One day John Phoenix Games was at his massively successful John Phoenix Game Studio which was world renowned for producing a whopping 0.133333333333 completed video games over its two year existence.

"Hello," said John Phoenix Games. "My name is John Phoenix Games and I am a fictional character/self insert. Because I am the one talking, this counts as a story and is not breaking the rules. All names and evidence are purely fictional, and all resemblance to real names and evidence is a complete coincidence, even if it is the exact same username as a real person and the evidence is exactly the same as real evidence that is actually true."

"So, the reason I wanted to make this announcement is because all of the evidence for JordanPhoenix's plagiarism hasn't been properly kept in one easily accessible place. There is a pastebin that had all the examples that people had gathered, but I don't think the link has been anywhere publicly for quite some time. So instead, I will be listing them all here in this story. All of this is lines of dialogue that a character (me) is speaking, so it counts as a story. If you have any other examples you have found, please leave them in the reviews of this story and I will add them to the next chapter. Also let me know if any links are dead or anything like that so I can update or remove them.

Also worth noting is that when someone posts evidence in the reviews of her story, Jordan will spam meaningless reviews to bury them so that her readers don't see what she is doing. We know it's her doing this because when a guest is burying, she doesn't remove the guest review and when an account is burying she doesn't block the account. I take this as an admission of guilt, because if her plagiarism was somehow acceptable in her mind, she wouldn't feel the need to hide it. This burying is another reason that I do this, so that the evidence is out there for all to see without being hidden.

Please leave a review if you have more evidence to share or if you have some sort of defense for Jordan. I am genuinely curious to see what people can possibly come up with to justify this. And before you say the evidence is fake, please at least read it. If you say this was faked you are essentially saying that John Phoenix authors have the capabilities to hack and alter the likes of DeviantArt, Descriptionari, and even Google, as the evidence exists directly on these websites.

I think that's about it, so let's get to the evidence. If you want to follow the links, use the mobile version of the website to copy the links, and add in the dots and replace commas as necessary. Keep in mind this was stitched together from many messages so there might be bits and pieces of weird extra commentary in there too.

SINGING IN THE COURTROOM BY JORDAN PHOENIX CHAPTER 89:

(fanfiction net/s/12864335/)

"Right now, he could keep only half his mind on the job. The other half was preoccupied savoring the delicate, feminine scent of the captivating beauty beside him and wondering what it would be like to have her warm and willing beneath him. He had to fight to keep from staring at her sweet, full mouth. A frown of concentration tugged at it, marring her lovely features."

Nice neck, he thought, his mind drifting traitorously. It was a sleek ivory column that was mostly exposed because her almond hair was pulled over to one shoulder, trying to keep it out of her way as she leaned over the drawers. The smooth, soft-looking skin beckoned for the touch of a man's lips. Unconsciously he ran his tongue over his then ground his teeth at the jolt of desire surged through him.

"She took one step forward and found herself crushed against him, his arms like iron bands around her. His mouth seized hers with fierce tenderness, his hands shifting over her back and sides in a possessive caress, pressing her ever tighter to his chest and hips and legs. Slowly, tantalizingly, he coaxed her lips to part, and when they did, he deepened the kiss. Miles kissed her until Franziska was breathless and leaning into him, fitting her body to his muscled length, her arms wrapped around his neck to hold him closer. When he finally broke the contact, he kissed her cheek and the corner of her eye and her temple, then he laid his jaw against her hair."

Slowly, tantalizingly, he coaxed her lips to part, and when they did, he deepend the kiss. Heart-Warming Java Shots by forgreatcoffee and Jordan Phoenix, Chapter 16

"Not only am I a liar, but I'm also selfish. Selfish enough to want it all, for I know if I don't have you, I don't have anything. The one trait that remains constant with me, both in and out of court, is that I am ruthless. I cannot and will not give up until I can prove to you that you are the only thing that matters. So even if I hurt you so badly that you want to send me away, or run away as you did 10 years ago, just know that this time, I shan't let you go. I'll just keep running after you. Again, and again, and again. And if you can ever find it in your heart to forgive me… I will do everything it takes to make it up to you. Cross my heart."

