My father and uncle used to tell me stories about a land where it was ruled by a lion. They called it a lion king, but I didn't believe that title. My uncle Jim then said that it's possible that there is a lion king.
I then asked, "Well if that's possible then how come I never actually seen one?" My dad then said, "Well just because you haven't seen a lion king doesn't mean that it's not real." I took his word for it. Then he and Uncle Jim handed me a few things that were once theirs, a medallion that is shaped like a lion and a staff.
My father then said, "This medallion was once mine when I was about your age and the staff was once his when he was a little older than you Patrina, but now we want you to have them." I didn't know what to say. My uncle then said, "You know exploring the yard will help you understand."
I smiled with a sigh and said, "Thanks Uncle Jim, I'll give it a try and go." Then I went outside to explore. I am wearing my red tank top with black short pants. It was nice of my father and uncle to give me their things. I did tell my uncle that I'll never loose the staff.
Then while I was walking, I began to notice my father's medallion and staff starting to glow. I got confused. What's happening? Before I had time to react, a bright red and orange light circled around me.
I felt like I was spinning. It's like a wild ride of some kind. Then I landed with a thud. I groaned. I then looked up and got my eyes wide. I see open plains and some trees. I have a feeling that I'm not at home anymore.
I must be in the wilds of Africa.
