Manami walks on the halls of the main building. It used to give her stomach pains. Luckily, she bought some bug reliever with her. Two guys from Class D appeared. "What are you looking at?" the bulky boy said. The skinnier boy clenched his teeth.

Manami looked away. If she is right, their name starts with Ta. Who are they again? Tanaka? Takada? Why was one of them covered with a bandage on their nose?

"You boys are the one who should look away", Kanzaki glared. The boys retreated.

"Thank you, Kanzaki-san", Manami said.

"No problem. Are you ready for the test?" Kanzaki said.

"N-no. H-How about Kanzaki-san?" Manami said.

"Same. It's fortunate that we don't have to face our worst subject in the first period", Kanzaki said.

"Y-yes", Manami said.

"Good morning, Okuda-san. Kanzaki-san", Karasuma-sensei said.

"Good morning, Karasuma-sensei", both girls said.

"Will you be the one to watch our test?" Kanzaki said.

"Unfortunately no, Kanzaki-san. I will be at the class next door. Your test supervisor will be Class D's homeroom teacher, Ono-sensei", Karasuma-sensei said. He pointed at the Class D test room. "How are you feeling this morning?"

"Nervous", Kanzaki said.

"S-same", Manami said.

He chuckled. "Although I'm your training instructor, I could tell from your homeroom teacher, who can only be in the Class E building, that you girls are remarkable students in each of your chosen subjects; Science and Japanese literature. So I have a message from Ritsu and myself. Good luck".

"Thank you, Karasuma-sensei", Manami and Kanzaki said. The girls go to their seats.

"Hey hey. Okuda-chan. Kanzaki-chan", Nakamura chimed.

"You guys came early too", Nagisa said. His hands on his chair.

"Yes, we just happened to pass by each other on our way here", Kanzaki said.

Manami nods. "B-by the way, is the g-girl b-by the w-window a new student?"

"Oh no, she's not", Nagisa said.

"She's Ritsu 2.0", Nakamura chimed.

"Ritsu 2.0?" Manami and Kanzaki said.

"Yeah, she's Karasuma-sensei's supervisor's daughter", Nakamura said. She whispered. "We don't want people to know that Ritsu's an AI".

"Hello", the girl by the window spoke. The four of them jumped.

"Hello", the four students stuttered.

The class becomes filled with students. The students talk about their preparation. Some of them, like Sugaya, are surprised by Ritsu 2.0. When every student have arrived, Ono-sensei walked in. He explained in short the mechanism of the test and gave the front row the question and answer sheets. Hayami gives Manami the two sheets.

"Good luck", the girl in front of her whispered.

Manami whispered back, "Y-you too".

The gates of the colosseum opened. The class runs with their hammer. A timer on the right reads 2 hours. A timer on the left reads 2 days. The sign on the top is English, and their target is a big skull monster which stands right in front of them. It roared. Another gate opened. Class A charged into the monster without a single doubt.

"This question is too easy", Seo said. "There's not many questions which could trip me up. Once I had the experience of playing baseball with the club back in LA". Seo hammers his final answer, to which he receives a red triangle mark. The monster breathes. "The hell?"

On the other side, Nakamura aims for the monster's skull. She hits with her hammer and the monster disappears. A full flower mark adorns the stadium.

"No way", Seo said. "Someone from Class E got full marks?"

"Oh, did you read the Catcher in the Rye by J.D Salinger?" Nakamura chimed.

"What do you mean, scum?" Seo growled.

She chuckled. "That's the way to answer the question. If you don't read it, you won't know the answer".

Seo cursed. "That teacher only mentioned the book in passing", he mumbled.

A full flower mark blooms the stage again. "Well done, Nagisa".

Nakamura helped the boy up. Seo gasped. "Two full marks from Class E?"

"Looks like you have to add your network abroad, Seo-kun", Nakamura said, running to the gates with Nagisa.

Manami hammers the monster. Triangle mark on the last question. Nagisa whispered. "You've done well". Manami nods.

The timer on the left said 2 days. The timer on the right read 2 hours. The subject reads Science. Manami prepares her wooden sceptre. She clasped her hands. "I hope everyone is safe". A dark chuckle sounds. A big creature with heavy armour stands in front of her.

