Day 3 in the arena! With 15 tributes remaining, who is going to be the next to die?

Day 3

9:12 A.M.

Me and Corduroy went out to pick berries in the berries room for today's dinner. Me and Corduroy began walking down the rooms and reached a glass elevator. Elevator bars can be seen all around. It seemed to have the ability to go sideways, diagonal, and as usual up and down.

"What's this? I've never seen a glass elevator like this. Have you?" I turned to Corduroy and asked.

"No I haven't. It certainly is interesting, but I don't trust it. It might be a trap planned by the gamemakers." Corduroy says.

"Hm you might be right. Let's just take the long way, alright?" I agreed as I stepped away from the strange elevator.

"Agreed." Corduroy responds as he takes my hand as we walk past the elevator.

We continued to walk in the arena for the next several minutes until we finally arrived safely in the berry room.

When we opened the door the boy from six, Logan, was there. I let out a scream as he charged at us.

Corduroy kicked Logan in the leg which caused him to fall to the floor. Without even thinking Corduroy took his knife and slammed it down on the boy.

Boom.

The boy laid lifeless on the ground, with a stab wound in the heart.

I stood there in shock of what I've just witnessed and looked up at Corduroy.

"Are you ok?" He whispered to me.

"I- I don't know. Why did you kill him?" I looked up at him with a frown.

"He tried to attack us. What choice did I have?" He sighed.

"You could've talked to him, but it's too late now. Let's just pick some berries." I say as we stand there in awkward silence.

"Yeah…." Corduroy says as he breaks the silence.

Marilla Ragna, District 4 Female

Day 3

11:28 A.M.

The career pack and myself have been traveling around the arena today. Most of the time we found fun little rooms with unique candies and chocolate machines.

We knew not to touch the chocolate river.

Last night we were going to toss stones into the river, but as soon Kiera threw her stone the chocolate incinerated immediately. At first we were shocked, especially me because I knew that was a perfectly planned trap for tributes.

As we headed back to the cornucopia I saw something that we use to safely go across the river. A self driving pink large boat; like the ones you'll find at theme parks, was safely on the water. I don't know how, but it was.

"Guys we can explore more of the arena by traveling through that boat." I say.

My allies looked at me like I was crazy, but they couldn't deny that wasn't a good idea.

"What if it sinks?" Mathias says remembering the stone that melted not too long ago.

"Well is it sinking now? Then I think it'll be ok." I reminded him.

"Alright let's go." Mathias stated.

"I'll say behind and keep a look out. We don't want to come back with our supplies gone." Kiera says.

"Good idea. Mathias, Mal, let's go." I signalled them to follow me as I stepped into the boat. Once everyone was safely in I pressed a button and the boat started moving.

"Welcome to Gummy Bear Boats! An experience that'll leave you loving candy even more! Our boats will take you around the factory to see where all Panem's best candy is made. Please make sure to keep your hands, arms, feet, and legs in the boat at all times. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy the ride." An automatic female voice played after I pressed the button.

As the cart moved faster, and the cute and catchy toon automatically played on the boat" I heard a cannon fire in the distance. I shrugged as I continued to hum to the song.

"This sure is an experience." I chuckled as I looked around as we passed a chocolate milk station.

"Yeah!" Mal giggled.

We eventually made it to our first stop, and as we got out I saw the girl from six, Danielle. She was on her own which surprised me as I saw her leave with a big alliance at the bloodbath. Well she has no chance anyways so why not take her out?

Danielle Sin, District 6 Female

Day 3

11:47 A.M.

As I looked around for supplies for our alliance, the careers showed up in a boat, and they were coming to me.

I began to panic as I began to run away from where I was. The girl from four was much faster than me. She knocked me to the floor as I groaned in pain.

As I crawled away she stomped on my hand; breaking it. I cried out in pain as I shrieked for help.

"Please stop!" I cried to Marilla.

"I'm sorry. I have to win." The girl slightly frowned as she picked me up by my hair and dragged me to a sink of maple syrup and pushed my head into the sticky syrup.i

I began to shake as the syrup consumed my oxygen, shaking faster and faster as the darkness began to surround me. I see my grandmother's face in the syrup and know I'll know I'll be seeing her soon. I let the darkness consume me as my vision went black.

Boom.

Lilith Wayne, District 7 Female

Day 3

7:12 P.M.

I jump at the sound of the second cannon in the distance. I then sigh in relief as I counted the second cannon that fired today, which means only thirteen tributes remain.

I've been doing as well since Fabio's death but I'm still pretty emotional.

"Attention visitors: the chocolate factory has closed. We would like to thank you for coming. Please use any of the exits, where you'll be given a complimentary chocolate bar for your visit. Thank you. We hope to see you again" The voice of a robotic woman echoed through the arena.

I looked up at the sky and waited to see the fallen.

The anthem began to play as the names of today's fallen tributes were announced.

"Logan Laxarus. District Six; Danielle Sin, District Six."

After everyone was announced the anthem ended and the arena went silent.

Both District Six tributes? That's such a shame, but that's not my problem. I need to focus on my survival at the moment.

I just want to get home.

Poor Danielle, all you wanted to do was get home and see your family, but the game has other plans for you. You were too sweet and nice but I just feel like this is where you'll place. Thank you Elizabeth for Danielle.
