better then cooked meat however he wasn't often allowed to eat it since it freaked Anko who usually watched him out. While out in the Land of Rice and Grass Orochimaru had found some more Uzumaki member and sent most of them to Konoha to live since that was given a compound within the village however some of them decide that they would stay and help raise the young Uzumaki to be a strong future leader.
-Menma's life between 4-6 years old -
Year Four: Orochimaru had talked to the remaining Uzumaki member who was in the Land of Rice to see how they would feel about her doing a 100% proof experiment of Menma. At first they looked at the woman as if she was crazy and was ready to use their many experienced years on fuinjutsu to take down the snake Sannin. However, after listening and looking at the boy's seal on him they allowed her to go through with it. Taking into consideration of the old wise Uzumakis advice she give Menma the chromosomes of two warriors one being the 3rd Kazekage with his magnet release and the other being the 1st Hokage with her wood release techniques. Because of this Menma was stuck inside a pod for a whole year Anko HIGHLY disagreed with this action however after being told the Uzumaki clan approved it she had to deal with it.
During his long sleep the small group of Uzumaki members had gone and exchanged something for some of the Hero water that the young Menma Uzumaki was going to need in the future. While in the pod Menma's DNA had changed resulting in him almost dying. However, because his body was already in a healing pod they were able to stabilize his health. A full year later when Menma had woken up he had seemed fine however there had been one or two incidents where he had blackout and killed some people who had turned out to be spies Orochimaru had discovered Menma was sensor and a powerful one at that. Once Orochimaru notified the small Uzumaki group that Menma had woken up they had taken the boy to teach him the history of the Uzumaki clan, their jutsus, and their culture however the main thing they taught him was Fuinjutsu however being that he was only five they didn't push to hard. One day while playing Menma had ran into two people that he felt had almost the same charka as him for some reason these two being Ginkaku and Kinkaku two people Orochimaru brought back from the dead using Edo Tensei. When he asked why they had similar charka as him Ginkaku explained how they ate the part of the nine tails belly which Menma didn't like at all for some reason not knowing the Kurama was influencing him to dislike the brothers. Orochimaru had the two brothers talk about their ninja career with Menma. They told him old war stories and things of that matter what Menma didn't know was that Orochimaru had forced them to answer all the questions Menma wanted to ask. She wanted him to be comfortable with the two and also see if he would black out something they could handle since they couldn't die.
Year Six: Most of this year Menma did physical, mental, and spiritual training. He also was being taught to control his breathing. He didn't understand it completely however his Uzumaki teachers all told him that this was important for his survival. In the next two years the Uzumaki members had planned to teach the young boy in the arts of Taijutsu, Fuinjutsu, Bukijutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu, and most importantly Ninjutsu. On Menma's sixth birthday he had met Tsunade, Tenzo and a few members of the surviving Senju-Uzumaki members. At this same party he had met Karin and Tayuya Uzumaki the two girls he had seen around the village however for some reason they were usually at the hospital for chakra exhaustion from the training they receive. Upon seeing the boy Tsunade knew something was wrong or different about the boy after pressing the snake Sannin she had finally cracked. Orochimaru had taken Tsunade out the house she and Menma lived in to explain what happened and once she was done explain she had felt Tsunade's fist connect to her face sending the woman flying. Orochimaru's guard immediately tried to stop the slug Sannin however was thrown out the way however before she could keep walking toward the woman she was wrapped in chains by two Uzumaki members those being Karin and Tayuya. This made Tsunade stop walking out of shock that two kids had unlocked their Kekkei Genkai at a young age however after a minute the chains disappeared showing they wasn't trained on how their kekkei genkai.
At that moment many Uzumaki members who were in the city and the ones that were visiting showed up to the area thinking someone was attacking. When the Uzumaki members asked what was going on Tsunade said it was something they should talk about tomorrow. A few hours later Orochimaru, Tsunade, and every adult from the party were in a townhall meeting discussing the event and a certain member Uzumaki. After going into details on Menma upbringing Orochimaru informed them that she had given him Senju DNA this didn't go over well with any Senju members.
"Why the hell would you give a child the DNA of our dead clansman" said Grandma JoJo. She was one of the older Senju members who over the last few years tried to rebuild the clan however in her old age she couldn't bear a child.
