The Rust Bucket sped down the surprisingly empty road of South Dakota towards Mount Rushmore. "There it is!", Gwen pointed ahead as she and Alex were standing up.

"Woah, that thing looks brand new! You can't even tell that's a hologram.", Ben comments casually.

Alex nodded as he wore a black shirt that read 'Zero to Hero', black jeans, and tennis shoes. "Yeah, Roosevelt's head looks like it hasn't even been missing."

Max laughs. "Ah that's because it's not, it's been five months since Vilgax decided to use Crazy Diamond's face to demolish a presidents head, the reconstruction was finished.", he says as Alex still felt sore from that on a rainy day.

"Yeah just keep Alex away from it and everything's fine.", Gwen jabs as Alex rolls his eyes

"Hey, last time I didn't do anything."

"Yeah. But your face was the one being used to do it.", Gwen shoots back.

Alex rolls his eyes. "That makes... literally no sense.", he says shaking his head. The two were knocked off balance as the RV shook.

Max looked into the side mirror and saw a very familiar Doctor Animo riding a two headed mutated giraffe. "Let's not make it too easy on them, my long necked beauty's!", the green skinned doctors claimed as the dual headed giraffe swung their heads at the back of it.

"Hold on!", Max exclaimed as he sped up, driving straight into the air thanks to a oddly shaped rock. However they were immediately shot down by the mutated giraffe. "Alex! Try to keep Animo busy for a little bit."

"Don't worry, that quack is gonna get an eye full.", Alex activated the Omnitrix and transformed into Oculus, he pushed open the sun roof. "Peek-a-boo!", he exclaims as four of his eyes extended up and shot out green fire from the pupils.

Animo grinned as the giraffe managed to dodge this, only to be grazed by a blast of electrical energy. "What? Did you forget Oculus doesn't just shoot fire?"

"Do you need glasses or something, quit messing around!", Ben yelled out as Oculus glared at him using one of his lower eyes.

"Cut me some slack! It's hard to aim with this hunk of junk moving around like this!", Oculus said as he was blasted by the mutated giraffe's fire, dropping to the floor of the RV. "Maybe I should've went Shock Jock or something."

"We're here!", Max smiles as he flips up a part of the dash board and presses a button. Torrents popped out of the rocks ahead of them and began firing at the mutated animal.

Said mutant simply endured this onslaught, it's master on the other hand was sent flying back by the force of the energy. It leapt into the air and unleashed two powerful streams of flames that melted the torrents into molten slag.

The front window of the RV shattered as Blazemash leapt out. "Payback time loser!", he dove through the ground and vanished underneath. Confusing the mutant giraffe as it just lost sight of the plant based alien... before green, plant like tendrils erupted from the ground and wrapped themselves around its body. In retaliation it tried to rip itself free but the tendrils were too strong, shooting fire didn't work since it quickly found out the plants were flame resistant.

A putrid smell entered their nostrils as Blazemash erupted from the ground, spreading methane gas around before smiling. "Burn for me baby!", he called out before igniting one of his palms, creating a massive explosion.

"You couldn't have picked Sunburn or something? Maybe Shock Jock?", Gwen pinched her nose.

"Not like you guys did anything.", Blazemash shrugged as Ben looked around.

"Uh... where's Animo?", Ben questioned as Blazemash's face dropped.

"Was that always opened?", Blazemash asks before he detransforms into his human form. "Cuz I have a feeling it wasn't.", Alex said pointing towards an open area just ahead of them.

Max looked out and scowled. "That's trouble.", he says as the other three exited the RV and chased after Animo, making sure to close one of the points of entry just in case.

"What do you think he wants?", Ben asks as they ran as fast as they could down the long corridor, Alex just ahead of them.

"I don't know say, Ben, and that's exactly what worries me.", Max says as they stopped the moment Alex stopped as metal doors slid down from both sides.

"What the hell? We ain't intruders.", Alex crosses his arms as he adjusts his shirt. "The hells goin on?"

"Emergency Security Shut down- Verbal Authorization. Tennyson, Maxwell 12-27-0-5!", Max exclaimed one of the many authorization codes, the there was rapid beeping sounds before a low pitched hum rang out briefly. "Animo..."

The sides of the door in front of them slid back to reveal two, ball-shaped objects that lowered to their waists. They dispersed a thick line of red energy that zipped towards them, they managed to did this and the incoming blast that was to their necks. One of them lowered back down to their waist before two rods popped out from both sides. Dispersing two of them at the same time.

