A couple of minutes later, Apple and Raven were on the practice grounds a couple of yards away from the school.
"Today we'll focus on meditation to bring more of our magic to the surface," said Raven as the two sat across from each other with their legs crossed under them.
"Focus on the magic gathered around your heart and let it flow around your body as if it was a river," she said.
"Alright," said Apple as she closed her eyes. As she focused on the magic around her heart, Apple's subconscious began to sink into it.
"What is this?" she asked while floating in the red magical energy which was gently flowing around her at a slow speed.
"It's so warm," said Apple with a smile. Suddenly, something began to form before her and the area around Apple had begun to heat up and move around faster, turning into a roaring flood.
"This… this is getting too hot," she said before her meditation was broken and her eyes popped open.
"Apple, what happened?!" asked Raven who was brought out of her own meditation at the sound of her girlfriend breathing heavily. Once she looked at her, she noticed that the blonde was covered in sweat and was looking a little red in the face.
"I… I don't know," said Apple.
"I was doing as you said when suddenly I found myself floating in my magical aura and something appeared in it before me, making the area too hot for me to stay," she said.
"It sounds like you were seeing your Magic Form, what did it look like?" asked Raven as she grabbed one of two towels that they had brought with them and wiped her face.
"The whole area got too hot, I couldn't get a good look at it," said Apple.
"If it was getting that hot then it can only mean that your Magic Form is a top tier one," said a surprised Raven.
"Seeing as I don't know much about Magic Forms can you give me a lesson on it, if I'm going to have one might as well learn about it, right?" asked Apple.
"Of course, let's head back to our room and I'll teach you," said Raven with a smile as she stood with her hand held out toward the princess who gladly took it.