"I was doing what was best for the child knowing what he could possibly have a huge target on his back" replied Orochimaru.
"Lord Orochimaru have you never noticed that no one else in the clan can use mokuton nowhere near the level of Hashirama not even Tsunade's son Tenzo?" asked Benga who was the nephew of JoJo.
However, before she could answer Shi Uzumaki who was the leader of the Sound village Uzumaki clan spoke "I ask you for forgiven after a long discussion with Orochimaru we found that Menma isn't a normal boy he has the potential to be greater than any ninja that we have seen before".
"As the leader of the Uzumaki in the leaf village I must ask you to provide proof" said Kota. Kota was a fairly older man in his mid-40's, he had red hair like most of his member and was wearing a standard Uzumaki armor and uniform.
"When we looked at his seal it wasn't one of ours it was one of a higher power our thought is that the young Namikaze member screwed up and summoned a different deity" replied a man named Tsubasa who is appointed as the right hand of Shi after saying this he placed down a scroll. Tsunade picked it up and read the report she then handed it to Kota who was also shocked.
"So, you're telling me Menma he possibly has been given multiple kekkei genkais?" questioned a random Uzumaki member.
"And from this report he has the four tails however it's being absorbed?" questioned another person.
"Yes which is why we came to that conclusion it's not the best option however from what I see other villages are hunting the Uzumakis last time I was in Konoha there were more members within the combined clan" stated Orochimaru. This earned the woman glares from most of the people in the room however all of them held their tongue since they were the last of the bloodline seeing as no one besides Kushina has been able to bear a child something Tsunade was researching seeing as the Uzumaki live long and age slightly slower than everyone else. "Look I understand you disagree with what I did however for the sake of my apprentice and future Kage I will do anything I will give him the life his mother wanted him to have". The statement got different reactions a quarter of the people of the room felt happy to know that the future of their clan was in good hands, another quarter felt that this was wrong and that the boy should be taken be to the leaf village, the third quarter felt that boy would be weak since he was given his power and didn't earn it, and the last quarter was scared of what else the woman had or would do to make sure Menma had a good life to them the woman sounded crazy.
"We'll then if that is the case we have much to discuss" said Shi.

A few months later the Uzumaki clan was slowly dying off from old age most who survived the attack were older member which the young had gotten out the village. Today they were going to have the boy unlock his charka because from what they knew he never used it. After being told how to do it the boy searched for a good minute and started pulling on his charka which was good however the bad part was that he was pulling on the charka of the nine tails which was very potent and scared many animals and people in the area. When Orochimaru felt this charka from her office and started to smile apart of her was planning on spoiling the boy with a certain gift. The group decided that since the boy had a lot of charka and he needed to do charka control exercises however after a while they noticed something off Menma charka wasn't red It was purple meaning he wasn't pull on the nine tails charka as they had thought. Shi had come to where Menma was training and had informed them that the boy was something akin to a tail-less tailed beast however what no one knew was that inside his seal Son Goku was slowly dying for Menma pulling it's charka mixing it with his own.
-Menma's life 7-9 years old-
Age Seven: The sound village had been growing Orochimaru had allowed nuke ninjas or ninjas who were looking for a home. A few clans also joined the village those being the Chinoike clan, the Fuma clan, and the Kumanoi clan. During this year a few members of the Uzumaki clan had been hunted down and killed while on missions. Two months later Shikaku convinced Tsunade and Orochimaru to allow him and his family to spend time Menma. After getting approval Shikaku and sent Kakashi, his wife Yugao, Mikoto and a squad of anbu and the meeting point to retrieve Menma. However, on the way there they had encountered a battle between Iwagakure and Takigakure ninjas which led to them having to battle and kill every ninja however one Iwagakure ninja got a way and now the squad had to move faster to get to the target and get him to Konoha fast. Once getting Menma they had informed Tsunade that everything was good however that turned out to be a deadly lie. On the way back the group was attacked by ninjas from both village Menma had been kidnapped during the fighting and Mikoto had been stabbed in the spleen however the biggest problem was that Menma the pride and joy of two Sannins was gone. Immediately Kakashi called for back up with was in the form of Itachi and Shisui Uchiha it only took the duo an hour to find the boy however when they did a lot of blood surround the boy and his eyes were slit and red upon making eye contact Shisui quickly put him under a genjutsu knocking him out.
