"Mom. Auntie Z." Henry called running in an all-out sprint towards the gates of his cousin's farmhouse home away from the one Robin preferred in Alice's cottage house.
"Henry?!"
Trust Alice to be the first to come running (literally) at the sound of the called warning of his hurried arrival. Regina and Zelena were not so far behind her.
"We found her. Robin. We found her." The out-of-breath royal grunts leaning in support against the gate railing to catch his breath as the other three joined him.
"Where is she then?" Alice demands
"Back there. Nooks looking after her." Henry answers between inhaled breaths to slow his heart rate. He might not have been a track superstar like Robin herself, but he wasn't what any would consider a pro runner.
"What's that?" Regina questions noticing the vial her son was holding.
"I don't know Mom." Henry confessed taking a much-appreciated drink from a water skin his auntie had offered him. "but whatever it is Robin had it when Nook and I found her. Maybe Gothel used whatever was in here on her or something, but she was holding onto it tight until her head bothered her enough to drop." He summarized
"Give it here." Alice demands already wrenching the fragile thing from Henry's grip to stab the needle into her own arm "Plant-based substances all of which my so-called Mother would gladly use to hurt anyone I love even toxins don't work on me, remember?" Alice reminded at the other's collective shock.
Zelena's more for the first verbal confession of Alice's love for her (Zelena's) daughter as Alice herself calmly injected the last meager drops of the substance it held into herself before any could stop her.
"Alice? Alice are you…" Zelena starts to question after a pained groan from the blonde as the now emptied syringes shatter on the ground at their feet as Alice's hand moves to her head as whatever drug she'd taken tasks its fast-acting effect.
"I'm going to call the Imp." Regina decides gesturing for Henry to follow her back up to the house the same moment Alice was running in a flat sprint back into the surrounding trees with a questioned "Henry which way?" before she completely disappeared. Zelena only just managed to hurry after her.
He'd lost count in the short span it had been happening just how many times Robin switched between using her bare fists or scrounged up tree branches to beat him. Killian was only glad her earlier assault had quickly lost him his hook as he lifts his limbless arm to shield his face once more.
"I'm not going to fight you, lass." The pirate coughed between hits not that he thought she heard him as the blows keep coming.
The sound of running feet pulls the not so young as he looked pirate from his attempts to sway the sickened archer swaying dangerously above him. It was a true wonder she could stay upright at all given how deathly pale she'd become.
They were running out of time.
"Robin?"
The words had barely cleared his not-so-little anymore girl's throat before Killian was feeling the heart-squeezing pain of his daughter's closeness despite Alice's best attempts to stay back as she dodged around a few more separating pines across from him and behind Robin's turned back.
Even deathly sick Robin had managed to pin Killian to the ground both of them covered in dirt, grass, and other sticking bits of the forest floor. Not much-separating cover for either to hide.
"Robin? Robin, can you hear me?" Alice asks a little louder now that she seemed to have gained her love's attention.
"T…Tower Girl?" Robin coughed holding her shaking hand up to block imagined smoke and blue flames from burning her dry throat as she spoke. "Alice." Robin croaked
"Think you can find a way to slip this to her, dearie?"
Anyone else would have stared in shock at the Dark One's sudden appearance at her side. Alice however had much more concerning problems to work out as she takes the slightly glowing potion bottle from Rumple's hand.
"Alice."
Robin had dropped to her knees her voice a rasped whimper as the rest of her body succumbs to being unable to fully support herself any longer now, she didn't have the adrenaline of the fight keeping her from feeling the full effects of the toxins working their deadly way thought her system.
"Come on, Guy Liner." Zelena huffed her tone an attempt at her normal snarky zip, but her touch was only gentle as she half drug half supported the pained pirate a few steps away from his original position.
"Don't you quit on me now, Nobin Mills." Alice scolds pulling Robin's upper body into her lap as she kneels beside her barely conscious love tugging out the stopper of the small glass bottle with her teeth.
"Alice." Just the way she mumbled her name had Alice's heart breaking in her chest to hear.
"I love you."
Those were the last words Robin remembers speaking as three drops of something wet and cold dropped between her dry chapped lips seconds before Alice was leaning in to kiss her.
"I love you too, Nobin."
