Day 2! Let's dive in shall we?

Mathias Knight, District 4 Male

Day 2

11:35 A.M.

Today was my job to hunt down tributes. I have set traps up through some of the doors to trap any tributes that runs through it. I was lurking around each room, but to my surprise I found no one until I saw the little kids whom I attacked on earlier.

That girl I attacked was seriously injured, she her health has drastically changed through the past day. She was a perfect kill for me; an easy one too. I ran towards the trio, trident in hand.

Bo saw me throw my trident and dodged my attack, Otis screamed and immediately got up and ran towards a door across the room, it seemed like their escape route . Salem on the other hand was crawling towards the door.

"Hurry Salem!" Bo would scream as I get closer to her. She left a blood trail every time she moved.

Bo immediately ran up to me, gabbing me in the leg with a knife. I let out a scream and kick the girl away from me.

"You little bitch!" I hollered in pain as I drove my trident at her, but she rolled away, only grazing her clothes; ripping them immediately.

Both Otis and Bo helped Salem up from the floor as I pulled the knife out of my leg. That's when something happen that I did not expect to happen so quickly.

Salem collapsed to the floor and began to shake violently and hallucination due to her blood loss.

"Get them away from me!" Salem screamed as she shook violently.

Both Bo and Otis tried to calm the girl down, but all I can do was watch. I don't know why I didn't attack. It was a interesting show I suppose.

Salem eventually stopped hallucinating and fell the the floor with a thud. Her body began to twitch as she muttered out with all her breath.

"RUN!"

Bo and Otis ran towards the other door and locked it before I could get inside.

"Let me!" I hollered banging on the door repeatedly, but it was no use, they were gone.

Salem continued to twitch and shake on the floor for the next ten seconds, and then she stopped moving all together.

Boom.

The girl laid face down in her own pool of blood. She had scratched some of her skin off her face while she hallucinated. Her woulds now twice their side then before.

Their was nothing I could do now, so I turned myself around and ran out of the room while the hovercraft picked the girl up.

Malinata 'Mal' Minthe, District 2 Female

Day 2

7:45 P.M.

Mathias returned back, empty handed and with no kills. Marilla of course scolded him, but their was nothing much that could've been done.

"What was I supposed to do? The girl was already going to die!" I yelled.

"Finish her off!" She growled.

Mathias groaned as he slammed his trident down and walked away towards his spot im the cornucopia.

"Attention visitors: the chocolate factory has closed. We would like to thank you for coming. Please use any of the exits, where you'll be given a complimentary chocolate bar for your visit. Thank you. We hope to see you again" The voice of a robotic woman echoed through the arena.

I remember fours canons fired today, but that question was who were they?

The anthem began to play as the names of today's fallen tributes were announced.

"Salem Winters, District 11."

After everyone was announced the anthem ended and the arena went silent.

That little girl from eleven. She must have died from her wounds or was killed by someone else.

As I sat back in my chair I looked up at the sky and shut my eyes.

Sorry this chapter was shorter, next chapter will be much longer.