This event caused problems between a few groups: Konoha and Iwagakure however Konoha couldn't afford to go to war since they were still weak from the attack, Takigakure and Iwagakure had problems because they believed they were set up for their members to be killed after accepting an alliance between the two, and Orochimaru and Tsunade no longer trusted Konoha because the ninjas that Menma killed were Root (NE) ninjas who are under Danzo. Shikaku personally came to make sure Menma was safe and told Kakashi he expected a full report on this fuck up of a job. Orochimaru and Tsunade also had a falling out since she was the reason the event happened. Orochimaru had let Tsunade know that if she wanted to spend time with the boy she would have to do it in Otogakure.
A few months later Orochimaru and Menma had taken a trip the Sunagakure Menma wasn't the biggest fan of the desert or the heat however he made a friend named Gaara who was also a Jinchuriki and was one of the of the current Kazekage Rasa kids. Orochimaru had informed Rasa that her godson also had the magnet kekkei genkai just like him and his child and asked Rasa for a favor of teaching him how to use it. After a long discussion on old Uzumaki history and pointing out the fact that one of his kids had the DNA of an Uzumaki Rasa and Orochimaru came to an agreement that befitted both sides. Rasa would teach the young Uzumaki and exchange the Sound village would form an alliance with them in case Kumogakure or Iwagakure tried to attack them seeing as both had taken over small villages recently. After spending six months of training Menma had gotten a handle on his magnet and had made a new and a rival within Gaara. Rasa thought the boy had some real talent since Menma had the ability to use his gold sand however he wasn't as good as Rasa was with it.
Age Eight: Orochimaru had made a decision to take Menma to the Land of Iron so he could get training with Kenjutsu since next year she would start training the boy. The Uzumaki clan in the Land of Rice had been reduced to around eight people and all of them were younger than eighteen which meant they had no real leader. The older members of the clan had decided to go back to the Land Of Whirlpools to try to revive the clan or to make sure no one else got their hands on their secrets. After not being able to find a samurai to train Menma she had turn to ronin samurais to train him however in return she had to promise them land in her village which she had no problem with. The group had decided to call themselves the Yokai clan because of their skills and the way that didn't make sound when they walk or run. (Yokai means Ghost in Japanese).
Age Nine: Orochimaru and Tsunade had discussed everything that had happened and the Otokage had forgiven the slug Sannin however she was told something interesting. A week later Menma, Karin, Tayuya and Anko were all sent to Land Of Water to find a man named Utakata. The man was a ninja of the Mist village however the man had decided to travel and now was labeled as a missing ninja however in the bingo book it said "DO NOT KILL REQUIRED ALIVE" even the money on the man's head was low with little to no information. During their travel the group had ran into Yagura Karatachi the fourth Mizukage however the man didn't attack them and even offered them a free place to stay for the night. The group agreed trying to not rise any red flags but upon making it to the hotel Anko summoned a snake to tell Orochimaru what happened. After reading the letter sent to her Orochimaru sent back a letter telling them she would be there in two days and not to leave until she got there. Three days later Orochimaru and Yagura was sitting in his office they had discussed the topic of her ninjas being in Land Of Water they had also talked about how Yagura knew three of the kids had Uzumaki blood that he would them to became Kiri ninjas. Orochimaru immediately refused however Yagura told her that by blood right the Seven Ninja Swords belonged to them however without proper training they wouldn't be able to use them. He also knew that one of them had to be the jinchuriki for the nine tails and since he was prefect one he could train them however in turn they had to become a Kiri ninja.
