"What is she doing?!" asked Sailor Moon as everyone watched as the White Witch continued to absorb the light from the arrow.
"It's just like I was worried about, the energy of your attack comes from the moon, and this time it was made up of energy from the Blood Moon, and now she's taking in all of it to restore herself," said Tuxedo Mask.
"And it's not just the normal Blood Moon energy, this arrow was formed from the purest of the energy, making it a hundred times stronger than the normal Blood Moonlight!" said the White Witch as her hood flew off.
"Which is hexactly what I needed to restore me to full power!" she said while her body started to rejuvenate to that of a young woman right as the arrow vanished along with the energy she had been taking.
"It's good to see you back to full strength, your Majesty," said Maugrim as he and Iethre knelt down before her.
"And it feels even better, but I want even more," said the White Witch before she turned on her followers and started to absorb the energies out of them as well.
"What… what are you doing?" asked Iethre
"I've spent thousands of years waiting to regain my powers after you failed me!" said the White Witch.
"There's no way I'd let you have so much power, never mind leave you alive after what happened all those centuries ago!" she said while her magic flared to life in her eyes. With that, the last of Iethre and Maugrim's energies had been drained from the two of them.
"I can't believe she just did that," said a horrified Sailor Mercury as she and the others watched as the White Witch's former underlings turned to dust.
"Now that I've gotten rid of them," said the White Witch as she turned her attention back to the Fairy Scouts.
"It's time to get rid of all of you once and for all!" she said while a large amount of white energy collected around her fists.
"Move!" said Tuxedo Mask before a blast of pure white magic shot out at them.
"You're a lot faster than I thought, but it won't stop me," said the White Witch as everyone managed to dodge her attack. However, when it hit a tree, a tenth of the forest had been frozen instantly.
