After the bond hearing Waverly and Dolls waited at the Homestead for Wynonna to be released from county jail. Waverly and Dolls knew that Wynonna would not be able to co exist with Nicole at the police station anymore. Plus there was a restraining order put in place at the hearing that would force Dolls to find a new place for Black Badge to continue their operations.

Waverly had tried everything but Nicole refused to talk to her. Outside the courthouse, Waverly made her way over to Nicole and Nedley, Waverly overheard Nicole telling Sheriff Nedley she was angry that Wynonna had gotten a lower bond. As soon as her eyes met Waverly's Eyes, Nicole walked away as Waverly tried once more to talk to her. Dolls grabbed Waverly by the arm as she attempted to follow Nicole and stopped her.

At home, Dolls consoled Waverly. Waverly hands were shaking as she sipped her herbal tea. In that moment Wynonna walked in the front door and sat down at the table. Looking at Dolls, Wynonna asked him to pour her a Whiskey. Wynonna couldn't bare to see her baby sister so upset over Nicole Haught. Wynonna said, "Waves, I'm sorry." With that tears poured out of Wynonna's eyes as she drank her Whiskey in silence.

For the next few days Waverly refrained from coming out of her bedroom. She wasn't eating, sleeping or even showering. Wynonna let her be. Wynonna knew this was all her doing as she and Dolls continued on with their most resent investigation into Bobo Del Rey. Wynonna returned home one evening to find Waverly unresponsive. Opening her sister's bedroom door, Wynonna found Waverly passed out on the floor. Attempting to revive her sister, Wynonna was in full panic. Calling 911, Wynonna yelled "Please help me, my sister ..." The person on the other end of the line was no one other than Officer Nicole Haught. As the panic set in Nicole dropped the phone. Wynonna's voice could be heard on the phone receiver as another officer picked up the phone from the floor and began giving Wynonna instructions and asking her questions about Waverly. He said into the phone, "Is she breathing?"

"Nicole! Officer Haught, are you okay!" Sheriff Nedley tried to get Nicole to snap out of it. "Nicole, Waverly is breathing! and the ambulance is on its way to the homestead." Come on, Officer Haught let's get you over there." As Sheriff Nedley and Nicole made their way through the front door, Nicole bolted up the stairs to Waverly's bedroom. Paramedics were getting ready to transport her as Nicole went over to see Waverly. White as a sheet, Waverly looked like she was between life and death. Wynonna noticed Nicole as she was gently rubbing Waverly's leg. Nicole said looking at Waverly, "Baby, I'm here. Please don't die."

This seemed to enrage Wynonna as she lunged for Nicole. Wrapping her hands around Nicole's neck the paramedics were quick to get Waverly out of the room. Coming down the stairs the paramedics quickly got Waverly loaded and in route to the hospital. Sheriff Nedley and Dolls separated and handcuffed both Nicole and Wynonna and sat them down facing each other. Kicking and screaming at one another, Wynonna kept telling Nicole this was all her fault, her sister wanted to die because she broke her heart. Nicole just sat their and started crying. Looking at Wynonna, Nicole said, " I love her so much. So much it scares me. I just can't do this anymore with you." Wynonna seemed confused and got quiet as she waited for Nicole to continue.

Both Nedley and Dolls told both ladies that the hospital nurse called saying that Waverly was going to be okay. Nedley said before they leave this room that it was obvious that they both needed to talk. Feeling guilty for hurting Nicole, not once but now three times, Wynonna stared at Nicole's bruised face. Nicole's eyes were clearly going to be bruised tomorrow. Feeling bad, Wynonna told Nicole she was sorry for hurting her again. She explained that Waverly was her entire world, her whole heart, and she cant help but want to hurt anyone who might hurt her baby sister. "She loves you, Nicole. I have never seen my sister so broken up over someone like she is over you." Wynonna looked at Nicole and said, " I'm sorry, I hurt you. I think we both need to be there for Waverly." Wynonna called for Dolls to uncuff them. Both Nicole and Wynonna rode alone in Nicole's patrol car to the hospital.

Walking into the emergency room, the nurse led them into see Waverly. Waverly was sitting up eating jello as another nurse watched her. Nurse Jane explained that Waverly probably had not eaten in days which caused her to faint. Relieved it wasn't something more serious, Wynonna went over to kiss her sister. She said, " You gave us a real scare, Waves. Look who came to see you motioning to Nicole. I going to leave you to alone so you can talk." Nicole looked scared as tears filled Waverly's eyes. Wynonna pushed Nicole over to Waverly's bedside and left both girls alone to talk. Looking at Nicole's face, Waverly said, "I see that Wynonna beat you up again. I bet she forced you to come see me? If she did, I don't want you to feel you have to be here."

Nicole thought about what Waverly said. "Waves, I wanted to come. I am glad your okay. I will always care about you." Something in what Nicole said made Waverly upset. She said, "Nicole, just leave. Get out!" And with that Nicole exited the room, out in the hall Wynonna watched as Nicole left upset. Entering her sister's room, Waverly was sobbing. "Wynonna, why did you make her come see me?" Wynonna said, "Waves, I didn't make her do anything. She loves you, baby girl."

Waverly continued to cry, "Get out Wynonna! Why don't you just go back to Greece. You have ruined my life once again." Wynonna left crying from the hospital.