From the chapter 194 of Turnabout Everlasting:

If a man is blessed with a wife, he needs to remember to love her like fish love the sea or bird loves the sky. Love her in the way that your heart feels like it's going to burst at any moment every time it beats. Love her skin in the way it feels against your own soft and warm and utterly flawless. Love her for the way her voice trembles when she can't keep it together anymore and love her when she holds on to you as if you were the only thing that was keeping her alive. Love her because some days she just can't do it herself.

SINGING IN THE COURTROOM BY JORDAN PHOENIX CHAPTER 79:

(fanfiction net/s/12864335/79/)

The grieving boy sat at the front of the funeral. Everyone's heads were down. Maybe it was them showing respect or maybe there were too afraid to look at what was coming. The coffin was pulled from the hearse by six strong men, all wearing suits. The silence dwelled as they entered the church. It wobbled as they carried it to the front and gently placed it down.

The coffin was dark stained cherry and it was perfectly polished. It had a cushioned and silky lining. It seemed inviting. It was good to know that at least his father was resting in a comfortable place.

...

Miles kept it together until they passed a picture of Gregory to everyone and that's when all the memories came flooding back like a tidal wave. His father's face seemed so alive and happy and he couldn't help but wonder what he looked like under that closed wooden box. He stared blankly at it, hoping in vain that a miracle would happen and he would rise again and come back to the world, come back to him.

But nothing happened.

Gregory Edgeworth was gone.

It's crazy how things can turn upside down for you. You see the person every day and suddenly, they're gone and when they go, a part of you goes with them too. Who knows where Father is going to end up, or if there even is a heaven? I like to believe that the place is inviting and calm and there's nothing but good in it; that he's with Mother again, so hopefully that means he's happy…

I held my mum's shaky hand the whole time. She wiped tears onto her sleeve and rested on my shoulder. I kept it together until they passed a picture of her to everyone and that's when all the memories came flooding back like a tidal wave. Her face seemed so alive and happy and I couldn't help but wonder what she looked like under that closed wooden box. CHAPTER 193 of Turnabout Everlasting:

He's handsome from the depth of his eyes to the gentle expressions of his voice. He is handsome from his generous opinions to the touch of his hand upon my own. I love the way his voice quickens when he's sparkled with a new idea or was so enjoying one of mine that he lost himself for a moment and quite forgot the stiff upper lip gentleman's mask he normally wears for others. Just over a year ago, I gave him my heart and kept his safe, and that's just the way it was. The way it's always been. The way I know it was meant to be.

He held her gaze as he lifted both her hands to his lips and kissed each finger one after the other.

...

Phoenix didn't wait for any further invitation but swept the few inches of his extraordinary height down to meet her lips in a searing kiss. This time, he was not gentle. She leaned against his hard chest and slung an arm around his neck, feeling his familiar soft spiky hair against her skin, and she took what he gave and gave more in return until he released her with a groan.

...

Maya looked up into Phoenix's handsome face, his flushed complexion, the sheen of sweat on his forehead, his throat, his chest, his eyes very bright. She intrinsically knew the loving expression she saw would never waver, even if she halted things even though they'd already gone this far.

With the thrall gone, she looked at him, his flushed complexion, the sheen of sweat on his forehead, his throat, his chest, his eyes very bright and his glorious warrior hair hanging about his shoulders.

...

I want your weight on me more than anything in the world. I want to be connected body and soul with you more than anything in the world, here and now, on this table from which you built this house. I beg of you to enthrall me and make me yours. Please.

What's funny is how obvious it is that this was copypasted haphazardly and with zero thought. Since when does Phoenix have "extraordinary" height? He's only 5'9 (like me).

_END OF EVIDENCE_

John Phoenix Games drank a glass of water.

"That was a mouthful. Thanks for reading, and hopefully this fictional story gets fictional people to realize what fictional JordanPhoenix is doing. Isn't it crazy just how much of that story was copied? If this happens to be exactly the case in the real world too, that would be the most insane coincidence! Anyways, that's all for now and I will see you next time."

John Phoenix Games then ceased to exist as the story was over. To be continued?
