Talking with some friends, a green haired girl laughs at their jokes. She cups her hands and draws it near her lips. By routine, she turns her body towards the back. She saw and waves. "Okuda-san".

She skips while carrying a flask. "Kayano-san. I-I did it. Ko-koro-sensei taught me this poison yesterday".

Kayano stood up from her seat. "He did?"

"Y-yes", Manami nods. She pressed on the cork lid. "Y-you see.."

She mixed chloride and another chemical given by Koro-sensei. He listened to her background story, her reason for ending up in the End Class, after her failed poisoning attempt. He tells her to give the chemicals during class. Also, he gives her a cute lab safety sheet.

"Wow", a blue haired boy exclaimed. Nagisa holds the paper. "He even drew a manga for the right way to store poison. He's very dependable".

Manami nods. "He is".

"He's really teaching a student to make a poison that kills him", a boy with dark blue hair sighed. Sugino stands beside Nagisa. He lets go of the other end of the paper. "Why would he do that?"

"I-I think it's his way of encouraging me", Manami beamed. Her hands hold dear to the flask. "Maybe, h-he wants me to hone my skills in science i-instead of h-having no progress in literature".

The class door slides open. Kayano nudges her sleeves. "He's here. Maybe you should give it to him".

"A-ah, r-right", Manami mumbles. She walks to the blackboard. Her hands stretched the flask. "I-I brought the poison, Koro-sensei".

His tentacles accept the flask. "Good, Okuda-san. I shall drink it now". He opens the lid. A long tube is angled down his face. Red liquid pours out. Manami gulps. Please, let this one work.

A small thud. The cylindrical flask is placed on the wooden table. It's empty. Koro-sensei stands still. He lowers his head. A crack. Small pieces of wood flew around him. Red flames and smoke are emitted. He laughs in a thick bold accent. "Thank you, Okuda-san. You help me reach the next level".

Gratitude is the least she expected. "W-what do you mean, Ko-Koro-sensei?"

Koro-sensei cackles. Intensity of the flames increased. More wood flies out. His tentacles wrapped around his body. The creature sighs. He is no longer an octopus. A silver liquid sits on the desk. His graduation cap atop the liquid.

Tables rattled. "He melted?"

Silver liquid looks at Manami. "You see, Okuda-san. I had you make a healing potion to increase my fluidity and speed". He shoots up into the ceiling. He nestled inside a desk. "As a liquid, I can move around and hide in different places".

"What are you doing here?" the girl class rep seethed. Her eyebrows scrunch.

"Also.." Koro-sensei moves away from her desk. He appears in the ceiling on the left side of the room. As quick as a ninja, he disappears. "I become much faster. Try and catch me now".

He's on the floor. No, he's in the back side of the room. No, he's on the desk. No, he's in the ceiling in the middle of the room. The class screamed. Koro-sensei appears on Sugino's desk. He swings his knife at him. He missed. "You're too slippery, Koro-sensei".

Kayano screamed. Koro-sensei flew past her. She shields behind her crossed arms. "Okuda-san, did he tell you what's inside the poison?"

It clicked. Never once did he tell her the content, especially about the yellow flask. He was so kind to conduct an experiment for the class. He had been sweet to eat the accursed sweets.

"Koro-sensei, you tricked me", she shouts. Both her hands clutch in front of her. She faces the front ceiling, where the wind blows the strongest. His liquid form perches at the corners.

"Do you see now, Okuda-san?" he grins. "Having the skills to deceive your target is an essential part of an assassination".

No. Deceiving people is wrong. A gentle tap on her shoulder. Nagisa stands beside her. "Deceive? What do you mean by that, Koro-sensei?"

"Carrying out an assassination without deceit enables the target to gain an upper hand. Like how I was able to manipulate the ingredients for your poison", he said as he slid down the walls. "Nagisa-kun. If you were to poison me, what would you do?"

"I would.." he mused. His index finger occupies his chin. "Mix the liquor into your favourite drink and tell you that it's a special occasion".

"Yes. Right on the mark", Koro-sensei said. His red face lights up a circle. "You see, Okuda-san. Deceit is a part of understanding your target and the ability to communicate with creativity. Using these skills means that you have a good verbal aptitude". He slid inside his uniform. "The ability to use language and literature is a key part to perform a successful poisoning attempt at your target"

Koro-sensei walks to Manami and Nagisa. He extends his tentacles. "Class, I hope you will be able to develop your language skills as well as you have developed your bloodlust". He looks at Manami. "With your scientific abilities, Okuda-san, I believe that your knowledge will be essential to the class. And by spending time with your classmates, while getting to know them, I believe you have the ability to reach them with words. So are you ready to improve your language skills in class?"

That's when she realised. He didn't look down on her language skills or her literature grade. He wants her to develop her skills in communication as well as in science. She smiles. "Yes, Koro-sensei. I will".

"Yep, assassination is the least of our worries".

Her classmates turned their heads around. A crimson haired boy leans on his elbow. His black cardigan encased his long white sleeves. His mercury eyes swirl. Akabane Karma. He never paid attention in class. The boy who melt the big creature's tentacles is laughing.

Kayano Kaede

The green haired girl with pigtails. Her first friend. She could talk to anyone with ease and make them her friend. She encourages Manami in her pursuit of Science.

Shiota Nagisa

The blue haired boy with pigtails. He hangs out with Kayano a lot. He can make people feel calm around him, which reminds her, how did he get her cute manga sheet in the first place?

Sugino Tomohito

The dark blue haired boy. He is the second boy who hangs out with Kayano. She told her that Sugino is Nagisa's friend. He's good at combat.

Manami apologise for the trouble the silver liquid did with her desk to which she tells her not to worry.
