Shortly after Apple had left, Briar cornered her outside the school where no one could hear them talk.
"Why did you follow me, you traitor?" asked Apple with an unpleasant expression.
"Why don't you admit that you want to join us and sign that book?" asked Briar.
"I don't know what you are talking about," said Apple with an eye roll while crossing her arms.
"You know hexactly what I mean, Miss. Fell in…," said Briar before Apple placed a hand over her mouth.
"Don't you say another world," said Apple with a forceful tone to her voice. Briar just moved her hand away from her mouth.
"You had better actually think of what you want, because she's not going to be as close as she is for long if you keep pushing her the way you have been," said Briar before leaving.
"I know, I know," mumbled Apple as she sat down on the ground at the foot of a tree while putting her face in her hands. Meanwhile, Headmaster Grimm was in his office doing paperwork when Madam Baba Yaga rushed into the room.
"I apologize for storming in, sir, but we have a major problem!" said Baba Yaga.
"Another fight between the Royals and Rebels?" asked Headmaster Grimm as he continued his paperwork.
"That's not it, sir, that girl called Leah has managed to get eighty-three signatures," said Baba Yaga. She was then slightly scared by the pen in Headmaster Grimm's hand breaking suddenly.
"But there are only fifty-seven Rebels, this means that twenty-six Royals have turned their backs on their destinies!" said Headmaster Grimm as he stood so fast that he knocked his chair over.
"Among them are Briar Beauty, Dexter Charming, and Ashlynn Ella," said Baba Yaga.
"These three might actually be able to pull it off, they may be able to change this world," said Headmaster Grimm whose expression was one of both shock and terror.