Orochimaru knew that she didn't have a real leg to stand on and that if she didn't agree there could be problems since the man and his anbu saw the faces of all three kids. However, before she could answer Yagura told her to think about it and that they would talk about it in detail later. Upon making to the hotel the group finally saw their leader however they knew something was up so she asked them for their input on the subject. Menma had told her that he would like to stay here and train because he felt like he would be trained harder and the fact that he could became one of the Seven ninja Swordsmen. Anyone who knew Menma knew he wanted one or all of those swords since his clan did make them and the ones who did was killed a during the Second Shinobi War. Karin had decided she wanted to stay with Menma as she was his right hand and future advisor when he became Kage of Uzushiogakure a dream she, Menma, Tayuya and the other Uzumaki had. Tayuya however unlike her friends wanted to go back to Otogakure because she hated how cold it was in Kirigakure.

A few days later Orochimaru, Menma, and Karin were in the Mizukage office she had made a deal with Yagua which led to a trade alliance between the two. When Menma introduced himself Yagura gained a deep smile he had told the boy that he would personally take on the job of training Menma. The Otokage was sad to know that her grandson as she called him wouldn't be around as much as she would like however she knew that he was in good hands and that she would be able to still see him. When Orochimaru, Anko, and Tayuya made it to the gates she had reminded Menma to remember what she told him and that if he ever felt like Kiri wasn't treating him right he could come back home. (Author's Notes: If you haven't put two and two together Orochimaru is spoiling Menma like if she could give him the world she would).
A month later Orochimaru had informed the council that her grandson would be taught in Kirigakure. This news wasn't best received however as she is his legal guardian they had no choice in the matter. When asked what they would do about a tailed beast she replied that in the event they needed one she had alliances with two villages with two tailed beasts. She had informed them to keep an eye out for the man named Utakata because he is the hold on the six tails and she wanted it. After another week had passed she had informed Tsunade of the development and the fact that Menma wouldn't be returning to the Hidden Leaf Village. When Tsunade heard this she had informed the Hokage and sent his Inheritance to the Otokage who then set the boy up with multiple bank accounts.
When the 5th Hokage got this terrible news a small part of him was happy to hear some news about the boy however another part of him was upset since he was promised that the child would return. When the news got out that Menma wasn't going to return to the village there was a huge celebration that the demon container was gone never to come back however this party was shut down by the many clans within the village. Speaking of said clans this news didn't go over well with them because even though it was almost ten years ago the village was still crippled mentally, physically, and financially and they were required to give him his father's money and jutsus. The Uzumaki-Senju clan head wasn't happy with this news and wanted to send someone to get him however the Uzumaki side of the clan agreed that it was best for him not to be raised in this village since people were out to kill him. Shikaku had sent a letter tell Orochimaru that the boy's father came from a civilian family since the Namikaze wasn't seen as a clan In the hidden leaf and due to that fact his money had been given to the village however he can give him any and all the scrolls the man had. The rest of the year had gone as normal as it could get Menma had made friends with a couple of people in the village and was being trained by the Mizukage.
- Menma's life years 10 and 11-
Year Ten: Menma and Karin had bought a small house within the village. It had three rooms, two bathrooms, a medium size kitchen, and a decent size back yard. Over the last two years both had become fur-parents Menma had come across a saber tooth tiger and a pack of wolf cubs that had lost their parents to hunters while Karin had found two foxes near the Land Of Fire. One night while sleeping in his bed he felt pulled deeper into his subconscious when he looked around it there were weird looking trees and something was calling his name so he followed the voice. After ten minutes of walking, he came to a man although he could make out his face for some reason.
"Finally, you're here I thought you would never come" said the man.
"Umm who the hell are you?" asked Menma who was confused with what the man was doing here.
"I'm nobody kid I'm just here to tell you what Yami-sama wanted you to know" said the man who called himself "Nobody".
"Well Mr. Nobody what does Yami-sama want me to know" asked the spoiled brat.
"You have been blessed with a few bloodlines and two dojutsus" said Mr. Nobody as he started walking off.
"Which ones?" asked Menma.
"Kami why me of all people?" asked the being as he walked back towards the boy. "As far a dojutsus it doesn't say however you have been blessed with the following Explosion, Demonic Ice, Yin & Ying, Demonic Flame, and Poison be care you could easily kill someone" said Mr. Nobody as he disappeared.
"How do I use these?" asked Menma to no one however someone answered.
"Well, if it isn't my vessel nice to officially meet you" said a giant fox which had nine tails behind it.
