This story is an angst story about midoriya.. what if he gave into bakugous words.. what if he really did take a swan dive off the roof? this is a work in progress, its my first angst story. chapter 2 will be released when its finished :)

heads up! this story starts of in midoriyas perspective and it switches through different students/teachers perspectives through the story. ill tell you whos perspective it switches too through the story :)

also im very sorry for any spelling mistakes!!

Chapter 1.

"Just go take a swan dive off the roof DEKU" i heard bakugou shout as i left school crying, again. When i got back to my dorm, i locked the door and threw my bag on the floor. "WHY IS HE SO MEAN!? WHAT IF I DO JUST GO JUMP OFF THE ROOF!? WOULD EVERYONE BE HAPPY THAT WAY!??" I scream. I felt like punching the wall. Tearing my skin apart peace by piece. Screaming until my voice was no more. I felt like dying. "Deku? Are you ok in there? Its dinner time.." I heard Uaraka say. "Yea. Ill be out in a sec" i say while wiping my tears. I go to sit down for dinner.. I see bakugou sitting across from me. Asui looks over at me, "Deku, you ok?" She asks, looking concerned. "Yea. Fine." I say, chocking back tears. I look at bakugou, "What are you looking at useless bastard!?" He shouts. "You know what, i think im gonna eat later. Im going back to my dorm." i say. "Ok deku.." Uaraka says. I walk away from the table. "BAKUGOU WHAT THE HECK!" Uaraka shouts, thinking i cant hear her. She shouts at him, as i walk into the elevator. A million thoughts running through my head as i stand there in the empty elevator shaft. I get back to my dorm, and i can hear all the others downstairs having so much fun without me. "WHY AM I SO USELESS AND PATHETIC?! WHY AM I STILL HERE!?? I SHOULD JUST JUMP OF THE ROOF LIKE BAKUGOU SAID!!" I shout thinking no one can hear me, but.. Kirirshima is standing right outside the door. He was coming to check on me.. I hear a slight knock at the door. "Deku?.. Whats going on?" kiri asks. "nothing , just go away. Please." He insists. "Ok.. but if anythings wrong you can come talk to me." He says, while accidentally pushing the door open. He gets a quick look inside before i quickly close it shut. "Midoriya.. What are those blades doing on your desk." "nothing. I was using them for a project for school." i reply. Panicking. "Deku. please talk to me." kirishima insists. "NO. IM FINE! GO AWAY! PLEASE!" i shout. "ok.. " Kiri says while walking away. "IM SO STUPID. GODDAMNIT DEKU. GET IT TOGETHER." I shout. I look down at the blades on my desk, and pick them up. Rubbing them on my arms and legs. "I deserve it." I say inside my head. I get the bandages stashed in my bag and put them on my body. "I deserve it all. It would be better if i just left. Wouldn't it?" i think to myself. "DEKU! DAMN NERD! GET DOWN HERE!" I hear bakugou yell. "Im coming." I say, but i don't want to go. But i do anyways. He grabs my arm and brings me outside. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!? COME ON! I TOLD YOU. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF YOU JUST DISAPPEAR BASTARD. YOU HAVE NO PURPOSE HERE DUMB NERD." He shouted in my face. "You brought me out here just to tell me that? If thats all. Im going back to my dorm." i say while pushing his hands off of me. "SHUT UP DAMN NERD. AND COME BACK HERE. RIGHT NOW." i hear him shout as i walk inside. Crying. I walk past Asui and Uarakas dorms. They're both sleeping. I look at my watch. Its midnight. Kachan was probably going to sleep soon. And i think everyone else is asleep too.. Its my chance. I wait to hear katsuki go into his dorm for the night. I get out my pencil and paper. And sit at my desk. Thinking for what to say. Write so much down, but i just write down one sentence on another paper in the end. "Ill see you soon." The one sentence i wrote down. I put it on the table we normally eat on. Then, i walk out the door, to UA. I knew all might stayed there late, and i wanted to say my final goodbye. I walk int he door of the school, and walk into all mights office. To see him sitting there. I can barely see him through my tears blurring my vision. "Hey kid! Hey! What wrong! What going on young midoriya!" all might says when he sees me. "What are you doing here this late?" he asks, but i ignore the question. Walking over to him, and hugging him. For the last time. " i love you all might. Please find a better successor. Ill see you soon." I say through tears. "Young midoriya! What do you mean!" i ignore him and walk out of his office. He follows me, but i just go back to the dorms. To trick all might. Because i know hes following me. Once he sees me walk in the door, he goes home. I know hes gone home, so i walk back to the school. And walk up the stairs to the roof. I open the heavy metal door, and walk to the edge. Unaware, someone has followed me. Kirirshima has woke up.. And saw the note and ran to the roof pf the