At the other side of the colosseum, Koyama holds his sceptre with his right hand. His left hand projects the times he spent flipping through his clipped notes. "I told you so. Science is memorisation".

He waved his sceptre at the armoured creature. The creature yelps in a baby voice. Smoke comes out of the creature. When the smoke dissipates, the creature stand, their armour still intact. "What?"

The creature pounced on him. Koyama dodges. Another creature walked in. This time, the green head is unprotected. A girl with twin braids sits on the creature's shoulders.

"You know", she said, tapping light the creature's head. The creature chirped in a baby voice. "Science doesn't like it if we just learn by memorising it. Science loves it if you explain it with words". A red swirl appears on top of her written words.

The creature took off its set of armour. It chirped and jumped with Manami still sitting safely on its shoulder.

"To reach your target with words is also important in science. I realised that now, Koro-sensei". She kept the words to herself. The creature reached the Class E gates. It lend its hand to Manami and help her back on the ground. The two parted respectfully.

Not too far from the gates, Nagisa managed to get the helmet off the creature. He taps on the creature again. His answer leaves a red triangle mark. The creature runs to him in anger. Nagisa and Manami looked at each other. "Good luck". He nods.

The battlefield is full of smokes and bombs. Araki Teppei crawls out from one of the holes. The tank monster fires another attack. Araki dodges. "How am I supposed to know what happened at the Asian-Pacific Conference for the African development program when all I've been taught is what happened at the capital?"

Another tank monster comes his way. A boy with unruly spiky black hair draws his sword. He hits a home run on the monster. "Isogai, the hell do you know about this? Did you get the answer sheets from somewhere?"

"I didn't", Isogai said as he slung his sword on his shoulder. "I was really interested in the case of poverty in Africa since it hits close to home. Then- er, someone who knows about the region, um, I met someone who knows about the issue", he said, arms flailing. Araki lifts an eyebrow at him. "And was lucky to interview them".

He shook his head. "Ridiculous". Araki thought as he approached another tank monster.

Isogai sighed in relief. "Thank you, Koro-sensei".

He looked at Nakamura. She swung her swords to the tank monster. The monster didn't take a fall. The monster aims their guns at her. She dodged the monster. Isogai and Nakamura bid each other off.

Manami gets her sword off the ground. She swings it to the tank monster. The tank monster roared. She dodged the tank monster's aims.

"Remember last week, when the Green Conference was held in Greenwich", Isogai screamed.

Manami swung her sword again. The tank yelps and runs off. The time on the left reads 2 days. The time on the right reads 30 minutes. The sign on the top reads Social Studies.

=itl=

The red samurai monster readies its sword. The sign on the top says Japanese literature. The time on the left reads 1 day. The time on the right reads 30 minutes.

"Spring has gone away and summer has come, it would seem from those white hemp robes laid to dry in the sunlight on Kagu's Heavenly Hill", the long black haired girl recited. She writes the words with her spear. She drew her spear on the words that turned into sakura petals and encircled them to the samurai's rigid heart. The samurai mould with the petals. A red flower mark bloomed.

"As expected of a beautiful fair maiden", Sakakibara chuckled. "But a satisfactory answer does not make for a fruitful outcome". He draws his spear with the red samurai in front of him.

"Sir, let's put aside the strawberry cake. How about some mikan orange?" Kayano said as she sliced the orange with her spear. The samurai eats the orange with her. "How is Okuda-san doing?"

"Well", Kanzaki said. The two of them looked at their twin braided friend.

"S-sir, how about some salmon?" Manami said. She cuts a salmon. The samurai roared. Manami fumbled.

Kayano laughs. "If she knows how to make the fire, she could cook up the salmon".

Manami cooked the salmon on top of the bunsen burner. The red samurai gives her a thumbs up.

=itl=

The time on the left said 1 day. The time on the right reads 30 minutes. The sign on the top reads Maths. Manami, Kanzaki, Kayano, Nagisa, Isogai and Nakamura huddled in a group. They ready their rifle guns. "T-The target moves at the x equals 2. W-we need the target to move a-at x equals -1. O-over", Manami said.

Their target is a blue and green basilisk with a skull for its head. It seethes at them. "Everyone", Isogai said. "At twelve o'clock. Let's move the target. Over".

