Issue 1: New Masters! A New Evil!
New York City
BGM-Spider-Man 2 (Movie Game) OST-Ballad in City
It's a peaceful night at the famous city that never sleeps. So peaceful for a friendly neighborhood superhero to have fun leaping off rooftops of various sizes as if this whole city is his playground. But not just his playground, but his home. His responsibility to protect with all his amazing power.
'Tell me there's something better.' This arachnid young teen runs along the windows of the Daily Bugle building, blitzing pass its infamous mustached publisher before he is spotted. 'Go ahead. Try.' He leaps off the building as he thinks, '"How I'm Spending My Last Night Before the End of the School Year", by Peter Benjamin Parker.' before spinning out a webline from his wrist, 'I can sum it up in one, glorious, hyphenated word…Spider-Man.'
"I am the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN!" He shouted out his mouth with spectacular enthusiasm, showing off some sensational web-swinging tricks through the skies before landing on the side of a tall flagpole. 'Seriously. I can't WAIT for summer vacation! Junior year has been crazy nonstop. From exams to school projects…' His signature Spider-Sense suddenly alerts him to a robbery nearby and hurries to catch the crooks. 'From thugs to supervillains…' Just as he arrives on the crime scene, he was quick enough to mockingly overpower the robbers with astonishing acrobatic skills, 'Don't even get me started on the ISO-8 complicating my already difficult double life.' Right after the crooks were beaten and webbed for the police, he returns to his relaxing swing through the city, 'Ever since that stuff scattered across the planet, my problems have transcended dimensions. I had to stop two crazy Doctors from conquering two different worlds. Beat up a psychotic CEO from turning everyone green and mean and create his own universe. Had to race inside a black hole. And save the world from an interdimensional alien invasion led by an evil witch and a sinister symbiote. Yeah, it was one hell of a rollercoaster. It was fun. Got to hang out with new friends from two universes. Like Sonic the Hedgehog, the fastest thing alive. And Team RWBY, a team of monster huntresses. Recently we formed our own team dedicated in protecting our dimensions since ISO-8 is becoming a problem for all our worlds.'
Swiftly, the Amazing Wallcrawler lands to perch atop a skyscraper to marvel at this wondrous city. 'We call ourselves the Dimensional Avengers, with me as their leader scary enough. And it's been a while since we last assembled. Our worlds have been pretty quiet lately. Hopefully it stays that way when they come over here for the summer. After everything we've been through these past few months, we could REALLY use a break. But knowing my luck…' He then spots police cars pursuing a criminal vehicle rampaging on the streets, 'Trouble's ALWAYS lurking around the corner.' He joked before joining the chase as the marvelous webslinger that he is.

Kingdom of Latveria
But unbeknownst to Spider-Man and the rest of the world, their time of peace will soon crumble before a new mysterious force that transcends reality itself. At the other side of the world is the small eastern European country known as Latveria, ruled by the tyrannical Victor von Doom. Touching down at its Doomsport Airport is a private jet hosting a single passenger, an obese man with glasses wearing a black trench coat over his green jumpsuit, and to also hide four dangerous robotic tentacles fused to his body. His name is Doctor Otto Octavius, and he was invited to Latveria for a purpose that is both mysterious and suspicious.
The Mad Doctor grabbed his luggage and exited the jet to enter the arrival terminal that is decently packed with people ignoring his presence. All except for one old friend of Otto that is instantly recognized by his signature, "Ohohohoho. Long time no see, the greatest genius of Earth Doctor Otto Octavius."
Otto turns around to be greeted by another obese scientist sporting a masterful mustache. His name is Doctor Eggman, who was also invited to Latveria for the same mysterious reason as his old friend that is happy to see him. "Indeed it has been, Doctor Ivo Robotnik, Mobius's almighty intellectual!" Otto smiled while greeting his outworldly friend with a handshake, "Seriously, it has been too long. How has the days been treating you, old friend?"
"Same as usual. Come up with a master plan for world conquest, only for that blue rodent to ruin my fun." Eggman conversed casually, "I did find time strengthening my Egg Army with Cyberization, and built two new henchmen."
"Who?" Otto questioned.
"Does he mean us?" asked by a small dim-witted, cubic yellow robot hovering to Eggman's side.