dorm building, and he wasn't there. So he sprinted to the school. And sprinted up the stairs to the roof. Behind me, i hear kirishima yell "DEKU!" he yells.. As i step off the roof. "DEKU!!" He yells while sprinting back down the stairs. One he gets there.. (switching to kirishima's perspective.) "DEKU! SOMEONE! HELP ME! PLEASE HELP DEKU!" I scream. All my thoughts running through my mind rapidly. All might walks out the front door of the school.. Turns out he didnt go home. "ALL MIGHT! PLEASE! HELP HIM!" i screamed at all might. " YOUNG MIDORIYA! NO NO NO!" he yells while grabbing dekus lifeless body. He calls the hospital. After 10 minutes, i see a ambulance pull up outside the school. "Kirishima please go wake up your other classmates and inform them of what is happening." All might demands. "Y-yes sir. Im going to come to the hospital after" I say while scrambling and running back to the dorms. "EVERYONE! WAKE UP!" He screamed walking through every floor where his class mates dorms were. They all walked out of their rooms, confused. "COME DOWNSTAIRS! PLEASE!" I screamed desperately. They all gathered around the table, and stared at dekus note. I frantically tried to gather myself and explain. "Deku deku wrote this and i ran to the school but i was too late and he jumped off the roof, he kinda dived off it and and i ran as fast i could down to try and catch him but i was too late all might called an ambulance and and went with him and he told me to come and tell you guys i i" i frantically said. "WHAT!? WE HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL RIGHT NOW!" Uaraka shouted. "I agree.. Lets go.. Please." Ojiro stammered through tears. Tododroki just stood there, his face said it all, as i looked at him. I knew what he was thinking. "Lets go everyone." Lida said trying to be brave holding back his tears. "What if i had been faster.. I couldve saved him.. Earlier, the blades.. What he said.. I couldve saved him. Its all my fault. I couldve stopped him." i thought while running outside. "WAIT! MR AIZAWA! WE SHOULD GET HIM!" Asui said. "Youre right. Ill go get him and explain quickly" lida said. 2 minutes later, him and aizawa ran outside. "Come on, get in the bus everyone quickly." aizawa said. Being brave. "Wheres bakugou?" kaminari noticed when they were halfway there. "Ill go get him after. We need to get there as soon as possible" lida said. I looked around, every one was either sobbing or trying to be brave, holding back tears. I looked at uaraka and Asui, hugging each other, crying in the row beside me. I turned to them. "Its going to be ok guys. I promise." i said while grabbing their hands. "But but what if hes gone.. Deku. gone." Asui said. "I know.. Its going to be ok." "wait! WHAT ABOUT ERI!" uaraka noticed. "Oh no.. what are we gonna do." I said quietly. We arrived at the hospital, i sprinted off the bus. And sprinted inside, seeing all might standing there, waiting. "ALL MIGHT! PLEASE! TAKE ME TO HIM! PLEASE!" I screamed. "US TOO!" the whole class shouted behind me. "Follow me." He said in a somber tone. "Please be ok. Please be alive. Please." i thought. "Kirishima go in first. The rest of you should wait." All might said. I wasnt even listening. I sprinted through the door. "DEKU!!!!!" i shouted while looking at him. The doctor standing there, "is he alive!? PLEASE IS HE??" "im sorry.. We tried as hard as we could.." the doctor informed me. "NO!" i shreiked. "PLEASE NO!" The other students shaking, waiting frantically As aizawa walked in the door, with bakugou.. And eri.. "aizawa! " all might said "im going in." aizawa said. (switches to aizawa perspective) I walk in the door of the hospital room. I look at kirishima.. Sobbing at midoryias feet.. Begging for the doctor to be joking.. "Hes gone.. Isnt he?" i asked. "YES! AND IT ALL MY FAULT!" i heard kirishima shreik through tears. "It is not your fault kirishima. Far from it." i said. "How could this have happened.. Was i not enough? If i was a better teacher would this not have happened?" i thought. (switching to all mights perspective.) "young bakugou. May i speak with you?" I asked. Wanting to know what he did to make this happen. But he stood there, unresponsive, just in shock. "Bakugou?" i asked. "oh. The rest of you can go in now.. Except you bakugou. "What do you want all might" he asked. I walked up to him, and punched him. "WHAT WERE YOU DOING TO THE POOR BOY?? YOUVE CAUSED THIS TO HAPPEN. ITS YOUR WORDS THAT PUSHED IT TO THE END. I KNOW IT." i yelled angrily. "Im sorry.. I didnt know he would actually do it." bakugo said. (switching back to aizawa) I watched all the rest of the students walk int he room, all of them breaking and beaking down and crying. Except todoroki. He just stood there. His face said it all. "Eri." i say while watching eri walk in the door. "Mr deku? Mr eraser head? Everyone? Whats happening" eri murmurs, confused. "Eri. Deku.. hes gone." Ojiro says.. In the calmest tone