"Your Kurama right? Nice to meet you" said Menma who held out a fist.
"Kit why aren't you scared?" asked Kurama.
"I'm a Uzumaki and apparently Yami-sama has blessed me" replied Menma.
"Kit I have bad news she cursed you don't ask me how I know just trust me" said Kurama trying not to think about Son Goku.
"You're talking about the other tailed beast that is connect to my charka it's dying right?" questioned Menma.
"Yes how did you know?" asked a stun Kurama.
"I heard my grandmother talking out it they called me a tail-less tailed beast and from what I read the seal on me is outlawed because of the cost and gains" answered Menma.
"So, what will you do?" questioned Kurama.
"There is nothing I can do he can't fully die however his charka will be put to good use" replied Menma looking around he then closed his eyes and changed the landscape to an open field. "We need to discuss things" said Menma.
Menma and Karin were allowed into the civilian academy where they were required to do two years before taking the ninja academy entry test. Menma was top of his class in education however when it came to physical academics he wasn't middle of the class he didn't really want to hurt people ever since that day. After thinking about what his grandmother and cousin would do about killing and violence he realized that it was the lifestyle of a ninja. After thinking about this Menma no longer held back. This didn't make him top of his class however it did help him gain access to take the exams to enter Kirigakure ninja academy. It took two attempts before Menma had passed and earned his spot with the academy. However, now he needed to go to Otogakure to grab his inheritance.
-Time skip-
In December, the Mizukage had sent Menma and a group of ninjas to Otogakure to receive what rightfully belong to Menma. I had taken Menma and Karin a day and a half to get to the ports so they could head towards the land of fire which was near the Sound Village. Early in the morning three ronin who were watching the gate saw a group of people walking their way at first they thought it was a group of Jonins coming back for a small mission however when they looked closer at the group they noticed that that didn't have sound headbands on.
In the front of the group was a young tan skin boy, he was wearing a white fur coat although it was hanging off of him, a black shirt which has the Uzumaki swirl, he was wearing black anbu pants that had designs on them and a few tears below the knees, through the pant you could see black tape on his legs and ankles, and on his face he had on a weird mask that showed only his eyes. What was definitely noticed was the fact that he and the person next to him had red hair however the boy had some black highlight. The person next to him was wearing white PJ's like she still was in bed a thought was shared between the three that girl had to be carried most of the trip because the group stopped so she could put ninja slides on.

Once getting to the gates the three ronin asked the young teen to remove his mask, which Menma did upon seeing his face they welcomed him home and told him that Lord Orochimaru would want to see him immediately. The other three people that were with them were told to remain at the gate seeing as they didn't know who they were however Menma told the gate guards that these were his loyal friends so they were escorted to the Otokage.
-10 Minutes later-
During the ten-minute walk to the tower the people on the streets started to point and talk about the group that was being walked in by anbu members. Very few knew who he was while most others thought the boy was of royalty. After a ten-minute walk they had finally made it to the tower, got past the lady at the front desk, and now were in the office. When Orochimaru saw who was in her office was delighted however she didn't like what the boy did to his hair Menma now was rocking med length Viking locs which allude to the fact that the boy hardly washed his hair. The boy also wore the same earrings as his grandmother and cousin Anko but unlike them the boy had two unusually large wolves to his left and right. She then noticed Karin and a few other humans were with him.
"Welcome back home Menma and Karin as for the rest of you welcome to Otogakure" said the Otokage smiling at the group.
"Greeting Otokage-dono/ Hey grandmother" said the group.
"Please introduce yourselves" said Otokage already knowing partly who they were from the letters Menma sent her.
"My name is Suigetsu Hōzuki" said the one behind the group. Suigetsu is a lean-built young man of average height, straight white hair with a light-blue tint to it in the anime, almond shaped purple eyes, he has pointed teeth. He is wearing a purple, sleeveless shirt with blue pants, sandals, and a belt around his waist with water bottles attached to it. He had the Hiramekarei blades known as one of the famous swords of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist on his back
"Hey, I'm Akiko Hoshigaki protector of Menma-sama" said Angel who was standing on Menma's right. Angel stood 5'2, had golden skin, has light blue eyes, natural a blonde but changed it to jet black since it looked better, and she wore light red full body armor that had two long swords on the back. Her clan had tried getting the girl to wear a different color or just a different outfit while in the field however she was daredevil and wanted to be known as "the Red Death".