"I'm pretty sure he meant us." retorted by the equally-small sassy, spherical red robot approaching next.
"OF COURSE I MEANT YOU TWO IMBECILES!" Eggman angrily shouted at his annoying assistants. He calms himself down to gleefully introduce them to Otto, "These two are Orbot and Cubot. Feel free to use them as stress toys."
"I'll keep them in mind." Otto responded apathetically.
As the scientists and luggage-carrying robots walk through the terminal, Eggman asks his friend a curious question that's been bugging him since his arrival to this dimension, "So, know anything on why we were invited here by this… 'Doctor Doom' character?"
"All I know is that he promised me power beyond my wildest dreams, and same to you I presume." answered Otto, before giving him some advice, "Be on-guard, Ivo. Victor von Doom rules this country with an iron fist, and is difficult to trust. But considering he went out of his way inviting you to this dimension, must mean he's planning something grand. And I want to know the truth."
BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Prison Planet
The villains exit the airport, just to be instantly spotted by some royal guards led by a female cyborg giving them the cold stare. "Doctor Octavius. Doctor Eggman." The mystery cyborg coldly greeted them.
"Who's asking?" A stern Eggman asked, keeping his guard up before this mysterious group.
"Lucia von Bardas. Prime Minister of the Latverian government and right hand to Lord Doom. I will be your escort to his castle." She introduced herself as a cold, robotic servant that subtly warns the Doctors to not get on her bad side.
With a commanding gesture, von Bardas orders her guards to kindly place the Doctors' luggage in the trunk of a luxurious limousine that has more than enough room to fit them all. "Oooh. Quality leather." Orbot comments on the comfy seats upon entering the vehicle alongside the others.
As the limo drives off to the capital city that is Doomstadt, Otto takes this moment to observe his luxurious surroundings. It's appreciated Doom is treating his guests like royalty, which simply makes him even more suspicious of his motives. He also senses a chilling darkness spotted at the very back seats. The silhouette of a mysterious woman that was politely minding her own business in the shadows. "I know you're there. Who are you? Reveal yourself before your superior!" Otto demanded with a threatening tone.
The mystery woman complies. She stands up from her seat and ominously walks out of the darkness and into the light to reveal herself as a menacing black witch with deathly white skin that scares the robot underlings. "Satisfied with what you see? I advise you control that arrogance before we reach the castle." The Witch politely recommended, which instantly annoys Octavius.
"Who are you to ridicule me as if I'm a child, witch?" Otto retorted.
"I am Salem, and I am not of this realm." She introduced herself to the two doctors, "Mine is a universe that is merely a remnant of what it once was, where fairy tales have been brought to life."
"Oh yes, I remember you. We fought alongside each other to defeat Green Goblin." Eggman recalled briefly teaming up with Salem and other heroes when Goblin threatened their universes.
"Really? Because from what I heard, this same woman orchestrated an entire symbiote invasion that nearly destroyed us all! How and why you are here?" The highly-mistrustful Octavius asked the witch.
"Originally I was in prison until our new mutual friend paid for my bail and offered me citizenship to live in this kingdom, only if I accepted his proposal." Salem simply replied, stating that it was Doom who freed Salem from her prison.
"And what did Doom propose to you?" questioned Otto.
"Revenge and the power to replace what I lost. As well as additional knowledge of ISO-8." Salem revealed.
"I highly doubt Doom knows more of the substance than what I've researched." Otto retorted while turning away from the outworldly witch.
"Possibly. But what do you know of this Victor von Doom?" A curious Salem asked.
Otto solemnly admits, "He's a brilliant scientist, and a self-proclaimed 'Master of the Mystic Arts'. He has come closer in conquering this world than most other villains, but is often blinded by arrogance. Only occasionally ally himself with others when he has a special goal he wants accomplished."
"And you believe this is one of those occasions?" Salem questioned.
"We're about to find out." said the foreboding Ock, noticing they're arriving at their destination. Castle Doom.

Led by von Bardas, the assembled villains venture through the massive medieval-styled palace that is home to the world's greatest villain. They walk pass paintings of the monarch, and statues crafted in his egotistical image. His Doombots would open the massive doors that leads them into the ominously massive throne room, where at the other side, sitting patiently on the magnificent throne, is the intimidating Doctor Doom.