of voice he can muster. "What? How? Why? Mr eraser head what happened?" She asks while turning her little head towards me. "Oh Eri.." I say. "HES DEAD. HES DEAD ERI" Kirishima shrieked through tears, I see bakugou walk in, "everyone out. Bakugou come in." I say, because i know, having everyone else in the room while katski is here wouldnt be a good idea. "No no no no this wasn't supposed to happen! THIS WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!" he yelled. As he fell to his knees he yelled "DOCTOR! MR AIZAWA! PLEASE IT HAS TO BE A JOKE IT HAS TO BE!!" "im sorry.. Hes gone." the doctor replied "NO NO NO" he yelled as he ran out the door. (switch to bakugou) An overwhelming guilt, and anger took over my entire body. This wasnt supposed to happen. I didnt mean it literally you dumb nerd. "I DIDNT MEAN IT YOU IDIOT!" I yelled once i had gotten out of the hospital. I look behing me, as all might slowly walks out the door. "IM SORRY! IM SORRY! THIS WASNT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN THIS WASNT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN I DIDNT MEAN IT IM SORRY IM SORRY THIS IS ALL MY FAULT IM SORRY!" i yelled as all might sighed and looked over at me. "Katsuki." he replied. I just ran away, firing my explosions to go faster. I got back to the dorms, and went into the washroom. I slowly looked into the mirror, "YOU MONSTER! YOU MONSTER! YOU TOOK HIM AWAY! I HATE YOU." i yelled while looking at my reflection in the mirror. My legs felt weak, and i fell to the floor. Screaming and crying. I started blasting my face with my explosions. "YOU MONSTER!" i yelled repeatedly. "Katsuki bakugou?" someone said behind me, i slowly looked up, it was mirio. From UA's big three. I fell to the floor sobbing. Lying there, mirio looking at me confused. "Hey tamaki! Bakugous in here, somethings wrong but i dont know what going on." mirro yelled. "Mabye get kirishima!" tamaki responded. I lied there. Sobbing. "Im such a monster." i said quietly, as mirio stood there. "Hey hey what do you mean??" "Hey mirio! None of class 1 a is here, and theres s note from deku that says "ill see you soon - deku" do you think?" tamaki yelled. Mirio sprinted out of the bathroom. "CALL MR AIZAWA! RIGHT NOW!" i heard mirio yell. (aizawa) "tamamki?" i look at my phone and see tamaki calling. "hello ? whats up tamaki?" "HELLO! MR AIZAWA?" I heard mirios voice. "I found bakugou crying on the floor of the bathroom at the dorms, and hes saying hes a monster and just lying there. None of the class 1 a students are here and theres this note from midoriya whats going on!?!?" Mirio said frantically. "Oh mirio, you and tamaki should come down to the hospital." i said, then hung up. I didn't want to hear him cry on the phone. About 10 minutes later, they burst through the hospital doors and mirio runs to me. "MIDORIYA WHERE IS HE!? WHAT HAPPPENED!?" mirio yelled. "In there.." i said while pointing to midoriyas hospital room. He burst through the door and shrieked, "MIDORIYA! NO NO NO!" he yelled. "Tamaki.." i whisper as i see him standing there, his face full of sorrow and shock. "what.. what.. how did this happen.." i hear him mutter. "mabye go talk to kirishima tamaki." "ok.." he says. (kirishima) Tamaki?.. whats he doing here? oh no.. does he know? "kirishima.. what. happened." he mutters to me. do i tell him? do i make up a story? im gonna tell him. "so.. bakugou was being an ass as always to midoriya and kinda went to far and midroyia was having.. thoughts. and he jumped off the roof of UA. i tried to save him, i really did. but i was to late. AND NOW HES GONE AND ITS ALL MY FAULT" i say. i burst out in tears again. i fall to the ground. "kirishima.. you tried your best its not your fault. if its anyones its kachans.." he says, trying to comfort me. he picks me up and lifts my arm over his neck. i fall limp. "WHY JUST WHY" i scream "let it all out buddy cry it all out" he says in a soft voice. i fall onto him and cry. we go and sit down on a couch. i lie on his lap. i fall asleep, i hadnt gotten much sleep anyways. "oh kiri.. youll be ok." tamaki says. after 2 hours of sleeping, i wake up on a couch at the dorms, still on tamakis lap. had everyone come back? "why are you here..? i dont wanna leave mirdioya.." i mutter "everyones back and is getting some sleep. all might and mr aizawa are still at the hospital doing some paperwork and answering some questions. go back to sleep honey. im still here if you need to cry, cry. but i think you should get some more sleep." he tells me. "what about bakugou..? where is he?" i ask "hes in the bathroom still. hes been there since before me and mirio came to the hospital." he replies "is he ok.?" i mutter while falling back asleep. "he will be ok, once everyone gets some rest aizawa told me to get you and denki to go talk to him." i fell back asleep before i could answer. tamaki stroking my back. and stroking my head. "its gonna be ok kiri."
