'It's been hours since she has gone back into the Owl House are deciding to become this "Grom Queen" instead of her friend so she can face some monster that will become her worst fear... I don't know if she inherited the Wayne bravery or recklessness...' thought Batman as he continued observing the Owl House as he saw Amity and what looked like her siblings based on appearance walking towards the house.
Meanwhile in the house Luz was trying to pick out what you would wear for Grom night, and what she would wear when facing Grom!
'Hmm...'thought Luz as she was deciding between a stylish midnight dress or a purple otter costume.
Suddenly Luz got a text on her phone from her mom and so that it was a picture of her going to their favorite after school restaurant known as chimichurri sandwiches along with a miss you baby XO.
Luz fell down as once again she had to lie to her mother that she was not in camp but somewhere else as she texted a happy face with a sticking out tongue.
"Oh Luz. You have a guest."said Hooty as he pressed his face up to Luz's to tell her that she had company.
"Holty no touching!"said Luz as Hooty was in her personal space.
"Amity."said Luz as Amity walked into her room.
"Jf that burd tube ever talks to me again, I'm going to destroy it."said Amity as she was getting Hooty feathers out of her hair.
"You ready to train?"
"What should I wear to Grom?"said Luz as she held out her options to show to Amity.
"This one says "witch with a dark side."said Luz as she held the Black dress.
"But this one say "I'm an otter with a dark side."said Luz as she picked up the purple otter costume.
"Luz you need to take this seriously. If you can't defeat Grom, everyone on the island will have to live out there worst nightmare."scolded Amity as she wanted Luz to take the situation they were in seriously.
"You want to know my worst nightmare."said Hooty as he pressed his face next to Amity's...!
"Stop, stop, Amity stop!"said Luz as Amity went psycho and started beating Hooty.A short while later Batman observed Luz, Amity, and from what he heard Luz said Emira and Edric, Amity's older brother and sister as they were currently standing in front of the Owl house.
Hooty was now wearing an eye patch over his right eye along with several bandages courtesy of the young Blight.
As for Amity she was currently pacing back and forth around the front of the house.
"Grom will transform into your darkest fears. What are you afraid of Luz?"asked Amity as she pointed her finger at the girl in question.
Luz began to ponder as Edric and Emira decided to voice what they were afraid of to help Luz along.
"Wanna say our greatest fears? On there. One, two.. being alone forever."said Edric.
"Being stuck with you forever."said Emira much to the disappointment of her twin brother as that was a low blow.
"in preparation, I've made a list."said Luz as she handed Amity a list of the fears she could think of from the top of her head.
Amity took the list from Luz as she, Emira, but Edric looked it over as the twins began giggling before activating their illusion magic.
Soon they made illusions of a jerk who wanted to debate online and a cat with a human face...?
"Ah, jerks online who wanted a debate. Ah! Human souls trapped in cat bodies. No!"exclaimed Luz as Batman was honestly surprised that this was some of his daughter's greatest fears...
Then if that wasn't surprising enough, a carton of milk pouring said milk into a Glass appeared in her hand and she was explaining that she was lactose intolerant...?
"Not enough!"said Amity as those were one of the mill fears.
"The reason I can't face Grom, it goes deeper than things that just gross me out. What's your real fear Luz?"asked Amity as Luz looked up to the room where Eda usually stayed when she was asleep.
"My real fear is that Eda thinks I'm too fragile for this. And if she's right, I'll never be a real witch!"said Luz as Batman just shook his head.
'That is not her real fear. Her real fear is revealing the truth to her mother as where she had been this whole time, as disappointing her mother is her biggest fear.' thought Batman who noticed the expression Luz makes whenever she gets a text from her mother Camila.
Meanwhile Edric and Emira use their hands to make a giant circle so they could cast their illusion magic and created a giant version of Eda!
"Your inadequate!"exclaimed illusion Eda as she casted a spell to put Luz and a baby chair complete with a baby bib...
