Chapter.2 The woman.
Without another word Isabella cradled the child to her chest and hauled him up into her welcoming arms. Her arms tighten around him when he squirmed. "Shhh..little one you're safe now." She nuzzled her cheek against the top of his head covering him in her scent and hoped to soothe him. She felt him tremble and shakingly wrap his tiny arms around her neck. She felt him bury her face into the crook of her neck.
"Alpha." a black silhouette raised from the ground and dissolved. On one knee a man clothed in a black addressed the woman. He had dark chestnut hair with bright blue eyes and pale skin. Like the woman, he too was gorgeous.
"Beta" She turned and gave the wheezing man a shove. "Report." her no nonsense tone caused him to shiver. The fury rolled off of her in waves and he would have been overwhelmed had he not spent centuries under her command. "The Namikaze residence is empty. The building is demolished as is the Uzamaki residence." She hummed. "What of the hokage?" Shadow growled softly. He never did like lord third. The Sandaime was much too soft and too naive. A man in his power could not afford to be soft. Shadow had no doubt that his reign would have come to a quick end had it not been the alliance to their pack. "He is currently in a meeting with the elders, too preoccupied with unnecessary shit." She scoffed. "Since when do civilances interfere with shinobi matters?" It was laughable, but she was too angry with the tiny burden she held in her arms. "How the mighty have fallen." she mused. "Anything else I should be aware of?" Shadow visibly gulped and tilted his head. With his neck bared in submission, he hoped his alpha would reason. "There are three ANBU agents stationed nearby. Dog, snake, and monkey to be precise."
"They're always watching." mumbled the boy. "Snake and monkey try to help, but they'll get in trouble." Isabella tightened her grasp. "How so?" the boy nuzzled into her neck as if seeking for comfort. "Dog got in trouble for feeding me. Jiji said I have food, but it's nasty. The big mean people give me icky food! They hit me too!" he sniffled.
"Shhhh.." she murmured. "We'll leave them for now. We have more important matters to attend to." She gave the blond hair a kiss. "You on the other hand." A murderous gaze fell onto the baker as he took his last few bloody breaths. "Burn." she hissed angry. Fire sparked and lit the man on fire. He gurgled then ceased to breathe.
The smell of burned flesh caused the woman's beast to purr in delight. A satisfied rumbled in her chest as she heard the child say. "Bad guy, go bye bye." Her face brightened as a smile cracked on her lips. "Yes he went bye bye." She giggled.
For such an innocent child Naruto had no sympathy toward this village and it's people. They hurt him too much and if this nice woman took him away he wanted to go. "Now why don't we get you some yummy food?"