Lowering his face mask "I'm Menma Uzumaki-Hoshigaki" stated Menma. This shocked Orochimaru and Karin who both didn't know this information.
"Uzumaki and Hoshigaki you're going to be a problem" said Lord Orochimaru with a fake smile in the back of her mind she was only hoping that the boy hadn't changed that much.
"How do you mean?" asked Suigetsu.
"the Senju and Uzumaki clans distant blood cousins and the Hoshigaki clan are one of the deadliest clans to come out of Kirigakure" answered Menma. This shocked most of the people in the room however then someone spoke up "As a member of the Hoshigaki clan we do damage" said Akiko smiling with her shark teeth. The wolf next to Menma bit his hand lightly looking over to his old but best friend "Oh I'm sorry this right here is Leo Sr and his son Leo Jr" said Menma.
"They look like Werewolves a species not seen in years you never told me you had a summoning contract Menma" said Orochimaru smiling at her grandson.
"My kind was and has been hunted for decades the reason why we haven't been seen is because half of my clan has decided to hunt down humans as for Menma here he needs to pass our test to became a summoner" stated Leo Sr.
"I shall inform my ninjas however I must ask what brought you here?" asked Lord Orochimaru.
"I am here for my inheritance" said Menma holding out his hand.
"Therein lies a problem" said Orochimaru getting up and walking over towards a safe.
"What's the problem?" asked Menma.
"What all do you know about Konoha and your parents" questioned Orochimaru looking at Menma as he put his hand down.
"I only know a few things about Konoha and my family history" replied Menma.
"And what all do you know?" she asked unlocking the safe.
"Well, I know my mother is Kushina Uzumaki, I know my father came from a clan called the Namikaze.." said Menma however Orochimaru cut him off right there. "The Namikaze aren't a clan in Konoha's eyes" said the woman. There was silence in the room and it took a minute however once it clicked Menma started leaking killing intent however Akiko hugged him from behind making him calm down a little.
"Are you telling me that they won't give Lord Menma his father's items" said Karin.
"What I am telling you is that they give it to the civilians I have a few things from him however from your mother's side you are very well set up" said Orochimaru.
"I'm rich?" questioned Menma.
"Your accounts have been set up" said Orochimaru handing him a scroll "In that scroll is enough money until you turn sixteen where you'll have access to the rest of your money".
"Thank you however do you something from my father?" asked the boy hoping she did.
"Sorry Menma but no they take everything besides these scrolls which they couldn't open" said Orochimaru handing him three scrolls.
"Thank you but hey can I take my friends to my house?" asked Menma hugging his grandmother.
"Sure, go in ahead" said Orochimaru as she broke the hug and let the boy go with his friends.
-Timeskip-
Thirty minutes later the group had made it to a large compound that was partly outside the village. Upon seeing the large compound, Akiko and Suigetsu looked shocked that the compound was so big while Menma and Karin were looking at the compound trying to figure out why it looked different. The Uzumaki compound had four large houses, eight medium size houses, six small houses and two training grounds the group had decided to explore one of each house. the large house had four floors, twelve bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two libraries, a large kitchen with a long table, and 2 living rooms. The medium house had two floors five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a nice size kitchen, and only one living room which included a library bookcase. The small house had one floor with three rooms, two bathrooms, a small living room, and a small kitchen Menma hated the house and wondered why anyone would live here.
"Menma what do you want us to do?" asked Akiko.
"Let's see whose around and Akiko you're with me Suigetsu you follow Karin" said Menma.
"See ya later" said Karin winking at Menma.
"See ya Karin-hime" replied Menma walking away.
-Twenty minutes later
Menma and Akiko had explored the houses looking for people they found a few teens however they were on their way to do missions. Menma had learned some good news although it was kind of unfortunate two of the teens had hooked up and now a girl named Jade was pregnant with twins. The bad part was that she was only 15 years old. Jade had also let it be known that Menma and Karin owned houses within the compound one large and medium house each so Menma had proceed to seal his houses within a scroll making room for a new house or training ground.