Meanwhile the real Eda was inside her room seeing if a yellow bow tie would fit her style clothing for Grom!
"Meow! Still got it!said Eda as she was admiring herself in the mirror.
"No!"yelled Luz so loud that Eda could hear it.
"I get it. Dtch the yellow."said Eda has she walked outside with her yellow bow tie in her hand being afford noticing her giant illusion self.
"Is that's supposed to be me? Dang I look great ahh!"said Eda as she was admiring her illusion before realizing what Luz was up to.
"Wait a sec. You're training to be Grom Queen!"said Eda as Luz fell over in her baby seat as the illusion magic dissipated.
"You think training will help against Grom? Luz, you always go overboard, and I end up bailing you out. Now, what's the fun in watching a kid get eaten by a monster if it's my kid?"asked Eda as she didn't want Luz to put herself in unnecessary danger again.
'So she actually cares about her.' thought Batman from his perch as he was reading their lips.
"Well maybe you'll have fun watching me defeat Grom!"said Luz as she crotty chop the illusion of the the weird human soul trap cat thing...?
"Luz I don't think you're ready, but we're literally out of time."said Amity and she placed her hand on Luz's
shoulder.
"I'll take it!"said Luz as she felt like she was ready.
"Looks like I will have to be there to step in."said Batman is he gone from his perch and began making his way to Hexside with the help of a map that he acquired some time ago.

"Arms...so...tired..."said the snaggle beast as he was acting like the disco ball for the dance as he had been literally hanging from a rope for hours.
Meanwhile the students lf Hexside school for Magic and Demonics were having a good time chatting among one another and dancing to the music that the living musical band of instruments was playing.
Willow was using her plan magic to make bouquets for the men's tuxedos.
Batman meanwhile was outside ripping a vent into the school open as he he forced his large body inside the vent that although crampt, it was in the first time he has crawled through events so he know how to move his body through it.
'Now I just need to make my way to the gymnasium... that's where most school dances are held as it's usually the largest room in the school.' thought Batman as he began crawling through the vents.
"Why so twitchy, witchy? Trying to remember if I've ever seen you this word before."said King as he noticed that Eda was on edge.
"Well of course I'm worried. I'm going to have to save Luz from a nightmare monster. Ahh, so much for Mama's the fun night out."said Eda who wanted to have fun tonight, but now because of Luz that would have to change.
Soon the lights went out and Gus, acting his role as MC started to get the crowd riled up for the upcoming Grom fight!
"Wow Gus is really good at this. They're hanging on his every word."said King as he and Eda took their seats.
"I see we got principal Bump in the house. Now sir I hope you won't throw us in detention because, uh, we're going to raise the roof."said Gus as a spotlight landed on principal Bump who looked embarrassed.
"I uh, hope my material's up to snuff, whoa!"said King as he fell down on his behind onto a Wolfie cushion?
"What do you think we'll go better with the youth? Close up magic or impression."asked King as he talked the Wolfie cushion away.
"Oh King... teenagers are brutal. They'll boo anyone, and that kind of public humiliation can stick with you for life."said Eda as King was having second thoughts of being the co-MC.
Meanwhile amity in a pinkish dark dress stepped out of the gymnasium as she held the purple folded piece of paper in her hand.
"I'm not sure if it's nerves or if I accidentally drank some milk. But, something is making my stomach squirm."said Luz and she walked up to Amity wearing a combination of a tuxedo and a ballerina tutu.
"You look nic. Strange but nice. And thank Luz. Honestly I'm kind of amazed by how fearless you are."said Amity as she was impressed that Luz was facing thks so head on.
"You've done things I could never do."
"My mom used to say I inherited my dad's bravery, and yeah right. You're going soft on me Blight?"asked Luz as the Amity she met the first time they metwouldn't have been so emotional and caring.
"Hahahah! In your dreams."said Amity as Gus called for Luz to step four and face Grom!
