The Vision
He always thought optimism could carry him in life. He chuckled bitterly, to tell the truth; he sometimes tired with being optimistic about his unfortunate life. Why did he have to be born in this world? The day he was born, he was abandoned all alone. The wind was rigidly cold and blowing hard, the rain was pouring and the thunder was crackling in the sky. One of the lightings was striking near him, causing fire which against all odd, lit, amidst the heavy rain and the blowing wind. He, however was found rather quickly. One old adventure had found him and sheltered him but as soon as they reached their destination, the old man died.
As long as he could remembered; he was nothing but misfortune star for other peoples. His dads, his team and his life. Not even once, he was able to find any treasure in his adventure's journeys. He and his team always been unlucky with it. All because of him, he is the black star and he would never able to change that.
He thought, today was a different day but once again, his bad luck followed him. He, once again was empty handed and he had just stumble into this cliff. He was falling down to the bottom and crashed again sharp boulder. His leg… one of his legs was broken. He could see that, his shin bone had smash into two and break through his skin and those blood… He couldn't really move right now. He thought, his neck probably suffered some damage too. Maybe… it is time for him to depart?
'The stars were quite pretty tonight.' His eyes scanned the twinkling lights across the sky. The most beautiful sky he ever sees. The first lake of stars that he could enjoy. Usually, the sky would begin to cloud and thunder would begin to crackle and rain came after that. But today, it was his lucky day, he guessed. He was tired, he just needed to sleep and maybe, just maybe, the world would be a better place without him… he closed his eyes. One thing he regret, he couldn't go into another adventures…
…
He felt nothing at all but a sense of peace. He didn't open his eyes but he could somehow see his surroundings. The place was dark and looked empty. There was no voice, no movement, no light. Nothing. Did he die? His felt as if his body was floating around. 'If these is dead, the he will welcome it.'
Besides, nothing in this world… nothing and no one would probably miss him. His dads would be free from this burden, the burden of taking care of him. Katheryne would not look at him with such a pity anymore and… he was kinda regretting, not saying goodbye to Barbara today. She had been caring his injuries multiple times already. He didn't fear death, he believed Lord Barbatos would guide his spirit and then, he would be meeting with the old man. The old adventure that saved him from that thunder rainy cold night.
The area suddenly lit. He didn't open his eyes but someone he could looked at the bright light. That thing was slowly moved toward him. He heard the crackle in front of him. He felt warmed and peace. The light was pulsing slowly. Like it was alive. He was curious but he knew he couldn't move, or could he? He slowly raised his hand. 'Oh? He can move!' He touched it. The light changed into a red colour then he was engulfed with it. The colour of fire disappeared as suddenly as it appeared. 'How strange.' He thought. Then suddenly he gasped!
He was still there, lying on the hard surface of the rocks. Cloud had gathered in the sky. The drizzle had begun to fall and once again, lighting began to flash followed by the sound of thunder. Another usual of his bad luck, but… the pain; his pain had gone. He moved slightly. He could move! He rose and checked. That open wound on his leg had disappeared. He blinked.
"What?" He was quite at loss of what to do before noticing something was pulsing on one of his hands. A vision, red pyro vision, someone like him was granted a vision. He laughed, this time the laugh of joy instead of being bitter. He was granted a vision! Once again, he stood. Right, the God hadn't abandoned him at all! His adventures so far might be full of misfortune and bad luck but one day… he is sure, one day he will be successful. The Benny adventure team will once again rise and his team will be at the top! He is sure of it!
