Intruder Alert
Chapter 32th
Syrian waited for her husband to gather himself after waking from the dream. "Are you alright Harriman?" she alluded with her concern for her husband.
He was trying to gather his words together with the dream really upsetting for him. "I will be Syrian, just give me a moment to catch my breath?" he was serious with his comment to her as she will back off from him to be sitting up in bed now with turning up the lights in the bedroom.
Nelson will as well sit up against the headboard feeling slightly better now. "It was some type of a message from Lauren of the Cajun race telling me that she had an image of one of her rebels that is going to try and try me, Darien, and most of all Lauren as well." he exhales with closing his eyes for the moment trying to see the face.
"Was she able to see the face of this rebel in the dream?" Syrian needed to have said to her husband.
"No, not at all. She wasn't able to see the face with the image that was sent to me in the dream. This is not a good thing for tomorrow Syrian with the threat of someone from the rebels to try and stop with the meeting to have them join the Alliance." Nelson points out feeling like his old self now. "I need a drink, would you care for one my dear?" he asked moving his legs off the edge of the bed.
"Please," she tells him. "I wonder how Lee and Lisa are doing on the party boat?" she asked him loud as he walked out of the bedroom to head for the bar in the library.
Lee and Lisa had been enjoying each other's company with a break from the fishing as the captain had asked them to join him up front at the wheel all lit up with the lights.
"How's the fishing doing Commander Crane?" the captain asked handing him a bottle of Budweiser beer from the cooler.
"Just great with catching a total of eight between myself and Lisa my wife. I don't think the others are doing just as well?" he advised under his breath.
"They aren't and complaining about it to me as well. It can't be helped if everyone is not able to enjoy themselves, tonight Commander?" The captain paused for a moment with his statement. "Nevertheless we will be heading back to the harbor for the rest of the evening. I am planning on having another night like this in a few weeks. Would you be interested in placing your name on the list?" he asked nicely taking the last sip of his Budweiser beer.
MEANWHILE Nelson's bedroom
Syrian had brought in the two drinks for herself and her husband Admiral Harriman Nelson sitting up and turning on the Tv for the weather report for tomorrow with the local news.
"Here you go Harriman," she says handing it onto a coaster near the table and lamp. "What's the weather is supposed to be like tomorrow?"
She will get on her side of the bed by placing her Vodka on the different small tables on her side. She is able to be comfortable with taking a large sip of the Vodka to wait for him to speak.
"Weatherwise it's supposed to be windy with temperatures in the high eighties with some humidity Syrian. Where are you going to be tomorrow with the start of the meeting for the Alliance?" he asked calmly trying not to upset his wife further.
"I am supposed to be heading for the Russian embassy in San Francisco with my team to go over future trips to I hope Ukraine, Poland, Paris France, and even Germany Harriman." she alluded with the information even though she has a feeling that going to Russia will not be possible now that Putin is causing trouble with possible nuclear weapons.
Even though she knows that Darien and the Alliance aren't going to allow it nevertheless. "Why are you asking with the sensitive nature of the question?" she really needed to know the answer to her question.
"Listen, I know this is difficult for you to hear from me. But I don't wish to have you go to San Francisco with your group. Cancel it for a few more days until Syrian we know what is going to happen with the meetings for the Alliance." he intervened with his statement waiting to hear her answer.
"And if I don't Harriman?" she was being too coy with him for the moment since this was important to her as well needing to work with her projects. When she had first met Admiral Nelson years ago, she had found him very charming. Even though they were able to back then to settle their differences.
"It's up to you to decide either way since I really won't be able to stop you completely Syrian," he tells her with a scowl.
With a smirk on her face briefly, she will tell him the following. "I completely understand Harriman. But it's my life that I am trying to push forward with my career. But you have already proved several times over the years that you're been a very successful inventor with the Seaview, the Bellius, and many other of your other projects." she cries out with her response.
"If I decide to tell you to not go tomorrow will you please listen for a change since this meeting is going to be very explosive?" Nelson paused with his comment.
She had been listening to him at the moment. "Okay, I won't go Harriman. I will call or text my associates that I have decided to cancel going to San Francisco." she retorted..."If those dreams or images you keep having are trying to tell you something in the first place?" she moved slightly on her side of the bed to have the Vodka downing it quickly to have it burn in her throat and most of all her stomach. "Jesus that was good!" She explained..."Do you want another Harriman?" she tells him...
Turning his head to finish his..." Not a chance I need to have a clear head in the morning." he points out placing the glass onto the table with grabbing the remote to turn out the lights as she will snuggle up against her husband feeling the heat of his body.
