Welcome to what could be an odd or interesting crossover hope you guys enjoy it.

"And with me cutting my apple blood supply I don't know how we're going to to be able to afford food for the rest of the week not to mention the bar debts I owe, with do you think Lily?" Eda asked her sister who was struggling to get a poster off her face which she did before replying. "Yes well even with these bounties you're taking their not even paying us the proper amount but I know you Edalyn you'll find a way," Lilith said comforting her sister while Luz overheard the whole thing and sulked in a corner behind a wall."She's doing all of this but she's basically broke, wish there was something I could do to help her."

"Yeah well being like that isn't going to help her," King told her as Luz stood up "I'm gonna help Eda and prove that I'm more than just a burden!" She declared as a few people starred before going back to their usual business as she looked at the wanted board before seeing a handout station that read Looking to settle a debt or broke? Contact us No loans or interest it then pointed down a dispensary as Luz pulled out a card with odd shapes along with an address. "King, tell Eda I'll be one for a while."

"Wha... sure," King said distracted by a lollipop as the young human went to the address on the card which was a simple empty section of a street in an alleyway where she saw a witch walking away from the alley with a card as well as a handful of snails as she approached the alleyway to find a man with a full suit on who simply approached Luz and took the card before asking her "Aren't you a bit too young to be in debt?"

"I'm doing this for my mentor." She replied as the man glared at her for a bit before unfolding a case that contained a few bills and a few folded square cards. "It's a simple game just flip it over and you'll get one hundred thousand per win, lose and your mentor will have to pay, understand?" "Yeah, this is easy."

Soon after a few wins and losses, Luz signed up with a simple three hundred thousand with her while getting a hit to her stomach for each loss she owed as the man then bowed before handing her another card. "If you simply want to go for more then just call." He told Luz before leaving holding her stomach in pain while walking back to the Owl House to a worried Eda.

"Kid it's been almost the whole day where've you been!?" "Eda I'm sorry but look at this." Luz then showed her mentor the money she got as her bruises showed. "Please tell me you didn't fight someone for this." "Not really..." Luz then began telling the sisters about the small game she played as Lilith inspected the card.

"Hmm, it doesn't seem magical or cursed but still people just don't give out that amount of money for free." "Lily's right, from now me and Lily are going to watch over you on the street from now on." Luz at that point was angered a bit. "I just won about a few months' worths of food for us!"

"ENOUGH!" Eda yelled at Luz with anger before taking a deep breath and sighing. "Just stay in your room will you." Luz did as Eda and Lilith looked at each other as Eda threw the card in the garbage. Later that night Luz couldn't sleep over the thought of playing simple games for free money as she got out before writing a note on her door before digging in the trash and pulled the card out and called as the phone cawed "Yes?" "I was told about earning more money and I'm in." "Wait near the edge of the city."

Luz was a bit creeped out by it but simply stood up walked to the location and waited for a few minutes as a masked figure driving a carriage stopped as the door opened as she stepped in a was gassed making her pass out and that was the last anyone saw her.

Ten years later

Amity Blight looked at a photo of her and Luz at grom night and sighed before putting it in her pocket as it had been almost a decade since the witch had seen her best friend and still wondered what happened to her and not even Eda would talk about her anymore. Amity slowly put the photo in her pocket before going back to her duties as a coven member.

"Fifty percent off anyone?" Willow Park asked as a few people passed her flower stand as the flowers began to slowly decay she then gave up and packed her stand and sat on a bench waiting for transportation while looking reading a newspaper about an article written by her friend Gus Porter about a recent sports scandal when a man sat down next to her with a briefcase. "Care for a bit of your time ma'am?" If you're trying to sell me something, not interested."

"It's the opposite actually how would you like to change your financial situation for the better after all your family's home is getting hard to pay for not to mention the many expensive bills and expenses that I'm sure your fathers didn't want you to..." Willow stopped him in anger as vines wrapped around him. "How do you know..."

The man simply dropped a few snails with hundreds of thousands which he gave to Willow with his free hand. "All this and much MUCH more can be yours if you are interested just give me a caw." He then handed her an odd card as Willow released him as the man then simply walked away. Willow simply looked at the money and the card which were different odd shapes with a number on the back.

The man then went into an alleyway where he simply opened a mirror messenger as a masked figure in a cloak answered "Is that the last one?" "Well no just about ten more to go and we'll reach the normal number of players for this "Game"." "Then the prize will have to be past the limit, that is all."

The man closed the mirror as he noticed a popular shop that was having a clearance sale as he approached the owners. "Excuse me how you fine couple like to have the money to save your store, and all you need to do is just play a few games what do you say?