Meanwhile Karin was a little upset that Menma had wanted to split up however she understood since she did say that she wanted to go to her old house she shared with Tayuya. A part of her missed her best friend and wished she would have went to Kirigakure with them however again she understood why the girl wanted to stay. After looking around for a while she found her house it looked like someone had been working on it. When she and Suigetsu walked in they didn't see anyone and the place looked dirty she had made a water clone to help her clean the place up however while cleaning up she ran into Tayuya who looked out of it so she rushed the girl to a hospital while Suigetsu ran to found Menma and Akiko.
Upon seeing Menma and Akiko Suigetsu yelled their names "MENMA AKIKO COME QUICKLY!". Both turned around quickly and ran towards their friend once meeting up Suigetsu told them what happened and they headed towards the hospital.
-Hospital- (Dark Spot Warning)
When Menma, Akiko, and Suigetsu made it to the hospital Karin had told them she found the girl passed out in the tub foaming out the mouth. This shocked Menma who knew the girl and remember her saying to that she wasn't one to take drugs the girl didn't even smoke weed which was a plant common in the Land of Grass. After waiting a few hours, they were finally allowed to see her although they weren't allowed near her since the doctor had a feeling she was a threat to herself and those around her. When they asked why he thought that he had informed them that Opium and cocaine was found in her system on top of that she lately had a habit of attacking people ever since they left. They made both of her friends feel like shit they didn't know that they had caused this to happen Suigetsu tried to tell them it wasn't their fault however they tuned him out.
-Timeskip-
It was now a week later and Tayuya was still in the hospital although during this time she had made a small recovery. After Orochimaru was informed of what happened she sent a letter to Tsunade asking for help because this had been an ongoing problem in the land. In the neighboring land which is the Land of Rice they made many illegal drugs and sold them to many villages Orochimaru had tried to make sure none of her people was using that stuff however it somehow ended up in her land and was affecting her people. Tsunade gave advice however she couldn't help in person because she was still trying to figure out how to revive her clan seeing as many of them were old.
Menma and Karin had been removed from the hospital after two days because they weren't patients and sitting around doesn't help anyone. The nurses told them that they would keep them updated and told them to go home. After leaving the hospital Karin had gone to the tower to tell the Otokage that she would be staying in the village so that she could look after her friend Orochimaru thanked her however told her that she needed to inform Menma of this decision.
Upon making it back to the compound Karin saw Menma and Akiko talking to someone who looked like a Senju member. Once catching up to the group the woman addresses her "You must be Karin it's nice to meet you I am Jeni" said the woman now known as Jeni. She was wearing a white kimono with the Senju kanji on it.
"Nice to meet you how can we help you?" asked Karin.
"I was informed by lady Tsunade of your friend I may not be as good of a medic as her however I can help" said Jeni.
"She's in the hospital" stated Menma who looked tired.
"I'll make my way there I just wanted to meet the future Kage of the Uzushiogakure" said Jeni as she disappeared.
"Hey Menma, I need to talk to you" said Karin.
"Karin if it's bad news keep it" said Menma as he walked into a random small house Akiko and Suigetsu followed him while Karin just went home to clean up so that when her best friend gets out the hospital she'll have a clean place to stay.
-Karin and Tayuya's house-
The place was disgusting. There was food everywhere, rats and roaches everywhere you looked, and there was a foul odor in the air. Karin first thought was to burn the house down and just pick a new house within the compound however she didn't know who lived in what houses. Karin went through thirty hand signs then yelled "Shadow clone jutsu" after ten appeared she told them "We need to clean this place up take everything dirty and burn it outside" said Karin. After two hours all the rats and roaches were dead, the foul odor was gone, and the house was damn near empty. Karin knew that she needs to go shopping however she knew Menma would pay for the furniture since he did promise her new stuff.
-2 hours later-
Karin had woken up Menma and told him the news of her staying in the village Menma understood however wasn't happy that his friend would be leaving him. The two decided to let their friends sleep and go get all new stuff for the house. Menma had brought new beds, dressers, towels, kitchen tools, food, and other things for the house while in the house Menma had decided to take a shower because his clothes and body smelled bad. When he got out of that shower he dried off and put on a white muscle shirt, a stone necklace he made on his travels, underwear, some black and green shorts, and some ninja slides. When he looked in the mirror he saw that his eyes looked different so he asked his furry friend who lived within his body.