"You know her. You love her. You've at least heard of her, Luz the Human!"said Gus as the spotlight landed on Luz.
"Wish me luck."said Luz as she stepped forth into the gymnasium
"Luck."said Amity as she hoped her friend would come out of this in one piece.
Soon a podium with a red button and spider legs approached Gus and Gus proceeded to press the red button that caused the floor underneath the gymnasium to open! Two walls filled with weapons came out of the floor where Luz was standing and she quickly picked out a morning star!
Luz placed an Ice cliff on the morning star as she started to slowly go down to the lair of Grom!
Soon Grom started to form behind your as Luz turned around.
"There you are, Gromarama. Not so scary."said Luz as several human souls trapped in cat bodies formed and started approaching her!
"Urgh so weird."said Luz as she slammed the morning starting to the ground and created a pillar of ice to send the cat things away!
The crowd went wild as Gus was acting as MC to get the crowd even more riled up as they were cheering for his friend! King at that very moment walked up to the stage in order to act as co MC, but he quickly screwed up and the crowd started booing him, causing the self-proclaimed king of demons to begin running off the stage like a whiny baby!
Gus, being worried about King right after him.
Luz meanwhile was still fighting Grom, who had taken the form of jerks online who wanted debate...?
"You're not coming from a place of intellectual honesty, so debating you would be pointless!"said Luz as she unleashed another ice cliff, piercing the online troll that Grom took the form of!
Eda was actually impressed that her student was actually holding her own as Bump was acting as the MC now as he asked what form would Grom take next?!
"Let's finish this human style!"said Luz as she felt like she was ready to face anything Grom had to throw at her!
Soon Grom took the form of Eda, much to the Owl Lady's embarrassment.
But Grom did something unexpected as it stuck it's tentacle in Luz's head and began reading her mind.
Grom then took the form of the magical door that connects the human world to The Boiling Isles, and from that door came Luz's mother Camila!
"Mija?"asked the fake Camila, much to Luz's shock.
"Mom what are you doing here?"asked Luz, who had completely forgotten that that wasn't her real mother!
"Luz, what is this terrible place? Espere un momento, this isn't camp?! Have you been here all these weeks? Ahh... and is that a weapon!"said the fake Camila as Luz droped the morning star!
"I can explain."said Luz as Grom took a more monstrous form of her mother.
"Mija, have you been lying to me!"said Grom as soon as the transformation was complete!
Batman meanwhile finally made it to the gymnasium and saw Grom just as Luz began running out of the school saying she couldn't do it.
'Great...' thought Batman as he went through the air ducts again to go after his daughter.
"I don't want to be Grom Queen anymore! I give up the throne!"said Luz as she was overwhelmed with her true fear of not telling her mother the truth!
Soon Luz found herself corridered as she ended up near a cliffside that led directly into the boiling ocean as she was now a sitting duck in a rock and a hard place between a boiling ocean that would melt military into a liquid and a monster that can turn into her worst fear!
"Why can't you face me Luz?Why can't you face your own mother?!"asked the fake Camilla she was approaching Luz.
"You're not really my mom."said Luz as she tried to remind herself that the creature before her was not her mother!
"How could you say that, carino? You're breaking my heart!"exclaimed Grom Camila and she tried to attack Luz, only for Eda to fire a heat blast at her from Owlbert.
"Hands of my human, you misshaping excuse for a monster."said Eda as she raided herself to face Grom!
"Eda, you were right. I'm not ready."said Luz as she should have listened to her teacher.
"That's okay, I got this one."said Eda as she was preparing a magic spell before Amity jumped out of nowhere and got it between Grom and Luz!
"Stay away from her!"said Amity as Grom replica tendril around Amity and pulled her up off the ground!
"I'm sorry Luz. I should have thought my own battle!"said Amity as Grom began to read her mind!
"No Amity your fear!"