BGM-Sonic Battle OST-Sneaky Bat
"He looks more intimidating than you, Doc." Cubot commented, earning him a brutal stomp to the head by his furious creator.
"Lord Doom. Your guests have arrived." von Bardas informed her master.
"I can see that. You have my thanks, von Bardas. Now leave us." Doom calmly ordered. With a formal bow to her master, von Bardas leaves the guests alone to their meeting with their metal-masked host. "My fellow Doctors and Sorcerer. Thank you for accepting my humble invitation to my kingdom. Welcome to Latveria." He greets his guests like any polite ruler.
"You're quite welcome, but I rather we get straight to the point. What is this all about, Doom? Why have you meddled with space-time to summon us here?" Eggman asked.
"We each share the aspiration of world conquest, only for our efforts to be thwarted by a sickly band of heroes. Only together can we achieve our dreams and change the course of destiny." Doom proclaimed.
"And how do we accomplish such a task?" Eggman discussed.
"With ISO-8. It is the key to our success." responded Doom.
"You once claim to me you know of their secrets. May I ask what they are?" Salem politely requested to the tyrant.
"Gladly. If you'll allow me to start from the beginning." Doom replied, ready to tell a tale that will change their lives forever, "You see, months ago, I was on the quest to obtain the ultimate power, but for too long it had eluded me. I had searched the world. Studied magics that don't even exist anymore. I had conquered every science. What I discovered, while sufficient, weren't enough to bring me my heart's desire. But a visit to Stark Industries changed all that…"
"You broke into his computer systems?" questioned Ock.
"And stole files on everything he knows about the universe. Including an unfinished report of a space between realties dubbed 'Exo-Space', where negative and positive matter coexist, and home to a powerful matter we have come to name 'Neutronium…" Doom responded, with his guests getting more intrigued as he continues reminiscing, "Before, the material was scarce in regular universes, but vastly abundant in that Neutral Zone. I spent days trying to harvest it, only for my analysis to reveal its atomic structure refused to cohere in normal space. So I experimented. Using the portion of Power Cosmic I stole from Galactus during an event that decided the fate of two worlds, I created a machine that rewritten that dimension to my benefits."
"Sounds similar to my Genesis Wave experiment. Used it to split my world into different pocket dimensions." Eggman recalled, "With the Neutral Zone rearranged, you were able to alter the Neutronium's isometric form."
"Yes." Doom stated, "From seven to eight-atom groups, it took the form of isometry-8, otherwise known as…ISO-8, perfectly comfortable in real space as a more stable and powerful isotope. Unfortunately, I realized too late my experiment strained the dimension and was on the verge of collapsing, causing an explosion in deep space that scattered ISO-8 throughout the galaxy, with most crashing on Earth."
"I theorized it was not of this universe, but to find out it was you…YOU were the cause of The Pulse. Weakening the dimensional barriers that led to the Incursions!" An amazed Ock realized.
"I had faith the heroes would clean up that mess. ISO-8 possess limitless potential that the three of you exploited to the fullest." Doom glances at his fellow doctors, You and Eggman, Octavius, proved to me it was capable of creating Cosmic Cubes." Then glances at the sorceress, "And you, Salem, was able to use them to launch an interdimensional alien invasion. That is why Doom sought you out. With our combined mastery over the unprecedented power of ISO-8, we'll be able to create a new world and vanquish our enemies!"
"If that's your reason for recruiting us, then why didn't you invite Norman Osborn? He nearly succeeded in creating a new universe using ISO-8." Salem questioned.
"It is a simple reason of not trusting that lunatic." Doom retorted sternly.
"Yet you're willing to trust us?" Salem glared.
"I trust you'll be more cooperative, once I show you a power unlike anything you have witnessed." Doom responded as he stands up from his throne wanting to show them something cosmically interesting.

BGM-Sonic Adventure 2 OST-3 Black Noises (Revival)
The Latverian Tyrant guides his newfound allies into his laboratory housing revolutionary technology that surpasses most among their three worlds. Eggman and Ock finds his tech astonishing, while Salem shows little interest in science yet does shoot intrigued glances at his various mystical artifacts. What does capture the attention of them all is a mysterious green stone contained within a machine studying its fascinating power.
