Hi, this isn't a chapter just little information on what could have been and information on more things.
Tuffnut was originally gonna die when Stoick, Ingrid and Brant died but I thought it would be way too much for Ruffnut to handle.
Stoick and Thora were gonna end up together and when Stoick was gonna die because he would save her. But I wanted to give her a happy ending (as much as I could after her brother's death) and made her end up with Finn. The saving his brother part was something I made up while I was writing chapter 4.
Magnhild and Brant were a couple at first and Magnhild was gonna fly away from Berk because of Brant passing away and her being pregnant with his child. And because they weren't married and he was dead, she would be a shame for her family and she wouldn't want that so she decided to fly away. That was scrapped because it didn't feel right with Magnhilds character.
Vylmas was first called Vilma, but I don't know why I chose it in the first place. I have had this story in my head since 2014 now and I somehow named her Vilma and I don't know why. I don't really like the name Vilma for her so I started to look for another name for her, a Viking name. But because she has always been called Vilma I can't change it so I just changed it to: Vylma. Which (after my resources) isn't a viking name but I don't care because I just want this story out of my head and in writing form.
Thora was actually going to have a razorwhip like her mother, but then I was thinking and it wouldn't work so after I looked at different dragons the monstrous nightmare was the only dragon I could see her with - beside a razorwhip, so a nightmare was what she got.
I have the viking days names in this story because I'm a freaking nerd when it comes to vikings and I remembered that all the washing take places on saturdays, so it felt weird knowing that and not doing it right when I know it wouldn't be that way… anyway it's HTTYD there's freaking dragons in this story and yet there's no evidence there has been dragons on this planet BUT there's no evidence there hasn't.
I'm so glad I'm done with this now. Bye.
