The situation between Sonic, Luffy, and Ruby was tense. They continued to fight Eggman's machines, the Marines, and the Grimms, but now each did it alone. At that moment Luffy sees the murderer of his brother.

At that moment, Devil Rose suddenly appeared before the two admirals, looking at them with visible burns and anger as Luffy and Sonic gasped in horror at the entrance of her sworn sister.

She then looked at Akainu, who looked back at her. She shook her head to erase that thought.

Sonic looks surprised, a small tear forming in the corner of his eye. Fed up with this corny nonsense, Akainu approaches Ruby dangerously, as his arms turn to magma again.

Needless to say, this not only terrified Ruby but left her in dire agony. How could the simple fact of existing be a sin, a crime? Did that mean that her mother was a bad person? And that she was, just because she was his daughter?
Before she could think of anything else, Akainu prepared a magma strike.

Sonic: Ruby! Flees! GO!