Gwen thankfully managed to shield herself and the others from this and quickly went to destroying the two devices before they could do it again. She was planning on busting down the metal door before the four were snatched up in what resembled a large fish trap.

"Ugh! Ben! Get your stinky feet out of my face!"

"Not a day at the beach either!"

"Ugh! Get your ass out of my face or I'm biting a chunk off it!"

"We're being moved to a detention cell. We have to make a break for it now.", Max said as he looked at Alex.

"Hey Ben, can you do me a favor and activate it? I can't reach it.", Alex looked over to his friend who nodded, pressing the front button and quickly slamming down on the fish trap that popped up.

Loud grunts and growls from Watchdog erupted from him as he tried to slice through. "Claws, Alex! Easy with the claws!"

"Ewwww, try not to slobber so much!", Gwen exclaimed as they fell out of the fish trap as Watchdog had sliced through the durable after two strikes. Max quickly got up with Gwen covered in green slobber. "Gross...", she rubbed against Watchdog's orange fur.

She stormed off with Max as he let out a very... unsettling snicker. Ben simply looked at him. "Can you never do that again?", he says as both the alien dog and himself joined the two.

Max had tried several codes, all he could remember and any new ones Oscar had informed him of a while ago. "The security system isn't even responding to a manual override.", he says before being electrocuted by purple electricity, knocking the elderly man down onto his back.

"Grandpa!", his grandchildren were both checking on him almost instantly as Watchdog sniffed him. He was about to transform again before Max sat up slowly.

"Ugh... I'm alright guys, just a little-"

{"Shocked?"}, Animo's face appeared on the screen, he seemed to be standing in another part of the base. {"That little joy buzzer as courtesy of my latest creation, technobugs, common earwigs augmented with my own special technology to give me full control of this facility's electronic and computer systems."}, he says as he holds up said earwig some strange technology attached to its back

"Looks like Plumber HQ just became our enemy.", Max scowled as Watchdog growled. "What do you want Animo?"

{"Just to borrow the Plumber satellite long enough to blanket the Earth with my latest transmutator ray. Is that a problem?"}, Animo said much to the 'surprise' to the others, not like he's tried this three different times.

"You'll never get past the security codes.", Max narrowed his eyes as Animo laughed.

{"Ohhhh, my technobugs are already busy as beesworking on it."}, Animo says as they already had gotten part of the code. Before he could continue however, Gwen blasted the screen which caused it to just fall out.

Watchdog walked over and turned to his side then lifted his leg to piss on it. "No time for that, Alex. We have to get up to the satellite master control room, ASAP.", Max said much to the disliking of Watchdog.

They continued to run through the corridors, Watchdog skidded to a halt as his gills flared up and began sniffing the ground ahead of them. "What's wrong boy? Is Timmy stuck in a well?", Ben jokingly said, which earned him an eyeless glare of annoyance from the canine-like alien.

He shook his head and trotted forward quickly. "Magister Tennyson! Thank goodness you're here, Dr. Animo is in the facility.", said a ginger woman with a British accent. She was one of the three Plumber Agents strapped to the wall by black cables with purple, vein-like patterns.

"We'll get you out of there.", Max said as Watchdog used his powerful bite force to to tear through the cables. He detransformed as if appeared they were released and ready to actually do something...

Until an alarm buzzed out and they were quickly strapped back to the wall. "Or just... go, Tech Support is on the way.", said the female agent. "Animo is the priority."

"Yeah, priority beatdown.", Ben said as he slammed his fist together as they ran back down the corridor.

"Oh NAH!", Alex calmly says as he noticed it was Blukic and Driba as Tech Support. Oh well, guess they'll be stuck there a little longer.

The four kept running through the corridor, Gwen looked up and saw a camera and lifted her hand up. "Camera Oblitera!", she says, causing the camera to surge with pink electricity, disabling it.

The four stopped in front of a very steep slope where a platform should've been, but obviously and unfortunately wasn't. "Animo has the freight platform locked up in the main floor."

"Okay, so how do we get up?", Gwen asked

A few minutes later, the four were climbing up the steep slope. With one of them, Alex, simply climbing up unbothered. "You had to ask.", Ben said drenched in sweat, wishing he had brought Ship with him today.