"What is that in there? I've never seen anything like it before." Eggman commented.
"That is an Infinity Stone." Doom answered.
"What?!" exclaimed the surprised Ock.
"More specifically a variant of one, created with assistance of concentrated ISO-8 energy that I named after Exo-Space. An 'Exo' Stone." Doom revealed.
"A power that rivals that of the legendary Infinity Stones? That should be impossible even with ISO-8!" Ock claimed.
"We have Osborn to thank for this gift." Doom responded cryptically as he gestures his allies to take a look of its data from a computer screen, "Doom found this Stone shortly after the Symbiote Invasion and spent weeks studying its power and origin. When the multiverse was briefly shredded into the void thanks to the Universal Seed, there were left eight singularities. Then when reality was restored by the heroes' Chaos Control, the remnants of those systems were forged as eight elemental crystals, each granting its bearer dominion over some facet of existence." The Metal Monarch then takes his Exo Stone out of its containment field, "This 'Espeon Stone' I've named allows one complete control over the hearts and minds of others. It's what I used to kill The Watcher earlier."
"You managed to murder that immortal demigod?" A surprised Ock retorted.
"Immortal…" Salem muttered just as shocked, as she has spent her immortal lifetime trying to find the means to kill immortals.
"W-What of the remaining Exo Stones? Where are they?" The flabbergasted Eggman asked the science sorcerer.
"Scattered across the multiverse, beyond the limits of my scanners." Doom answered, "That is where the three of you come in. Together, we'll be an unstoppable force that will hunt down the remaining seven Exo Stones and destroy anyone that gets in the way of our dreams, whether they be an Avenger, Freedom Fighter, or Huntsman. Then, once the Exo Eight is ours, an entire multiverse…will be at our disposal. Just think…" To further convince them to join his cause, Doom activates his Espeon Stone. A frighteningly calm cosmic storm entraps them all, with the Stone reading each of their minds and projecting their wildest dreams for them to see. "You'll be able to build a dream land beyond reality…" A projection of Eggmanland is shown to the amazed Eggman, "Create a world where everyone respects you…" A projection of a conquered New York City is seen by the astonished Octavius, "Lift ALL curses that have made you suffer for eternity…" A projection of a ruined Remnant and its dead gods dreamed by a stunned Salem that believes the Exo Stones are the key in removing her immortality. "All this and much more, if you join the mightiest alliance of strength our universes have ever seen." Doom proclaimed as he swiftly ends the storm of wishes.
Simultaneously, smiles from his three villainous guests express themselves across their pleasantly pleased faces, with Eggman letting out a sinister, "Heheheheheh…MWAHAHAHAHA!" laugh before telling Doom, "Interesting! Let's do it!" and giving him a firm handshake as a sign of accepting his proposal, "We will help you collect the remaining Exo Stones, use their power to dominate our worlds and build legacies that TRANSCENDS dimensions! No one will be able to stop us! They'd be FOOLS to go against Masters of Evil!"
"'Masters of Evil', eh? Doom will accept that as the name of our alliance. Don't get too attached to it. For soon…we'll be Masters of the Multiverse." Doom officially declared that on this day, the Masters of Evil will change reality, and one day reality will bend to their will. They acknowledge no authority other than their own. Anyone, from any universe, that dare to challenge them must resist, at their own peril.

BGM-Spider-Man (Movie Game) OST-Main Menu Theme
KFX Here: Unlike the original story, Team Toxin WON'T be part of the Masters of Evil, at least not now. They just severed ties with Salem during the Web of Light and Shadows story, so it wouldn't make sense for them to immediately work for her again. And I'll introduce The Jackal later. I've also altered the Exo Stones' origin a bit, to be more akin to the MCU's Infinity Stones and less confusing to understand.
Nathan Ramos: Peter will receive his Advance Suit later in this story, but his Hyper-Sense isn't introduced until my Edge of Time story and Anti-Venom Suit isn't introduced until Lost Continent (both which have LONG been published. STOP trying to make me break canon). Kaine canonically doesn't have a Spider-Sense, so I'm not giving him one. And I'm not giving Sonic and Team RWBY any upgrades so I can focus more on their eventual spider-powers.
