A FEW DAYS LATER

Admiral Harriman Nelson had been in his office when he had received a communication from Darien spacecraft that he was going to be beaming down to his office to speak with him. While both the Seaview and the Bellius were on their way home.

Even though the sadness of the situation is the fact that all of the bodies of the Seaview crew have been delivered to the Nelson Institute and the families to be informed of the news, along with the Institute using the special funds account to help pay for the burial costs for the families to be a nice thing to be doing after what had happened.

Nelson had signed off the special account with Captain Lee Crane or rather Commander to be going back to his original command status. He had agreed to the idea of taking the funds out of the account for the Nelson Institute.

Looking up at the time on the clock in his office. Darien is supposed to be beaming down within the next few moments. When all of a sudden there was a shimmer of light with the form of Darien in his real form for now. "Admiral Harriman Nelson, I am sorry that I am late with getting back to Earth. I have been appraised of the situation with what has been going on at the island of Saipan." he croaks out with his response with his mummy-like craggy features.

"I should have known you're able to get here Darien. However, a lot had been going on with 21 of the Seaview crewmembers having been killed by those aliens fighting for the dominance of their race. However, I don't know if you have heard of the woman Lauren of the Cajon race? She was able to finally tell us the name of their race." he motions with the information.

Thinking about it for the moment with his hand waving into space. "I believe that my organization has come across them at some point in time. From my understanding, Harriman is the fact that they wanted to live in peace except for a few rebels wishing to continue on with the fighting, and no doubt this Lauren was able to convince a small percentage to break away. However, I am sorry that 21 of the Seaview crew were killed in the process?" he croaks out with his sadness.

"Thank you, there is a chance that you might be able to meet her when she and her group will get the laboratory cleaned up and will be able to send communications that they are ready to be discussing peace talks with joining the Alliance and live in peace. However, there is a great deal to be learned from them Darien with the energy levels that were used with their cloaking device to hide the laboratory and the entire island until we were able to figure it out." Nelson says calmly.

"And no doubt Admiral Nelson that you were able to find out all of the flaws when it comes to the cloaking device and the loopholes with the energy levels?" Darien had to say to him...

"The Seaview and the Bellius crew engineering staff are working on the problem Darien and we are hoping to find out soon." Nelson retorted with his statement to Darien.

"And Harriman what do you think the Alliance should do since you are a part of starting the Alliance here on Earth?" this was an interesting question to be asking by Darien.

Admiral Harriman Nelson needed a few moments to be asking the question in the first place. "If I was you, I will as with yourself and others will need to talk with them to ask a number of questions as to why they are here in the first place?" he recanted.

"I will agree with you. But I get the feeling you're going to wait until both of your submarines are back to port and have a briefing with the crews?" Darien needed to say feeling his compassion at the moment.

"Yes, I do Darien. I can't afford to lose any more personnel at this time. Even though the nelson Institute is going to be helping the families out financially with the funerals." he ironically had to say to the alien. "By the way, I need to ask you as to why what had happened to have you and your spacecraft to unable to communicate with?" he asked calmly and with a sensitive nature to the question.

"It was delicate Nelson, however myself and the rest of my people on the team were able to settle with the solar system by joining the Alliance. Even though after meeting with the representatives of 15 planets wishing to go to war with others. I was able to come up with a demonstration of where all of the planets decided to come to an agreement instead of destruction of their solar system. It was very difficult for me and very emotional as well Harriman. I am just sorry that I couldn't be here for you and the Institute with the loss of your personnel?" he alluded sitting down in a chair as the stress was taking its toll.

Standing up from his seat he will get up to check on him. "Are you alright Darien I can have Doctor Anthony Sterling come here to check you out?" he was concerned for his Alliance friend.

"I suggest Harriman that I beam up to my spacecraft to change into my human form for the next 12 hours, I will be fine afterward," he instructed with his suggestion of calling for the transporter beam to take him back up to this spacecraft.

Nelson watched him disappear into existence as he will be needing to be doing the same with some sleep and food with calling his wife Syrian at his house on the grounds. She will answer the phone as he called to let her know that he was coming home.

"Do you need anything to eat before going to bed?" she asked calmly with her demeanor.

"Yes, call for the Chinese food since I don't want you in the kitchen at the moment since the both of us will be sleeping since you're still recovering from jetlag from Russia." he makes mentioned hanging up without telling her any type of emotional response to upset her slightly.