"Eh it ain't so bad.", Alex shrugged as he had experienced his fair share of climbing, so he was used to it. That's when there was a heavy sound of the platform zooming down.

"The cargo lift!", Max grits his teeth.

"We're too far up! We got nowhere to go!", Gwen yelled out as a green flash erupted. "Really? Mr. Monkey to the rescue?!"

"Hey gimme a break! I haven't used this guy in a while!", he let out a chirp as he sprinted forward, shooting out two, thick web lines from his tails that attached to the ceiling just a few feet away from them and attached it to the cargo lift, going underneath it and holding it up, slowing it down to a halt. "Get on top now!"

The three understood what he meant, they grabbed the disgustingly thick webbing as he, while still underneath, bit through with his sharp teeth. Catapulting the three of them high into the air and on the main floor.

Soon after, a web line attached itself to the solid metal before Trench Monkey catapulted himself up to the main floor. "Turning us into human spit wads? Seriously?!", Gwen smacked him on his arm.

"Hey, it got us all up here didn't it?", Trench Monkey stated as he looked at his arms, his fur seemed... a bit different. "Hey, do I seem bluer to you guys now?", he asked as they just walked away.

While in the Satellite Master Control room, Animo sat in the main chair with his cybugs crawling about. He grits his teeth as he saw Gwen disable another camera. "They are annoyingly tenacious... hmmm, It appears I'll have to be more creative if I'm going to slow them down."

Trench Monkey crawled along the walls as the three ran with him through the corridors and stopped. "It's gonna be tough trying to get to Animo when basically everything is an obstacle.", Gwen commented.

Suddenly, an idea sparked in Max's head. "Oh I know that look.", Trench Monkey crossed his six arms as he recognized the expression.

"Maybe Animo only controls the system he knows about.", Max said as the teens were just... completely confused.

"What do you mean, grandpa?", Ben asked.

Max walked past them and pulled down a console attached to a wall, typing a certain activation code. "There's a group of domes that were decommissioned when the bases defenses were last upgraded. They might not appear to Animo until we get there.", Max said as there was another alarm.

Three metallic doors slid down and trapped them there, along with three shower heads dropping down from holes in the ceiling. They released a sort of greenish gas, Trench Monkey covered his nose and transformed into Blight. "A fire drill? How lame can you even ge- Uh, guys?", his eye splotches widened as they were gasping and choking. "Woah, woah, woah, woah. What's goin' on?"

"The flame retardant is... designed to choke off a fires... air supply.", Max said as he attempted to save in as much air in his lungs.

"And... ours.", Gwen said as she grabbed her throat, attempting to activate her lucky girl form but quite literally couldn't.

"Don't worry guys! I'll get you out of here!", Blight exclaimed as they fell to the ground. He quickly tore himself into three pieces, slithering over and enveloping their heads.

"Phew, thanks Alex.", Ben's distorted voice rang out from the organic gas mask.

"No problem!", the pieces of Blight say in sync through their heads.

The largest piece of Blight slithered underneath a crack and pulled down a lever. Releasing the gas and in return the other three inside, as the gas cleared the pieces of Blight returned to him as he was enveloped in a green flash.

"I'll take my payment in energy drinks.", Alex said flexing his biceps.

"Uh, Grandpa, why did the tunnel turn into a giant blender?", Ben asked pointing to three, giant fans spinning at high speeds.

"It's a rapid ventilation system to clear smoke after a fire. But don't worry, Blukic and Driba told me they created an emergency exit by order of Oscar.", Max said as Alex pulled on his shirt and pointed to the energy exit...

Which was the size of a normal Galvan.

Max facepalmed. "Why did we hire those guys again?"

"Alex, you need to bulk up in order to get past them. Muscle Bound, maybe VastMass.", Ben said as Alex was turning the dial.

"Step aside boys, I'll show you how a little goes a long way.", Gwen said as pink mana radiated form her eyes. "Vortess Nebule!"

As she chanted this, the blades stopped spinning abruptly. "Way to use the old brain pan, Gwen.", Max said as he leapt across the still blades.

Gwen looked at the two and blew a raspberry, in which they returned the favor.

The four had finally made it to the Satellite Master Control Room. "Did you truly believe you could win a game of wits with the great Doctor Animo?", Animo's voice echoed off against the massive room.

"Give it up Animo! You're out numbered, four against one!", Ben said as Animo let out a raspy laugh.