"Over", the five people said. They aimed their guns simultaneously at the monster. The basilisk slither away as it takes on the bullets and attacks by the six students. The basilisk reached x equals -1. It disappears. A red flower bloomed.

"Yes, way to go guys", Kayano screamed. She high-fived everyone. Manami giggled. She saw a lonesome figure with red hair.

"Karma-kun", she said. "Did you also defeat the basilisk?"

He loaded his rifles. "I sure did, Okuda-san".

He smirked. "Good luck. I'm going to head over to the last one, m'kay?"

"A-alright", she said. Manami looked at Karma's battlefield. The basilisk slithers. It hasn't moved to the x equals -1. She looked at her battlefield. There are no questions left unanswered. Before she could call his name, "Karma-kun", his figure is found no more.

Koro-sensei made his way to the Class E room. He walked with the brown envelopes on hand. He hums a tune from a 50s black and white cartoon. "Everyone, you have worked really hard these past two days".

Manami taps her foot as she clasped both hands together. She's been doing this as of late. "To celebrate your hard work, I will announce the scores for each subject one by one". He pulls out the papers from the envelope. "First place in Class E and the whole year group for English - Nakamura Rio".

The class gasped. Nakamura fans herself. Her profile pops up; Nakamura Rio, Score of 100, 1st Place in English. "What a perfect score", Koro-sensei said. "Even though your determination comes from a place of mischief, you are able to come out on top when you are needed".

She chuckled. "Well, there is 10 billion yen on the line. Don't forget the tentacle, sir".

He placed the white flag on one of his tentacles. "One tentacle down". He continued to give the English papers. "Nagisa, your answers are correct. Unfortunately, you have the habit of misspelling your words. Try to check your work again".

The blue haired boy's profile pops up; Shiota Nagisa, Score of 91, 6th Place in English. He rubs the back of his neck.

"One subject for Class E", Fuwa said, drawing the score for the Class E side.

Koro-sensei pulls out another envelope. "Next is Japanese Literature. The first one in Class E - Kanzaki Yukiko". Kanzaki gasped in joy. "However, you are a few marks away from the person in first place for the whole year group, Asano Gakushuu".

The long haired girl's profile reads; Kanzaki Yukiko, Score of 96, 2nd Place in Japanese Literature. The class clapped.

"So the other guys are just following Asano-kun, huh?" somebody in class said.

"As long as we don't beat him, we couldn't get the top spots", another person said. Manami looked at her Japanese scores. At least it's not a guarantee for retest.

Manami looked at Kayano. She showed her a score of at least 90. That is still a better score. Fuwa draws a line on the Class A side. Koro-sensei pulls out another envelope. "Moving onto the next subject; Social Studies. The first one in Class E is Isogai Yuuma. The first one in the whole year group - also, Isogai Yuuma".

Isogai gasped. "You beat Asano-kun and Araki-kun in Social Studies", Koro-sensei said. Isogai stands up. He pumped his fists in. His profile reads; Isogai Yuuma, Score of 97, 1st Place in Social Studies.

"Great job on the test. Especially when you were faced with some fiendish questions", Koro-sensei said.

"This makes it 2 for Class E and 1 for Class A", Fuwa exclaimed.

"Next up: Science", Sugaya drum rolled. "Could it be Okuda-san?"

Manami gulped. The sweats in her palm becomes more prominent.

"First in Class E for Science is Okuda Manami", Koro-sensei said. "And.."

His face lights up in a red circle. "First in the whole year group for Science – Okuda Manami. Marvelous".

She gasped in joy. Her pop up reads; Okuda Manami, Score of 98, 1st Place in Science. The whole class roared.

"That's 3 for Class E", Fuwa exclaimed. The Class E lines made a conjoined shape of the T and F alphabets.

"Hooray for Okuda", the class cheered. "That tentacle is yours".

"And we're also getting the end of our deal", Kimura said.

"I can't wait", Kurahashi chimed.

"Congratulations, Okuda-san", Sugaya exclaimed.

"It's really good. You get to shoot one of Koro-sensei's tentacles", Hara mused.

"If you need any practice with shooting, I'm happy to help", Hayami said.

"Okuda-san is the best", Ritsu chimed.

Manami couldn't be more happy. "Thank you, everyone".