"Hey nine tails" thought Menma.
"What the fuck do you want you damn well know I'm sleeping" replied Kurama.
"Well wake your ass up what the hell is going on with my eyes they look different" thought Menma.
"Your DNA has been changed since the day of you birth" replied Kurama.
"No one ever explained what that meant" stated Menma.
"You probably have a dojutsu" said Son Goku.
"Which one?" asked Menma .
"Hell, I don't know" said Son Goku.
"Well, that sucks" said Menma.
"Will you two shut the hell up" said Kurama.
"They look like the odd looking sharingan" thought Menma.
"Neither one of you parents were Uchiha" said Kurama.
"How does a person DNA change?" asked Menma.
"Yami" said Son Goku with a tone of anger.
"I keep hearing about this person however when am I going to meet her" asked Menma.
"She's someone who you don't want to run into on the day of your birth she gave you a gift however idk what it is just try pulling on your charka using the ram sign" said Kurama.
After placing his hand in the ram sign his whole body started to glow, his mindscape changed into a field of fire, and he felt stronger. Before he could talk to Kurama someone knocked on his door leaving his mindscape he went to open the door. Once opening the door Karin, Suigetsu and Akiko were standing there with swords ready to attack.
"Is everything okay? we felt a strong spike of charka" said Akiko.
"Oh, sorry I was assessing my charka" replied Menma.
"Your eyes look a little different let's go to a training ground to see what you can do" said Suigetsu.
-Training ground-
Orochimaru felt the spike of charka and saw up to the house after being told of Menma supposed dojutsu she told them to follow her to her private training ground. Once they got to the training ground Orochimaru told Menma to focus charka to his eyes upon doing that Menma's eyes turned Purple with one Gold Tomoe. This shocked the group but mostly Orochimaru who had seen this eye once when she was a kid unfortunately the Uchiha clan had exiled the boy for having a weird Sharingan.
"Looks like you unlock the Sharingan I didn't know you had Uchiha blood within you" said Suigetsu.
"This isn't a Sharingan nor is it the Ringan it's something else however I don't know what it is" said Orochimaru looking at the tomoe.
"This feels weird" said Menma as he fell to a knee.
"Stop sending charka to your eyes" said Akiko came to his aid.
"You need to do more charka control exercises" said Orochimaru.
"What do you mean?" asked Menma.
"The charka that you were using was natural charka next time be more careful I don't know how or why but you were using it at one point honestly it felt like Log's Charka" said Orochimaru.
Before he could respond he heard a voice "It seems that your body produces Senjutsu as known as natural charka" said Kurama.
"The nine tails said something about Senjutsu Charka what's that?" asked Menma
"Something that you're going to learn about later for now you, Akiko, Karin and Suigetsu get some rest" said Orochimaru as she walked off.

Okay, so this rewrite came with a few changes and a lot more details so I hope you enjoyed it.
To anyone who is confused Son Goku and Kurama are sealed within Menma using a special seal however due to the seal they are being absorbed making him a tail-less tailed beast.
Sakumo Hatake is alive in the story because of the Will of Fire. He did the right thing so he shouldn't have been treated like shit when the whole village is built on teamwork just think about it.
When I first wrote this I made Shikaku and Minato cousins however I didn't find anything linking the two so why can't they just be really good friends.
Menma will have girlfriends that he dates throughout the story but will have two or three wives.
Menma is not related to Karin, Han, Rōshi, or Tayuya.
I couldn't pick one so I gave him a few nin animals however since the Namikaze isn't really talked about why not connect them to wolves who are smart, loyal and have a pack mentally.
The 3rd Hokage is the worse Kage ever IMO don't at me.
Who should be on teams? I'll also be covering Teams 7,8,9, and 10 (that being Neji, Rock Lee, Ten-Ten, Sasuke, Kiba, Shino, Choji, Shikamaru, Hinata, Ino, Sakura, and Satsuki).