"Oh, Benjamin, math was never your strong suite.", Animo said as three, bluish grey robots with a similar face designed to a Plumber Badge. "You believe I couldn't mutate these machines? Regardless, I have more pressing matters to attend to."

Alex activated the Omnitrix and scrolled through his arsenal before slamming down and transforming into a... Highbreed, of sorts. He resembled a standard Highbreed of course but he appeared more muscular worn noticeable fur on his body, along with it being a bluish color around his wrist and waist. Unlike them he had four breathing holes on his neck, sharp shoulders. The Omnitrix badge located on his right thigh. "Oooh, Pureblood! You guys stop Animo, I'll take care of these pieces of junk."

Pureblood ran forward as the three were lifted into the air and zipped over to the control room.

"Any second, I will have unlocked the Technician's satellite control codes.", Animo said as he was just a few numbers away before achieving his ultimate goal. "Now I can finally bestow my gift onto the world, Mass Mutation!", he said before being blasted away by Gwen.

"Don't count your mutations before they're... mutated... I got nothin.", Gwen said as Ben patted her back.

Max rushed forward and attempted to pull off the Cybugs but they were firmly attached, that's when Max was tackled by Animo. "You cannot beat the doctor, not ever again!", he screamed like a madman as Ben leapt up and got him in a chokehold.

"Gwen!", the two Tennysons shouted out.

"Got it!", Gwen ran forward but stopped as soon as she noticed it was covered in the bugs. "Okay... that's just freaky."

On the other hand, Pureblood was using his brute physical strength to beat back the security drones. He quickly flew up into the air and shot out his claw darts at them as they began shooting at him. "Y'know, if you were alive I would actually be enjoying this."

Pureblood quickly turned and shot his darts into the barrel of one of the three's arm, causing it to blow it apart before itself followed as Pureblood tore though it. "Gah!", he hissed as the drones kept firing at him.

He flew back up into the air and swooped down to grab one of the remaining two.

"Ewww, I don't even like bugs when they're just normal bugs.", Gwen gagged and wiped her hands, a chill ran down her spine as she had touched them.

That's when a loud buzz filled the control room. "Yes! The code has been broken! The satellites are aligning as we speak!", Animo called out with a sort of insane glee.

Pureblood ripped through the drones and used it as a boxing glove to bludgeon the remaining drone into scrap metal. Once he was done, he quickly flew over to the control room. "You're too late, Alexander!", Animo gasped as he bit down on Ben's hand and caused him to loosen his grip. "Goodbye Homosapiens and hello Animosapiens!",

"That's so lame!", Ben yelled out as he wiped his hand clean if the saliva.

"Looks like I'll give up then.", Pureblood shrugged as he transformed int Gut Grinder by slapping his thigh. "Oh no! My hand slipped!"

"You never learn do you?! Your alien freaks are no match for my genius!", Animo felt disgusted as a wet and slimy green tongue wrapped around his neck and tossed him head first into a wall, releasing Max.

"Ever notice you're the only other person who ever call you a genius?", Gut Grinder said as he leapt forward, landing ontop of the command chair and using his strong tongues to yank off the cybugs.

"OH MY- Listen, you can overdo it this time, seriously!", Gwen yelled out as Gut Grinder looked at Max, who nodded.

"Man, I seriously wish you guys could just make up your mind.", Gut Grinder shook his head as he unhinged his jaw to inhuman lengths and devoured the entire chair, inflating into a ball.

"NOOOOOO!", Animo was picked up by Max, who held him by the neck with one hand.

"Great work, Alex.", Max said as he heard Gut Grinder's stomach growl.

"Ughh, I don't feel too good.", Gut Grinder groaned as he let out green steam from his nose.

"Alex, no, an explosion like that could bring the whole mountain ontop of us!", Max sternly stated with urgency.

"What do I do then?!"

Ben facepalmed. "Just toss it out soon before it comes out the wrong end."

Gut Grinder nodded and began rolling away. Soon after he found himself on top of George Washington head before he unleashed such a powerful belch it caused an equally powerful green explosion... which also resulted in the founding faces missing a few important bits. "Max, we're gonna need another hologram!"

Alex found himself back inside the control room. "This isn't over- Alexander Tennant!", Animo yelled out.

Alex didn't even say anything but just blew a raspberry, which caused him to belch out a piece of metal.
