Just a few of my on-the-spot headcanons and ideas about Verosika & Wally's future family life. :-)
Verosika
With their first two daughters, Whitney and Violettie, Verosika soldiered on with her musical career; they'd accompany her on tour in her and Wally's supersized luxury RV.
Shortly before she became pregnant with Willy, she decided to take a hiatus to focus on herself and her family. That hiatus turned into an extended break, interspersed with a few home-recorded acoustic albums and low-key one-off concert appearances.
Music's in her blood, and Verosika loves to sing to her family to the accompaniment of her and Wally's guitars.
Verosika's got a mom bod now. You try having three kids and delicious home cooked meals every night without putting on some weight. She's cool with it, though.
Though she's mellowed out quite a bit over her hiatus, she'll still use her fame as leverage to get the best table and larger servings at restaurants, or skip to the front of the queues at Lu-Lu World.
Keeps in touch with her posse, especially when they (namely Ace & Josh, and Apple & Coco) start having families of their own. She likes being the wise one who can impart wisdom and experience.
By the time Willy's a teenager, and Whitney & Violettie are nearly adults, Verosika feels ready to return full-time to the music scene, on her own terms, with a new album and a new comeback tour. The album tops the charts and the tour gets rave reviews.
Wally
Wally kept up with his Wacky Idea Factory business, hit upon a few successes at last, and saved up more than enough for him to be able to step back and focus on being a full-time dad.
He still does a bit of work-from-home inventing, and runs the odd pyramid scheme every now and then to scam Overlords out of their fortunes, just for the hell of it.
A very doting father. Plays football and goofs around with the kids, cooks delicious breakfasts for everyone, tries to teach them inventing skills.
Can get a bit overprotective, though, especially once Whitney & Violettie become old enough to start dating. He's the classic "waaah my little girl's growing up too fast" parent.
Whitney
Takes after Verosika in personality, and has a very close relationship with her mother.
A classic first child – very intelligent, a natural leader, a bit more highly strung.
What she wants, she gets. Whitney stole Wally's walking cane so often as a young kid that he made her one.
If she played a musical instrument it would be the piano. She has a taste for, of all things, classical music and opera, so she'd get along well with Moxxie if ever they met.
Likes flowers but not gardening
Violettie
Looks like her mother but takes after her father.
Bubbly, outgoing, attention-seeking. She might have ADHD?
Cycles through a lot of different interests and hobbies – much like her dad. Various sports, baking, school clubs, rock climbing… you name it and she's probably done it.
If she played a musical instrument it would be the drums.
Into mechanical stuff, and willing to get her hands dirty. Once she's old enough she'd probably get a motorcycle and repair it
Likes gardening but not flowers
Gets on Whitney's nerves :-)
Willy
Head empty, no thoughts, just vibing
Mama's boy
The product of a very relaxed, pleasant pregnancy, so he's a very chill kid both in appearance and behaviour.
Didn't cry much as a baby.
Partially deaf. He has cochlear implants/hearing aids.
Sometimes he just turns them off and tunes out from the outside world.
Loves his mama's music; before he got his hearing aids he'd sit next to the subwoofer speaker and just vibe to the beat.
Both his older siblings are very protective of him If he played a musical instrument it would be the upright bass.
Grows up to be a bit of a hipster