Soon Grom took the form of a humanoid about amity's height and it began approaching Amity. Soon Grom grab the folded paper in Amity's pocket and ripped it to shreds right in front of her! Causing Amity to feel extremely down!
Luz ran towards her friend as Amity picked up a piece of the paper while Grom moved your back a few feet.
Luz picked up the piece of the paper that Amity left on the floor and open it up to read it.
"You were afraid of getting rejected. Amity, it's okay. What if I went to Grom with you instead?"said Lus as Amity appeared happy when she said that.
"Really?"said Amity.
"That's what friends do."said Luz as they saw Grom take on a more monstrous form!
"Well then, if that's settled, may I have this dance."said Amity as she held out her hand for Luz.
Both both girls held each other and prepared to dance as Grom was changing form as the two girls began dancing as they approached Grom with the intention of finishing the monster off!
Luz spawn Amity around as Amity used her feet to create a magical circle to use her abomination magic! Once the circle was complete did she activate the spell causing a large abomination to appear with Luz and Amity on top of its head!
Luz was spun around as she pulled out several cards with glyphs as Amity and her did the tango as Luz place the plant glyph on the abomination!
Soon the launch the abomination at Grom as the monster did the same actually swallowed the abomination! But as soon as it did that get the plan magic from Luz's glyph activate and begin to form a giant tree inside of Grom!
Luz meanwhile landed on the floor first and grabbed Amity mid-air as they spun around as she held the youngest Blight princess style as they spun around did one last dance move as a tree popped out of Grom!
Two crowns appeared on their heads but the fight wasn't over yet as Grom try to attack them one final!
Luz was about to prepare some more glyphs, when Batman jumped in front of them and threw several batarangs Grom!
The batarang's immediately exploded, causing the creature damage as Batman slowly approached Grom!
"Batman!"said Luz as she wasn't expecting her favorite superhero to appear out of nowhere.
Grom meanwhile stuck a tentacle into Batman's head and tried to read his mind to find out his worst fear. But Grom quickly real botanical back and started backing away slowly from Batman.
"Grom is afraid..."said Amity as she wasn't expecting the creature that became everyone's worst fear to actually be afraid.
"Batman long ago conquer his worst fear so Grom has no effect on him."said Luz as Batman pulled out some nth metal brass knuckles and punched the creature so hard that it actually hit the tree and broke into teeny tiny pieces as it began retreating back to the school!
"Oh my gosh Batman what are you doing here?"asked Luz as she ran towards Batman as Batman avoided a blast of magic, courtesy of Eda.
"Luz stay back! That is the mercenary who was after you!"
"Eda it's okay he's from my world."said Luz, confusing Eda as Batman approached Luz.
Batman just smiled slightly as he patted Luz on the head before he ran off and jumped off the cliff!
"Batman!"said Luz as she and Amity ran after Batman to see if he was okay, only to see him glide off as he had activated his wingsuit feature as they say the Dark Knight disappear into the night.
Before Luz and Amity could process more on what was going on, the people from heckside arrived to congratulate them for defeating Grom and hoisting them up as high as they could!
Both girls decided to ask questions later as they began laughing and looking at each other as for now victory was there and that's all that mattered!
Batman meanwhile landed on a nearby cliff and pulled out the piece of paper that Amity had with her to see that it was Luz who she wanted to ask to go with her to Grom.
"Hmm... well I'm surprised."said Batman although he felt like he had no position to say anything on who Luz dates and all he cares about is that she's happy with whoever she chooses to be with.
Meanwhile a piece of Grom was trying to get back to the school when someone stood in front of it! The individual was dressed like a scarecrow and he even had a large scythe and a sack. He was no ordinary individual as he was in fact Dr Jonathan Crane, better known as the scarecrow
"Well now."said Scarecrow as he placed the piece of Grom into a test tube and sealed it shut with a cork.
"Now you look like you're going to be useful."said Scarecrow as he disappeared into the brush!
